Well... I think this restaurant could better focus on delivery, which seems very successful given the back and forth of various delivery services. The waiter who took us to the table regularly had to jump into the delivery van himself, with the result that the lady who was making the sushi also had to answer the phone and serve the tables. Luckily for them, there was hardly anyone there. When the waiter returned, he immediately grabbed a tray and walked along the tables, with rain pants and all. The food was fine (just the quality you can expect from an all you can eat) and the restaurant is run by very hard working people, but the atmosphere is really lacking, actually a bit sad and dilapidated. The service is very friendly, but always delayed due to the continuous deliveries. Not recommended for a fun night out, but great to order...

super lang wachten op je een, de suchi was niet slecht maar duurde 45 min voor we onze eerste boordje kregen en dat was een salade. het was niet druk. ik belde om 6 uur of er plek was toen zeiden ze we zitten vol maar om 8 uur hebben we wel een plekje. daar aangekomen om kwart voor 8 toen waren er aar 5 tafels bezet. Er was maar 1 persoon die de bediening deed en er was maar 1 kok dan is het lochisch dat je lang moet wachten voor mijn tweede biertje ben ik zelf maar naar de bali gelopen om het te halen. een beetje jammer dat deze zaak zo erg achteruit is gegaan in het verleden was het een goed lopende zaak en was het eten snel en erg lekker, nu was het eten niet al te slecht maar kan zeker verbeterd worden

Ordered via home delivery, the sushi arrived very quickly so I left a tip. However, after eating the sushi I was immediately disappointed, the sushi seemed out of date, tasteless and had green specks and spots throughout both the rice and the fish. Since I don't really have a lot of money, I still ate a few pieces because I thought it would be a shame to throw them away, but this was not a good idea. I didn't feel great after it. Very unfortunate, because there was a very nice extra for Christmas (a cake with fruit & a card).

As a surprise, my dear sister had food from the sushi factory delivered to my house to cheer me up. This certainly worked! The food was delicious and the delivery was super friendly. Because I was so surprised, it was only later that I realized that the restaurant had even added something extra. Really good service and I will definitely order/eat here more often :)

Racism should not exist in this year. This "restaurant" is terrible in every conceivable way. I came to pick up my order. The girl at the counter asked for my name but could not understand or pronounce my name and kept asking me for it. When she finally matched my name to the *only* package that was on the table, she then turned to me again and asked me if that was my real name. I would have walked away by then but I still wanted my food since I already paid for it online. In hindsight I should have just left the place. I would not mind if she could not pronounce my name correctly, but I *DO* mind the fact that it turned into distrust from the start, while that bag with my name on it was already sitting there on the table. Again; there was only one (1) bag at the delivery table. She could just have asked what I ordered instead of trying to pronounce my name and starting to insult me by asking if it was really me who ordered it. Considering the food: It's also terrible. As if it were from yesterday. Sticky and tough. Even if they were nice people I would not order from them again.

Excellent experience. Staff are nice and helpful. I have experience with Sumo and Shabu Shabu, but I have never encountered anything as fresh as they make it at the Sushi Factory here. Technically very good quality. Highly recommended!

TERRIBLE ! It takes 45 minutes before you are offered a drink. No menage on the table (table attributes). Also no menu. After a long wait, I received a peat slip, just like at many restaurants, so no tablet anyway! And when we received it, no drink was taken. Great chaos in the organization. Many negatives from the moment you enter. We got up and walked away. I don't recommend this restaurant to anyone. Best regards, Joey

Downright sad. The restaurant could not handle the amount of customers. You were often forgotten, employees didn't know what belonged to whom and it took an hour before you could even swallow your first dish. In the end we negotiated from 65 to 48 euros for 2 people, the only bright spot.

I really don't recommend this tent to anyone, what a waste of money. And it also stinks in the place! A super musty mold smell won't do you any good. From me, this sushi place gets a minus 5 stars. I am totally disappointed in the order of sushi from this restaurant. Temaki almost had no fish inside: really thin slices of salmon/tuna and unagi (eel). The roll, which they call tuna avocado roll, has not a fresh tuna but from the tin, in the description of the roll it is stated just “tuna, avocado,...”. Miso soup is quite salty. Soy sauce seems to be of a cheap quality too, really strange, salty taste. I totally do NOT understand people who put 4 and 5 stars... have you not tried sushi before?

