McDonald's in Presikhaaf-West

We had a tasty sandwich and coffee inside here. The restaurant was neat and clean, the service was prompt and friendly, and the parking spaces were fine, including for wheelchair users. Good wheelchair access, and a fine, clean adapted toilet. However, we were here quite early in the morning. Perhaps that makes the difference.

Most of the time they get the order wrong or theres something missing from the order.

Standard McDonald's. Quiet on a Monday afternoon. I would have preferred the new Cajun sauce instead of fry sauce; the staff didn't make a fuss about it and happily swapped it. Unfortunately, I did have to get napkins myself.

The moment you are so incompetent that you forget to pack half an order, you might as well sign up for welfare immediately. 🙄

Teenagers standing there screaming order numbers as if they were at Bingo, only to then hand over the ordered items where half are missing and don't match! That kind of work doesn't seem that difficult to me, does it?

Two shirtless men entered; I believe they should have been spoken to about this, but it wasn't done. They should not be served if they are inappropriately dressed, and a sticker regarding dress code should be placed on the door. I don't think this is acceptable.

You arrive at the McDrive, hot weather, just to grab an ice cream and milkshake. You stand in line for the intercom: "We don't have ice cream or milkshakes," snapped curtly. You end up waiting 15 minutes before the others are served with orders that apparently *are* available. Then put a clearly visible sign in front of the entrance!

Warm fries, plenty of sauce on the burger and wrap. Didn't have to wait long.

My mother and I come here every now and then to get breakfast whenever we are on a trip somewhere. Today was the same (9:30), the place was empty and all the staff were standing outside. Then the breakfast was brought by a lady whose face looked like thunder. My mother's egg mcmuffin was so hard that she couldn't bite into it. So she politely went to ask for a new one, which took almost ten minutes. Then my mother got a new one that was actually burnt black. When my mother pointed that out, they laughed and said that it just happens... very sad this 🙃

Great location, a bit hidden on the industrial estate, but the food is served in good condition! The Big Mac, in particular, is presented neatly upright in the box. Super!

Just ordered 3 hamburgers, the fries are cold, and it's inedible. Then you call them and they don't answer the phone... what a disgrace... so watch what you order here.

One of the worst McDonald's restaurants in terms of wait time, service, attitude, and ethics. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I ve told a guy that he can take a tip from change...instead he took 10 euro and gave me change back...did oriented after a while but it was not worthet ...let him have it but now I m sure it was done at purpose qhile Im foreigner...

Fast, clean, everything was as ordered. The girls were all nice.

Always fast and tasty food, as expected! Only the delivery comes cold, but just eating there is good.

With only one car in front of us, we literally had to wait 13 minutes for a cup of coffee and a cookie. The staff spoke no Dutch, there was no one behind the second window, and when we walked inside to ask what was taking so long, we received an uninterested "I don't know".

The place was messy, there was trash everywhere, the tables were not very clean, and the toilets certainly had not been cleaned, even though there was visibly enough staff present.

Mediocre food for too high a price.

Everything was more or less good for a fast food chain standard, except we wanted to sit at the outdoor seating area but it was quite filthy out there (probably because it was Friday and had recently been filled with a ton of unruly teenagers)

The food was good and of the same quality as in other branches. Unfortunately, the service left something to be desired. The wait time before I received my order was very long, which does not fit the concept of fast food. Additionally, the tables were not clean. Several guests left their trays on the table, and despite the staff walking past them multiple times, nothing was cleared away. This created a messy and unkempt impression. Based on this experience, I would skip this branch on a future visit.

It's still a McDonald's, just a quick bite. I don't go to McDonald's for dinner; for what you get, it's way too expensive.

It was messy and dirty, with crumbs everywhere. When we mentioned it, action was taken. The person who was supposed to sweep wasn't really effective.

Ordered 2 chicken 6s, received 1. She says you can order again (super busy), but I can't do anything with that as there is only 1 on the receipt. Truly ridiculous service.

We were there at the time of a concert. The toilets are closed then. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Terrible. I ordered a small fanilla milkshake, got a strawberry instead, went to the cashier to ask for a new one with fanilla. I got the strawberry milkshake back with a splash of fanilla on top... She didn't even take the time to listen to me properly and correct me. On top of that, she couldn't speak a word of Dutch and we had to explain it in very difficult English.

