Waiting time according to Thuiszorgd is 30 minutes, according to SushiPoint itself it's 70 minutes. Actual delivery time is 110 minutes. According to SushiPoint this is because a more expensive order came in between. That's called customer service.

Nice standard quality sushi and poké bowls, for when you need a quick fix to hit the spot. Some vegetarian options. The personnel is pleasant and to the point. Focused mainly on delivery and take out, so not really furnished for eating the meal on the spot. Due to the opening hours suitable for late lunch and early dinner.

Food is nice. not bad sushi, BUT - it took the order 90 minutes to arrive (and the delivery guy went to the wrong address), while the website promises 45-70 minutes. And not a word of apology... Not sure I'll order from them again.

Horrible place! The sushi is falling apart and tasteless. Part of my order wasn't delivered. As a regular customer, I ordered faithfully hoping it would get better, but unfortunately, it's still terrible. When I thought I could contact the owner for a solution, I received the message below. Judge for yourself, it's completely insane. "Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear your order didn't meet your expectations. We always strive for quality and service, and we take every complaint seriously. We've noticed you've already left a negative review. Because the complaint has already been publicly processed, we unfortunately can't offer a refund. We will, however, take your feedback into consideration internally so we can improve our team and prevent this from happening in the future. Since all our other reviews are positive, I think it's best if you don't order from us again due to your dissatisfaction. Sincerely, Team Sushipoint Utrecht."

Delicious sushi, fresh and prepared with great care. The sushi platter we ordered today was delicious. My wife and I have been to many sushi restaurants, but nowhere is the sushi as good as here! The staff is also very friendly, and we don't find it overpriced. The delivery service from this restaurant is also excellent.

Very helpful. I made a mistake in the order, and they resolved it by adding an extra sushi roll, super thoughtful. In addition, the sushi was also very tasty. Highly recommended, I will definitely come back!

I paid €50 (excluding delivery) for the New York New York sushi box. Very disappointed. The sushi arrived on time, but as soon as I opened the box, I could smell the salmon was not fresh. The sashimi was dried out. The salmon roll was filled with SMOKED salmon. The cucumber rolls with salmon on them were also not fresh. I've ordered from them often, and I know they can offer fresh, but this was truly disgusting.

Food fantastic...even with problems or extra requests, no trouble or problems whatsoever. Only delivery time is a thing... I understand that due to popularity there is a lot of demand and therefore also a waiting time, but after a number of years there is still no improvement in this only downside as far as I am concerned.

Just Dutch sushi... lots of rice and no wasabi. It's so boring and sad that I have to pay 30,000 won for this food and think it's worth it when I've been in Korea for less than a month and it tastes bad.

Afhaalpunt voor sushi. De sushi is goed alhoewel sommige weinig smaak hebben. Zijn er ook weer hele goeie tussen. De crispy spicy tuna crackers zijn goed. Je kan niet altijd makkelijk in de buurt parkeren. En binnen is het niet heel leuk om te wachten.

Sushi van goede kwaliteit. Bezorging is wat minder, ik woon hier 2 minuten vandaan en bezorging duurde 30 minuten om een of andere reden, beetje apart. Ter compensatie van de lange wachttijd wel speciale Sushipoint sokken bij mijn bestelling gekregen, leuke toevoeging.

Ordered sushi for 20 people at the office. The sushi received compliments, and I personally also enjoyed it, however, the 5 star is also for the service. Quick responses to requests, nice conversations by phone and the order was perfectly in time delivered to the office. Someone had allergies and she loved the box that was personally made for her.

Wij hadden de Magic Box thuis voor ons tweeën besteld. De sushi was ons zeer goed bevallen in een luxe uitziende doos, met o.a. ook handige schaaltjes om soja saus in te doen (dit mist vaak bij concurrenten). Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Enige punt van kritiek is dat bereiding op weekenden vaak wat langer duurt of soms helemaal niet mogelijk is i.v.m. drukte.

The second star is due the price (they have some deals) but this is definitely a Japanese food to not recommend. If it is your only option, order the basics. There is no way to mess up with raw salmon.

Doosje besteld voor 30 euro. In alle sushi zit komkommer. 4 van 5 soorten. De rijst is droog. Deze sushi is niet vers gemaakt. Geen soja saus en geen eet stokjes. Eerste en laatste keer.

Great food&service! We saw too late that the online service was exclusively take away but got a call back from the employee. She then came over personally to bring us the food, which was extraordinary nice, really appreciate that! Pls go there and enjoy!
