You can use the restroom in every restaurant when you eat there. It is a real shame that they charge paying guests extra here, on top of the food, which is already pricey.

You think you're being smart and ordering takeout, but they give you a grumpy look. Then they give you cups etc. that aren't sealed properly. Just great, the car is a total mess right away. Everything we got to take away was squashed and wasn't even tasty.

Average McDonald with below average waiting times Manager is very rude and would rather be petty with you than give a a refund or refill even if the product itself is still nearly full.

Ordered a Flurry and a burger via Thuisbezorgd. Received a cola cup with a note saying Flurry on it. Called the location, told to contact Thuisbezorgd, and that they couldn't do anything for me. Very poor service.

I had a shocking experience at this location. While I was there, another customer mocked me for speaking English, telling me to speak Dutch instead, in a very childish and rude manner. She also made an offensive hand gesture toward me. I found this behavior completely disrespectful. When I brought the issue to the manager, he dismissed my concerns entirely. He told me he didn't understand how I felt and that 'if he were me, he would just let it go.' That response was incredibly disappointing. As a customer, I expect at least some acknowledgment or basic support when reporting such behavior, not to be brushed off. I will not be returning to this McDonald's, and I hope management takes customer complaints more seriously in the future

A McDonald's as you would expect, but what strikes me at several locations is that hygiene has declined. There is still room for improvement in both the restaurant and the restrooms; it is not like it used to be. In terms of speed, it is still good, as you would expect from a fast-food chain.

Thursday evening I got chicken nuggets and shared them with a friend. An hour later, we both felt nauseous and threw up. Something was wrong with this food.

The bathrooms did not have toilet paper, there was paper towels in one of the basin (half-ful) and the floors was dirty and sticky. I don't mind paying .80 sent but then I expect it to be serviced. The Mc Donald's floor inside also sticky and dirty and our table was full of Coke spilled by the previous customers. Nothing wrong with food or time waited for it to be served. Friendly person. I come from South Africa so called 3rd world country but never experienced this.

It's good location wise but I've noticed more and more often that they put less fried than other places and I've had a nugget missing multiple timed. They also don't do pickup eventough they do delivery

Ordered a Big Tasty menu. To my surprise, the burger has been made much smaller. The Big Tasty used to be much bigger. Why is this still called the Big Tasty if it has become smaller? Furthermore, the restaurant is regularly dirty.

Today, with temperatures reaching 39°C in Arnhem, my wife took our two daughters to this McDonald's for an ice cream. While they were there, my 6 year old daughter politely went to the counter and asked for a glass of tap water. The manager, Corine, refused. When my wife asked about it, she obnoxiously replied, "If you want water, then buy it." Her attitude was hostile and confrontational for no reason, making them feel as if they were trying to take advantage of the restaurant by simply asking for a glass of water for a child. Refusing a glass of tap water to a young child on one of the hottest days of the year felt unnecessary and showed a lack of basic customer service. It wasn't about the cost of the water. It was about showing a little compassion and common sense. This experience was very disappointing and left us with a poor impression of the restaurant. We certainly expected better.

A classic McDonald's – the food is exactly what you'd expect, nothing out of the ordinary. Its biggest advantage, however, is definitely the location. Situated right next to the train station and a large parking garage, it's incredibly convenient for travelers, commuters, or anyone looking for a quick bite on the go. If you want to grab a bite before your train or need a quick snack after parking, this is the place to go. Its excellent accessibility makes this location particularly recommendable.

Got food poisoning🤮. Worst burgers ever

I placed an order with them via Thuisbezorgd. The fries were soggy and cold, the Quarter Pounder cold, and the chicken nuggets soft and cold. I called McDonald's immediately. The manager refused to do anything for me. Thuisbezorgd is willing to compensate me €1.32 on an order of €35.00. Never again! Truly scandalous and such bad food. Never order from here!

I'm not that satisfied with McDonald's anymore, because the food isn't as tasty, but it's terribly expensive. The McKroket is barely edible anymore. At this location, you have to pay for the toilet. This is the last time I've been here.

I made an order and was not delivered to my seat for 30 minutes. When I asked for the refund, the manager girl immediately prepared my order, without a proper apology. Overall a bad management in this McDonald chain.

Just a cappuccino with a chocolate cookie. Unfortunately, the latter was very tough and hard. And charging an extra 80 cents just to wash your hands isn't exactly hospitable.

Better than the McDonald's in the city center. However, my order was ready and just lying on the counter where no one was standing. Great for theft. It wasn't busy, so luckily it went smoothly. The atmosphere wasn't great, but it was fine and better than that one. It's in the city center, so hats off to them for that!

The manager is joking around behind the counter, four people doing nothing; they don't clear the table or clean. Look, if it were really busy, you could understand it. It makes you wonder how they handle hygiene. Sad...

The food was old and dry. I work at a McDonald's in a different city and have never seen anything like it. The fries were even tough, and my drink didn't come with a straw.

