Unfortunately, I ordered something for delivery, but half of it wasn't delivered, and the bakabana was cold. When I called, they said they couldn't do anything. Such a shame!

Last week I had basmati rice with tandoori chicken, and this week I had basmati rice with butter chicken. Both delicious! One of the best in Amsterdam!

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. You can immediately tell that great value is placed on customer service here. The atmosphere in the store is inviting and cozy, which makes the entire stay even more pleasant. Overall, I can only warmly recommend the store. We came from Brussels and Paris, we were grateful to share some nice and fresh indian dishes. The owner is a wonderful person that takes time to prepare his home made dishes. He runs the place for over 20 years. We fully recommend the restaurant.

It is one of the best indian/surinaamse restaurant in the city. Small and runs by the owner himself. He stands for quality und taste. Highly recommend if you want authentic food.

Just discovered this place in my new neighborhood! Absolutely love their vegetarian roti roll (their tofu is so good!). Friendly service too- I will be visiting a lot :)

No frills local take out, with roti/Indian/Indonesian dishes. Great friendly service, speak to the owner and he'll do his best to accommodate your request. The kitchen and food serving area is always very clean. The roti-roll (chicken, lamb or veggie) is really, really good and my boys and I go to take-out meal. Remember to ask for chilli/pickle condiments (the chilli is HOT). It's very well priced, there's also a weekly special. Cold canned drinks, fruit juices are available, no beer though. No PIN/debit card facilities, but you can do a direct fund transfer via your smart phone banking app. They have a simple loyalty programme with a stamp per €10 spent. A full card with 10 stamps then gives you €10 discount. Nice!

Erg lekkere roti en een vriendelijke eigenaar…..!!! Inmiddels 7 jaar verder…!!! ( en tig relaties ) Ik was al een poosje niet geweest ( andere mislukte relaties buiten de stad ) 🥲en vorige week was ik in Osdorp en ben weer roti gaan halen bij shiv. Een aanrader. De eigenaar kon me nog en de roti was nog steeds super lekker….!!! Gelukkig woon ik weer in west en kan weer regelmatig langs gaan… ja je raadt het al … met mijn nieuwe vlam .!!👍👍

This place was sooooo good. We came into Amsterdam and ended up here quite by accident, but it was amazing. If I lived here, this would be a weekly stop for me.

Lekker eten gehaald! Alles ruim voldoende aanwezig. In de winkel nu met bankierenapp te betalen in plaats van eerst pinnen. Handig!

Uitstekende zaak om Roti af te halen. Ze hebben ook andere smakelijke gerechten. De broodjes zijn ook een aanrader. Prijzen zijn schappelijk. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Zeker eens gaan proberen.

23 aug 2019 Voor het eerst roti met kip bot besteld, was vrij aardig, aloe(aardappel) was te stevig, kouseband goed, pannekoek aardig. Als rams roti dicht is redelijk alternatief.

Roti vegetarisch is smakelijk en vers.
