Taco Bell in Centrum

As an experienced visitor to a lot of takeout joints and restaurants, Taco Bell was definitely one of the low points of my life. No beef, no napkins, no soap or paper in the restroom. Filthy, disgusting, filthy, trash, etc. A disgrace, a disgrace, and once again, what a disgrace!! Close down a place like this, because if you think you have your customers' best interests at heart, then I say: for yourself, yes! Please get out of Arnhem and never come here. Napkins are easily arranged too, but that doesn't bother the owner, money grabbers!!!

Both self-service screens not working, one is frozen and the other shows an error before completing order. So I waited at the counter and called for an employee three times, took my order after 5 minutes. I waited another 20 minutes for my order. They never prepared my single taco. I was the only customer. I Walked out.

Soggy, salty fries. Not much of it, and the mayo pictured on the menu turned out to have to be ordered separately. The wrap filling was one bite; the rest was dough. The girl at the counter: well, this is Taco Bell, right? Stay away!

It was my first time at Taco Bell. The food is good, except for the fries, which had too much seasoning for my taste.

Terrible service! I am 35 weeks pregnant and really wanted Taco Bell, so I had to drive a bit. We wanted to order at a self-service kiosk, but when we went to pay, we were spoken to very rudely and told that they were too busy for another order, that they were closing early, and could not serve us anymore. It is very unpleasant to be turned away as a pregnant woman.

Lately they've been taking a long time to deliver orders, and by 7 pm they're already clearing the tables to close.

I had takeaway for my kids. It's not my kind of food. They love tis stuff and we don't have that in my city. Maybe a good thing cause i'll be broke !!

I ordered 2 beautifully visualised super Christy checken tacos and what I got was a dead tortilla with a slapped in it, slightly warmed up chicken wing (not Chrispy), a few sprinkles of cheese and a small piece of green salad…

Its mid and everything tastes the same. Perfect. Exactly what I want from a Taco Bell.

It was okay. The place wasn't very clean, the tables and floor were dirty, and there was stuff lying around everywhere. No one was at the register except to hand out orders. The tacos weren't "real" tacos, but just burrito wrap slices deep-fried in some sort of thing, which was the most disappointing part. Some of the fries were already cold.

Good food but you have to check every time if you got the correct items from your order.

Ordered fries as a side dish. I received nachos with a note saying they were sold out. Nachos are tasty with guacamole and lots of cheese. Instead, I had dry crackers 😝 And not answering when called. Waited in the queue for ten minutes as the next caller. I can't even complain about that.

Unfortunately, we found the door locked - although the website and Google indicated it was open from 11 am or 12 pm, there was a sign at the store saying it wouldn't open until 3 pm.

Had a good meal yesterday, good portions.

I love tacobell it might seem little but tacobell gets you way fuller for the same price as macdonalds or other places so yeah go try it you might not like everything so try multible things :)

Crappy store... I came here this afternoon with my girlfriend for some delicious tacos. Three guesses, completely empty/closed except for one accountant???? Blaadje is at the door every day from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, just like online. No one to be seen, service is non-existent here... I called to complain, but of course, no one answered. REALLY WORTHLESS!

1 taco & 1 burrito look like 15-20 mins to make… If you’re in a hurry, dont come the Taco Bell!

Taco Bell: I went once, learned a life lesson. I placed an order of over €50, and what I received looked more like an escape room for food. Everything was scattered in the bag. Literally everything. I had to fish out my cinnamon twisters like I was panning for gold, from among the frozen fries. Multicultural chaos, but not in a good way. The delivery person? He had the air of a delivery guy who'd been throwing boxes around against his will for 12 hours and now thought, "You know what, I can add some food too." Seriously, it looked like the bag had fallen down the stairs at least three times along the way. The food itself was cold, flat, and depressing. Everything. Even things that make you think, "This can't possibly be cold?" Yep, Taco Bell says: challenge accepted. And then the icing on the burrito... the most expensive burrito was simply missing. Disappeared. Kidnapped. Apparently never existed. So we called. 11 minutes. ELEVEN. MINUTES. I was "next in line" all this time. I'm starting to wonder: next in line for what? A spiritual journey? And while I'm standing there waiting, we check Thuisbezorgd... they're suddenly not taking orders anymore. Huh? What's that? You close at 10 PM, right? Or is that just thrown in the bag too?

Nothing was good. The food was cold. The quesadilla was raw and cold. The staff was nowhere to be found. It was a filthy place. A disgrace to Arnhem.

I have been on hold for 45 minutes now. No answer at all. Ordered an hour and a half ago and received nothing, not even a confirmation. Now there is no option to cancel by phone either, which means I have probably lost my money. Very poor service, particularly rude, not recommended.

