McDonald's in Vredenburg/Kronenburg

A very nice McDonald's, easily accessible in a lovely shopping center, with free parking and fast service. Now that the new management has taken over, I'm seeing a significant improvement in service, cleanliness, and food quality. A real improvement.

We ate at your place today with a large group. It was relatively quiet, but the food arrived quickly. Nothing to complain about, the food was good. On the other hand, the staff was anything but friendly! At 5:30 PM, they were already putting chairs on tables, emptying trash cans, etc. No problem, but they were yelling at each other, asking what to do, and why other colleagues weren't doing anything. We were sitting there quietly eating with a few other people. There was a lot of complaining around us, as if they hadn't noticed. When we left, we mentioned it, and the manager wanted to discuss it. We wished them a pleasant evening and left.

The food generally remains the same everywhere, but the service was friendly and good. The only real downside was that the shopping center's renovations made it less peaceful.

Nice place but couldn't get a 65+ discount for coffee like everywhere else.

Not a horrible experience in general, but you expect more from McDonald's. Went here with children, 30 minutes before closing. Food came relatively late though the fries were fried too light. Gave us time to visit the toilet which they don't have, but were pointed accross the (mall)street. Had to pay 70 cents for no soap (left) and no paper liners for the changing pad. Nothing to do for the children in the restaurant. Staff started cleaning and putting chairs on tables. Makes sense, and we were still there 15 minutes after closing. Not a nice experience though.

Dirty tables, it took a while even though there were no people.

I was there on 14 August 2025 at 6:15 PM. I asked the employee to give me a salt. She said that they don’t have. I asked her if she can bring it to me from the kitchen and put it in a tissue so I can use it she said that they don’t have it in the In the kitchen neither. I told her this is so weird. I’m in a restaurant and I’m asking for a salt and it’s not available. She called her colleague. They were talking in Dutch so I didn’t understand and then she said there is nothing that she can do for me and they don’t have the salt. I was mad and I told her as a client, I need to enjoy my meal and I’m asking for a salt. I’m not asking for unavailable things. I’m super frustrated. I don’t recommend it. The employee is so negative And cold also they don’t care about the client satisfaction. Moreover, they are not educated about the basics in the restaurant

Friendly staff, but the food isn't really that great, of course

What a tragedy, we really got the wrong food! Instead of curly fries, regular fries. And we ordered chicken nuggets, but got cheese bitterballen. And the sauce was forgotten! They are renovating, so it doesn't look inviting right now, but that will probably be fine.

Fast food restaurant with the well-known McDonald's formula. Located in the covered shopping center Kronenburg. Free parking in the parking garage under the shopping center. Shopping center is being partially renovated due to an upgrade, Shops are still accessible. Recommended!!!

Order your tea via QR. You only get a cup of hot water. Without tea bag. Bad service.

Everything was good, but I don't like messing with bags of mayo or other sauce at all. The tubs of the past were much easier.

Good food and just a normal McDonald's. Just a quick bite in Kronenburg. Mc seemed the easiest, but when we ordered... Never waited so long for food at a Mc but at least it's fresh🤷🏽‍♂️. Otherwise just a normal, quite large McDonald's

Worst Mac ever! Ordered 5 times and every time the food is wrong! Terrible.

Your number is taken off the screen and then you come and they say “it's coming!” And then you literally have to wait an extra 10 minutes. Monday afternoon 2 o'clock, it's not busy. Large orders after me were already being delivered, and I was still waiting for my chili chicken and chicken 6. I think things are going so badly here when that one man with the blouse isn't walking around.

Well I/we thought it was quite pricey there, two lemonade with a lot of ice😡 and two ice creams, we were allowed to pay €12.25, in short, once and never again😡😡

The smallest Big Mc I've ever eaten🧟

Bad Macs are not prepared for it when it is busy in the Gelredome. Extremely long waiting times and many dirty tables, in short, extremely messy.

Best fast food restaurant ever! Good food, the fries are good, the nuggets are perfectly cooked and I can eat my fingers with the burgers

Was very very very smeary overflowing trash cans and everything piled up everywhere

Today we had a chicken wrap with mustard sauce. Two small pieces of chicken, a little bit of lettuce, mustard sauce was hard to find and no white cabbage slaw was seen in the wrap and that for € 6.95. No more McDonalds for me for the time being. It was way below standard and very expensive. There was also way too much salt on the fries. Definitely not recommended.

T is a bit cramped, you can't really sit quietly there. Not really clean either. More something for young people.

Old McDonald's Closed too early

I just came to get a fanta. I waited about 4.5 minutes for this. Zin's the change of the kitchen in all MC is the quality and service has become really bad.

Well-known fast food chain. The food is quite tasty, but unfortunately also quite pricey.

Can't eat Big Mac, 1 drop of sauce, 1 small piece of pickle or something and 1 red thing with 1 drop of ketjap, very sparse and dry, yes.

