Lady at the counter was really nice and the order was surprisingly quick, taste as good as you can expect from a fast food burger

Terrible! I've noticed several times that this Burger King is apparently excluded from the app promotions, even though they do sell the promotional menus. They don't speak Dutch, barely English, and are rude... It's unhygienic, and the food is clammy, cold, and stale!

Small Burger King location in Arnhem station but very good service

The employee with the long black hair is always so cheerful that I go home completely happy! Also, the food is always fresh and delicious; they almost never forget anything, like at McDonald's.

Addressed in English, which I don't like, but she was friendly and with 3 employees it's great how they keep things going, Milkshake 🍓 had no color and tasted almost like vanilla. (Years ago they really had the best) She had it well on the cash register. The grill burger from the promotion was fine, usually they disappoint but this one was very good!, twisted fries are always fine with them. Due to the limited occupancy, cleaning the seating area was not an option, which in itself made it uninviting. Customers don't really cooperate with this either.

When we were there on a Saturday evening, there were three efficient employees working. The BK seating is arranged in an interesting way, and you could actually sit there even if you weren't a BK visitor. There are no ordering kiosks.

I placed an order in Arnhem today at 10:20 AM. I told her I needed to pick something up, but she was back in two minutes. The Thai/Asian woman in her mid-40s wasn't happy about it. She said, "You have to come back quickly because we're closing." Google shows a closing time of 11:00 PM, which she confirmed. She was practically shouting while I was ordering, which was incredibly annoying. Anyway, I'm not coming back. What terrible service! Oh, and the fries were lukewarm...

Sometimes I'm persuaded to order something from Burger King. That was definitely the last time. I had to pay over ten euros for a burger that was advertised spectacularly, but it was small, tasteless, and dry. For the same price, you can get something so much tastier at burger restaurants like Five Guys. Making good food doesn't seem to be a goal at Burger King. It used to be better than McDonald's, but little of that remains. Moreover, I've seen the staff at Arnhem Central Station look far too disinterested. They mumble and gesture.

Ik was vandaag (21 juli) rond 18:00 bij de burger king. Ik wil even zeggen dat ik heel veel respect heb voor het meisje aan de kassa! Ze deed bijna alles alleen en ondanks dat een grote glimlach op haar gezicht en vriendelijk en ze deed haar werk ook super goed ondanks alle drukte.

I wanted to grab something with my daughter. McDonald's was too far, so I thought we'd grab a bite here. It was a real waste of money. I got a children's menu. The chicken nuggets were incredibly soft and undercooked. The fries were inedible. I don't think the woman at the cash register really wanted to work. When I asked for something, she wouldn't answer and would just show me the sign behind her. I can't see very well. Otherwise, I would have looked at the sign myself, but apparently, thinking is hard.

No fries, no chicken. Best Burger King ever.

The waiting time was OK, but they messed up the order, I asked for a double bbq master grill and a single one, they gave me two single ones.

Came here specifically because of a deal in the Burger King app. However, when ordering, the lady said that they were not participating today.. it was not mentioned anywhere, not even in the conditions.. Then why do we have that app?? In the end I just ordered the same thing. Paid €10 more than the voucher. And the quality was also extremely poor. Not warm, too much sauce and old lettuce... Not my best BK experience...

I had a nice meal here, the burger tasted as expected and the price is quite good by today's standards, but the seating is poorly cleaned and uncomfortable. The staff was nice but spoke no or very poor Dutch.

The potatoes are too salty, it’s not possible to eat, and the potatoes are really very dry, it’s also not possible to eat.

Really amazingly unfriendly staff. After a long day of training, I ordered two long chickens with fries and chicken nuggets (which cost 31 euros). When they got home they discovered that they had both forgotten the long chicken burgers, just both of them. By the way, they are just filling those burgers with their bare hands, so the cheese and chicken were grabbed and placed with their bare hands, disgusting.

This is the worst burger king I have ever seen. It's the worst worst worst. People who work there are not good at all.

Is not open when it should be open. Don't count on being able to get your lunch here.