Delicious food that's ready quickly, and unlimited soft drinks. It's a shame the location is so small.

I recommend the fully loaded fries

It was clean, but I think that was about it. There was no one around to ask, the place looked deserted. The ordering terminal only worked in Dutch. It would have been nice if there had been an English option. And the food wasn't good either. Everything was cold and kind of dry. I expected more.

The food was fine i gues? Waaay to expensive, and everything was cold(dunno if thats the plan). More easyly made at home. Noone in the store to ask a questions as i don't speak dutch. Ordering was possible due to guessing. Ambience was generic fast food store. Very clean. Firery sauce was great.. Will probably not return.

The service is way below zero. More than half of the orders weren't delivered. After calling several times, I went to the store, but an aggressive employee there told me I hadn't received the rest of my order and that I should send an email. I will never order from here again and strongly advise against it. What terrible service. And of the food I did get, the standard nachos were okay, but the rest was inedible. P.S. I sent an email, but of course, no response.

First time at Taco Bell, and if it were up to me, the last. This is a real disaster; it looks like everything came out of a microwave. The food might be safe, but what a scam with the photos that don't match what I got on my plate.

Unfortunately got meat instead of vegetarian food. Even after asking for it 2 times they still said it’s no meat. Only admitted after showing them for the 3. time. No good workers, no good food. Should take their job seriously.

The inside is small, there isn't much seating. It wasn't clean. This was my second time at Taco Bell, but this time I wasn't very pleased with the food or the atmosphere.

Unfortunately, both orders we placed today were missing items. The second takeaway order was really annoying. The store was very dirty. Similarly, only one of the two screens worked. Update 09/27/2025 We were in town again today and wanted to give the store another chance. Unfortunately, to no avail. The store was open, but the staff said no orders were possible. An hour and a half later, the store was open, but the staff again said no sales were possible. Then why don't you just close the store? We were frustrated again.

The person was nice. The food was very expensive. The receipt was unclear; it was written to me three times, but I only received one. It was a bit confusing.

Avoid this restaurant if possible. Today, September 11, 2025, the restaurant closed around 5:00 PM without notice. The employees intentionally ignore knocking or phone calls. No sign informing guests of the closure was posted, preferring to let them arrive without any hassle. Instead, find another place to eat that manages to inform its customers of its opening hours.

You'd be better off opening a can of beans at home, throwing it down the toilet, and eating the result than consuming what's produced here. I certainly wouldn't call it food; waste is a better description. Whoever's acting as manager here should only be the toilet manager.

Not bad, but very dirty and the staff seemed disinterested. A better alternative for food than McDonald's or Burger King.

We got the wrong order, the food was cold (including the beef) and it was just overall HORRIBLE. Worst Tacobell I've ever been to

I ordered for 5 people, and 7 items were forgotten, so I had to wait about 15 minutes for the order to be complete. The drinks are dirty, and black bits are coming out of the machine.

I placed an order tonight half an hour before closing time, and then suddenly received a message from Thuisbezorgd an hour later that the order had been canceled. They didn't even call us to say it wasn't possible, or cancel immediately when they realized the order wouldn't be made. Because of this, I didn't even get any food that evening :( Very disappointed.

Was there at 1:00 PM on a Sunday. Very quiet and calm, few customers. No visible employees except when they came from the kitchen to deliver food. Good and tasty food.

We went there for the first time today, and it was incredibly delicious. We didn't have to wait long. It's definitely worth a visit.

At home I (I think) got the wrong order. Something like lettuce with something undefinable in it in a mini wrap, with a few nachos and gore sauce. I had ordered a crispy chicken burrito meal but I couldn't recognize that in it

Beware, this fast food place might make you miss your train. I ordered a taco and a burrito from the digital ordering stations (there are two) with about half an hour to go for my train receiving a check that was almost blank. After placing the order, I realized everyone inside was still waiting for their food, with 10 orders ahead of me. For the first 5 go 10 minutes, no staff member could be seen while a phone was constantly ringing in the kitchen - I wasn't even sure whether there was anyone working at all. After that, orders were delivered at a rate of approximately 1 order every 3 minutes, interrupted by bags handed out to delivery drivers. With only 5 minutes left to catch my train and still 3 orders ahead of me (after waiting for almost 25 minutes) I decided to just leave and catch my train (got to the platform just in time). Cost me 7 EUR for a non-dinner and was my first and definitely last visit to Taco Bell.

Food is fine but it often takes a very long time, and the way they divide the take-away bags is very inconvenient, you should not put quesadillas at the bottom, then you squeeze all the contents out! Please pay attention to this because it has happened to me 3 times in a row that the bottom of the bag becomes as greasy as former Belgian Minister of Health Maggie de Block.

