Unbearable noise in the store, miserable coffee was basically milk and the waitress was rude. Only the waiter was friendly. The worst of all, very expensive and without a bathroom

Really disappointed... tables not cleaned really dirty I had to clean it myself with disinfectant wipes. The waffle is not homemade, far too sweet, the room is tiny and only has 3 seats, and the ponpon has no toilet.

Price too high for the service offered, very loud music, servers not very friendly. I advise against!!! (+no toilet).

Delicious waffles and enjoyed the pistachio cookie. Hot chocolate was just ok. Cute pink vibe in the cafe. Less seating inside. Close to royal palace. Good location and satisfies the sweet craving.

I was scammed. Seller didn’t tell me about the additional charge. Two waffles with cocoa cost me 26 euros. When I asked the seller why there was no price for the toppings, I got an annoyed response: “You should have asked.” Do not Visit that place.

I would advise potential customers to carefully consider before purchasing bubble tea here. The tapioca pearls were firmer than expected, which might suggest that they are of a more basic quality. Personally, I didn’t find the flavor of the bubble tea to be particularly authentic, though I haven’t tried other items on the menu, so I can’t speak to the quality of those offerings. That said, the shop itself is decorated thoughtfully with a charming and whimsical setup, making it visually appealing!!!

If I would allow I’ll definitely choose no star for posting this review ! Beware of tourist rips-off places !!! Never ever !! Plain waffle with simply marple syrup cost eu7.50 the dough was soggy & uncooked and taste terribly awful!!! Don’t go !!!!!

Great place to try some dope red velvet cakes and pistachio cookies! Dubai chocolate was also pretty good. A bit overpriced in total, but I guess that’s also due to its location.

We were in Amsterdam for a short trip - the shop is very inviting inside and out - but I would say it's more for women. I treated myself to the Dubai chocolate there - and I was really impressed. Of course the price at €16 isn't that great, but the bar is big and I've been eating it for over a week now. Absolutely worth a visit if you happen to be in the corner 😊

Great service...... And these workers go through a lot of tourists that have bad attitudes. . They keep a smile and keep working pleasantly. You can't say anything bad about the goodies. The sweets , everything's delicious, prices are good for where it is. I go there almost every day to get a brownie. It's my favorite.

We had the Dutch pancakes and they were delicious. The staff were super friendly! I got some macrons but they tasted a bit stale.

I had a craving for cheesecake and was in the area. After going to the nearby Albert Heijn and disappointed by their sweets selection, I decided to give this place a go. The only cheesecake they had on offer was a pistachio cheesecake, so I went for that one. It was a good, rich cheesecake, but quite pricey at 5,50€ for a slice. I might go somewhere else next time if the cheesecake cravings hit.

Friendly staff and very quick service! A range of different chocolate and sweet treats to choose from. I had the Dubai pistachio chocolate bar and a latte - I would recommend both of these.

Due to a minor misunderstanding I received the wrong bar, after contacting I was given super friendly assistance and assistance. We thought about a solution that I would be satisfied with. The employees in the store are also very committed to their products and take the time to explain them. This company is a 10!!

Had the worst experience. The cashier charged €8 for a plain stroopwafel instead €6 (displayed on its menu). She didn’t give a reason when asked for the increased price.

What a bad experience! Ordered two pieces of matcha and it tasted like only cow's milk, we didn't even ask what kind of milk we wanted and the mango flavor was just syrup instead of real mango, never again! Have it literally Have to throw away

I asked if the chocolate had cataif inside and the staff said it did, but didnt specify which. I only found out after I took a bite out of it that it didnt have . Also it’s 15 Euros, save your money, not worth the hype.

Ordered the kinder milkshake, which on the board shows as €5, the batista proceeded to ask whether I'd like cream on top. Naturally, I agreed. However, he did not indicate that this would cost me an additional €1,95 thus making the already expensive milkshake even more extortionate. Now , it would be okay if the milkshake was actually good. To no ones surprise, you couldn't taste the kinder, and it was so watery that they must've just milked a cow and called it a day. My friend paid the sane and got the chocolate milkshake, which was just as disappointing! I'd also like to add all their presumed fresh baked goods look old and frozen! don't be scammed <3

Bad "fresh" stroop, the bubble tea's tapioca balls were undercooked. the music, lighting and seating space were unwelcoming and loud. Skip it.

In some cases there are no prices or misleading prices advertised. The Dubai chocolate costs €16 and must be transported very carefully if it is not cooled/thawed. The chocolate is delicious and the Dubai chocolate brownie was surprisingly good. But we wouldn't go there again.

We tried the bar with pistachio filling, very good. We bought a lava cake and a cheesecake, they were very tasty too. The place is small and there is no price on the window. I found it expensive as it cost an average of 15 euros for a lava cake and 15.00 for a cheesecake. The pistachio bar was 15.50. For a unique experience I recommend it.

The Dubai chocolate Ferrero Style was great! Rarely have I eaten such good quality chocolate. However, very expensive.

