Delicious drinks. You get good quantities.

Its been a short time I have not been here but I can feel a notable drop in quality. I don't recommend it anymore.

It's been a long time since I've been back. A lot has changed, in a positive sense of the word. I've been back seven times now, so that says it all, right?

Cozy place in a great location. It's a shame there's only one toilet. That's quite inconvenient.

Quality as expected; everything was delicious. The service was friendly. But honestly, I don't go to Starbucks very often. The prices are sky-high there, too. So I'm not very familiar with the selection. So I just asked for something nice and creamy with a nutty flavor. Again, the service wasn't unfriendly. But I could clearly tell she found this a VERY odd request. She clearly took it for granted that everyone knows the fancy names on the menu by heart. The seating here is rather dull. But that's okay. Everyone's on their phones, killing time. And so am I. That doesn't detract from the taste of the coffee and a treat.

i’m not a fan of their drinks but some of the food items are tasty. especially the thick cookies are always super fresh and sometimes still warm. the staff at this location is plentiful and friendly, able to help and serve you in many languages - always with a smile

Avoid this company. Worst coffee around and the company is from the US.

The moment I walked in, the place smelled really bad. The staff had a terrible attitude. I asked for extra matcha powder in the matcha latte, but it tasted the same as if none was added. Also, when I opened the medium-sized cup, it looked like someone had already drunk from it.

By far the best Starbucks I’ve visited. Super friendly staff, awesome barista skills, very fast service and top quality. It has set my expectations very high so I get very disappointed whenever I have to visit another Starbucks.

Just like Starbucks is, cappuccino and frappuccino enjoyed with lemon cake and cookies and cream cakes.

The usual expected good coffee. Friendly attention. Place quite noisy and a bit dirty. It has a main door to get in that is very heavy and hard to open. Has toilets. Good location.

The founders of Starbucks received coffee lessons from Douwe Egberts, the coffee master. Really and truly. Oh well, sometimes you travel far to find that you are always close to home. I'm not a fan of the supersizes, but I am a fan of the New York cheesecake!

Why is the door open when it is winter. The heat curtain blows warm air above the door. Not really sustainable if you advertise sustainable coffee in the business

Great coffee, but the personal touch is more like a factory than you feel wanted there. I used to think this was different.

I ate a salmon sandwich here and got sick the next day and ended up with food poisoning. It's about the salmon sandwich!!!

donuts not fresh but dry and tight. latte is supplemented with whipped cream without being asked, had to go back in line to have this corrected. Staff is super nice and exchanges beverages immediately, although this takes 10 minutes.

Service fast. The place, it's dirty. Tables are dirty, floors are sticky and waste remains on tables. Well, of course as a customer you should throw it in the waste bin, but if you as staff look at this for half an hour then do something with it, right? And there was plenty of time for that, because it was not busy.

I got a coffee that I didn't like. It also didn't taste at all like the coffee I described as I wanted it. I went back and I said I didn't like it. She immediately made me a new one just the way I liked it. Super!

This Starbucks has two of the friendliest baristas I've ever met. They're always welcoming with a genuine smile, remember my order, and send me off with well wishes for the day. It's a great spot to relax with a book or get some work done. While I'm not a fan of the food (to be fair, I never enjoy Starbucks' food), I always stick to the iced Americanos, which are consistently good.

Dirty, flies are flying around. Fruit fly keeps landing on my cup. The atmosphere is not cozy but a busy area of lots of people

Had a Starbucks brown sugar coffee with a brownie here. Was the first time for me to actually drink coffee, it was a good first experience. The brownies were very tasty, tasted great

One of the quietest Starbucks I've ever been in, and I mean the atmosphere, large windows that give you a nice view outside.

Located a few steps from Utrecht train station, it is a Starbucks which is not very large but well looked after, with toilets in good condition. The waiting times are short, the staff is friendly, the product is normal and the prices are a little above average with the addition of a tax on paper/plastic but in any case it is a recommended place for breakfast or for something to take away.

Picked up a Too Good To Go package here. The staff were very friendly and pick-up was very quick, and the food (+ smoothie) was delicious!

