McDonald's in Elden

At this location, my order has literally not been complete even once, like again today, even though it was super quiet.

Placing the order was no problem, it was done at the kiosk. Except for one issue: none of the kiosks had a rack. I asked in English because, being French, I don't speak Dutch, and I could tell I was tiring them out... As a result, they had a real struggle walking around with my order before finally finding me. So I came once, and that will be the last time.

Burgers 🍔 cold and fries 🍟 no salt. No words. Staff gossips about customers, no respect behind the window.

I went to the MC Gelderdome in Arnhem with my son. I ordered a Happy Mail for my son with fries without salt because he has kidney problems. The staff told me it wasn't possible because of too much work and there was an event at the Gelderdome. I asked the manager and got the same answer. I told them that if you had to put salt on it, you'd have more work, but that wasn't possible. They really made my son sad and disappointed. He thought it wasn't fair, and they told me, "Dad." Because I'm sick, I'm being punished; everyone can eat and drink whatever they want, but I can't. In the end, I drove to a snack bar where I was treated well.

The food was good. Very fast delivery.

McDonald's mainly sells hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken, fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes, and desserts. Right next to the Gelredome. There's a McDonald's drive-through. Nice, large location. Wheelchair-accessible entrance. Things often go wrong at the drive-through. So check your order carefully. Even at the takeout counter. It's not that difficult. Hence, 3 stars. The tables weren't exactly clean either. Friendly staff.

It was very busy because of DJ Paul's performance at the Gelderdome. So there were already plenty of tickets available. So the selection was limited.

Spacious restaurant, food was ready very quickly and tasted excellent. Many restaurants could learn a thing or two from this.

Worthless. I have the app and a discount code. However, the code is only valid for 10 minutes, and they work so incredibly slowly that if you activate the code halfway through the queue, it's already expired by the time it's your turn. And you don't get anything more than "well, that's the way it is now, unfortunately, you don't get a discount." So because they're so slow, I have to pay more. Worthless, right? Good for my figure; I left on principle.

Atmosphere is just awefull screaming childeren and so on food is fine service was good

Trash cans in the parking lot were overflowing, which also meant trash on the street. Trash can in the restaurant overflowing, even though hardly anyone was there. Cashier wasn't properly trained, but was left alone. Fries were overcooked, yuck. Food scraps on the windowsill. Things are getting worse; perhaps hire a new manager with experience.

For a 15-euro menu, I'd expect a hot meal, not something cold. I even asked if they could make it fresh for me, and my fries and burger were still cold. Such a shame.

The food was absolutely terrible. And it wasn't even busy. The sauce was half off the burgers, as was the cheese. The buns were either overcooked or had been sitting out too long. Plus, €4.50 for a cup of coffee with milk… I understand that this can't be free, but I find this price far too high. Incomprehensible!

I often order food here, but the service is deteriorating rapidly. I pay for a large menu, and when I get home, all sorts of things, like large fries, are simply forgotten, for the umpteenth time. McDonald's should fix their attitude; they act like, "Just do it!" It's a terrible attitude!

Unfortunately, the order is never correct. Now, again, the hamburger wasn't included. Last time, the BBQ sauce wasn't included, and the time before that, I got spiced chicken nuggets instead of regular. And the list goes on. It would be nice if the staff were more attentive. If I'm already home, I won't be going back. The service was quick and friendly, though.

Very mixed... Unfortunately it's either superb experience or incorrect orders. Started happening about a year ago, I reckon it's new management??? After going back and getting the rest of my order I was still missing a cheesecake. Bought two got one. I'll re-edit the review with experiences I have.

Yesterday, September 6, 2025, we had a meeting in the parking lot of McDonald's Gelredome. Many people ate and drank there, and everyone was happy and satisfied with how quickly everything arrived and how fresh it tasted. I'd especially like to thank the manager for everything. Everything went smoothly and without any problems, and the cooperation was also exceptionally pleasant. On behalf of the 170 people who attended, thank you for everything.

We received excellent and cheerful service at the cash register with two McMuffin menus. But Sharmila, the young lady at the coffee corner, made our day! With her welcoming, cheerful, and spontaneous demeanor, her personal approach, and the icing on the cake: my son even got to tap his own pistachio ice cream.🍦 Thank you for this wonderful start to our day, Sharmila, and see you soon! I went to McDonald's today and the way I got my food is not normal sloppy and how expensive everything has become just stick to bad McDonald's

Great food. Can be busy due to concerts, I had my food within 10 minutes.