Ordered an burger costed me 12 euros and it was still cold.. even the cheese was not melted ones and never again very disappointed

Very bad service. Orders are incorrect and they simply forget to make an entire order. Then she acted like I was crazy, but she took the order herself. A bit special. Once I got my order she forgot the sauce. I had to prove again that I had paid for sauce. Definitely won't be eating here again. The service at Burger King in the center is much better.

Cold sandwich, rude cashier, rude and without patience

Bad service! Filled in a questionnaire that says you get a free whopper afterwards. But the location told me I had ordered a menu that does not apply (doesn’t say in conditions). Also the Sanifair voucher is not accepted, while they are in the list of participants. This location is giving misleading claims and does not participate as it should. But besides that, the food itself is nice. And plenty of places to sit. Good if you are in a hurry and want food before your transit train arrives.

The employee at the cash register clearly didn't feel like it. She personally prepared our order, unfortunately the burgers and fries were lukewarm. The fries were already there when I got to the cash register, after almost 10 minutes (expensive ordering, preparation and taking a seat at the table) we got them.

The person at the counter was just amazing, just 5 stars for that! I was there at 9 PM and he spoke with the same smile and enthusiasm which I would expect in the morning. The burgers were pretty decent as well just as you would expect from burger king.

This place has gone downhill. Over the years it has become increasingly dirty, the staff have become less helpful. Some workers speak neither Dutch nor English. I rarely see people eat here anymore and I can understand why.

2 fries bags, 2 tubs of mayonnaise, 2 burgers and 1 small milk shake € 23.95. Not to be repeated !

food is burger king quality, they tend to mess up your order and the atmosphere is total garbage due to it being located in the central station

Mocht je haast hebben en er zijn andere mensen, dan is dit niet de place to be. Ik had een half uur voor ik mijn trein moest hebben, ik zat met 3 minuten over in de trein (aan de andere kant van het station). Voor me ging van alles mis. Taal is soms een beetje een barrière. De medewerkers zijn slecht op elkaar ingespeeld. Eerste keer dat ik er kwam rond etenstijd, normaal gaat het wel goed maar dan zijn er bijna geen mensen voor me.

Ik hoor veel mensen dat de service slecht is bij BK Arnhem Centraal maar heb dit zelf niet ervaren. Ik werd vriendelijk bediend en de bestelling kwam redelijk snel. Je bestelling krijg je altijd in een papieren tas en ze vragen niet eens of je het ter plaatse wilt opeten om meenemen (maar misschien is dit logisch op een treinstation). De sfeer is zeer slecht, de stoelen en banken van de BK zijn bijna allemaal kapot en smerig en er liggen zwervers op te rusten. Er is geen paal/zuil waar je je bestelling kan invoeren je moet naar een kassa wat ouderwets! Je kan geen punten sparen met de app van BK (waarom dit niet kan wist de medewerker me niet te vertellen).

Sad to see this Burger King, too, is in on the trend of increasing prices while decreasing burger sizes. I think this might be the most empty space I've seen on one of Burger King's burgers yet. The burger is aligned with the edge of the patty as can be seen in my reviews on other locations as well. The empty space has significantly increased since 2017.

Burger King op station Arnhem is een handige stop voor een snelle hap of om iets mee te nemen in de trein. De kwaliteit van het eten is redelijk, maar niet bijzonder. Het is wat je verwacht van een fastfoodketen: niet te duur en niet de hoogste kwaliteit. Het personeel is over het algemeen vriendelijk, maar niet het snelste in het verwerken van bestellingen. Wat wel fijn is aan Burger King op station Arnhem, is dat het op een gunstige locatie zit en makkelijk bereikbaar is. Het is handig als je een lange reis voor de boeg hebt en snel iets wilt eten voordat je de trein instapt. Het is echter niet de meest gezellige of comfortabele plek om te eten, gezien de drukte en het geluidsniveau van de treinen die langsrijden. Als je op zoek bent naar een uitgebreidere maaltijd of een meer sfeervolle eetervaring, is Burger King op station Arnhem misschien niet de beste keuze. Maar als je gewoon snel iets wilt eten, is het een prima optie. Al met al zou ik het beoordelen als een gemiddelde fastfoodervaring, niet slecht maar ook niet geweldig. Daarom geef ik Burger King op station Arnhem een 3/5 sterren beoordeling.