A bit dirty branch tables, toilet and again service that only speaks English. Too bad I only sat there because it was quite cold, but otherwise no atmosphere.

had via thuisbezorgd de apple pecan pie besteld, helaas was deze op. hebben ze me blijkbaar 2 keer gebeld om te vragen wat ik wou ipv de apple pie, maar ik had het niet gezien. hebben ze heel lief een bonnetje met hun excuses bij mijn bezorging gedaan en een carrot cake gegeven🥹

Cozy and warm enough particularly with a lot of autumn rain outside. Starbucks food is Starbucks food, tasty not very healthy and not very cheap. Service is excellent, place is clean and not too crowded for a rainy Friday afternoon.

Een stadse Starbucks midden in Centrum Utrecht. Op een zaterdagmiddag was het érg druk binnen. Desondanks hebben we onze drankjes relatief snel mogen ontvangen, heerlijk! Thanks Starbucks!🌟

The staff was quite tired and sullen. Even though I repeated the order 2 times, they still prepared it incompletely. Although we ate inside, there was no service and there was not even a suitable tray for serving. My name was mispronounced and that was annoying. Although the closing time was 20:30, the recovery started quickly before 20:00. The taste of the cookie was excellent and the brownie was also very good that I have already given these few stars to those flavors. Coffees were poorly served and taste average. Having a good location under this name carries a business to a certain level, but in the long run, the staff should definitely be motivated!

Vreselijk dom en langzaam personeel. Voordat je 2 frappacino's klaar zijn is bij de 1e je slagroom al gesmolten. Appeltaart is diepvries taart waar je hoop geld voor moet betalen. Dames toilet smorgens om 10 uur al te vies voor woorden... toilet papier zit tegen de muren op.. hier kom ik dus niet meer

Prefab, onpersoonlijke bediening. Tafels worden niet schoongemaakt. Waarschijnlijk te weinig personeel. Slechts één toilet.

Je zult wel denken onder welke steen kom jij vandaan, dit was de eerste keer dat bij Starbucks geweest ben. Het is echt een soort beleving.

Goeie kop koffie en vriendelijk personeel. Rustig gezeten, lekker mensen kijken en goed werkende wifi ;)

Hele mooie koffietent met een luxe uitstraling. Drinken en eten is van goede kwaliteit. Wel jammer dat alles een beetje overpriced is.

Er was een collega die er overduidelijk veel meer zin in had dan de andere medewerkster. We werden door de collega heel vrolijk ontvangen en geholpen, er kwamen een hoop grapjes aan bod en we gingen met een heerlijk drankje en een goed gevoel weg, wat een topper!

We waren er twee uur voor sluitingstijd en er kon geen smoothie meer gemaakt worden omdat ze bijna dicht gingen

se olvidaron de agregar mi almíbar, se olvidaron de darme mermelada para mis panqueques y fueron muy groseros y poco atractivos. El personal en general actuó y prestó servicio con falta de esfuerzo y simplemente no quería estar allí. Decepcionante porque soy un cliente habitual de cualquier Starbucks.

Wat een vreselijke ervaring bij deze starbucks. Ik had een iced caramel macchiato starbucks genomen waarbij je bij elke slok een vieze klodder caramel in je kond kreeg. Geen koffiesmaak een flauwe smaak. Ik haal vaker deze koffie bij andere vestigingen en dat smaakt altijd goed. Ik vroeg ook om een rietje en de dame die mij hielp die zei dat ik gewoon uit de beker kon drinken en dat een rietje niet nodig was. Na meerdere keren gevraagd te hebben kreeg ik een rietje. Hier kom ik niet meer terug!

Wat een stel chagrijnige mensen zeg... Jongeman en jongedame waar werkelijk geen vriendelijkheid vanaf kon en keek ons echt arrogant aan.. dochter bestelde en toen moest ik het zeggen maar ik zei nee laat maar op zo manier hoeft het niet, nu zit dochter haar frappuccino te drinken en ik kijk hoe ze reageren op klanten... het ligt duidelijk niet aan ons maar aan het personeel... ... Samen hebben ze het wel heel gezellig... Dus heel vervelend dat klanten dat komen verstoren.