I ordered a banana milkshake but didn't taste any banana at all! The cup wasn't even full at all! They were clearly a bunch of amateurs who don't know anything about cooking, and they don't even understand what a banana is. Too bad.

Where's McDonald's going? Paying more than you get. A MacFlurry with a small crust, one bite gone. Then you go back and ask why there's so little. They tell you that's how it should be and that I was lucky another time there was more. Laughable.

Big Mac during concert in Gelredome at the drive thru. 1 fries sauce too little, but we are used to that by now. Veggie mc chicken instead of normal mc chicken. Cola instead of Fanta... many sold out. I understand that it is busy, but can you not expect a good order anymore?

On Friday night this is a war zone full of screaming youth. There is trash everywhere on the floor and there is not a single empty table to be found without trash or greasy sauce residue. Despite the crowds the food is not fresh, but the hamburgers are cold and the fries are limp. And then you pay 40 euros for it (2 persons). Poor Arnhem at its best.

Within 10 minutes I had all my food. It went very fast. I ordered a large mac cheeseburger with a Mac Greek chicken and a coke. You don't really sit comfortably, ok I had a lot of trouble with noisy children. The food is tasty for a slightly softer price than in the restaurant. By the way, they don't have Mac Greek in the McDonalds of Greece. I found out that it was just a theme burger. The food is conveniently packed in boxes. Presumably the decor is set up in such a way that you want to leave after fifteen minutes. It wasn't completely cozy. You can order via a QR code. That is nice.

Of course, here I expand it a little more: Today I visited this McDonald's and the experience was quite satisfactory. From the first moment, the place seemed very clean and well maintained, something that is always appreciated in this type of places. The service was fast and efficient; I didn't have to wait long to place my order or to receive the food. As for the food, it did exactly what one expects from McDonald's: the products were well prepared, tasted as they should, and the portions were typical. There were no surprises, which is a good thing when you're looking for something fast and familiar. Regarding the price, I think it remains in line with what they offer, although it is inevitable to notice that today everything has gone up quite a bit. Still, considering the speed, cleanliness of the place, and consistency of the food, it's still a reasonable option for a quick, hassle-free meal.

Had lunch with the kids. They love the mac. I find it lacking in atmosphere and the food not fantastic. I must admit, the summer wrap was very tasty and the salad with chicken was excellent.

There's really too much going wrong there, it's unimaginable. Received the wrong products so often and it really seems like there is no guidance at all. It is very convenient place to order by drive through and they are usually quick. The young staff are very kind and considerate. There is a huge parking space behind it which allows to customers to relax and eat and then get on the highway very easily.

Been here a number of times now in different months because I live close to it. But every time the fries are not freshest and cold. And this is the same as the burgers. Service is poor and grumpy staff. Really NOT recommended. I haven't had a good experience here in the past six months. I had to point out every time something was wrong (which was EVERY TIME). And afterwards I always get a grumpy reaction. Why isn't the food immediately good? Bad place

It's a nightmare to park your car

Drove through the Mcdrive twice (later in the evening) in recent weeks. Both times I ordered fries. The first time I noticed that the fries were lukewarm and limp. Also not well done in my opinion. I thought it must be a one-off. Made another attempt tonight. Ordered fries from Mcdrive again. Unfortunately again not well done and limp. I'm not used to this from McDonalds. In any case, a letdown for me at this location.

Got coffee at MC Café. Been done before at McDonalds, but at this location you don't get nougat with your coffee. For example, at the McDonalds Arnhem Pleijroute and Gorinchem location. Too bad there is no consistency here. By the way, coffee is delicious at Mc Cafe.

Not able to eat inside in the night

Thanks for my "Mc chicken". No idea what this was supposed to represent. Either the burgers are getting smaller, or I got a piece of chicken that was supposed to be on a chili chicken. And of course I did not receive the French fries sauce that I did order.

Good food, but these people don't want to see me properly and always screw me with the chicken nuggets, if I order 9 I get 6, if I order 6 I get 5 and so on.
