Super sweet service with a personal message on the coffee cup. 🥰. How sweet is that🍀 I only saw it when I got home after an hour's drive, but very thoughtful.

Very poor customer service. There was a thin girl with glasses behind the counter, sitting on her laptop, and she completely did not want to help me with a ice cup. LReally disappointing experience.

The coffee had a very strange aftertaste which is never the case at the other Starbucks I go to and I had gotten the peach ice tea for the first time which was super nasty also with a strange aftertaste. Staff was also very grumpy.

Worthless Starbucks. Stood in front of a closed door for the umpteenth time. Staff seems to adjust the opening hours themselves when they don't feel like working anymore and do it with a K-excuse that they don't have enough staff. Investing in Dutch speaking staff and a customer service course would also be advisable.

Why can't you get a normal amount of coffee or cappuccino. The amount alone kills the desire for coffee. I threw half of it away. Once but never again.

Went to your place last weekend for something to drink. Super nice lady named Elisa helped us very well at the cash register despite the crowds. Unfortunately, the other staff were not happy, their faces were stormy and there was no way to say goodbye or please

The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. She thought we were talking too fast and that's possible. But the tone in which she indicated this was angry and rather intense.

Perfect for a break on the way to Amsterdam or the sea. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and the coffee is delicious. Shell toilet vouchers can be redeemed here and oat milk is available for free as an alternative.

Then you pay 17.95 for 2 small coffees, a double espresso and a latte, which is already very pricey. Then you give the name 'X', which the woman found quite strange because she indicated it as 'X or something'. Getting the entire order at the same time, of course not! First give 3 others' latte macchiato and then ours! And rancid that it is, the latte didn't have the lid on properly and was scorching hot, the doppio looked like a double ristretto and the coffees tasted like ditch water.

Nice friendly service and delicious coffee and sandwich choices. Unfortunately we couldn't sit inside with the dog. Fortunately the weather was sunny and we were able to sit outside.

Worst Starbucks in the Netherlands. Cold coffee, unfriendly staff. On several days when they were supposed to be open, I had already stood in front of a closed door and today was the final straw. 2 men chatting behind the counter, but not open because of 'a sick person'. The sign on the door says open from 8:00 am on Sat/Sun. "We don't know when we will open, we have a sick person." I don't have to say it at work either, strange thing. Starbucks do better.

Delicious coffee and friendly service, but very messy, seats covered in stains, dirty, dusty, not for sitting, cobwebs hanging from some chairs, everything seems not to have been really cleaned for a long time, which is a shame for a business that sells food and drinks spends.

Just got a coffee with milk and sugar here, it was tasty, but unfortunately there was no milk in it.

Would you like to make the coffee extra weak so that you order an extra shot of express? Yes, that is a tactic, but then you don't actually get what you order because if coffee is made correctly, an extra shot of espresso should not be necessary. Croissant was barely baked, tough.

Not a fan of their sandwiches and snacks. They do like their lattes, they always warm them up for you so you can enjoy them for a long time.

Coffee is good most of the time, but they always seem to be closed "atleast" an hour earlier than what the online schedule says. At this point I've seen the doors more closed than open. It's really starting to get annoying. Oh, and during weekends they close even earlier.

Normally fine. A bit pricey but you know that. But now suddenly they had no ice??? A Starbucks without ice cream? No frappuccino, no ice cold refresha.... How is this possible.... I thought it was a shame. I still took a refresha, but they don't fill it with water and the ice fills up the rest. So much too strong lemonade

What you can and should expect from a Starbucks

Twice we wanted to get coffee, but they were already cleaning up and closed, even though they should still be open according to the opening hours.

Too bad the store smells like fart, apparently the staff has nothing to do. I'm never coming back.

The group of girls working had honestly made my day a whole lot better without even realizing it. Friendly, helpful and came up with creative solutions. If you read this girls, thank you very much! You made a tough week a little brighter.

Starbucks is simply great, although pricey, but if you are out and about you can really treat yourself to something tasty. Lots of choice!

It's a pity that the offer is dominated by cloyingly sweet drinks and brown ditch water that have nothing to do with real coffee. Cortado and Cafe Crème are the minimum basic requirements for a coffee shop.

Gewoon een topzaak. Werkt verslavend. Iedere x als ik er langs rij moet er even een heerlijke koffie gehaald worden. Er is genoeg keuze in heerlijke koffie's, limonades en snacks. Zaak ziet er netjes en schoon uit en personeel vriendelijk.

Enorm lieve vrouw achter de balie die ons hielp met kiezen wat we lekker zouden vinden. Maakte ons gelijk een stuk vrolijker, complimenten voor deze vrouw.

Girl with the glasses + ponytail is the worst worker ever. Other then that they don't have the biggest menu compared to normal Starbucks cafes but it's a big menu for a gass station one. Have cute dutch tumblers. Choco chip frappe was completely overrated, but could be that girl.

I've been coming to this Starbucks for a while. The staff is amazing, always smiling, remembering my name and order even when it is packed, and being a Starbucks connected to a shell station it is always busy.

Vrolijk en netjes geholpen. Kwaliteit die ik verwachtte. Ik herken wel de aparte openingstijden of wijzigingen uit de andere reviews. Even aanpassen in maps kleine moeite.

Wir haben uns einen Blaubeermuffin gekauft. Nachdem in der ersten Hälfte nicht eine einzige Blaubeere auffindbar war, kamen wir am Ende auf zwei Blaubeeren… das war nix.

Ik was gisteren avond onderweg naar huis Dat ons kleine meisje een fles wel en ik had heet waar nodig dat wij onderweg de Starbucks tegen kwam waar ik met mijn flesje van mijn kinderen naar naar binnen rende om warm water te kopen het meisje achter de balie was zo aardig dat ze zei ik vind het wel met warm water en een beetje koud water dat hij dochter topper de fles kan krijgen voor deze Veerma daarom vijf sterren kijk zo goeie service vindt en als de volgende keer kom ik een bakkie koffie bij jullie komen drinken

Goeie service, snel klaar, heel leuk dat ze aan puppuchino/pup cup doen. Zeker geslaagd.

Altijd weer fijn om even snel een cappuccino te halen! Hopelijk komen er in de toekomst meer van dit soort winkels in de regio.