I normally don't eat here, made an exception today, and it will definitely be the last time… Upon entering, we were greeted very unfriendly by a young lady, after which, due to a miscommunication, she shouted that we should shut our mouths… When the same lady came to bring our food, the tray with our food on it was… Fortunately, after the meal, we were spoken to kindly by the manager, Sophie! This manager was very friendly and offered a listening ear! After our conversation, we were compensated! Thank you for this! I wouldn't go back here anytime soon, but if I do, it will be with the friendly manager!

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The cleanliness is just catastrophic and disgusting, ugh... We ate at a table that wasn't cleaned, with crushed fries at our feet, spilled Coke everywhere, and it was the same for the entire restaurant! After I accidentally spilled my Fanta, no one came to clean it up! I had to clean it up myself because it's not in my nature to leave a place that dirty after I've been there! Shameful

I ordered 2 triple choc cookies and didn't receive them via McDonald's, really bizarre, is there no respect left for the hard-working Dutch person? Ridiculous.

A bit tucked away on an industrial estate, has zero atmosphere, anyway, hungry. Ordered through the McDrive and The staff just said Friendly, enjoy your meal and that's fine, I don't need any fuss, good is good. Because of the location, I was a bit afraid of cold food / a less tasty shake.. Nothing could be further from the truth; whereas this is actually the case in Veenendaal / Zeist, for example, at a nice location, in Arnhem everything was nice and fresh, really warm, and that did the taste good 👍👍👍👍👍

The location is in an industrial park. You need a GPS. There is a sign from the main road, but once inside the industrial estate, there are no direction signs. It is a pity that there is no playground for the children.

I’ve been coming here on my scooter for as long as I can remember. Yesterday, I was told quite bluntly that I wasn't allowed to take the scooter into the drive-thru. I asked why it was suddenly no longer allowed and heard a lot of mumbling over the intercom. I was told very rudely that I could ask the manager inside. After the rude answer, I said "I'll just come inside," to which I received the reply "Come, come, come, come inside, come." I thought I was going to spar at McDonald's. I spoke to the manager and she said that it isn't forbidden to go into the drive-thru on a scooter, but it isn't desired either... huh? She also claimed that he didn't speak Dutch well yet, which in my opinion wasn't true. During the conversation, a guy (presumably from the drive-thru) also appeared, made some kind of gesture towards me, and then walked away again. Very unpleasant experience, and I hope to get an answer to this.

Of all the staff walking around, not one spoke decent Dutch. They were huddled together, and when I inquired, someone who spoke a little Dutch had to be called from the kitchen. Then I wasn't even given a glance... lovely.

Worst McDonald's in Arnhem; you wait 20 minutes here for one small fry.

Positive: Clean, fast, and relatively spacious. Negatives: The thousand beeps from the kitchen and a customer had a complaint or something, but this was discussed at length in the middle of the restaurant... Tip: In a situation like this, try to take the customer/guest aside for a moment, or at least a little further away from the other guests :) but all in all, a fine McDonald's!

Very bad, incomplete order time after time.

I order extra fries sauce, and I don't get it again. I ask about it again when paying, and they say "yes, it's included" — and yet it's still not right. Every time! Do something about your staff.

Terrible service. We placed an order via Thuisbezorgd, received a completely different order, and then got no response from customer service. Eventually, we got our money back after 5 days, but we have no solution and no food. They handled it very poorly and didn't even offer us a solution.

First of all, I always go through the McDonald's drive-thru on my mobility scooter; I'm not a car, but anyway. Secondly, I've been served more than 10 times, even when McDonald's is just open. Now, last Tuesday or Wednesday, I was simply refused service, what the helly!!! Oh yeah, in the evening and at night the burgers are nice and hot. Thirdly, the parking lot is a big mess.

