Ordered sushi online and delivered at home, but to our surprise the sushi sizes are not standard like normal sushis they were so small and not tasty old sushis, called restaurant mentioned the but they won't accept that product back and give us the money. 1st christmas day made us happy! They are not kind to the customer. Never order again.

Today I went with my co-worker to get my poke like every week, they always gave us a discount for working in the shopping center (about €1, €1.50 less). My surprise today is that the responsible , she told me that she is not going to give us the discount anymore ,for no reason, it's not because of the discount, it's because of the detail, but we won't be back, a shame.

Delicious food, the price was quite disappointing but I didn't expect anything less. The assembly line was a fun experience, but unfortunately we had to deal with about 50 bags of orders spread across the store. Nice staff and tasty sushi. Definitely recommended to have lunch there before a day in Amstelveen!!!!

Lkr sushi. Ordered one evening in advance and picked up the next day at the agreed time. It was also possible to exchange the crab and shrimp sushi from the boxes for chicken sushi. Top organised. Thank you.

Today I got sushi from this horrible place. I specifically told the employee that I am allergic to sesame seeds. To be sure, I have repeated my message to avoid any misunderstandings. Guess? Are there still sesame seeds among the sushi? I found this out after taking a bite. I immediately had an allergic reaction. My partner then immediately went back with the sushi. The team leader initially denied that it contained sesame seeds. Then she looked at it and admitted that there were indeed sesame seeds in the sushi. There was a great lack of empathy. The team leader was extremely rude and unfriendly. Then she came to me to just give the money back and say that I should never go to a sushi restaurant, to avoid these kinds of problems. She blamed me for being allergic to sesame seeds and that I was responsible for this. She ignored the fact that I was starting to feel unwell and even started calling my situation annoying. I've been to places that serve sushi regularly and I've never experienced this kind of amateurish/inappropriate behavior before! There is certainly nothing wrong with the sushi, I believe that, but it is clearly visible that there are a number of flaws with the team leader. It's a shame that these types of unprofessional types are hired at this company. A few minutes later I went to Albert Heijn (near the sushi section) and fresh sushi was made for me where my sesame allergy was taken into account. Sushi Time? Not for me.

Sushi time Amstelveen, where you can order sushi online and on site, is recommended for all lovers of fresh sushi. It's very clean. The employees are pleasant in dealing with the customer. The place is spotless. Time is reserved to advise the customer in his hair choices. I have now been there for the very first time and am very pleased with it. Sushi time at the Binnenhof in the city center shopping center is highly recommended. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍🍣🍚🍶

Pretty good sushi. We had made a reservation and picked it up and we think it was ready fairly early. Some fell apart, but for takeaway sushi the quality is reasonable to good. Price for the 4 persons. order was about €100 which is way too expensive. With a discount voucher it was €54: a great price.

Today we thought we would eat something tasty at Sushi Time Amstelveen, we are my son and I. Well not, what a dirty tent this is, not clean at all! I also asked for a fork because I have rheumatism in my fingers, she couldn't find it at first and when she got it it was so dirty that I disinfected it first! Really disgusting, the cheapest Pokebowl ever! A real mockery, we left quickly, it made us feel nauseous!

I gave one star because you can't not give one. I would definately NOT go there again. Sushi isn't fresh, service is so poor, I spent 25 minutes there and not a single dish was added to the belt though there were about 6 people sitting, it was lunch time and it was the weekend! Staff went ballestic preparing what seems to a normal-sized delivery order. Even when paying I had to wait for 5 mins at the cash because the lady was freaking out about invoicing (for that same delivery order). 25 minutes later, and 8.5 euros poorer I went home hungry.

Well, it's that you can't give half a star. Shopping in Amstelveen Stadshart last Saturday; When cleaning up the evening before we came across a still valid VVV dinner voucher, which apparently contained 30 euros. According to the website, this check is also valid at Sushi Time in Amstelveen. Mentioned with name, photo, site, etc. If you ask about this in the store, with the check in your hands, the staff will simply tell you that the current prices do not apply, but a higher price (?!). There is a 'regular' promotional price for certain sushi boxes, but if you pay by check (hasn't it already been settled and paid?!) then the old price applies and you therefore pay the same net amount haha. What a joke! Well, fine. What follows next is just rudeness, disinterest and total disregard for the customer. We were 10min. We weren't looked at once when we were at the counter. All customers around us were helped, 3 families after and behind us, but we were taking root. We walked on.

Nice Sushi restaurant where you can grab your own Sushi from the transport system. Signs indicate the price of what you take. Prices are clearly indicated. Quality is good and everything is very tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The furnishings are somewhat unusual due to the layout. Definitely try it out once. They also deliver, as orders were constantly being prepared during our visit.

Bad sushi and rude staff. The rice was completely pushed flat (rice grains are completely broken, which is not normal), the inside is almost falling out (not rolled properly). And the staff was really rude, I got 2 sushi boxes and her colleague allowed me to stay there and eat. After 3 seconds of sitting on the chair she tells me that I have to leave when the place is getting full in a very rude way. First, I am told by the cashier that I can take a seat there. Secondly, the place was empty at the time. It was my first time here and also the last time!

Delicious meal with family. In general I'm not a big fan of sashimi, but here it was tastier than I'm used to. Although the service is young, it is still good and the atmosphere is fine for an evening. After all, you come for the food and that's what you come back for.

Ate there for the first time. Unfortunately, it was both the first and last time. The service was uninformative, the staff were rude, I didn't get what I ordered several times, and the dessert bar was very small. Too expensive for what you get.

I've ordered sushi several times now (directly through Shinsei online) and have never been disappointed. The sushi is always fresh, the delivery is fast, and I love that you can order individually or in groups of four. It's exceptional these days that both the quality and the service are so consistently good.
