Starbucks in Schaarsbergen

On our way to the beach in Holland, we made a quick stop at Starbucks. This Starbucks is really lovely, modern, and, most importantly, pleasantly air-conditioned – perfect for a short break, especially in warm weather. Ordering and paying by card was seamless, as one would expect these days. Overall, it's a really well-maintained and modern Starbucks, a place you'll gladly stop at. Highly recommended for a quick break on your journey!

Delicious coffee with friendly staff.

Got delicious coffee again yesterday. It was busy. Employee Koray was super friendly and welcoming. Fast service and tasty coffee. Great!🤩

Had a bad experience today, can understand that it was busy, but asked what was in two doughnuts and got the response from Anna " filling" doesn't spark much joy nor dose it help if you are enquiring about allergies, not only this she also gave the wrong order asked for a venti white mocha. And was giving a white mocha frapachino. Normally the staff are super helpful but this was one of the worst experience I've had here. Really sad to leave this review.

The lady who served us was Elsk (or something like this), very rude

The employees here are terrible the name was Anna and Elske, they discuss customers in a bad way right in your face, I have never seen such an attitude in my life, the woman was wearing glasses and braids, please do something about this, because she left a very bad impression of the place.

For a Starbucks located on the highway, it has a nice outdoor seating area. The coffee is as expected, plenty of choice, and the quality is always good.

I asked a cappuccino with just a little less milk at a cashier. Someone else started making it and it was a full of bubbled milk so I asked her please not to pour that into my cup. It was nice she showed it to me while making so we could check together. No latte art but fine.

It remains my favorite Starbucks. Very friendly staff, neat and clean location, and everything is always in stock. You can sit comfortably and quietly here, both inside and outside.

I got a drink this morning and the matcha was lumpy. I mentioned this at the counter, and they reluctantly made me a new one. Then they shouted loudly and rudely throughout the counter that it was finished, followed by loud laughter. Such a shame. I come here regularly and have never been treated like this before.

I thought I'd just grab a quick coffee, but oh no. I walked in to get a coffee to go, they dropped a cup, and the two of them started cleaning it up. While I pointed out that I was in a hurry, I even got an arrogant response like, "Can't you see I'm busy?"

Well, the line. I think it would take at least 30 minutes for a cup of coffee, I'll skip that!

Always a great atmosphere, the last few times it was close to closing time but always receive friendly service and the drinks are always good 👍🏽

Friendly medewerker but did not offer to heat up my cinnamon roll and no fork too

I believe our server's name was Sent and she was GREAT! Super friendly and made some great drinks for us (including a yummy espresso con panna)! She also took the time to converse with our toddler who had things to say (as opposed to just smiling and walking away). Great experience and will definitely be a regular pitstop for us in the future!

There was quite a line when we arrived, but we were helped so quickly! What a great team! I've never been able to leave with a delicious cup of coffee so quickly.

There was always a long line at the checkout. The lemon cake was delicious, but I was very disappointed with the coffee—very hot but not very flavorful.

What a scam. Mango dragon fruit packed with ice cubes. My husband got two sips and I got one, and that for €4.95 for a tasteless little orange juice. They should be saying €4.95 for a cup of ice cubes. I could make a lot of money that way. Now I'm done with Starbucks. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Shame on you...!!!!

Just ordered coffee and some food here. What terrible service! The three of them behind the counter are busy talking about part-time work and children. After two minutes, an employee named "Met mij" barks at me without even saying hello, asking what to do with my stamp cards. I order coffee and then yell "what size?" and "was that it?" It makes a very unfriendly impression, not exactly a good example of the shop. Incidentally, the carrot cake is in a large plastic container, and the cream has completely melted.

I've been confronted several times by a closed door because they closed too early. Now, on a Saturday, they were finally open until 7 p.m., but the staff was incredibly unfriendly. There were only two of them; one was sweeping while the other was taking multiple orders. So, no drinks were being made during that time. I still needed a stamp for a full ticket, ordered two drinks, and assumed one would be free, as always. But no, that wasn't until the next time, and ordering twice wasn't possible. I thought it was complete nonsense, but especially how rude she was. We'll be going back to Apeldoorn from now on.

It doesn't matter what you eat, it matters who is with you. A modest dinner with a loved one is already a feast of life. A royal dinner is not in the dishes, but in the gaze of the one who stayed with you even when there was only bread and tea on the table.