Whenever I go to the Netherlands I have to go to Taco Bell. I love the food. Don't ask me how healthy, but I really like to taste it.

Just ordered food, was delivered without fries that we paid for. Simply told that we were out of luck and that we would have to pick it up ourselves. Furthermore, I can make a better taco or burrito than this poor place.

We had just ordered at taco bell and they forgot my fries. So I called to say they forgot the fries. They said we don't do backorders and that I was unlucky. While I did pay for a complete order. Furthermore, the food is not very special either.

We were there for the first time, to park we came directly to the large parking garage where you can park for 55 cents for 10 minutes, 1 hour costs about €3.70... There are 2 tablets you can order there, but there is no language setting, so you can only order in Dutch, otherwise directly at the checkout in English. We ordered for 40€, the food was served pretty quickly and we waited about 10 minutes. There is also seating, but it is a small Tacobell. You can have as many drinks as you want inside. On the whole the food was delicious, was packaged sensibly and the people were friendly.

Went to this taco bell for the first time. Food was decent for what you would expect from a fast food place. Only it wasn't fast food because I had to wait half an hour for my food while other people could already pick up their orders. What annoyed me during my visit is that the staff does not check the number on the receipt before giving away the food. During my visit it also happened that someone who couldn't wait his turn stole someone else's food. This could have been prevented by checking the number. After I reported it to them, they remade it but did not give me a cup. Very unfortunate

Food was not very tasty, the order machine also beeped, after a few questions if they could solve it, to which they replied that they would do it, still not done. No one at the counter either, you have to call them first. downright bad service

Zero point zero, no welcome, no one at the counter, dirt everywhere on the floor, machine beeps and does not issue a receipt, when asked the answer was: I will pass it on, 2nd time again, ultimately no action, today I had problems with the food all day. Fries were chock full of salt. In short: my last time. Has little relation to Mexican food. Strangely enough, you have two sizes and prices of soft drinks for the same machine where you can refill.

My visit to Taco Bell Arnhem was a mixed experience. The food itself tasted great, there is little to complain about. But the waiting time was way too long. There was also no employee at the counter, so you had no idea how long it would take or what the status of your order was. When I finally received my order, it quickly became clear why it took so long: the three products were ice cold, as if they had been waiting for a long time. Only one item had clearly just come out of the fryer and was still hot. The rest felt like it was forgotten and only added at the end. That significantly degrades the dining experience. All in all: great food, bad service and bad timing. Too bad, because with a little more attention and better organization, this branch could perform much better.

It's okay, you can do it. It's also really cheap. But it doesn't really taste good now.

It honestly tastes like cat food

A small and cramped location with very slow service. Expensive for the amount of the food served.

Thoroughly disappointing. Meager fillings, hardly any taste besides the spices on the fries (which were great) and they did not give me the drink I ordered either. I had high expectations going in but this far surpassed even my lowest expectations.

Worst thing ever. Ordered food via ubereats at 19:15 to receive the completely wrong order at 20:15. Called the branch to hear that "they can't do anything about it" the correct receipt was attached to our order, so ubereats has nothing to do with this and just did their job properly. Ordered online in advance (1:30 PM) and indicated that I would pick it up at 2:10 PM, but I only received my food after fifteen minutes🤯🤯 If it was busy or something I could have understood it, but it was very quiet, two men who placed an order there (minutes later after I came in) had their food even earlier. I really don't understand how you have 40 minutes to prepare something simple and still manage to be way too late. I would almost start working there myself, because apparently people get money without having to do anything for it

Food is good, but restaurant is filthy. I actually wanted to eat the food on the spot, but since all the free tables were covered in food scraps, I took it anyway. Asking an employee whether this has been cleaned does not seem to be an option, because all employees are in the kitchen and they are back in the kitchen before they have properly called your number.

Too bad it took more than half an hour before I received my order, and the garbage bin was also full to the brim. Food was fine and hot.

Believe the bad reviews. Real! More than 4 euros for a taco that was just 1/5 full. Teaspoon of minced meat... That's all it was. Really didn't make any sense. And lots of dry taco shell. Something wrong with the price-quality ratio of Taco Bell Arnhem. Staff cannot be found. Call your number and leave. Then you won't see anyone anymore. And a smile is free, staff. But they had lost it somewhere. Don't go. Wasted money.

One of the best located Taco Bell's in the Netherlands! Great location right opposite Arnhem CS. Almost always goes well, unfortunately sometimes I receive a completely wrong burrito. (Mixed up order with someone else?) Strange that something so simple could go wrong at a quite quiet moment. Unfortunately I only found out on the train. 🙁 For the rest always great!

