Starbucks in Centrum

Had a disappointing experience. The barista was rude and unfriendly. As someone who’s worked as a barista, I get that frustration happens, but rudeness is never okay.

They should have such shops in more places, especially in my area

Filter coffee has little taste today. Bland, watery. Underextraction. Jamer.

What a dramatically bad Starbucks. Staff chatting in Turkish instead of working, dirty and dramatic pace. Coffee is okay.

They forgot about our order, which is why we missed the train…

The coffee shouldn’t burn your mouth, milk should be on right temperature, the cinnamon roll was not made properly, and the Frappuccino was more water that nothing else, sorry I can not recommend it.

I just came from this Starbucks, not very friendly staff. I was still thinking about what I wanted and then I was asked in an urgent tone, yes, but what do you want? It didn't look very fresh inside either... this could be improved 🧐

I mean, which Starbucks isn't great. Even though this is inside a train station, the environment is great as well as the vibe, and like any Starbucks, they have great coffee.

Early one Saturday morning I went to Starbucks during my transfer, ordered a medium white chocolate milk, then ran in a bit of a hurry towards the train. Unfortunately, the cup contained normal chocolate milk, which unfortunately was not the drink (Very dirty). The cup and the receipt itself stated a White Chocolate Milk. Fortunately, I received a coupon after sending an email to Starbucks.

What friendly staff work here, especially a nice gentleman on Saturdays! A delicious vanilla latte again today ☕️

Coffee too hot and too expensive, not exactly friendly staff. Too bad, we won't be back!

Overall its pretty good. Sometimes the drinknis a bit better and sometimes a bit worse. Like, one time i had a frappechino that was so cold it wouldn't go through a straw, and one time they added extra crumbled cookies on my whipped cream. So sometimes a win, sometimes a loose. I also find it a bit difficult when they start talking in English instead of Dutch. Its not that i can't speak it, i just get a bit anxious about it. Otherwise very neat, would go again (and i will!)

Every Saturday I get my coffee here, top service and staff!

Super service door Bo en Sophie!! Zij maakte mij koffie goed en snel klaar. Verder konden zij mij goed over het aanbod adviseren. Zij hebben er verstand van en werken met passie!

De prijzen zijn niet normaalvoor wat je krijgt aan hoeveelheid/ kwaliteit. Daarnaast kun je niet naar het toilet.

Dit is een Heerlijk terasje je kan lekker drinken en lekker eten het is zo chill... Als Andere iets willen zijn ze meteen aan de beurt

The personal was friendly and talked English, which i myself don't mind. The coffee was pretty frozen though, but after it warmed up more it tasted good. The atmosphere itself is nice, with good colours enough seating and decorations for the holidays. Overal decent.

Niemand is uiteraard verplicht te groeten en het gaat eigenlijk nergens over, maar toch. Als je de zaak verlaat en je zegt vriendelijk gedag en 2 snotaapjes kijken je alleen maar arrogant aan zonder iets terug te zeggen, verlaat je zo'n tent met het gevoel (verder niks) dat je eigenlijk iets recht te zetten hebt. Groeten van een boomer die zich vaak verbaast.

Pas beaucoup de table pour se poser. On commande, on est servi et on part.simple, clair, bon et rapide. J'adore.

Ik dacht even rustig te kunnen werken hier onder het genot van een kopje koffie. Het personeel was echter druk in gesprek. Lastig was alleen dat 1 van de dames op een steenworp van mij zat en op maximaal volume alles met haar collega’s wilde delen. Daarnaast was het een behoorlijke zooi en waren de tafeltjes smerig. Behalve die waar ze zelf aanzat.

Latte hazelnut honey volgens mij was het. Erg lekker. Mooie locatie station Arnhem.

De drankjes zijn prima, wachttijd is bizar lang en dat in combinatie met prijs is dit niet voldoende om de wachttijd goed te praten.....

Lekkere koffie, aardige medewerkers maar de chocolademelk smaakt saai en is duur. Maar de koffie's zijn wel erg lekker.

Waar ze consistent zijn in de kwaliteit is dat absoluut niet het geval voor de openingstijden de afgelopen maanden. Ongelofelijk. Wat is het nu? Van zowel de tijden op de website van Starbucks als op Google klopt helemaal niets. Ik was vandaag om half 10 op het station en de vestiging is gewoon gesloten. Zorg er voor dat je de actuele tijden publiceert, nog even los van het feit dat jullie echt negatief opvallen op het station met deze openingstijden.

Openingstijden kloppen voor geen meter. Erg frustrerend

Goede koffie en heel lief personeel maar altijd voor sluitingstijd al dicht. Om 18.00 dicht terwijl ze tot 20.00 open horen te zijn. Vandaag ook dicht voor 20.00 terwijl ze tot 21.00 open horen te zijn. Waarom is dat? Pas dan eventjes de tijden aan dan schep je ook geen verwarring.

Altijd topkwaliteit kwaliteit en anders het personeel wel wil

Lekkere frappacunio. Vriendelijk personeel. Maar de zaak zelf was niet schoon. De vloer plakte helemaal.

Starbucks remains one of the best coffee shops and serves great tasty coffee and alike. Seasonal offers (e.g. chocolate milk) are often not available yet still advertised, which is somewhat disappointing. The alternatives are good though. Not the cheapest but again, tasty and served with a smile. Please like this review if useful. Thank you.

Super personeel! Ik had perongeluk een latte besteld met lactose en ze hebben gratis een nieuwe gemaakt zonder melk! Ze hebben mijn dag weer goed gemaakt

Starbucks heeft een ontzettend tijdrovend en onhandig systeem. Lange wachtrij dus voor een kopje koffie. Normale koffie wel erg groot formaat.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Ik vroeg naar een ‘gezonde’ optie en werd heel goed geholpen.

We werden meteen geholpen aleen kreeg geen extra caramel saus erin waarvoor wel is betaalt, opzich vriendelijk personeel aleen het is bestwel duur en ik had meer smaak verwacht met alle hype

Sterke brainfreeze en hoofdpijn na een frappechino. Weinig smaak, had beter verwacht met alle hype.
