The food is tasty, no different from other McDonald's. Otherwise, it is reasonably clean inside and looks fine. There is also a playground for young children, though it is located outside.

On the whole, this branch is well organized, as you would expect from a McDonald's. The location near the Gelredome and the highway is ideal, the building is spacious, and there is a drive-thru. However, the first parking area is striking: NO DISABLED SPACES, which should actually be an absolute must. During quiet times, you can walk out here quickly and without any hassle with a hot meal. The experience: Quiet times: Orders are correct, food is at the right temperature, and the flow is quick. Nothing to complain about, just a solid 4-star experience. Peak times (events / matches): This is where the problem lies. As soon as there is an event at the Gelredome, the place fills up completely. Waiting times increase significantly, tables remain dirty for too long, and the chance of a forgotten sauce or a wrong order when picking up increases noticeably. Service & Handling: It is only when something is missing or given incorrectly at the drive-thru that you really notice the quality of the after-sales service. At the counter, a mistake is corrected properly, but due to the extreme crowds during peak times, you sometimes have to wait a long time just to speak to someone. They occasionally fall short here. Conclusion: A fine spot for a quick bite if you are on the road on a normal day. Do you need to be there around an event at the Gelredome? Then be prepared for some chaos and check your bag thoroughly before driving off. Final verdict: a 3-star experience (okay, but not outstanding).

Normally a fine Mc, but unfortunately, I received very poor service on Thursday evening. The discount codes could not be scanned at the McDrive. I activated and scanned the codes at the station to take the order as instructed, but it turned out that they were subsequently blocked at checkout. There was no way to receive the discount after all. Subsequently, I received a 'vegan' Mc Chicken and, unless the recipe has recently undergone a major change, this was 99% certain a chicken burger instead of the veggie version. My non-vegan partner also tasted it and confirmed this. This is truly unacceptable.

One of the worst McDonald's restaurants in terms of wait time, service, attitude, and ethics. I absolutely do not recommend it.

This has gone wrong a few times already. Today with order 1bcon tasty 1 double Qp, received a single Qp! Last time order 3 of 2 cheeseburgers and 1 chilli burger. Received 1 cheeseburger instead of 2?! So many employees work there and I don't understand why it isn't checked! Just so you know, my order number is 3068!!!! This is not okay because we just paid the fixed amount and received even less! The number is on the website but nobody answers?!

Fun for children with its own indoor play area. View of the Geldredome and carpool area. Spacious interior and terrace available. They bring your order if you have a number, or you can scan the QR code on the table to order. The car park is usually quite full.

Carefully monitor the availability of all items in your order. Very often, they do not put everything you paid for.

Crowd management after the Bad Bunny concert: two employees used a microphone to announce completed orders. It was hilarious! 😂🎤😁 Despite the long lines, things moved surprisingly quickly. Toilets were set up outside (for a fee). The staff showed great stamina; they should have just spoken Spanish! 😁

Ordered a veggie chicken burger, only to find out halfway through eating that it was real chicken. It was just in a meatless container and all. Disgusting!🤮

I've been here a few times now, but unfortunately, things often go wrong. Whatever you do, don't order an Ice Frappé here, because you literally get a cup full of ice cubes. For me, one of the worst McDonald's branches in the Netherlands.

Where is my burger? I ordered a menu to finish, and this is my burger for €6.50? Scandalous, I only got a bun with lettuce and sauce. I had already driven away, so I couldn't go inside to resolve this.

Came here during the concert rush and conveniently, the points/promotions scanner was turned off, the restroom was closed and orders couldn’t be edited. It honestly felt like they were limiting services on purpose to push people through faster while still charging full price. Very disappointing experience.

If there is a concert going on, don't go here. I didn't realize that Suzan and Freek were performing. You can't use the toilet and everything is out of order or sold out... Partly my own fault too, but still.

Super service. An elderly lady was super nice and customer-oriented. My daughter accidentally dropped her milkshake. I mentioned it when leaving, and the lady immediately got another milkshake. Even though I had already ordered and paid for one myself.

Early in the morning at 10:30, you get food that really makes you think it has been reheated in the microwave. You order a large portion of fries, the container of which is half-filled and, by the way, is a limp and lukewarm mess. The chicken nuggets are truly bad. Hard, dry, and lukewarm.

Something always goes wrong at this McDonald's. It's a good thing this one is the closest. Today, there was hardly any sauce on the hamburger. They forgot the BBQ sauce with the McNuggets, and the medium fries were only half-filled. When I came back, they just asked WHAT IS WRONG. Sorry, but that's not how you treat a customer. I didn't see a manager or anything who was willing to take this up. I drive to a different McDonald's drive-thru these days.