I ordered through UberEats, delivery time said 25 minutes, after 30 minutes my order still wasn’t being prepared!! 30 minutes to prepare my order, when it should have been delivered in 25!! ridiculous. it should not take 30 minutes to prepare some nuggets and burgers. I canceled my order after 35 minutes of waiting, as they would have cancelled after 23:00 since that’s when they stop delivering.

My friend and I went to McDonald's for dinner as a stopover on our trip. I ordered a meatless chicken sandwich and a pistachio mac flurry. The bread was very dry, there wasn't much sauce on it, and it had more lettuce than (fake) meat, so I accepted it because it was, after all, McDonald's. However, when I started eating my mac flurry, I quickly noticed there were very few pistachio pieces in it, so I went to the counter and politely asked if they could add some extra pieces. The answer they gave me was that it wasn't possible and I'd just have to make do. I go here almost weekly, but lately the service has been deteriorating rapidly while the prices keep rising. I find it incredibly strange that they can't give me extra pieces when I'm paying €4.10 for an ice cream. This is truly awful. I'm very disappointed and will definitely go to another McDonald's! Shame on you, McDonald's staff near the station in Arnhem!

I went to McArnhem two days ago with my cousin. Unfortunately, I got a vegetarian burger instead of a normal one, and it was also cold. The strawberry milkshake had also melted.

I ordered two cheeseburgers with my mother. The cheeseburgers themselves were fine, but it was way too busy that afternoon, and the service was unfriendly. They didn't say anything to us and didn't even check the receipt, so beware. Otherwise, it was VERY clean for McDonald's, and the restrooms aren't free (honestly, I hadn't checked how much they cost, but it certainly wasn't free because there was a separate credit card area to pay).

It's no longer McDonald's but a junkyard. Order a Big Mac and it's served so sloppily that the burger itself is already half hanging out of the ground. And you get a kilo of lettuce with it, but it's oh so difficult for them to make a decent burger out of it, let alone the rest...

The fish fillets are getting smaller and smaller, gone for €12.70 in the trash. Even my little finger is almost bigger than that sandwich. Fries are very dry. And you have to pay extra for everything, €0.15 for the takeaway cup, even though you drink on the spot, and you can't even drink from it properly because you don't get a straw. I'm done with the Mac!

Today I was at McDonald's and ordered chicken nuggets with fries sauce to take away. It's not very difficult to prepare. When I got home, I had chicken nuggets with BBQ sauce. So I also paid extra for the fries sauce, which I didn't even get. Usually, you get a free sauce with 6 chicken nuggets, which I didn't. Not that it's a big deal, but I find it very messy. When I went to pick up my order, a man grabbed it while my number was being called, so they don't check it there either.

Just this afternoon I was at McDonald's Arnhem Central. I ordered food at the kiosk and couldn't even pay with Apple Pay or my debit card, and I kept getting an error message. I finally paid at the cash register, and Apple Pay worked there. After a 10-minute wait, our food arrived. The fries were still warm, but all the burgers we ordered were lukewarm to cold. It was quite cold at McDonald's Arnhem.

I wanted to pick up some takeout to take home. As usual, ordering through the kiosk went perfectly. But what I ultimately received was truly subpar. I ordered a cheeseburger and a "Spicy" quarter pounder. The meat (if you can even call it meat) was bone dry. And completely flavorless. It's truly bizarre that McDonald's even dares to call this meat. It's tough, rubbery—please, save your money for something else. McDonald's, American marketing, but honestly: inedible! Stay far away!

This McDonald's has an atmospheric light appearance. There is ample opportunity to sit down. The burgers and menus that I have eaten there were always prepared in the right way.

Food was just what you expect at McDonald's. Maarrr; Pay 80 cents for the toilet. Men's toilet: You could see dried pee/water on the walls?? to see. Toilet paper all over the walls. The sink was clogged with toilet paper. Women's toilet; blood was on the toilet seat. I find it strange to pay when you eat there. But if you pay, make sure it is spic and span. Restaurant itself was also filthy with spilled soda in several places on the floor. There were no napkins with the food and 1 mayonnaise was forgotten. All in all not good

The food was immaculate, best food ever, and the atmosphere was quite chill. However the staff was quite rude, firstly I ordered a coke medium, and Paid for it, BUT they gave me a sprite small, and didn’t give me a refund. Next I was jerking off in the bathroom stall and the workers kicked me out. I will remember you McDonald’s worker.

Food is consistent, the location is almost always dirty and paying customers have to pay extra for a toilet visit. Hopefully it will get better.

Ordered for the 2nd time via Uber Eats. You order for 45 euros and literally only receive the coke and 1 packet of sauce. Last time only my sweet and sour sauce and also the cola. Also ordered at 30 euros. Can't get any crazier. After a lot of fuss and hassle, you get your money back from Uber Eats, but you don't have any food. Bad service.

Always have a cup of coffee at the Mac after a walk from home. Simply order from the telephone at a place of your choice in the restaurant. Delivered to your table in a friendly manner

Atmosphere is better since the toilets have to be paid for. Few night pharmacists in the business anymore. You cannot hold Mac responsible for the behavior of customers, but addressing them about behavior would not be wrong.
