Horrible customer service, food prepared carelessly. You would expect after years of complains that they will do better, but unfortunately.

Up until 12 months ago, never any complaints. Now, the last three orders were completely rubbish. 1. Wrong order. 2. A liter of mayonnaise on the burger, no cheese with the salad, no dressing, simply inedible. 3. That's now paddy rice from the freezer, less than 60 grams, where I paid 12 euros for a burger with super old bread. It's a shame I can't post photos or videos here. And I don't know if it's a coincidence. But the last three orders were delivered via Thuiszorg (Home Delivery). Because the website wasn't working.

Ordered online. Initially, delivery was fairly quick. However, the order wasn't correct (no bacon on the burger I paid extra for), so I called. "Well... we could make a new burger and it'll be here in half an hour." Sure, go ahead (seems like the least I can do). After 45 minutes, I called to ask where it was. "It just left." Yeah, 45 minutes to correct an incorrect order? Another half hour later, the burger finally arrived. A dry, tacky piece of cardboard. In other words, not the Angus burger (which I also paid extra for). My first and last order here. Absolutely terrible!

What a shame. I waited almost an hour and a half for my order!! Once it was delivered, my preferences were ignored. I filed a complaint three times, but received no response. Extremely expensive for poor quality. Never again!

That's a bread with three (!!!) nuggets. The bread is more than the meat. And all this for 14€. The place used to be a 4.5 and now is 3.5. they used to do good burgers with proper meat. Lately they are becoming like the usual American chains... With Dutch prices though...

The burgers were very good, there’s no issue with them. 1. All the tables in the place were dirty (literally all of them). 2. The floor was covered with napkins and food leftovers. 3. The toilets were extremely dirty. 4. There was no soap or paper. Considering this is a branch of a corporate company, the cleanliness standards were extremely low. If Dutch authorities saw this, they would likely impose a fine. When we arrived, there was absolutely no crowd, no customers at all so at the very least, someone could’ve cleaned the tables.

FOOD ALLERGIES BE WARNED !! The pictures and description on thuisbezorgd don’t match the food you get at all, we ordered a brioche bread and received sesame, meanwhile I have a severe allergy for sesame. So I called the place and this Chinese lady simply said it was my fault because I didn’t state it clearly in the order. But the thing is, in the product info box there is nothing mentioned about sesame at all ! Why would I mention not adding something if it isn’t stated to be there in the first place ! So when I am allergic to fish and have to say no fish, when I order fries?? Make it make sense. Very rude Chinese lady on the phone, didn’t give a solution. Mentioned that she is the owner of the place aswell, I’m spending my money elsewhere from now on !

I order from here a bit too often. So happy to see that there are so many different veggie/vegan options. And they are all very tasty too!!!! Other places should take an example.

Done with this business. Have been waiting for 2 and a half hours now, for 1 menu. In this time I could have gone to the butcher myself, kneaded burgers from minced meat, fried fries etc. Completely idiotic. I actually don't even need it anymore at the moment. Should have called them an hour ago, apparently the delivery person had been by but I didn't open the door. Sitting here in silence waiting for the doorbell. Last time I will ever order anything from this scumbag.

With the discount coupon you are actually being misled where you are standing. I got a coupon that said that with a minimum purchase of €9.95 you would get a free burger. The final score was with a purchase of €12.50 (excluding the 'free' burger), and most of the 'free' burgers also had a surcharge of around €1.50! Well, I'm not falling for it. It is a clear site, that was positive.

A very bad restaurant, toilets are very dirty and the whole place is not maintained, no customer service. and the burgers are over priced.

You come in. There are no customers at that time. You are not welcomed or greeted. You go to the toilet and you've almost had it. The door is always open and cold air comes through the ventilation. Time to leave. To my surprise, the boy behind the counter also walks away, probably it's over. My last time here.

I waited an hour for my order, so I called after an hour and they still had to make it, pack it, and finally deliver it... It's a bit hopeless to find staff who actually want to work instead of doing nothing.

Great burger. A bit chilly inside also in terms of atmosphere but much better than a Burger King or Mac Donalds.

Firstly the wrong order with address and everything from the other customer in the bag. limp dry cold fries. Burgers were also cold. All passed on, two new burgers were delivered (lukewarm), no fries, no sauce. This was once a top restaurant! But that is a thing of the past. Waste of money.

I eat burgers more often. But this was my first time in Arnhem, I noticed that half of my burger was undercooked. As soon as I got home I got sick, now 2 days later I am still sick with a stomach virus. Thank you 👍🏼 Well, it's now been a week and I'm still suffering from a severe stomach virus. Thank you 👍🏼 I will never eat a burger in Arnhem again.

At 6 PM on. Sunday. The place was empty. We went in, the front door was wide open and inside temperature was the same as outside (5 degrees C). The Thai lady was in the kitchen, saw us, ignored us until we asked if ‘Burger Me’ was open. She reluctantly came over and while we were ordering, we asked if she can close the front door. Her answer was ‘NO’. So we left for another restaurant and understood why this place, BurgerMe is empty and until this lady is replaced, will continue to be empty.