Taco Bell 😍, absolutely comparable to Los Angeles or Las Vegas! For Christmas (and because of me for the next 5 years), I wish you Taco Bell in Germany!

Ordered twice via Uber eats on 14-12-2024 nothing arrived. When you call, the staff doesn't know anything either. And the delivery person couldn't be reached either. It couldn't be worse. And this message below saying thank you for your feedback is of no use to us either.

I ordered Taco Bell tonight (07-12-2024) via Ubereats. I have an allergy and couldn't adjust my food so I decided to order it so I could immediately call Taco Bell. I tried to call them 7 times but they didn't answer. Then I decided to app and call the Ubereats delivery person, but there was no response. I haven't been able to eat my food now...

The wait was long, the food was not tasty and the staff brings the order to the front, calls a number and disappears back to continue watching TikTok. The restaurant was also a big mess, there was trash everywhere, on the floor, on the tables. Even a garbage dump looks cleaner. I won't be there again

What a bad thing, ordered via home delivery and did not receive part, immediately called the company and no, they could not do anything for us because everything was due to home delivery. Sorry, but I think your staff packs everything. Everything was also of poor quality. Really not recommended

Food ordered via home delivery, part of the order was missing, causing a person to miss their food completely. Taco Bel did not want this to be delivered because 6 euros was too little. The way the staff handled it was really not okay. Back to Taco Mundo much better quality and customer friendliness.

To try out Taco Bell in the Netherlands we drove to Arnhem. If you park expensively in the Central parking lot (€0.55/10 min.), the food mile is a short distance away, right next to the cinema. McDonald’s, Burger Me, Sushi, … and also Taco Bell. We tested the Grill Stuffed and the Crispy Chicken Burrito, among others. We didn't think it was worth the €2 extra charge for the Grill Stuffed. On the contrary, the Crispy Chicken was tastier. There were also the regular nachos and cheesy fries. Next time we would go for the Cheesy Fries or the Nachos with cheese sauce. All in all, expectations were very high, but they were not met. Toilets and ordering machines (in NL & GB) available.

Small but simple building, just like the food. I ordered a simple taco, it was ready quickly after about 5 minutes. I paid €2.80.

What a terrible thing this is... after waiting 20 minutes our order is THROWN on the counter, our number is called and the person walks away. to the kitchen before I could take it, food tasted fine, until a MANAGER started cleaning a table next to us... I could actually better say that he threw a cloth over it and with it all the dirt from that table to someone in the neck.... 0 hospitality, 0 service. Awesome but service isn't quite good

I had to wait for 30 minutes, to get just a burrito. Because of them, I missed my train, and when I asked for compensation, could have been just a drink or anything, they get upset, and of course I did not get any compensation... The amount of the people, was very small, and just heard huge laughing from the kitchen... They dont work at all, so Taco Bell, you waisting your money on these employees!!

Order placed via Thuisbezorgd, after waiting a burrito was missing. Called and it was delivered quickly. Instead of the missing dish I received a can of coke that I had not ordered. The delivery person indicated that he had no other items with him. Called Taco Bell on his advice. Hung up after 30 minutes on hold. Unfortunately I didn't eat anything and paid for it.

I ate a crunchwrap yesterday and I still can't sleep!!! I got super sick and I have to go to the bathroom all the time!! NEVER AGAIN!!! GGD MUST CHECK THIS KITCHEN!!!

Ordered a taco menu and burrito here. It is a very limited content. Just a little bit of meat could still be removed. You mainly eat burritos. In terms of price, quality is therefore not in proportion. The nachos were very salty. Not to eat. If you want good food you shouldn't go here.

The employees don't want to help you and are very rude, so I didn't eat there either! It's better to go to McDonald's instead of Taco Bell, they are polite there

Food was tasty and was quite quick ready. Small place, limited seats. No person behind the counter, until an order is ready and a number is called out. Quite strange.

Good food but insanely long waiting time

Never had tacobell. But i was pleasantly suprised. I recommend the cheesy fries and the supreme wrap. Although the service was not great, they hide in the kitchen. And avoid human contact. Also the garbage bins were overflowing with garbage and it did not get cleaned the hour is was there.

Nothing to really fill you up but good for a snack, tasted fresh and juicy! The employee was super friendly even though he was stressed 👍🏼 It was also really good in terms of time. Ambience is just a fast food chain.

The tacos were delicious, fries and sour cream a disappointment. Twisters cinnamon too much salt. All in all our first experience (daughter 15 / mother 43) we will go there again but without fries. I think Ps employee was only working in Arnhem