Overpriced and disappointing – absolutely not recommended! Unfortunately, our visit to Sweet Tree was anything but sweet. The prices are simply outrageous: €12 for a few churros that we were allowed to create ourselves, with each topping costing extra, which was not stated, and then €14 for a so-called Ferrero chocolate bar? That's almost cheeky! I definitely expected more for the money – both in quality and portion size. The service was equally disappointing. Two young ladies, whose listlessness was plain to see, served us. Kindness and attention? None! The ambience is, as you would expect from such shops, colorful and eye-catching in order to attract as many people as possible. Unfortunately, appearances can be deceiving, because if you're not careful, you'll pay far too much for little service. Absolutely not recommended, we certainly won't come again!

Local located near the Royal Palace of Amsterdam (Koninklijk Paleis) in Dam Square, nice decoration inside, somewhat high prices, I suppose that in the area, if you are attentive, you will be able to see the employee of the month who is the cat of the owner of the place (I think)

We went for a coffee, we ordered two small cappuccinos, they gave us the large one. They charged us a lot. Also they don't have bathrooms. The girl who served us was quite rude. They treated us poorly because we were foreigners. I will never return, and if you are not Dutch I recommend never going.

I went to the store today to try Dubai chocolate stuffed with pistachios. It had a wonderful taste, but the price was a little high. I loved its taste very much, especially since I am a fan of pistachios and kunafa. The combination of these flavors is amazing. I highly recommend it for a unique experience and unique taste.

Very nice and very sweet boba tea. The boba had a little bit of a weird texture and also was chunks and not pearls. Still good but different. The boba-texture was not as chewy and more jello-like if that makes sense. Nice service and a cute spot

Beware...the brown "boba" balls are NOT TAPIOCA. I asked if they were and the woman nodded. I ordered and tasted, and they were something slimy, with a texture like pickled onions. I asked again, and this time she said "similar!" 🥴 I left the drink on the counter, but she made me pay for it anyway. The apple pie was good, carrot cake super dry. Pretty mad about the fake boba tho 😑

Not a bubble tea but just milk and syrup and the tapioca bubbles are not cooked and hard and stucked together and they add ice so it's impossible to suck the bubbles..

I wanted Ice cream on waffles. It was average. The place is cute and cozy and the service was somehow decent. I enjoyed the cozy rest I had and the dessert was edible. Ice-cream was too sweet for my taste and waffles were a bit oily. Honestly no complains but I wouldn’t go there if I have cravings for waffle and cheesecake ice-cream. I am sure the other options will have amazing taste.

Nice pretty shop. The sweetness of Bubble tea cannot be adjusted, it taste so artifical and sweet I had to throw it out after a few sips. Stroop waffle (Biscoff) was chewy and soft, had to throw it away halfway too.

I have visited to Amsterdam twice now and everytime I have been in Sweet Tree the drinks have been delicious! I can not recommend this place enough. The staff are super welcoming and so lovley. A range of different drinks to entice everybody. If your ever in dam square please go check it out💗

Super cute bubble tee and sweets store. Nice over the top pink love it. Delicious latte macchiato, waffles, macarons, bubble tea, lots of goodies for the sweet chewers. It's small but nice.

The selection of sweet pastries is large, but the food itself is nothing special. If you're in the area and want a quick sweet bite it's ok.

The place is nice and deffinetely Instagram aproved. But I did not enjoy my boba that much. I asked if it is very sweet, the lady said its alright, I took a honey milk tea boba, a big one and it was so sweet I got a bit sick after 😅 My recommendation is to take probably a fresh taste so it might not be so sweet. Or a small one, because big one was deffinetely an overdoze of sweetness. 🤷‍♀️

Die Waffeln waren der Hammer und sooooo lecker! Aber die Kalorien gingen gleich auf unsere Hüften. Dazu Kekse, Muffins, Schokolade...und...und....und....! So viel leckere Auswahl! Seeeeeehr zu empfehlen.

Mir hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Ich war hier 3 Mal während meines Aufenthalts in Amsterdam. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hat uns Fragen beantwortet. Der Bubble Tea ist sehr lecker. Nicht zu süß und sehr erfrischend. Ich kann diesen Laden nur weiterempfehlen 😊🫶🏼

Haben uns eineen Crepé bestellt, und dachten es kostet nur 6€ doch dann beim Bezahlen stellte sich heraus das die Toppings sehr teuer sind, Zudem kam das Essen auf Papiertellern mit Holzbesteck. Habe mir zudem noch einen "Eiskaffee" bestellt der 5,40€ gekostet hat, habe aber nur einen Kaffee mit Eiswürfeln bekommen der sehr wasserig geschmeckt hat. Das verstehe ich nicht unter "Eiskaffee".

Sehr leckeres Eis eine Kugel für 2€ ist auch ok, Kinder und Ferrero Eis schmeckt super lecker!! Kann ich sehr weiterempfehlen