Ordered from Burgerme on January 1. We could easily imagine a busy 'ordering' day. The order was placed at 5:30 PM and we indicated that we would like to receive the order at 7:30 PM. In this way we hoped to give the restaurant some space to anticipate the crowds. At 7:50 PM the order had not yet been delivered and we have not received any notice of delay. We decide to call to inquire about the delivery time. I was spoken to on the phone by a defensive employee. 'Many orders are placed on January 1, so it is logical that the order will be later' I could expect the order in 20 minutes. That is 40 (!) minutes later than agreed. I was also blamed for being 'difficult' about the delay and not taking the restaurant into account. Please note that it is of course nonsense that you are 40 minutes late due to crowds, while you already knew at 5:30 PM that an order had to be delivered to our address at 7:30 PM. The response that came was completely ridiculous and very unfriendly. 'You can't tell me I'm talking nonsense. If you do not like our service, we will not let you order from us in the future and I will not engage in conversation with you. The connection was lost. During the second phone call I was also accused of unfair treatment, even though I only indicated that a 40-minute delay was more than 'a little delay'. On the phone the best man boasted that he owns the company. 'I am not an employee of this company, I am the employer'. As if it is good that his customers are treated in such an indecent, antisocial and unfriendly manner. The fries were tough and lukewarm and the burger was also lukewarm. Nothing to complain about the delivery person. He was friendly to me on the phone and upon delivery! I hope he is treated better by his boss than their customers. I won't order from Burgerme anymore. For 45€ I expect at least hot food and a decent approach.

Been here for the 1st time due to a Van Dikhout concert, quickly got some fries before waiting. Very tasty fries, top quality and not expensive at all compared to cafes in my area. Only setback: for a can of Red Bull here I have 2 in the supermarket, but otherwise great.

I tried to get something to eat at Burgerme today, but was not helped at the checkout. Staff busy in the kitchen, but no one at the front. Eating elsewhere after a day of work.

After having had a very good experience with burgerme twice, this time it was dramatic. Last time we had deliciously tender chicken nuggets, this time they were cold and extremely dry. The fries tasted as if they had been in a warming container for an hour, so they were unedible. The burgers were also very mediocre this time. A burger with cheese sauce that had almost no cheese sauce on it. For this price it is truly outrageous. The last two times the food was good and I had no problem with the generous price. Unfortunately, the delivery was also more than half an hour late, far outside rush hour. Very disappointing... The last burger for us.

Asking 9.50 for a hamburger. Then what's wrong with you? You are a fake MC Donalds, a copycat, and nothing more than that. These types of people/companies are the cause of the ridiculous amounts charged today for something as simple as a plain hamburger. Almost 30 guilders for a hamburger... feel your forehead. Even more shocking is that there are people who seriously fall for this and even order it. And then complain that everything is becoming so unaffordable these days. Don't make me laugh dude..😂😂

The temperature in the shop was very low, the burger was cold and the 7 minute waiting time that was announced became 21 minutes (hence the cold burger?) The burger tasted good and I ate it cold because I didn't have enough time to ask for a new one (the cinema wouldn't wait for me)

Just received my food. Food was cold and the chicken sandwich burger had almost no chicken on it! Chicken that was on it is not even enough for a 3 year old child!!! Do you like stick fries?? Yes... then this is definitely recommended and worth a big 5 stars for bad food and little!!! Waste of my money!! And the delivery person...don't make me say anything! In Arnhem...order from snack bar Jaap, it remains the best.

Burgers didn’t match the picture of Combi deal A classics at all. I payed 12€ for old bread, different from the one on the picture, one (!) slice of tomato, dry beef, no onions, no cheese, basically no salad. This is the first place ever where the product was so far from the appearance expected. In description it wasn’t mentioned that this picture will meet the reality jf I choose extra toppings - the contents was supposed to be without adjustments. For 12 €, even McDonald’s does it better. Nothing to say about fries - they were neither great nor bad. Horrible experience, do not recommend. For absolutely the same price one can get better food and treating as a client.

We ordered food and waited for 1:40 minutes, in fact we are still waiting as I am writing this review. To make it worse I called them to tell them it's no where near okay and their answer was "You are not the only customer"... In a normal restaurant I never waited 1h 40min for 4 burgers (not menus). Even if it was busy. Terrible service, try not to order from here.. I see other people have same experience.

Via thuisbezorgd hamburgers en friet besteld. Je krijgt excellente hamburgers en heerlijke friet voor je geld. De prijs is aan de hoge kant, gezien de kwaliteit heb ik daar geen moeite mee. Ook staan er diverse vegetarische gerechten op de menulijst. Die zal ik een andere keer proberen.

Vandaag een keer bij Burgerme op het terras gegeten. Geweldige service! De eigenaar (her)kent je eerdere (online)bestellingen en favorieten. Ze zijn echt klantvriendelijk!

Heerlijke frietjes en de chick'n Cheese salade is een echte aanrader!

Heb vandaag een grote bestelling geplaatst en was perfect op tijd en was overheeerlijk dank jullie wel en tot volgende keer!!