Always eaten with taste. Haven't been in a while, but last time I was treated rudely. My wife has allergies and they always took that into account with all you can eat. Not now, only thing she said 'is difficult, better a la carte'. They didn't want to do what they had done before. Then no, I left angry and this was the last time. It wasn’t bad and there were some things that were actually really good (like the salmon and mango sushi) but there were things that I really didn’t like as well. The mushrooms for example were very greasy. However when we told the staff about it they handled it well and we didn’t have to pay extra for not eating it. The sushi was tasty but a bit big. The grilled fish and shrimp were really good and tender.

Very bad sushi, DO NOT GO HERE! The seaweed between the maki was inedible, it looked like plastic/elastic. We couldn't even bite through it. Called the restaurant and explained how the sushi tasted, I was told that this is how it should be and that is how they always make sushi. Then I got someone else on the phone who told me they couldn't do anything for me, no money back and no new food. I just had to accept that it was unacceptable. Ultimately hung up after an angry conversation, but called back because it is not a way of service. The boy wanted our address to get the sushi, it had already been chewed up and thrown away, which this boy also thought was quite strange. You don't leave nasty food on your plate, do you? In the end he kept his mouth shut on the other side and we were unable to reach an agreement. No money back nothing. I will NEVER order here again. Very bad thing!!!!!

We have seen quite a few sushi restaurants, but this was by far the worst. Uninviting place with bare walls and LED lights above your head, the heat from the kitchen was blown into the restaurant so it was hot and stuffy and the sushi was inedible. The rice looked like it was from last week and was terribly soggy, solid and tasteless. We only tasted a few pieces of the first round and immediately indicated that we were not satisfied, so they contradicted us and wanted us to pay the full price. We will never go here again. Save yourself the misery and avoid this restaurant!!

Good sushi, but what extremely long waiting times. We were here on a Saturday evening, but waiting 50 minutes for some sushi goes a long way. In the meantime, you see all kinds of home delivery orders going out, but you can't serve the customers in your restaurant... They can't handle crowds. Very disappointing, last time for us.

Good sushi but don't eat when it's a bit busy. Home delivery orders clearly have priority and people who are actually in the restaurant can apparently easily wait 45 minutes for some sushi. The waiter even suggested ordering something other than sushi due to a "delay". In the meantime, dozens of bags with home delivery orders are being sent out.

We took the all you can eat deluxe & it was delicious. We had the chance to try almost the whole menu😂.the only thing i dindn't like that much was that the meats like duckbreast & a fish were served with the same sauce. I was expecting a variaty of sauces. But the sushi with zalm & mango sauce was my favorite for that night. Nice service & restaurant was clean. No regrets✔

Not worth a star! You pay 30 euros for the deluxe menu. The menu is very sparse. At first we only got the hot snacks and had to wait 20 minutes before we got our first sushi. The sushi is mainly rice, almost no fish. And tasteless. We received many dishes that we had not ordered. And some hot dishes were served cold. Bad service. And while we were having our ice cream, fried chicken was delivered. Bah!! Never come back here again. Pick pockets!

Very bad service. We got the first round quite quickly, which created good expectations. Things already went wrong in round 2. Waited 26 minutes.. for rounds 3 and 4 it took more than half an hour. Finally ordered dessert. This came earlier than rounds 3 and 4. Very poorly organised. I approached a waiter about this, but he showed no interest in the complaint. We will never come here again.

We have come before but this is really not possible!! After a nice day we wanted to eat. A 50 year anniversary. The day was great until we got here. Too antisocial and too bad for words. Air conditioning couldn't be turned down a little!! Because then other people would complain that it was too hot. More than 4 tables were affected by the air conditioning. People felt cold or even had problems with their eyes. We have been waiting for duck breast for an hour (now in round 2), but it arrives cold after an hour and we have not had some dishes and many dishes were raw. We have been waiting for drinks for 20 to 30 minutes and this warm weather already makes you thirstier. Staff throws drinks and food over other customers several times. They also didn't ask that person if he was okay and they didn't give him wipes either. Cutlery and chopsticks did not arrive until half an hour later and our food became cold. They also didn't know the table numbers... That's already a bad thing!! Tablet lasted like cutlery and drinks for 30 minutes We walked away very angry after a woman from the staff started yelling for the first time. We have already asked for a manager 5 times and the staff cannot even understand proper Dutch. Turns out there is no manager, no boss and no owner. Later, the same woman is shouting at the top of her lungs and railing against her own customer. She doesn't understand anything we say. We want a manager again and she tells us that it can be done faster for our table. Someone says 20 times that the food is raw and the staff says lukewarm and that it is not cold. That woman went all out against her own customer. Which is too rude to be. Even if you want to ask something, they just walk away. I have never experienced this. Really too antisocial for words and really bad. I felt very nauseous afterwards, so I probably even ate something wrong there. Several people said it was bad. They can't handle crowds and it really is one big chaos. Also they don't clear the tables. Last time I come here!! !!I recommend not to go here!!