My friend had ordered a veggie crispy chicken, and for the first sandwich he received an Italian chicken burger (with meat) in a container labeled "meatless." After pointing this out at the counter, we were given a new sandwich. To our great surprise, it was yet another burger with meat in a veggie burger container. We didn't try it a third time, but we do find it incredibly disappointing that dietary requirements are not handled properly or carefully, and that even after asking twice, you still don't get the sandwich you ordered.....

You get very little and they don't provide what is stated in the advertisement.

Fries that have been sitting under the lamp for hours, the burgers no different. No possibility of a discount via the app because they tape over the scanners, and modifications to the burger are not possible either. Restaurant and toilets sticky.

It is very quiet there in terms of customers, more staff than customers, and yet I still have to wait 15 minutes for a simple hamburger… How is that even possible…

Placing the order was no problem, it was done at the kiosk. Except for one issue: none of the kiosks had a rack. I asked in English because, being French, I don't speak Dutch, and I could tell I was tiring them out... As a result, they had a real struggle walking around with my order before finally finding me. So I came once, and that will be the last time.

I went to the MC Gelderdome in Arnhem with my son. I ordered a Happy Mail for my son with fries without salt because he has kidney problems. The staff told me it wasn't possible because of too much work and there was an event at the Gelderdome. I asked the manager and got the same answer. I told them that if you had to put salt on it, you'd have more work, but that wasn't possible. They really made my son sad and disappointed. He thought it wasn't fair, and they told me, "Dad." Because I'm sick, I'm being punished; everyone can eat and drink whatever they want, but I can't. In the end, I drove to a snack bar where I was treated well.

McDonald's mainly sells hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken, fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes, and desserts. Right next to the Gelredome. There's a McDonald's drive-through. Nice, large location. Wheelchair-accessible entrance. Things often go wrong at the drive-through. So check your order carefully. Even at the takeout counter. It's not that difficult. Hence, 3 stars. The tables weren't exactly clean either. Friendly staff.

Worthless. I have the app and a discount code. However, the code is only valid for 10 minutes, and they work so incredibly slowly that if you activate the code halfway through the queue, it's already expired by the time it's your turn. And you don't get anything more than "well, that's the way it is now, unfortunately, you don't get a discount." So because they're so slow, I have to pay more. Worthless, right? Good for my figure; I left on principle.

Trash cans in the parking lot were overflowing, which also meant trash on the street. Trash can in the restaurant overflowing, even though hardly anyone was there. Cashier wasn't properly trained, but was left alone. Fries were overcooked, yuck. Food scraps on the windowsill. Things are getting worse; perhaps hire a new manager with experience.

For a 15-euro menu, I'd expect a hot meal, not something cold. I even asked if they could make it fresh for me, and my fries and burger were still cold. Such a shame.

The food was absolutely terrible. And it wasn't even busy. The sauce was half off the burgers, as was the cheese. The buns were either overcooked or had been sitting out too long. Plus, €4.50 for a cup of coffee with milk… I understand that this can't be free, but I find this price far too high. Incomprehensible!

I often order food here, but the service is deteriorating rapidly. I pay for a large menu, and when I get home, all sorts of things, like large fries, are simply forgotten, for the umpteenth time. McDonald's should fix their attitude; they act like, "Just do it!" It's a terrible attitude!

Unfortunately, the order is never correct. Now, again, the hamburger wasn't included. Last time, the BBQ sauce wasn't included, and the time before that, I got spiced chicken nuggets instead of regular. And the list goes on. It would be nice if the staff were more attentive. If I'm already home, I won't be going back. The service was quick and friendly, though.

Very mixed... Unfortunately it's either superb experience or incorrect orders. Started happening about a year ago, I reckon it's new management??? After going back and getting the rest of my order I was still missing a cheesecake. Bought two got one. I'll re-edit the review with experiences I have.

Yesterday, September 6, 2025, we had a meeting in the parking lot of McDonald's Gelredome. Many people ate and drank there, and everyone was happy and satisfied with how quickly everything arrived and how fresh it tasted. I'd especially like to thank the manager for everything. Everything went smoothly and without any problems, and the cooperation was also exceptionally pleasant. On behalf of the 170 people who attended, thank you for everything.

We received excellent and cheerful service at the cash register with two McMuffin menus. But Sharmila, the young lady at the coffee corner, made our day! With her welcoming, cheerful, and spontaneous demeanor, her personal approach, and the icing on the cake: my son even got to tap his own pistachio ice cream.🍦 Thank you for this wonderful start to our day, Sharmila, and see you soon! I ordered a banana milkshake but didn't taste any banana at all! The cup wasn't even full at all! They were clearly a bunch of amateurs who don't know anything about cooking, and they don't even understand what a banana is. Too bad.

Where's McDonald's going? Paying more than you get. A MacFlurry with a small crust, one bite gone. Then you go back and ask why there's so little. They tell you that's how it should be and that I was lucky another time there was more. Laughable.