Dit is kritiek op het eten, maar de openingstijden en de manier waarop ik werd weggewippeld door de eigenaar n.b. Gister voor de 2e afgewezen, omdat de eigenaar zegt dat de zaak gesloten is terwijl online staat tot 23:45. Ik was er om 22:56. Ik denk ruim op tijd, maar ik kon niet worden geholpen. Mij zijn ze in ieder geval kwijt als klant vanwegen openingstijden. Ik citeer de eigenaar; "ik bepaal zelf hoelaat ik de zaak sluit". Natuurlijk alle recht en begrip daarvoor, maar houd je klanten in de toekomst op de hoogte van wat je plannen.. zonde.

Mediocre and terribly overpriced burgers, but okay side dishes. Tastes like McDonald's and costs 2x as much, nothing feels fresh and the menu is misleading. You get less than what you pay for.

Vanmiddag hebben wij bij Burger Me in Arnhem heerlijke dingen gegeten. De Big Angus Teriyaki was de lekkerste hamburger die ik in tijden gegeten heb ! Je zag en proefde echt dat dit geen doorsnee twaalf in een dozijn burgertje was. Verder hebben we de frietjes besteld. Ook heerlijk. De Onion Rings: super vers en ontzettend smakelijk, en de Chili & Cheese Nuggets: ook verrukkelijk. Deze tent mag er echt zijn. Een aanrader dus !!

The price is fair. It is quintessential junk food: Delicious and unhealthy. The onion rings are a must. Service is horrible, though. They often kick you out saying it's closed when it's supposed to be open. When they don't, they don't come to take your order. Best taken via delivery.

Not vegetarian friendly, not high quality, customer service is bad too. If you don't care about cross contamination it is alright. Mcdonalds does it better!

Prima cheeseburger. Ik was mijn pinpas vergeten, maar ik kon met mijn telefoon en de "BurgerMe Nederland" app (van 5 megabyte) bestellen en met iDeal betalen.

Al een paar keer langs gelopen en nu eens daar gegeten. Ik had een fastfoodketen verwacht, maar bij het ter plaatse eten kregen we zelfs nette borden en werd het eten gebracht. Geheel fast-food is het dus ook weer niet.

Heerlijke burgers! Hier geen massaproducten. Je vlees wordt vers bereid en dat proef je. Geen plastic dienblad met kartonnen bakjes maar je burger wordt geserveerd op een bord van aardewerk.

Bezorging netjes op tijd en vriendelijke bezorger. Helaas was de friet taai en lauw. De crispy burger leek 2 maal gebakken, was net niet zwart en rubberachtig van textuur. De hamburger had zeer veel saus, smaakte prima toen ik het teveel aan saus had weggehaald.

I have been ordering here for years. Definitely recommended! The staff is friendly, the place is beautiful and the food tastes amazing. The fries are super crunchy as well. Go here if you want quality (though sometimes expensive) takeout.

Gisteren een couponcode ontvangen in de brievenbus voor een gratis burger. Samen met mijn partner hebben wij een burger besteld en fingerfood. Vervolgens zat bij de levering geen burger. Ik heb gebeld met Burger Me en kreeg te horen dat de code waarschijnlijk over datum is of niet meer werkt. Toen vertelde ik aan de medewerker dat ik nu alleen patat heb en nog graag een burger zou willen. Ik kon dit doen door opnieuw een bestelling te doen, want volgens de medewerker kost een burger maar €5,--. Ik heb toen aangegeven dat het mij niet om het geld gaat, maar gewoon graag nog een burger zou willen ontvangen en er gewoon voor betaal. Ik kon het niet opnieuw bestellen, omdat ik boven een bezorgbedrag moest zitten. De medewerker vond het naar mijn idee grappig en gaf aan maar via thuisbezorgd te moeten bestellen. Dit heb ik maar gedaan, maar dit kostte mij twee keer bezorgkosten en extra drinken om boven het bedrag te komen. Erg onprofessioneel...

Vegan burgers heel lekker! Frietjes nog goed warm, ook bij deze temperatuur. Durfde eigenlijk niet te bestellen bij dit weer maar was zelf net klaar met werken en had goeie trek. Veel dank en extra sterkte aan de bezorgers

Hele goede tent, recente ervaring is minder. Zeker lekkerder dan de McDonald's die ernaast zit. De burgers zijn van goede kwaliteit en de chicken nuggets zijn ook echt goed. Ik kom er graag. Helaas vond ik dat het recent niet goed aangegeven was dat ze niemand meer binnen laten zitten en dat je alleen maar kan afhalen. De manier waarop de medewerker er ons op aansprak vond ik ook niet echt vriendelijk. Wij waren het RIVM formuliertje aan het invullen dat klaarlag wat meestal gebruikt worden om toch te mogen zitten tijdens corona. En toen hoorden we opeens "Hey heren, het is alleen afhalen, niet zitten." Wat dachten jullie van een bord buiten neerzetten? Zo moeilijk is het niet. Zo krijgen jullie mij in ieder geval voor de komende periode niet meer als klant binnen.

Net een minime menu besteld. mijn zoontje was zeer enthousiast maar er zat helaas geen verrassing in. terwijl ze dat wel aangeven. Hij is nu best wel teleurgesteld😭
