A wonderful place to stay. Only a long walk from the sea to the pavilion.

Sandwiches sparsely filled. Sangria was delicious, but also quite expensive.

Great for a drink, snacks are overpriced and the service is not particularly enthusiastic

We only had a drink. The service was terrible; there was no communication between everyone about who was responsible for which table. The table wasn't even wiped down. And then, the best part: they use a wipe for everything. Hygiene is 0%. We definitely won't be going back. As a tourist or guest, you don't like being there.

Nice stand-up bar. We were only here for the Aperol. The price was reasonable, and the staff and service were very friendly and good. The food at the next table also looked good and tasted good.

Contrary to what the name suggests, this scorpion does not sting. Young friendly people in the service, a bit uncoordinated, but with a big smile. The food is okay but not special. The atmosphere, especially inside, is a bit dated. The terrace offers a view and protection from the wind, which made it very pleasant to stay with the sun and 15-16 degrees outside. Prices are very reasonable for a beach tent!

Unfortunately I can't really say anything about the food here as I simply wasn't served at all. It is often the case that as a single you are overlooked or served less attentively. But something like this has never happened to me before. It may still be acceptable that a couple who sat down after me ordered before me, even though they had already seen me before. The fact that the waitress first turned away, then turned to me again to grin at me briefly and then went back in was the last straw. So to be served you have to be at least two people here

Eten en bediening prima maar de rolstoeltoegankelijkheid viel vies tegen. Toen we bekaf aankwamen nadat ik (vrouw van 66) mijn moeder van 89 in een rolstoel over het duin geduwd had en zij een paar keer bijna voorover viel door mul zand, vroeg mijn vader van 90 of hij de auto tot voor de deur mocht rijden om mijn moeder op te halen. Er werd gezegd dat hij dan beter niet de politie kon tegenkomen maar met de barre heenweg in gedachten ging mijn vader na de lunc toch op pad naar de auto. Tegelijkertijd vertrok een medewerker van de Schorpioen in zijn auto (een grijze Isuzu pick-up) vanaf zijn parkeerplaats naast het etablissement, reed mijn vader voorbij om de toegang voor auto's tot het pad af te sluiten. Ik heb met mijn moeder in de rolstoel zeker een kwartier staan wachten, de pick-up was inmiddels terug en de bestuurder keek nog even om toen hij uitstapte, toen ik mijn vader van 90 weer het duin over zag komen lopen. Ik heb met veel adrenaline van woede mijn moeder weer over het duin weten te duwen en de gezellige verjaardagslunch had in een keer een hele nare nasmaak. Denk goed na voordat je met een rolstoel naar dit strandpaviljoen gaat. Wij gaan in ieder geval niet meer.

Food and service were excellent, but wheelchair accessibility was disappointing. When we arrived exhausted after I (a 66-year-old woman) had pushed my 89-year-old mother in a wheelchair over the dune and she almost fell over a few times due to loose sand, my 90-year-old father asked if he could drive the car to the door to pick up my mother. It was said that it would be better for him not to encounter the police, but with the rough journey in mind, my father went to the car after lunch. At the same time, a Scorpio employee in his car (a gray Isuzu pickup) took off from his parking lot next to the establishment, drove past my father to close off vehicular access to the path. I waited with my mother in the wheelchair for at least fifteen minutes, the pick-up had now returned and the driver looked back when he got out, when I saw my 90-year-old father walking over the dune again. With a lot of adrenaline, I managed to push my mother over the dune again and the pleasant birthday lunch suddenly had a very bad aftertaste. Think carefully before going to this beach pavilion with a wheelchair. In any case, we won't be going again.

The beach pavilion is in a great location and is well attended. When the sun is shining you can sit wonderfully on the terrace. We just had a drink and ordered a portion of bitterballen from the freezer with our drink. In fact, the higher prices are due to the beautiful location. But the service was also friendly. And we would go again.

Due to a lack of staff, the tables inside were marked as reserved. I then politely asked if the staff shortage would be resolved if we sat outside or would we have to expect that everything would take a very long time? The answer was that you weren't there to discuss and if it said reserved, that's just how it was... Absolutely rude

Very nice, fast service that serves good, tasty snacks from the menu. Prices are of course due to the location and view The terrace is not too big, so there may be waiting times. But there is a counter sale, direct to take away. Seating is available specifically for this area.

Easily accessible by car even for elderly people who are no longer so mobile. Another beach pavilion that is not too out of the ordinary and just invites you to relax.

