Sweetness Creps And Waffles in Burgwallen-Oude Zijde

I don't understand how this place has 4.5 stars. When I saw the flies, I realized nothing good was coming. The waffle tasted okay, but it was slightly burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The "cook" didn't even have her hair tied back. And speaking of the service, there was zero friendliness, no real hello or anything, not even a goodbye. Honestly, I don't know why I even ordered anything. 0/10 never again, thank you.

Came across this place completely coincidentally. Really nice atmosphere and the service.

The food was okay. Unfortunately, the service was very rude... they forgot the coffee. When I asked for it, they threw dishes in anger. I don't think anyone wants to eat in that kind of atmosphere... 0 stars would be my preference. I chose this place based on the stars, but unfortunately, I wouldn't give it even one.

Staff were okay not really happy in their job. Food was just standard

This was really nice and the gentleman was very helpful in helping is choose. I had the small Danish pancakes and my daughter had the waffles. Would go again

Выбор вафель был огромный, долго думали, что взять. Взяли на вынос и пошли сидеть и кушать к каналу на другой улице. Вафли правда было немного сложно кушать этими деревянными вилками, но мы справились 😄 было очень сладко, но очень вкусно и сытно

After entire day of walking in Amsterdam, we wanted to eat some dessert. Quick check on Google Maps / TripAdvisor and we picked Sweetella (Creps and Waffles). I was for the first time in such a place! Cool staff, loud music, pink color everywhere, 3kg buckets of Nutella :) I wanted ice cream but choco burger convienced me to changed my mind. It was so good, so sweet, so much sugar! The cool thing is that this place is using real products like KitKats, Nutella or others and not the cheap replacements. Cool thing is that if you order something special, music is even louder, there is party smoke and staff are dancing! Prices are moderate but because of tasty things and unique climate, that point is A MUST when you are in Amsterdam. Forget about coffee shops, this place is even more cooler.

Des desserts extrêmement bon, je recommande sans hésiter. Par contre on est à l’étroit à l’intérieur. On peut pas se croiser car le restaurant est aussi grand qu’un couloir ...

Very good place and amazing people

This is nothing less than 5* from the fun filled personalities of the staff, to the crazy atmosphere out side the shop, the music, style and of course the food wow. Word of advice trust what they say, believe me if you are new let them choose for you as each chef alters the specials to his choice which makes every bit special and unique.

Funny and crazy staff😂, average waffle quality but it deserve a visit.

Soggy waffles. Not crisp and fresh. I think they just reheat.

A night club with ice cream. They’ll sprinkle you with sprinkles, turn off the lights and have a disco. The sweet food is worth the travel if not the service will be.
