McDonald's in Presikhaaf-West

We were there this weekend and noticed that the staff only spoke English. I find this very objectionable. We are not Dutch, so I think I should be spoken to in Dutch as well.

Fast service and good quality, not too busy either.

Order a large menu with fries and a drink, only to receive a small menu without fries and a drink. Good-for-nothings here!

They seriously have a problem with the food temperature here. It doesn't matter what time you arrive and order. Nine times out of ten, the food is lukewarm, and the fries are always cold.

The quality of the milkshake has deteriorated significantly over the years. Far too thin and overly sweet, at least the strawberry flavor. In my experience, the chip shop is exactly as it should be.

Like all other McDonald's, the food was good, but it was extremely dirty. There was food all over the floor, chairs, and tables. I wouldn't even let my dog ​​pee in the toilet; it was filthy and smelled awful.

It's a nice restaurant with fast service and good food, though the tables tend to be a bit messy. I recommend the chili chicken or a mac flury.

I ordered 9 chicken nuggets at McDonald's Drive and only got 6. So I definitely paid more for fewer chicken nuggets. I'm not making a fuss, but it was also in the evening and not busy, so it's not hard to count. Otherwise, it was delicious.

I was at this mcdonalds a few days after the BTS tinytans were released, which I collect, and they gave me a toy which I did not want!!! Then when I went inside to ask for it they told me they couldn't do anything about it so I am really disappointed. Another thing which ocurred was that we were in the mcdrive and they let 4 cars on the other side take their orders before us. And when we were finally able to order, they put us on hold and took the order of the other car again. Service is not that good and I am disappointed!

We come here regularly. However, at the McDrive, items are often forgotten, even though they've been paid for.

Everything at the pole was deliciously hot and neatly packaged. Plenty of napkins too. Much better than the Duiven branch, which might get one star from me. Last time I ate inside, the service was quick, and everything was deliciously hot again.

Mc drive is difficult to access for larger cars.

What a filthy mess this McDonald's has been lately. Your appetite instantly vanishes the moment you walk in and take a look around. Filthy floors, dirty tables, and overflowing trash bins. And what's even more ridiculous is that there are team leaders and/or managers walking around with trays, completely oblivious to the state of their own restaurant. Prices are rising daily, and on top of that, they're skimping on someone to wipe down the tables. What a shameless, filthy mess.

We regularly come here for lunch on Saturdays. It's noticeable that the cleaning isn't done properly anymore. The tables and floors are sticky. There's food scraps everywhere on the floor and tables. Staff often stand huddled together chatting while other things are visibly left untouched. The portions also leave a lot to be desired. We often order large fries, which are quite expensive. The last two times we've had such a small portion that we should have ordered a smaller one. It probably would have had more in it. Such a shame.

Do not order via thuisbezorg, you gonna wait 2,5 hours and then you gonna recive info you will not get it. The most terrible place to order in Arnhem.

After ordering via the kiosk, we wanted to sit down and saw food strewn all over the floor, table, and chairs. I pointed this out, and it turned out the person didn't speak Dutch, but English. You'd expect an active response, but it wasn't. So, we sat down in the "cleanest spot," even though it was 8:10 PM. While we waited for our order to be brought to the table, I saw an employee put a chocolate cake back in the display case, which had already been through several hands. Keep selling it, please. After the order arrived, the quarter pounder was disappointing. The fries were a bit soggy, but the milkshakes were good. We then went to the toilet. It looked like a toilet after the four-day march. It was very dirty and wet, and everything from water to toilet paper was scattered everywhere. I wonder if the owner of this shop even prioritizes hygiene. Because even after leaving, no action was taken, and upon leaving, the staff, again, didn't speak Dutch.

You can read your newspaper while eating McFlurry. You get generous portion here. The prices here are slightly cheaper than average. That's very nice. They were very, very fast. Too many MC D's drive inns in a radius of 9 km in and around Arnhem. Very unhealthy food and drinks. Food has little nutritional value. Especially calorie rich.

Atmosphereless and desolate food shed on ditto industrial estate. This should not bear the name restaurant. Tasteless processed food. Cold, limp and over-salted fries, cardboard burgers. The fluorescent-lit room, where visitors can sit at a sticky table on worn-out and immovable furniture, gives the impression of a closed institution rather than a canteen.

Sometimes we go to this place with our children, since we live close. Even if there are not many people in the establishment, you always wait a long time for your order. When you receive food it is often almost cold. We want faster service and hot food like other McDonald's!

It's a McDonald's. Nothing more and nothing less. But Jesus, how expensive it has become... It's better to just have a nice lunch somewhere or bake a hamburger at home, or visit the snack bar. No, I wasn't a fan of McDonald's, but I was a fan of BurgerKing, so they won't see me at McDonald's anytime soon. And this applies not only to this branch but to all branches.

Today's promotion: 20 chicken nuggets for €4.50. Asked at the ordering post if this is the case, the employee indicates that this is the case. For a McDonald's that was very busy, they did a great job. Food arrived fairly quickly and was hot. Order was complete.

Eating becomes less and less every time. Cold fries, too much sauce on the burger and you have to reassemble your burger at the table because the burgers always fail.

Friendly staff. Actually usually quiet at the drive in. I always just get coffee and/or a brownie. These are always good here at the Vlamoven. It is a small industrial estate of Arnhem. ANAC is also around the corner.