Came here very often. Food was always good! Until today.... It's my father's birthday and we came here for dinner. there was another large group of about 35 people. Few staff, legs ran out from under the hole.. waited 35 minutes for cutlery and Wasabi. There were only wooden sticks left. We washed cutlery for us and received it anyway. After 40 minutes we received our ordered drinks. The first round took a very long time and in the meantime we ordered the 2nd round. After 1.5 hours we still had not gotten everything from the 1st round. Then there was all kinds of raw or cold things that should be warm. The air conditioning was much too loud and after asking if it could be turned down a little, they did not want it. The large group was also cold. It also took a very long time for them and the waitress even dropped drinks on them.... The staff speaks very poor Dutch and doesn't understand anything you say. 1 young man as an exception. He speaks good Dutch and understands you. After asking 4 times who the manager or owner of the business is, we did not get a clear answer. One of the staff members came to speak to us, but did not understand us. We were then told that they have no manager or owner. We were not spoken to in a friendly manner. Then we got up and walked outside. Many people from the large group came to ask what was wrong and whether we thought it was that bad. Afterwards we chatted for a while and the same lady who told us earlier that there was no owner came outside. She spoke to us very unfriendly and did not understand us. My father remained very polite and tried to explain what he meant in different ways, but she did not understand and started shouting at my father. My father took her inside to continue talking there without all the people around and we could hear the employee's screams outside!! She just stood there yelling at her REGULAR CUSTOMERS!!! We walked away and went to the snack bar....

Went to eat and after 2 rounds got up and walked away, the restaurant was about half full. Food and drinks took 20 minutes to be delivered and the food was raw, not prepared properly. The restaurant itself claimed to have no manager or boss and that was noticeable. Incidentally, we reported the above problems to an employee, but he could not understand us. I'm not going to start it again.

After a long journey, my friend and I wanted to have a quick meal somewhere in the evening. A friend recommended this restaurant to me. Price-quality ratio was very good. Everything was fresh, sashimi without surcharge was also highly recommended! Allyoucan eat including drinks for 26.50 during the week is not bad. It was just a pity that the salad was very salty (too much soy sauce in it) and that there was a lot of rice with the nigiris... you could barely taste the fish. You only took bites of rice instead of sushi, so to speak. Furthermore, the staff was very friendly. Young man, about 18 years old, did his job very well. I will definitely come back here as long as I don't get so much rice with the nigiris again haha

The food is super tasty, but the restaurant lacks atmosphere. Improve this and train the staff a little better and we will get a big 5 stars

The food was still good in terms of quality. The service was terrible (handing clean glass with his fingers in the glass). The kitchen could not handle a half-full case (getting food from round 1 into round 4). The food was way too salty. Unfortunately not recommended but not recommended.

Great food and a friendly staff! The concept of all you can eat (+drinks) is very reasonably priced. You have to try the lamb chops, much better compared to other all you can eat restaurants. They also have baby dining chairs available which we appreciated greatly.

Excellent service! I went to eat sushi with my friend. He has gluten allergy and I have egg allergy. They made sushi just for us without those ingredients. Also let us know by every order what contains.

A great all-you-can-eat sushi concept. You order via your phone using a QR code on the receipt. The menu isn't extensive, but what's on it is excellent. No special dishes, just fairly standard sushi and side dishes. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The service is also just okay. The tables in this restaurant are really close together, a bit too close in our opinion. Definitely worth a second visit.

NEVER order a poke bowl here. For the same price, you can get three times the size of this poke bowl at Onori or Sushito, with much better ingredients. Imagine the smallest poke bowl ever... This one is even smaller! Embarrassing.