Update: March 30, 2026 Ordered 2x 6 chicken nuggets to take away. Asked at the checkout counter if the order was complete. The young lady said 'yes of course, I packed it myself'. I came home and there was only 1 box of 6 inside. Scandalous again..!! Old review: I can write a review, but you won't get a response out of arrogance anyway.. Unfortunately, it used to be 5 stars but now that I've been taken for a ride for the umpteenth time, it's going to be a 1 star. I probably don't care about such a big guy at the market, but I just wanted to mention that for the umpteenth time I didn't get my dressing with the salad.. I asked about it and a couple of teenagers said in unison that it was included.. I came home and can sit there eating dry food like a rabbit... Saying yes but meaning no... Are you actually doing your job properly or are you just walking around there to fill up your hours... Simply scandalous!! Incidentally, the somewhat older hostess at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful; otherwise, it looks neat, tidy, and clean.. Those are the plus points, at least; now we just need the experience and the sharpness of those teenagers behind the service counter..

For the third time, I got half a cup of Sunday ice cream!! Is it really that difficult to fill the cup completely, or do you guys enjoy ripping people off??!! Last time getting ice cream here!!!

Good at first but gone downhill, cold fries, stale bun, staff staring, doing nothing

Picked up from the McDonald's drive-through, everything was cold. The wraps only had two small lettuce leaves on them, and all the fries were forgotten. Unreachable (called four times). Very bad! They were friendly at the McDonald's drive-through, though.

Order panels didn't work properly. The staff was quick and friendly.

They put a non-Dutch-speaking employee behind the call box at the McDrive. Only English. And incomprehensible English at that. I asked at the counter if they could put that person in the kitchen or service instead of behind the order box. They thought it was strange, because their initial reaction was that McDonald's uses English and Dutch as its main languages, so yeah... So yeah?? It's a bit of a strange choice for an employer to put someone who doesn't speak Dutch in that position, only to have orders go through incorrectly and customer frustration.

Very nice place with well trained service staff. Everyone with a smile on their face and an adequate attitude towards the customer. Thank you young people 🫶

They seriously have a problem with the food temperature here. It doesn't matter what time you arrive and order. Nine times out of ten, the food is lukewarm, and the fries are always cold.

The quality of the milkshake has deteriorated significantly over the years. Far too thin and overly sweet, at least the strawberry flavor. In my experience, the chip shop is exactly as it should be.

Like all other McDonald's, the food was good, but it was extremely dirty. There was food all over the floor, chairs, and tables. I wouldn't even let my dog ​​pee in the toilet; it was filthy and smelled awful.

I ordered 9 chicken nuggets at McDonald's Drive and only got 6. So I definitely paid more for fewer chicken nuggets. I'm not making a fuss, but it was also in the evening and not busy, so it's not hard to count. Otherwise, it was delicious.

I was at this mcdonalds a few days after the BTS tinytans were released, which I collect, and they gave me a toy which I did not want!!! Then when I went inside to ask for it they told me they couldn't do anything about it so I am really disappointed. Another thing which ocurred was that we were in the mcdrive and they let 4 cars on the other side take their orders before us. And when we were finally able to order, they put us on hold and took the order of the other car again. Service is not that good and I am disappointed!

Everything at the pole was deliciously hot and neatly packaged. Plenty of napkins too. Much better than the Duiven branch, which might get one star from me. Last time I ate inside, the service was quick, and everything was deliciously hot again.

What a filthy mess this McDonald's has been lately. Your appetite instantly vanishes the moment you walk in and take a look around. Filthy floors, dirty tables, and overflowing trash bins. And what's even more ridiculous is that there are team leaders and/or managers walking around with trays, completely oblivious to the state of their own restaurant. Prices are rising daily, and on top of that, they're skimping on someone to wipe down the tables. What a shameless, filthy mess.

Never had such cheerful service. The food and the mac are just okay.

We regularly come here for lunch on Saturdays. It's noticeable that the cleaning isn't done properly anymore. The tables and floors are sticky. There's food scraps everywhere on the floor and tables. Staff often stand huddled together chatting while other things are visibly left untouched. The portions also leave a lot to be desired. We often order large fries, which are quite expensive. The last two times we've had such a small portion that we should have ordered a smaller one. It probably would have had more in it. Such a shame.

Do not order via thuisbezorg, you gonna wait 2,5 hours and then you gonna recive info you will not get it. The most terrible place to order in Arnhem.
