I ordered a cake for 15 people and paid €130.00. This is terrible. There are some really beautiful cakes online, but unfortunately, I can't experience that. Communication was already very difficult; the cake was supposed to be delivered in the evening. It was already 9:00 PM. No update, nothing. I then sent a message asking what time it would be delivered. They said the icing wasn't working, and I said if it didn't work, I'd rather have my money back. They said it would work. I asked twice if she was sure, and she confirmed it. The agreed-upon delivery was at 7:00 PM. They said the figures were sticking with water. They also explained that they'd had to redo the icing several times. When I got home, I immediately inspected the cake and didn't wait a minute to show her what she'd delivered to me. I'm so sorry you're not ashamed to do this to me. This is a huge disappointment and there's no excuse for it. I've been waiting for a response for four hours. They're posting freely, but no response. Super unprofessional. This is such a shame.

Het Kleine Loo 298An elderly woman who was in the store with me was looking for an apple pie. There were five apple pies. Usually, you can choose which one you want. The woman wanted one that wasn't burnt (which makes sense). But the staff thought otherwise and tried to foist a burnt apple pie on her, arguing that they had to go first. Luckily, the woman refused and left the store without buying anything. I then left as well.

Leyweg 797I saw the sandwich and fell in love with it: a Surinamese sandwich with spicy chicken fillet. It looked so beautiful and full that the chicken barely fit. But appearances were deceiving. At first bite, I saw that the sandwich was completely filled with iceberg lettuce—tasty and soggy. And the chicken on top covered that full iceberg lettuce sandwich for €5. The place is nice, but the staff doesn't make the sandwiches with love. Staff problem. It's a nice place to have one.

Kerketuinenweg 10I ordered 2024 online for the first time (to Germany). I tried it four more times, but the legendary, crunchy taste of the Diyarbakır Burma was nowhere to be found. Secondly, since it arrived by mail, the packaging was poor, and the syrup had spilled out of the package. Thirdly, before writing here, we emailed a complaint in English and Turkish, but received no response.
