It's okay for a quick bite, but for the atmosphere, I would look for another place.

A very dirty place, I don't know if it's due to the lack of staff. It was impossible to find a clean table. The pay toilet was also dirty and without toilet paper. I don't recommend this place. I have no complaints about the food.

People are unfriendly, can barely speak Dutch, and are very slow in preparing. Bad atmosphere, mess everywhere, and dirty trays.

Very bad...the gave me the wrong order then at my previous order forgot the drink...+ that as i was waiting for my order another person came and asked fkr his money back...

I came here and ordered two drinks, and I had to wait almost half an hour for them. I don't believe the excuse "it was busy" for a second, because the two guys behind the counter sat looking around and messing about for more than fifteen minutes while the drinks were ready. I find this outrageous!! Also, the girl who makes the ice creams licked her fingers clean after putting something on them and then made a new ice cream with those licked fingers; isn't that just too disgusting for words?? Absolutely not normal!!!

I have never in my life seen such filthy toilets. And even if you are eating here, you have to pay €0.80 for a toilet that stinks to high heaven, has trash everywhere, and no toilet paper. As if they’ve just left that toilet like that for years. Absurd. The McFlurry was melted too, by the way.

Tasty food, but many things are dirty or sticky

The manager acted very mean when our girlfriend was feeling very nauseous, so she lay down a bit. She got very angry about it, even though she could have been nice and said, "Would you sit properly?" Afterwards, when we wanted to go to the toilet, she also got very angry about us having to clean everything up first; she was a really nasty bitch. She challenged us to "come on then" and started swearing very rudely at us. Not recommended to eat at McDonald's in the center of Arnhem.

Nice and warm. Had a delicious breakfast and a tasty burger.

Cold food, dirty tables, chaos in the toilet

The worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Waited half an hour for the order and everything was wrong! It looks like they picked up all the staff from a day care center.

Absolutely terrible. Having to wait a long time for your food, and then everything is wrong and drenched in grease. The staff are horribly slow; let's just say: 'the wheel is turning, but the hamster is dead'. Never again here.

We had to wait 30 minutes for our breakfast. Items were suddenly out of stock, and when one of us wanted to get a cup of coffee, it took another 20 minutes; this coffee had been sitting there for 15 minutes but wasn't served. The food was cold and very greasy. The staff are lax and there is absolutely no communication between them. Next time, I will definitely walk right past this McDonald's…

The food was okay, but when I wanted to go to toilet, I tried first to pay with card. It took my money but didnt let me go in, When I went inside the toilet by paying with coins, there was a huge sausage and flooding.

It's incredibly dirty. We've been coming here for years, and it's never been clean. This time, we waited over half an hour for our order, showed the receipt, and it turned out they'd completely forgotten about it. The staff doesn't work, they just stand there and talk among themselves. They mix up orders and don't refill the food. The restrooms are also paid and very dirty. The food is often cold. Overall, I don't recommend it 🤷🏻‍♀️

This restaurant is always too messy. I fully understand that the place is very, very busy and that there is a huge flow of customers, but the organization of the restaurant is lacking in many areas. The employees are doing their best and show a lot of patience — respect to them!

Very bad; despite having purchased food or drinks, we had to pay to use the toilet. On top of that, it was absolutely filthy – there was urine everywhere on the floor and the soap dispenser was empty. Outrageous! Unfortunately, I have to give it one star, as zero stars isn't an option!

Naturally a little different from Brazil, they bring the food to you, the Big Mac is a bit dry, but overall satisfactory.

What a mess. I wanted to go to the toilet, but first of all I had to pay 80 cents even though that wasn't indicated anywhere, so I had to go all the way back downstairs to get my card. The toilets are all the way upstairs! 4 floors!? Great for the disabled for whom there is no elevator. 👎🏼. And there are only 3 toilets, one of which doesn't have a lock. The toilets stank and the toilet paper was gone. Also, there were people sitting in the toilets who had been there for 15 minutes already, so I just left. It was also incredibly busy and the staff started shouting. Thank you for this unforgettable nightmare, I appreciate it! 😡

The food is fine. Just as we’ve come to expect from MAC. The tables were dirty, though. I needed to use the restroom, so I paid 80 cents, only to end up in dirty toilets without toilet paper. Staff were nowhere to be found. I eventually found toilet paper, but it was moldy!!! A disgrace.

A good stop for food and drinks in the city Centre of Arnhem. Enough places to sit. Service was fast and accurate.

I waited 20 minutes for two simple cheeseburgers. I reported it to a staff member, who said she would check, but that same staff member later simply passed me by, as if she'd forgotten. I finally went downstairs myself. I saw the two cheeseburgers just sitting on the counter (cold) and when I pointed out that this was probably my order, I finally got it. In short: staff who take no responsibility, both in terms of orders and cleaning.

Dirty Crowded 3 floors Upstairs toilet you have to pay for and it's not clean either

Ordered at 7:30 PM. My food arrived more than 20 minutes later (cold). Then, while I was eating, they told me 10 minutes later that I had to leave because they were closing. I had to finish my meal outside in the cold and rain because of the terrible service... Never eat here! Customer service isn't in their vocabulary.

I used to go to this McDonald's a lot when I was a student. The interior has been significantly modernized. It's a shame they don't bring the food to your table, though. But that might be due to the location. Everything else is fine, and the food was delicious.

This place is a disgrace. Everything is worn out, and the customers are arguing and even fighting, but nothing is being done about it. Our number came up on the screen and disappeared, without a delivery order, so we had to chase it up ourselves because our ice cream was melting behind the counter. It was an okay version of the sundae, but the rest wasn't great.

This McDonald's has been in this building for decades. The interior has changed over the past 30 years, but only the original staircase remains. Otherwise, the food is what it is, McDonald's food: delicious. Upstairs, there's plenty of seating on both floors, and it's spacious. You can also order upstairs using the kiosk, and they'll bring the food up. A great McDonald's 30 years ago, and still is.

Small restaurant, maybe there was seating on the 2nd floor but we took takeaway. Little noise and queue despite being in the middle of the city center late Saturday night.

McDonald's in the Rijnstraat is located in a building with atmosphere. When I eat here, I not only enjoy the food but also the cozy atmosphere. The menus are tasty, the employees friendly and correct. That's why a visit to this branch is always pleasant for me.

It was dirty everywhere, we were on the first floor. Food everywhere on the floor, no clean tables. Plus point the airco.

Unfriendly and the person who helped us, I think it was even the manager, was not very friendly...

So it was King's Day not exactly representative. Yet everything was quite orderly. Burgers ready very quickly. 'Special orders' (Mc Kroket without sauce) were not possible that day for logical reasons.

The fries were cold, and they forgot to put the burgers on my big mac, after I raised this as a complaint at the counter, the man behind the counter said: oh yes. The dirtiest McDonalds in all of Arnhem. Definitely don't eat here!!! 2 managers were downstairs preparing the food. Of which a female manager was leaning against the counter with her back to the guests. In addition, I said out loud 4 times: this McDonalds is dirty. There were a total of 9 tables full of food and trays. All the trash cans were full to the brim. There was nothing more I could do, I was able to find 1 spot and sat here for a total of 45 minutes. In those 45 minutes there was not a single employee who came to clean. People have left all their trays behind because they simply no longer fit in the bins. And then 2 managers standing there... I'm laughing my ass off. Never come here again. For €31 euros for 2 happy meals & 1 medium menu you can expect it to be kept clean,
