I used to work here. It was insane. I even had to wait 10 minutes, and my Coke was WRONG. I asked for a regular, and they gave me a cherry. My Wuarter Pounder also had no sauce!

I used to go to this McDonald's a lot when I was a student. The interior has been significantly modernized. It's a shame they don't bring the food to your table, though. But that might be due to the location. Everything else is fine, and the food was delicious.

The building looks nice, but I still won't be coming back. Almost everything I ordered was wrong, and some things were missing. Not worth the money.

This place is a disgrace. Everything is worn out, and the customers are arguing and even fighting, but nothing is being done about it. Our number came up on the screen and disappeared, without a delivery order, so we had to chase it up ourselves because our ice cream was melting behind the counter. It was an okay version of the sundae, but the rest wasn't great.

This McDonald's has been in this building for decades. The interior has changed over the past 30 years, but only the original staircase remains. Otherwise, the food is what it is, McDonald's food: delicious. Upstairs, there's plenty of seating on both floors, and it's spacious. You can also order upstairs using the kiosk, and they'll bring the food up. A great McDonald's 30 years ago, and still is.

Small restaurant, maybe there was seating on the 2nd floor but we took takeaway. Little noise and queue despite being in the middle of the city center late Saturday night.

In addition to the price of the food, you may have to pay extra for mugs for drinks.

I just grabbed a cup of coffee last night. What a mess! There was abandoned packaging all over the restaurant. The trash can was overflowing, and the furniture was damaged. The floor and the rest of the room were far from clean. Seems unworthy of McDonald's to me.

The toilet wasn't clean. I wanted to exchange money. The boss told me you can pay with a debit card. I said no, I'll exchange money. With a deep sigh, the man went to exchange my money.

McDonald's in the Rijnstraat is located in a building with atmosphere. When I eat here, I not only enjoy the food but also the cozy atmosphere. The menus are tasty, the employees friendly and correct. That's why a visit to this branch is always pleasant for me.

It was dirty everywhere, we were on the first floor. Food everywhere on the floor, no clean tables. Plus point the airco.

Unfriendly and the person who helped us, I think it was even the manager, was not very friendly...

The order was not put together correctly. We were given too few nuggets. Instead of one drink, they gave us a completely different one. DISGRACEFUL. WE DECIDED NOT TO GO THERE AGAIN - NEVER.

So it was King's Day not exactly representative. Yet everything was quite orderly. Burgers ready very quickly. 'Special orders' (Mc Kroket without sauce) were not possible that day for logical reasons.

I spent many hrs there and I like the service there. I tired order via app as well, so convenient.

The fries were cold, and they forgot to put the burgers on my big mac, after I raised this as a complaint at the counter, the man behind the counter said: oh yes. I did receive a new burger, but I would have appreciated it if this was said to me: my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and I will ensure that it is arranged as quickly as possible. I think this is more than a reasonable response, and yet I didn't get one. In short, there is room for improvement in complaint handling.

The dirtiest McDonalds in all of Arnhem. Definitely don't eat here!!! 2 managers were downstairs preparing the food. Of which a female manager was leaning against the counter with her back to the guests. In addition, I said out loud 4 times: this McDonalds is dirty. There were a total of 9 tables full of food and trays. All the trash cans were full to the brim. There was nothing more I could do, I was able to find 1 spot and sat here for a total of 45 minutes. In those 45 minutes there was not a single employee who came to clean. People have left all their trays behind because they simply no longer fit in the bins. And then 2 managers standing there... I'm laughing my ass off. Never come here again. For €31 euros for 2 happy meals & 1 medium menu you can expect it to be kept clean,

Toilet costs 0.80€ per person and it is super dirty and gross. If the service is charged, it should at least be cleaned

Very dirty, they don't clean here, I'm on the top floor, the toilet is completely dirty, it doesn't get cleaned because I was here a month ago and now I still see exactly the same dirt that was here a month ago, the tables are dirty, the benches and especially the ground, I just saw an animal crawling, really dirty here, but the food is delicious, but I wouldn't want to eat here, I prefer to take it away

Most disgusting Mac ever! Food is already crazy expensive and if you have to pee you also have to pay 80 cents for the toilet where your shoes stick to the floor. The toilet should be a free service. Don't we have an inspection service in the Netherlands? That tent has to close. Scammers.

There have been multiple times when my order has been wrong, and the self-service machines either haven’t worked or didn’t have paper for receipts. The staff are usually decent, but more attention needs to be given to getting orders right.

McDonald's like in Barcelona.....

The food was hot and delicious. We ordered on an electronic board and we even saved money with the app. The Sriracha mayo was extremely good, it doesn't exist in Germany. The food was ready for pickup quickly. Found a good place and ate there. The only negative point is the €0.80 for using the toilet. I've never seen in Germany that you have to pay to use the toilet at McDonald's.

Total fluff. No option to wash your hands before eating. Or you have to pay 80 euro cents. If you want to use the toilet, it is dirty and dirty. No toilet paper! What do you pay those 80 cents for? Toilet on 3rd floor, costs 80 cents, no elevator, gate did not open, back to ground floor, staff involved, had to show twice that I had paid. Back to the 3rd floor, not convenient if you are recovering from a broken leg.

This place is abysmal, I wanted to work here, beceause friends of mine work their, however I was treaded extremely poorly. At my solicitation, they let me wait for 20 minutes, whitout a drink or anywhere to sit. After that I was told that there was no way, for me to work only on certain days, If ther wanted me to come, I had to come whenever they want. And when you're 18, good luck for you, on some weekdays you may work til 3 am! Even if you're still in school. But it gets even worse, you HAVE to work on every holliday, so no Chrismas or Kingsday for you! Do NOT go and work here!!!!!!!!

Not easily accessible. If you are in a wheelchair, there is one seat available near the window. Then you are between the trash can and the ordering column. The fries were forgotten with our order, both at noon and at the happy meals. Napkins were also not included and we had to collect them separately.

Great McDonald's. It is a nostalgic place for me. Going into town for the first time as a child and then getting a maccie. Now getting something tasty together with my youngest daughter while shopping.

Nice chain in the center of Arnhem. If you want to have something quick to eat while shopping, this is the place for you. But the prices... More than 6 euros for 1 burger, bizarre prices. I don't know if it depends on the location, but if you pay attention to your budget I will go for something else. Otherwise just a "Basic" McDonald's. Tables are not always so clean, but hey. Beautiful interior and appearance on the outside. Summary: High prices but good for a quick bite.

A sweet lady/manager at work came to our table to check if everything was to our liking and when the kids had finished eating they could do something fun with them (they gently asked me to make an ice cream). The children of course absolutely loved this!

I was there today and it was really disgusting. You walk in and there's junk all over the floor. And if you don't see that already, just look at the tables. The staff didn't seem to feel like it today. They just looked grumpy. Very unfortunate. Ordered food and then they got my order wrong. But yes, I thought fine, for that few cents. Food was fine and service was fairly quick.

I ordered chicken nuggets, a cheeseburger and a chicken big mac. Everything was great however the salad on the burger was really old and slimy, most like old salad from yesterday that they reused...

Never seen such a dirty mess at a Mac, what a misery... every floor looked like a war zone! Tables dirty, floor rancid etc etc… Food and service ok.

I have 3 kids and this is sometimes a treat. I prefer to go to one of the other restaurants because with 3 kids I can't go anywhere there. I have to stay downstairs because of the stroller. And having to trust that everything will go well if I send the 2 eldest upstairs to the toilet and even worse, have the 2 eldest look after my toddler, if I have to pee myself and then quickly run to the top floor and again, very inconvenient
