Sushi Rothem in Wijk 00 Meerssen

Sushi is good. But the last 4 times we ordered online, the food just didn't arrive. We then called, and every time the story came that they hadn't received "the receipt" via Thuisbezorgd. Unfortunately, it doesn't sound credible anymore. No apology, nothing.

I have ordered sushi/poké bowls a number of times. Previously, everything went fine, and the food is always tasty. The last few times, however, our order is routinely delivered 45-60 minutes later than the indicated time (regardless of what time we order), which is very disappointing.

This is one of our favorite places to order sushi and have it delivered. The beef roll is our favorite. The price-quality ratio is excellent! Delivery is a bit hit and miss, but I'd say 80% of the time it's on time.

We come here a few times a year to pick up a sushi box. We drive about 20 km for it. For €32.50, you can eat your fill for two, and it tastes fantastic. Fresh and delicious. Friendly people, too.

I placed a large sushi order on Christmas Day, and it was placed and paid for sometime that morning. I received confirmation by email, and by evening, I was standing in front of a closed door. No one could be reached. The online hours for that day had suddenly changed, and you could no longer place orders for that day. So, you're there on Christmas Day. At least let people know if you decide to close! To this day, I haven't been able to get in touch, and I haven't received a refund. Really inappropriate!

Stupid place; ordered online through Thuizbezorgd; got a message that my order was on the way. 2 hours later after ordering and nothing about it; called and they claim that whatever it is with their system doesn’t work and theres no idea of my order; letting me without food and lost money. Absolute ridiculous

The sushi looks good and we would actually like to order here more often. There is someone working there who secretly puts black armpit or pubic hair in the sushi. We have experienced this twice in a row now. The first time could have been a coincidence. But today they tried it again anyway, and sure enough. Hairs embedded in the sushi. So gross. I will never order here again.

The sushi wasn't fresh. The ulcer was dried out, and the salmon was discolored. It was tough and tasteless. For the price, you'd expect something edible.

Best sushi in the area for sure!!

Sushi Rothem has the best takeout sushi in the area for us. The quality is always excellent. They have a wide selection. The price-quality ratio is excellent. They also have a chip shop, but I've never ordered fries or snacks. The staff is always very friendly. Their website isn't always efficient, but ordering by phone is quick. You can also order through Thuisbezorgd, but that's not as convenient for them. We live near Sittard but still always drive to Rothem to get sushi. We've been coming here for over four years now.

I keep coming back here for the sushi. The best in the Meerssen area! Something went wrong with an order once (I paid for it but didn't receive it), but they made it right with my next order. Fantastic!

Delicious sushi! Been for years

The best takeout sushi in the area. I started coming here a few years ago when I lived in Bunde. I've since moved to Valkenburg and then Sittard, but we still go here for the sushi. Despite its simple appearance, the staff is excellent and the sushi tastes great.

Heerlijke sushi! Nooit tegengevallen en altijd vers. Mensen die Social deal gebruiken krijgen wat er in de omschrijving van de inhoud van de Deal staat en als ze iets anders willen moeten ze dat gewoon bestellen! Haal er al een paar jaar haast wekelijks sushi en als ik eens ergens anders sushi eet valt dat meestal tegen 😅

Spoetniks en loempidellen van ongekende kwaliteit. Vandaar deze vijf fraaie sterretjes voor dit etablissement.

Voor de eerste keer gehaald, via social deal, meteen ook de laatste keer, viel heel erg tegen, bijna alles het zelfde. Er wordt gezegd sake en tekka maki maar ipv verse tonijn en zalm krijg je alleen maar gevuld met tonijn en zalmsalade.
