Scam. Expensive and tasteless. Beer for 9 Euro - some watered down Heineken without taste, frozen fries for 7.5 Euro, hotdog - sausage in a baguette for 7.5 Euro. No receipts, staff forgets about ordered things. I do not recommend.

Wow.. no words to describe how bad this was. The coke was from Poland? The beer was so severely watered down and tasted disgusting, that was definitely not Heineken as advertised. The food was some of the worst I've eaten. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I do not recommend. I placed an order at the counter, 2 sandwiches, 2 portions of chips, 1 beer and 1 sparkling water = €52. EXAGGERATED. They made me pay and only gave me the bottle of water, when I asked for the beer, before moving on to the next customer, they responded by mocking me and saying that they did not work at the snap of a finger. Bad experience, inflated prices and non-existent receipt. Arrogant treatment.

Dishonesty +++ It’s good because you have to give at least one star… don’t be fooled and move on! They encourage consumption and when you pay you learn that the topping is €3.50… In addition, friendliness does not exist... no details on the ticket... and the food is disgusting

Had a chicken panini here today, the staff was quite unwelcoming and kind of rude. For a 9,50€ panini it was very mediocre. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you are really, really hungry, but even then … there are better options than this.

CAUTION!!! Unfortunately, I fell in too. Yesterday the beer cost €7.50, today it suddenly cost €9.50. The only explanation I got was "that can't be". When I said that I could prove it, I was more or less brushed off. There is no price list for drinks. A 0.5l Cola Zero plastic bottle costs €5.50. Absolute rip-off!! DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDATION!!

The paninis were nice, but its really expensive. Adding to that, there are millions of pigeons trying to steal your food. If you are really hungry, still works perfectly fine. If not - go to another place.

Incredibly expensive place. We got a panini with extra cheese, a fries with cheese, a waffle with white chocolate, a Fanta and coffee and it cost us €43. This is a complete tourist trap, do not go here!

Tourist trap. $5.5 for a Coke I was Charged. And laughed in my face saying “This is Amsterdam”. Would never recommend!

This is a total tourist scam that bank on tourists that are visiting the museums in the area. We ordered a large churro for €7,5 with chocolate sauce (extra €2) and it was terrible. The portion was small so I wonder how big the small portion was. We barely got any sauce even tho we paid €2 for it. The churros were bad quality and barely had any cinnamon sugar on it. Definitely not worth €9,5. The service was terrible. The biggest rip off ever, listen to the reviews and never go here. You can find better churros at a food market.

You pay 10% more if you pay by card. Clearly people are not welcoming. The view is nice but eating with pigeons on the table. It's disgusting.

Food itself was ok. , it didn't taste bad. BUT The hot dogs come with no toppings, just sauces And above all, it is really far too expensive.

Homophobic experience during Amsterdam Pride 2024. Three male staff members made mocking sounds directed at us as we passed the store, clearly targeting our Pride-themed outfits. This behavior is unacceptable, particularly during an event dedicated to celebrating diversity and acceptance. It is disappointing that in a city known for its progressive values, such bigotry still persists.

I only stopped here because I was in a bit of a rush, only wanting plain chips. Unfortunately, the classic Dutch chips are not served here, but rather skimpy, burnt, few and expensive chips. I appreciate being able to choose the sauce.

Mi sono fermata qui solo perché un po' di corsa, avendo voglia solo di semplici patatine. Purtroppo qui non sono servite le classiche patatine olandesi, ma delle patatine striminzite, bruciacchiate, poche e costose. Apprezzo la possibilità di scegliere la salsa.

You know when people write "this place deserves 0 stars" and you think they are exaggerated and being silly. Well this place successfully makes their chips taste awful. My theory: apart from being unsalted it seems they are repeatedly deep fried if unsold. I had to throw them in the bin they were so bad and I'm not a fussy eater. I was sitting there shocked that such a simple meal could be made to taste this bad trying to force them down. The panini was edible but it wasn't good either. The store person (lady early 20s) was grumpy.

27 euros for 2 bottles of coke and a very small portion of churros is quite exorbitant. They are also not very transparent about prices.

Being overcharged. I ordered €12 pizza & €3.5 waffle. They charged me €18.5. It was an awful experience! Also, the staffs were not friendly.

10,000 won French fries (medium) + 7,500 won Fanta Even considering it as a seat fee, it's too much... Korean frozen fries taste better too.
