For three people, coffee, two waffles and a small warm snack 75 euros is really expensive... But the food was delicious. But 10 euros for a simple waffle with a ball of ice cream was also way too expensive, especially since the waffle was old and not fresh. Service 5 stars. Ambience suitable for young people, not suitable for my parents (mid-60s and mid-70s) because the armchairs, couches and tables were too deep.

New menu. Choosing the stress of choice today. Delicious trio of soup, sandwich and cake. Choco chai is also new and very tasty!

Our favorite restaurant in Venlo. Good healthy high quality menu with many vegetarian options. Friendly service who know what they are serving. Tasty drinks with many trendy options. Everything they prepare is fresh and of high quality, down to the smallest decoration on the plate. Recommend it to everyone.

Started with a delicious Latte Machiato and then enjoyed a delicious lunch, surprising menu, with a nice glass of wine! Recommended!

Beautiful place located in quiet side street. Interior design is really well done and it’s integrated in the local library which we thought is a brilliant idea. Staff was very welcoming and nice, drinks and food perfect. Big choice of (vegan/vegetarian) offers as well. All in all a great place

Het is een hele fijne rustige lunch plek. Je kunt hier met vrienden wat drinken maar ook zakelijke meetings houden. Met een kopje koffie en lekker gebak. Ook hebben ze super aardige personeel rondlopen! Mijn complimenten.

Lekker vegan (glutenvrij) eten! Het was een heerlijke gezonde lunch. Ook de sfeervolle locatie deed me verbazen. In de binnenstad van Venlo, naast de bibliotheek: een oase van rust in het drukke centrum. Echt een aanrader als je spontaan een keer wilt lunchen :-)

Very nice and original cafe at the local library, cozy and with a small but delicious menu. Service was attentive and friendly, my flatbread with humus and falafel was delicious, so was the espresso. Would definitely come back for lunch or coffee

What a great place Stek is. Due to an event I was in Venlo for 3 days and I spent 3 days at Stek. Delicious food and drinks. Fantastic owner who is extremely involved in what she does and makes. Very nice energy emanates from this place. Recommended for anyone who enjoys genuine attention and good food. It is also very nice that you can exchange cuttings.

Als je iets speciaals wilt eten en houdt van originele lekkere gezonde gerechten, dan is Stek het plekje waar je moet zijn! En het is ideaal met kinderen, mijn zoon is helemaal weg van de chia pudding en smoothie bowls! En met wat boekjes uit de naastgelegen bibliotheek is het helemaal ontspannen! We kunnen het iedereen aanraden!

Very nice and cozy café, perfect for a coffee break if you study in the library, or a coffee date if you are in the city center. The coffee is good, they have lots of vegan milk alternatives and vegan, sugar free and/or gluten free cakes, turmeric lattes, matcha lattes etc.! Also sandwiches and soup of the day, a small breakfast menu and smoothie of the day. I love to come here and the staff is always friendly and nice.

By far the nicest coffee place in Venlo. Wonderful among the books and magazines. Lunch is excellent!