Very poor customer service. There was a thin girl with glasses behind the counter, sitting on her laptop, and she completely did not want to help me with a ice cup. LReally disappointing experience.

The coffee had a very strange aftertaste which is never the case at the other Starbucks I go to and I had gotten the peach ice tea for the first time which was super nasty also with a strange aftertaste. Staff was also very grumpy.

Worthless Starbucks. Stood in front of a closed door for the umpteenth time. Staff seems to adjust the opening hours themselves when they don't feel like working anymore and do it with a K-excuse that they don't have enough staff. Investing in Dutch speaking staff and a customer service course would also be advisable.

Regular place when I drive from east to west to relax with a coffee from Starbucks.

Why can't you get a normal amount of coffee or cappuccino. The amount alone kills the desire for coffee. I threw half of it away. Once but never again.

The woman behind the counter was extremely rude. She thought we were talking too fast and that's possible. But the tone in which she indicated this was angry and rather intense.

Perfect for a break on the way to Amsterdam or the sea. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable and the coffee is delicious. Shell toilet vouchers can be redeemed here and oat milk is available for free as an alternative.

Then you pay 17.95 for 2 small coffees, a double espresso and a latte, which is already very pricey. Then you give the name 'X', which the woman found quite strange because she indicated it as 'X or something'. Getting the entire order at the same time, of course not! First give 3 others' latte macchiato and then ours! And rancid that it is, the latte didn't have the lid on properly and was scorching hot, the doppio looked like a double ristretto and the coffees tasted like ditch water.

There is a piece of paper on the door with opening hours until 6 p.m., and they are already banned from the store at 4:10 p.m. with the message that the store is already closed.

Worst Starbucks in the Netherlands. Cold coffee, unfriendly staff. On several days when they were supposed to be open, I had already stood in front of a closed door and today was the final straw. 2 men chatting behind the counter, but not open because of 'a sick person'. The sign on the door says open from 8:00 am on Sat/Sun. "We don't know when we will open, we have a sick person." I don't have to say it at work either, strange thing. Starbucks do better.

Delicious coffee and friendly service, but very messy, seats covered in stains, dirty, dusty, not for sitting, cobwebs hanging from some chairs, everything seems not to have been really cleaned for a long time, which is a shame for a business that sells food and drinks spends.

Would you like to make the coffee extra weak so that you order an extra shot of express? Yes, that is a tactic, but then you don't actually get what you order because if coffee is made correctly, an extra shot of espresso should not be necessary. Croissant was barely baked, tough.

Not a fan of their sandwiches and snacks. They do like their lattes, they always warm them up for you so you can enjoy them for a long time.

Coffee is good most of the time, but they always seem to be closed "atleast" an hour earlier than what the online schedule says. At this point I've seen the doors more closed than open. It's really starting to get annoying. Oh, and during weekends they close even earlier.

Normally fine. A bit pricey but you know that. But now suddenly they had no ice??? A Starbucks without ice cream? No frappuccino, no ice cold refresha.... How is this possible.... I thought it was a shame. I still took a refresha, but they don't fill it with water and the ice fills up the rest. So much too strong lemonade

What you can and should expect from a Starbucks

Twice we wanted to get coffee, but they were already cleaning up and closed, even though they should still be open according to the opening hours.

Too bad the store smells like fart, apparently the staff has nothing to do. I'm never coming back.

The group of girls working had honestly made my day a whole lot better without even realizing it. Friendly, helpful and came up with creative solutions. If you read this girls, thank you very much! You made a tough week a little brighter.

Starbucks is simply great, although pricey, but if you are out and about you can really treat yourself to something tasty. Lots of choice!

It's a pity that the offer is dominated by cloyingly sweet drinks and brown ditch water that have nothing to do with real coffee. Cortado and Cafe Crème are the minimum basic requirements for a coffee shop.

Gewoon een topzaak. Werkt verslavend. Iedere x als ik er langs rij moet er even een heerlijke koffie gehaald worden. Er is genoeg keuze in heerlijke koffie's, limonades en snacks. Zaak ziet er netjes en schoon uit en personeel vriendelijk.

Enorm lieve vrouw achter de balie die ons hielp met kiezen wat we lekker zouden vinden. Maakte ons gelijk een stuk vrolijker, complimenten voor deze vrouw.