Heerlijk gegeten (veggie long chicken menu), twister fries waren heerlijk, burger goed doorbakken en een uitgebreid vegamenu. Vriendelijk personeel ook. Zeker een aanrader.

Sluiten vaak eerder dan hun sluitingstijd, personeel wil graag vroeger naar huis.

Foute keus van mij had beter even 50 meter verderop bij McDonalds een menuutje kunnen bestellen. Sowieso hier geen lekkere milkshakes. Maar ben totaal afgeknapt op de bijna koude burger. Advies aan de manager van BK joh zet mensen achter de balie die gemotiveerd zijn om goede service te verlenen want de dame die mij om 19.45 hielp had nulkommanul interesse in wat ze deed.

Zoals een BK hoort te zijn. Klantvriendelijk geholpen, vers gemaakt eten (was ook te proeven) en vrij clot geholpen. Sfeer leek ook goed te zijn daar binnen en dat voor het drukste moment (18u). Gelukkig is het hier geen gaar regime achtig iets zoals bij jullie collega's op Groningen Hoofdstation, goed bezig!

Goeie burger King net personeel en sneller bediening

Altijd fijne en snelle bediening. Bestelling is snel klaar. Hoop dat jullie snel weer langer open zijn.

Mijn vriendin en ik gingen met onze 3 kids naar de nieuwe Burger King restaurant op de Jansstraat in Arnhem. De sfeer was gezellig, snelle bediening en super lekker eten. De manager, een lieve donkere vrouw, heeft ons bediend. Ze was attent, en had zelfs een verassing voor de kinderen. Het was een mooie ervaring. Burger King aan de Jansstraat, Arnhem is nu onze favourite fast food restaurant.

Deze burger king ziet er goed uit maar het blijft een burger king, dus het eten is matig. Gelukkig is improviseren mijn sterke kant en daarom mcdonalds meegenomen. Zou deze strategie aanraden.

Bestelling duurde veel te lang. Waren twee simpele menu's. Verder niet echt heel lekker, erg jammer dus.

Very average food is ok staff arnt very helpful. Being a train station you would have thought that they would understand people have luggage and one free hand to carry there meal.... Err not so much

Ik vind zo'n open counter met eenvoudige zitjes in de stationshal niet super gezellig. Alle bestellingen worden takeaway afgegeven. Soms is er een rij van mensen die nog even wat willen bestellen voordat hun laatste trein vertrekt.

BK in the Netherlands is still our go to spot for a quick burger and fries. You know what you get, no surprises with the same quality and taste. About as 'good' as a fast food restaurant gets in Europe.

Mooi geïntegreerd in de stationshal. Vlotte bediening

Tot mijn grote verbazing wilde Deliveroo niet meer mijn grootste liefde bezorgen, aangezien de vestiging in de stad zijn poorten had gesloten. Met geluk werd mijn trommelvlies geraakt door de stem van een engel, een medewerker van deze vestiging. Ze stonden klaar om onze wensen te vervullen, echter niet om te bezorgen. Door onmacht natuurlijk. Mijn honger was al gestild toen ik in de ogen keek van mijn heldin, Joyce, daarnaast ging zij verder om de slogan "have it your way" tot gewaarwording te brengen. Perfecte klantvriendelijkheid, service waar je u tegen kan zeggen en heerlijk voedsel. Mensen die zeggen dat de service slecht is, misschien komt het omdat je zelf al minachtend begon. Mensen die het eten slecht vonden, deze crew moet zwoegen om de perfecte standaard te behouden en misschien ligt je lat te hoog. Ik kan zeggen, namens Kevin en mijzelf, dat we als vorsten zijn geholpen. Dit is de reden dat het de Burger KING is.

De burgers zijn middelmatig. Het incapabele personeel is onbekend met klantvriendelijkheid, het grillen van spijzige en sappige burgers, en bovenal het schoonhouden van de tafels. Pluspunt: de chef schreeuwt het hele station bij elkaar om een dove kwartel zijn bestelling op te laten halen.