Good service and of course a fantastic view of the sea. The Aperol Spritz €8 tastes even better. At low tide you can see a sandbank where seals frolic.

Beach pavilion with a wonderful view of the sea and the sandbank in front of it where many seals hang out. Drinks, coffee and cake were delivered promptly. The apple cake was very tasty, the chocolate cake was also tasty but very powerful. To pay with the card you have to come to the counter, which worked smoothly for us as there wasn't much activity.

Friendly service, mediocre food, prices far too high. It is not possible to pay at the table with a card (Maestro, credit card is not possible at all), but you have to go to the counter. Then stand in line there...

Arrivals 20 minutes before closing. We wait, when someone finally comes she informs us that they are no longer serving and that a sign is in front. Except she wasn't there when we arrived. Very disappointed, not great welcome!

Geen aangename strandpaviljoen. Op het terras staan geen menukaarten. Ik vroeg een Coca Cola Zero en ik kreeg een Pepsi, wat ik niet lust. Hadden ze zeker even kunnen melden, zodat ik iets anders kon bestellen.

A very nice beach pavilion. You have to be lucky to get a place here. But then, it's in a great location, you have a great view of the sea. The staff is busy. We drank beer and cocoa, nothing special. But it was good. I would recommend the place to everyone.

Delicious food, portions were normal size. The fries were missing a little salt, but that's a matter of taste. The only thing is that it is very expensive for what you get. The atmosphere was cozy, but the music was too loud for me, also because it was an endless loop of the same music. Service super friendly. All in all, recommended for a stop, but not permanently.

Maybe because it was quiet, but the staff couldn't find their way. The bouncers were fine but the pancakes were cold and from a package, they were then heated in the microwave.

Nice to sit right by the sea. Had a very nice drink, il mio gusto amarena. Friendly staff.

Lunch menu is very exprensive for what it is. The tostis were snack bar quality but twice the price. Fries were extremely crunchy and the oil was definitely old. Was extremely disappointed that tap water wasn't served, there were very few drink options for our Diabetic friend and tea was cheaper than water so that's what she went with.

Kleine Bar ,am Anfang zum Strand von Renesse gelegen.Es gibt allerlei zu trinken,Essen kann ich nicht beurteilen,da ich nicht gegessen habe.Gut ist der Zugang,man muss nicht unbedingt durch den Sand . Toll ist auch der Blick auf und über den Strand von Renesse.DerService ist nett und aufmerksam.Im Vergleich zu anderen Strandbars finde ich diese innenn wie aussen ein wenig spartanisch eingerichtet.

Mooie lokatie voor een strandtent. Pracht strand voor de deur! Eten/ Drinken prima. Echter mis de beachclubsfeer...beetje trieste uitstraling...zo jammer. Geen lounge banken,en of iets van zon,zee,strand uitstraling!!Is echt een wereldzaak van te maken!!

Was gezellig, leuk personeel. Wat we besteld hebben was goed !!!

Personal war sehr nett. Wir haben einen Kaffee, Kakao, Apfelschorle und eine Cola getrunken und haben 13,50€ bezahlt. Auf der Terrasse sitzt man windgeschützt und kann die Sonne und das Meer genießen. Toilette war für die Notdurft okay,

Schöne Lage gleich am Strand - gibt ein gutes Strandfeeling. Bedienung war sehr nett und hatte soweit alles im Blick. Das Essen war eine Unverschämtheit! Es hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Ich hatte mir endlich Pfannkuchen bestellt - fettig, fad und echt öde...... sehr enttäuschend! Der Burger war auch nicht seinen Namen wert. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert. Da der Wein gut war, gibt es einen Gnadenstern! Außerdem - da kann das Restaurant zwar nichts für - sehr unschöne Hundebegegnungen! Mal wieder das alte Lied: Hundehalter halten ihre Hunde nicht in ihrem Nahraum bei sich, sondern lassen sie trotz Leinenpflicht überall hin.......auch zu unserem Hund! Grundregel Nr. 1 mal wieder nicht eingehalten.....

Sehr schön gelegen direkt am Strand. Wir haben hier sehr gut gegessen. Die Karte ist vielfältig und es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Im hinteren Bereich der Terrasse hat es noch einen kleinen Selbstbedienungsbereich. Können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Einfach schön! Perfekt um einfach mal abzuschalten und den Blick aufs Meer zu genießen! Das Essen war richtig lecker und auch ausreichend. Super netter Service. Definitiv eine Empfehlung!

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen- freundliches zentral gelegenes kleineres Hotel- gerne komme ich wieder!
