The food arrived on time. Normally, the sushi is delicious, and I order it regularly, but this time it was a huge disappointment. The sushi was soggy and wet, and the flamed salmon was absolutely inedible. For me, this was a waste of time, especially considering the price.

I've been coming here for years, it's really good. Definitely recommended.

I placed an order at Sushi Station Leidsche Rijn for the second time. Again, two poke bowls: one with chicken and one with the sashimi mix. They were delicious and well-deserved! The order confirmation stated a delivery time of one hour, but in reality, it took about 30 minutes both times, which was acceptable. This time I also ordered the yakitori. It was also delicious. I will definitely order again!

Ordered Sushi today at Sushi Station. I've been ordering here for years and never had any problems until today when I received spoiled sushi. The maki tuna was completely drab and gray compared to the poke bowl. It was agreed that the order would be replaced. The delivery person only came with 8 pieces of maki salmon and the entire bowl of sushi I had ordered had to be returned. While I ordered 24 pieces. It's scandalous how these people treat you. Placed an order for €68 for sushi.. very tasty but again.

After my food has been getting cold for 15 minutes, the last dish goes into the fryer. My food that I get is cold. When you indicate this at the counter, you are told that you are whining and sentences like: "What do you want me to do then?". Anything but customer friendly. Even the two adults in the kitchen do not say anything about this. Communicating in a normal way is not possible here. You are literally waved out of the store. Three young boys who mainly support each other in not being able to communicate properly. I would never order from here again! Too bad I can't give less than 1 star.

I was always very satisfied with sushi station but if you order and the delivery time is between 30 and 45 minutes then I understand that it becomes 60 minutes but not almost 2.5 hours later. Called after an hour and a half. The food had already been on its way for a quarter of an hour and would almost be there. So that took another 45!!!! Minutes. By the time the delivery man and his scooter friend finally arrived at the door, the food was ice cold and not tasty anymore. But they did not offer compensation.

This is our local sushi place with fresh ingredients, good service and a nice menu. Delivery is always fast and take away option is even quicker. Highly recommended.

I've gotten sushi more often in the past year. Every time there is something going on and it takes a lot of time. Ordered online today 2 hours in advance, I arrive, the staff looks at each other and says they still have to prepare it?? No apologies for the inconvenience or compensation. There are also always unfriendly employees who look empty with their eyes and never have a smile on their face. Outrageous beyond words. I will never order and pick up from here again!! Finally drove to Nieuwegein. Top service there with friendly employees and fast service!!

We ordered a family delux box and Salmon & Tuna roll. They were all delicious. Plus delicious mochis! Super happy!

I ordered 4 different kinds of sushi, some were tasty but not enough, they are light and you can't get enough of them! The Yakitori chicken was like raw. They didn't even put the chopsticks for sushi. Don't go there!

I don't understand the negative reviews. Have been ordering here for over 2 years. Always super tasty and fresh sushi with a good ratio of rice and filling. Always arrives on time. Today I also called to say that a product was not available and was offered an excellent alternative. Plenty of options now that I'm also pregnant. Keep it up ❤️

Ordered sushi and a poke bowl. Sushi was fine! I put together the powkebowl with some extras. The amount was 16 euros. What I got wasn't worth it at all. 3/4 filled with rice and minimal addition. Never again!!

The eel is very nice and we love both poke bowls. Tasty and fresh. The delivery takes around 1 hour but worth it. So consider the delivery time (we live 10 mins drive from the shop).

Terrible service! I order weekly but after today I will never order again. Cheeky teenagers work there who are ill-mannered. I ordered last week and got the wrong sushi, no problem and if they take it with me next time if I order again, that wouldn't be a problem. Ordered again today and no, it was not possible to deliver those 4 pieces that I did not receive last time. I will never order from you again from now on! Good luck with your worthless staff and hopefully they will work on customer friendliness

I don't share the same opinion of the bad reviews I read here. We are not a household that orders regularly, but the times we have ordered from Sushi Station we have always been very satisfied. Very good sushi, neatly packaged and often delivered much earlier than indicated in the confirmation email. In my opinion, definitely recommended, the poke bowls are also great. 👍

Never had any problems with the quality. Sushi is always good. You just have to wait at least half an hour longer than initially indicated when ordering. Ordering sushi “quickly” is not an option.

Placed an order in the afternoon for the evening. Had more than 7 hours to prepare for it. Delivery should have been there 40 minutes ago. The delivery person has already been on his way for 26 minutes, while we live a 10-minute drive away. Given the responses, I also have to worry about whether the order is complete.

I've had contact a few times and it could be here at any moment. After 2 hours I was told that the order was almost ready. I said that I didn't like this and that I wanted my money back. Suddenly an email and they will partially refund the money. THE REVIEW ON THEIR WEBSITE WILL BE REMOVED.!! wow how bad!! After 2 weeks no money back.!! The price to quality ratio is really good. You can buy good sushi or a nice poké bowl for a good price.

You can get the tastiest pokebol here. Been coming here very often. Tonight things went wrong. The delivery person gave a bag. The 2 pokebol lay on their sides. 1 of them had opened and was loose in the bag. Called, they would send a new one within fifteen minutes. Called again after an hour and a half because the delivery person was not there yet. He would be there in 20 minutes now. In the end I just fried an egg myself because I never brought food there again. I never want to experience this again, so I will never order from here again. How can you not come at all anymore?

I placed an online order before 6:30 PM, so far so good. Opened the bag and one Pokebowl was in the bag. I reported this and I would receive a new one within fifteen minutes. After half an hour I called again when I could expect the order, it was busy, etc.... but they would be there in 20 minutes, so I called again. but the man on the phone had not received anything according to him...very strange but they would still deliver it, it is almost 9:00 PM and closing time so I don't expect anything more from that. 1st order from Uber Eays went wrong. Called. After answering tlf I was put on hold for 6 minutes. Not exactly customer friendly. Explained what was going on. To give it a chance, I placed my order and paid at 7:20 PM. To date (9:14 pm) the order has still not arrived. You can no longer call, because they are closed. Order arrived at 9:18 PM. Do not receive update order is late. What bad service.

Wow, what delicious fresh sushi they make here with delicious flavor combinations!! I am actually a loyal customer at another sushi place where they always make fresh sushi, but now I ordered somewhere else and was really surprised about the quality and flavors. The sushi where you can choose the topping yourself was really delicious! But the other surprising sushi snacks and even the ebi tempura were also particularly tasty. We will order here more often!!