Nice indoor shopping center. You can combine shopping with food & drinks. And a spacious, free parking garage is not a bad thing either. We had a nice afternoon there and will definitely come back!

Getting worse and worse. Ordered 2 menus today and that's not going well. Missed the paprika spices at first. Then I missed the toy in the happy meal. When I want to start eating, I get a cold Big Mac and finally I get lukewarm lemonade. So there was no ice in it. No, I'm done with McDonald's.

Scanning QR code via the app did not work properly, this may be due to the app itself. But still a shame. Quite a long wait, relatively small mac. Located in an indoor shopping center. Clean and food was good.

It is no longer as it once was, here too the food was almost cold. It's really for the fast hab, drinking too much ice cream, fun/tasty in the summer but not this time of year.

When are you going to do something about your staff? As local residents, we suffer so much from them. Before they start their work, during breaks and after their work they cause enormous inconvenience!!! Smoking, shouting, making a mess every time at the stairs!! We warned them so many times. If you're not going to do anything about this. I'm going to do everything I can to ensure that this will be on the news with images and all!!

A small, cozy branch that is doing very well.

Literally every time we have eaten here in recent years something has been forgotten or something has been wrong with the order. This was subsequently resolved, but it is noticeable. The food itself is usually fine, as long as it is warm. Staff mostly friendly. Bonus points for the location, right in the middle of the mall. No private toilet for guests. This must be done opposite (for a fee). It's not always tidy, so I often wipe the table myself. The other day we saw a mouse running past! Something really needs to be done about this and we won't be coming here anymore for the time being.

What bad hamburgers they dare to sell here. This is just too sad. Don't walk in here people!

I'll do it briefly in bullet points. Ordered food for 3 people, 2 things were missing, ordered more, got it. Then the tables where you eat are cleaned, the crew seems overwhelmed. Toilets were ok. THERE ARE BETTER MC DONALDS RESTAURANTS

Ze hadden de bestelling nogal verkeerd terwijl het redelijk simpel was. Ik had ook kipnuggets en ik vroeg waarom ze Vegan waren wat ik niet had besteld maar blijkbaar doen ze dat tegenwoordig zo zeggen ze. De sfeer was wat raar daar vanwege fronsende medewerkers

De Mac is Arnhem is gezellig ingericht en heeft klantvriendelijk personeel!

Bij de ijshoorntjes zat het papiertje bij een van ons in het ijsje ipv erbuiten

Hier kennen ze wel de 65+ koffie alleen tot 11.00 uur. Kan ook de heledag 65 plus ers willen ook in de middag wel een kopje koffie.

Overal vuile bladen op de tafels. Niemand die het opruimt. En personeel loopt er gewoon langs... Tafels/stoelen worden niet schoongemaakt...

Had trek en kon n snelle hap nemen

Het is natuurlijk niet echt gezond, maar af en toe wel lekker ☺️

Op dat moment niet top,koud eten en zag er niet heel verzorgd en schoon uit op/rond de tafels... Maar het koude eten terug gebracht en nieuwe warmere voor terug gekregen

Staan we daar bij een bestelzuil, zijn die nummertjes op. Wachten totdat ze een bestelling hadden geleverd. En natuurlijk zijn er dan aso's die voorkruipen. En dan bedoel ik dat mensen van de andere zuil, die later komen, eerder zo een ding claimen. Zo een klein jong grietje is daar gevoelig voor, maar ik vind het best als ik zo een zuil bezet houd met een enorme rij achter mij. Gelukkig was er een oudere werknemer die dat wel in de gaten had.

De sfeer wordt zeer verpest door de verschrikkelijke muurbekleding. Hierdoor oogt het zeer rommelig en aftands! Ook stond er schoonmaakmiddel onbewaakt op een tafel, meeste plekken waren niet schoon en waren er nergens servetjes te vinden...

Manlief en kind wilde even wat eten. Ik lust het niet, heb koffie bij de buren (La Place) genomen.

Hebben voor een groot menu gekozen en kregen maar voor friet voor een klein/middel groot menu En het drinken was ook voor een klein/ middel groot menu (0,33 water en 0,33 cola) terwijl grote menu's halve liters horen te zijn

We misten alleen een toilet. Verder prima allemaal

We hebben wat gedronken, frappé en mango sap, was heerlijk en de tafel was schoon.

Mooie gratis pakeerplaats en ruim winkelaanbod incl terrasjes.

Alles koud,vroeg naar een manier,was er niet, dat lijkt nergens op

Er stonden 6 medewerkers niks te doen en met elkaar te kletsen. Bij thuiskomst zag ik dat het bakje friet tot de helft gevuld was. Personeel ook niet klantvriendelijk, kan geen boe of bah af en als je iets vraagt wordt het met een zucht gedaan.
