Tonight we ordered at a quarter to 7 and were called after 50 minutes to say that it was delayed because an employee was sick (it can happen, but it is annoying for that person). During that telephone conversation, an apology was offered and we were told that we would receive a voucher for the long wait, the waiting time we received was 20 minutes, we were told, in the end we had to wait another 35 minutes and it arrived without a gift voucher. Then we thought, well, being busy can happen like that. Once we ate the sushi, it was actually not tasty, so we are disappointed that it happened this way

Today ordered for the first time at sushipoint and it was delicious. We enjoyed a pokebowl with shrimp, chicken satay, sushi and spicy cucumbers. The rice they use is wonderfully airy and everything was well seasoned.

Do not order online at this place . They don't make themselves responsible for anything . We made an order and it was never delivered . We later reached out and had to wait over the phone for 30 minutes, only to later hear excuses and stories to justify they were not going to do anything about it . The sushi is good, but bear in mind when choosing this place that you might have to imagine eating it. Good for the diet perhaps , not for the wallet

We zijn wel wat gewend met sushi eten maar dit is de zoveelste keer dat het zo tegenvalt. In de hoop dat het beter zou worden. De smaak heeft niets te maken met Japanse sushi. De rijst is smakeloos en maakt meteen de hele sushi smakeloos. Gewoon een hollands stukje rijst met inhoud. Zelfs de soja is van zeer slechte kwaliteit. 70 euro voor en schaal met de smaak is het helemaal niet waard. Dit kan zoveel beter. Erg jammer.

We order from SushiPoint very often, but only because the food is very tasty. The delivery time is never correct and the last few times it even exceeded the expected delivery time of 60-85 minutes by 30-40 minutes. Today when placing an order, the delivery time was 75 minutes, after ordering this was already 85 minutes. In the end the food was 118 Delivered within minutes of ordering. Delays are possible, but please proactively call your customers to indicate that there is a delay, especially if it will take so much longer. After calling to ask how long it would take and reporting that it had always been very delayed the last few times, I was told to leave a review and that the owner would contact me automatically. After I indicated that if this is how they treat people, I would hesitate to order from them again, it was indicated that if he were me he would indeed not do that anymore. If I were the owner, I would have gotten rid of this person a long time ago, because besides the fact that you don't treat customers like that, you also don't encourage customers who have a complaint to leave a bad review. Non-raw and raw sushi are packed together in 1 box and often next to each other. Not useful with pregnant women and small children.

Today I got a box called Newyork Newyork at SushiPoint Amstelveen for 42.50 euros. The sushi, shasimi, salmon, etc. was cracking fresh and tasted excellent. The two of us can eat it twice, that's how much it is. Just fantastic.

Vouchers won through ticket auction will be refused for half days. Unreasonable branch manager Boudewijn unilaterally changes the conditions after purchase. Menus may not be picked up before 5 p.m. This is not legally permitted and therefore, in my opinion, a fraudulent way of doing business.

Ordered an expensive set, delivery was fast, but we received a square box containing 42 pieces, which had clearly been put in a few hours earlier. Some of them stuck firmly to the bottom and most were so loose that there was no way to get them out of the cramped box whole. The taste was good, but we will order from a competitor again from now on.

De sushi is fantastisch maar er is altijd wat daar als je wil bestellen. Online lukt niet want het is te druk en ze sluiten voortijdig als het te druk is. Wilde laatst spontaan langs voor te bestellen maar de deur was al weer gesloten. Ben er nu wel klaar mee. Ga het elders wel halen.

Excellent sushi for a good price. I live around the corner so I usually pick up. Then you see how hard the people are working in the kitchen on an average Saturday evening. You also see that the sushi is always freshly made and rolled and that the work is done very hygienically. That is certainly an advantage over business with a closed kitchen!

Price is good, quality is definitely better than most restaurants on UberEats and delivery is always impeccable. Price is slightly high; not with respect to the quality, but whenever I want to treat myself I order from here. I have been on edge ordering sushi since getting food poisoning from Machiko (worst sushi in NL), but after ordering here I definitely felt like ordering sushi isn’t a lost cause. 100% will order again.

It used to be my favorite sushi place. I always ordered sushi here and nowhere else. However , since a couple of months the quality started to change. The spicy salmon feels like they are using leftovers of salmon and the sashimi is getting thinner and thinner. The temaki salmon used to be so good, now you can barely taste the salmon because so thin. Please get back to the quality of before!

We order sushi at Sushipoint more often. Overall, we are mostly satisfied. However, tonight it took 2 hours for the sushi to be delivered. We understand that delivery times may extend on weekends. But if the soy sauce is also missing, that's the final straw. This was the second time it was missing. We doubt we will order from here again. Too bad, because the sushi is tasty and fresh. Ordered the Luxury box today, in one word AMAZING! Delivered at the stated time and the best home delivered sushi I've had. Came with a neat booklet, in a luxurious cardboard box (something different from plastic), with napkins, chopsticks and more than enough wasabi, soya and ginger. Delivery person with a friendly smile, who warmly wished us a tasty meal.

Ordered sushi online and delivered at home, but to our surprise the sushi sizes are not standard like normal sushis they were so small and not tasty old sushis, called restaurant mentioned the but they won't accept that product back and give us the money. 1st christmas day made us happy! They are not kind to the customer. Never order again.

Ate there for the first time. Unfortunately, it was both the first and last time. The service was uninformative, the staff were rude, I didn't get what I ordered several times, and the dessert bar was very small. Too expensive for what you get.

I've ordered sushi several times now (directly through Shinsei online) and have never been disappointed. The sushi is always fresh, the delivery is fast, and I love that you can order individually or in groups of four. It's exceptional these days that both the quality and the service are so consistently good.
