Burger king in Centrum

No more soda vending machine... Very disappointing.

We often drink coffee here; it comes from a portafilter machine and tastes particularly good here.

Terrible service. I went yesterday, August 20th, and ordered some nuggets. They charged me for them but didn't pack them. I went back today, told them about yesterday, and just asked them to do this order correctly. I didn't want to order what I ordered yesterday; I just wanted them to do it right today. But no, they didn't do it right today. They forgot a hamburger.

The toilet is very dirty and just stinks of piss.

A young girl was preparing the orders today. Not nice, aggressive, and my order was 2 hamburgers for 1 euro. She only gave them to me after 20 minutes!!

Fine Burger King. The food is top-notch by fast food standards. I wouldn't pay extra for "extra" cheese, sauce, Smarties, etc., because I rarely actually get them. P.S. Those AI 5-star reviews do look a bit sketchy, so I would have them removed.

I have never eaten such filthy, disgusting, dry burgers; they were dry and tasted like they had been sitting there all day, and there was no sauce to be found anywhere and everything was cold. You can tell the ladies there don't want to work. It's unbelievable that this is possible. I went there to eat with my family, but never a second time. It is so dirty there; every table is covered in food and drinks from previous customers. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Very unhygienic, grumpy staff and poor service. Staff do not wear gloves or hairnets and do not wash their hands! Very dissatisfied and dirty/cold food. 1 star, not recommended!

This is the second time this week that I've been here; everything is just below standard quality, everything is cold. The staff's reaction to it was very matter-of-fact, and as soon as you turn around, they make fun of it. For me, this is the last time I've been to Burger King Jansplein. Do something about your staff; look for motivated people who actually enjoy coming to work, instead of the grumpy attitude of a sack of potatoes. You can't even manage a hello or a smile. A sad business, Burger King.

Him and the other members of staff worked very hard during an extremely busy rush and ensured quality of food was up to high standard. Thank you Qume once again for looking after us.

So seriously, Burger King really screwed me over during King's Night. I had literally saved 1,000 points in that app, just €100 in points, finally wanted to get some food... ... suddenly those points didn't work. And nowhere was it indicated that that shit wasn't valid. So I sent an email -> no response, of course. I even politely asked if they could just make my burger and fries, because come on man, that's not that difficult, right, when you see that someone just used those points? I just get told: "Yeah, tough luck, we can't do that." For whatever reason. Truly bizarrely bad service. Never going to Burger King again. If I could give the service a negative rating, I would have done it every chance I had.

You arrive at Burger King on a Saturday at 11:25 PM as two well-behaved citizens. Place an order and want to use the restroom. You weren't allowed to because they had already cleaned... so you're open until 3:30 AM, but normal people aren't allowed to use the toilet. Sad!

Burger King with free refill soft drinks. That is actually quite nice; the tables were also clean and the restaurant itself looked tidy. However, the order took a long time to arrive, about 15 minutes, with hardly anyone in the restaurant. Also, half of the burgers were cold; the double cheeseburgers in particular were barely even lukewarm anymore. The long chicken and Twister fries, on the other hand, were nice and hot. The toilets were out of order. All in all, there is some room for improvement; the staff could work a bit faster.

I received a burnt burger; when I complained, they said I had already taken more than one bite and therefore wouldn't get a new one. Very shameful.

It's actually a great location right in the city center. But the impression the store creates in the front area quickly disappears when you see the restrooms. I'm happy to pay 50 cents or a euro for a usable toilet. In fact, this toilet is comparable to a public restroom on the highway. On the seat, under the seat, on the floor—everything you wouldn't want to find or see there. Especially not if you're planning to order food. It's appalling to think that the same people who manage this misery in the restroom are running the front of the store. Forget about ordering food. I will never set foot in this branch again. Thanks for nothing, and shut the place down. The hygiene inspectors should be informed immediately. Fail.

The cheese on the burger wasn't melted, and the onion rings were limp. The taste was okay, but the food was a bit cold. That's a shame.

What a crappy restaurant this is! I've been coming here since the new restaurant opened. It was always spotless back then. I also see that many managers have left since the opening. There was a Moroccan woman (manager?) who worked there and always created a nice atmosphere and made sure everyone was well-served. The same goes for a woman with long hair. You certainly won't see me again with old meat. Mushy lettuce and limp fries.

The fries were lukewarm, the cheese on the burger hadn't even melted but was simply cold, and the burgers weren't cooked properly, which I enjoyed later. If your only job is frying fries and burgers, and you're not even capable of that, maybe you should do something else. Just service. Perhaps the staff should focus on the customer instead of being busy with each other.

It says online that Burger King is open until 3am on Saturdays, but apparently it closes at 11pm?

All is ok , except for Fanta,, when compared with the Burger king at Arnhum station centrum, here Fanta does not have the same taste.. I now lo longer order the fanta,, Here it has a bitter taste , not the same sweeteness like in other Burger kings. Twice infrmed still it s the same, rest ok.

Normally, I'm a big fan of Burger King—the food is delicious, better than the competition. But this location? It takes the cake. Deposit cups are officially no longer returned, but after I'd dutifully collected all my receipts, they agreed, despite much grumbling. The app wasn't working, of course, so I couldn't log in to place my order—right when I already knew which menu I wanted. Manual entry? No way, that wasn't allowed either. When I asked to be called back by the manager, it turned out to be too complicated for the Arnhem location. It's Wednesday now, probably long forgotten. Calling back? Seems the staff haven't figured out how to work a phone yet. In short: delicious food, everything else… a true adventure. For those who enjoy a challenge.

For the first time in a long time, I got a Whopper with my partner. Since my partner is allergic to pickles, we asked if the Whoppers could be freshly made and not have the pickle removed from another bun. It took ages, there was no cheese on them, and to top it all off, they weren't even warm. We went back, and the employee took them to the back, only to return a long time later with the same Whoppers, saying they were warm. It's outrageous; you pay a lot of money, so you should expect something in return. A Burger King gift certificate is the least I expect.

You have to pay €0.50c to go to tbe toilet. Burger king usually has relatively okay burgers but this one is horrible Station has better quality. Staff tries and is friendly. It's dirty as well. The loos reeked of urine. 26-03-2025 update: The was better this time Foods, drink machine is disgusting. Loos were smellable from the fizzy machines Understaffed so it took a long time but they're friendly at least.

We ordered 2 menus at 5:17 PM, ended up waiting 20 minutes for the food, the banana milkshake had NO taste, the food arrived cold/lukewarm. Service also takes quite a long time, after tasting the milkshake we returned it to get another tasteless milkshake, for the price it's not worth it, too few staff and too many people expecting their food on time

I can understand that you’re unhappy about your life but please don’t project that onto your customer, or to someone who tries to be polite to you. I don’t think it’s possible to have a smaller interaction, (calling out order numbers) but yet you succeeded to make even that miserable.

Accidentally put tomato on the hamburger. Offered something to drink and a new burger in compensation. Really great!

Didn't even recognize it as Burger King while strolling through Arnhem. It was only in the restaurant that we saw the Burger King emblem. We were surprised by the friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food and the top decor of the restaurant. The restaurant is located in the business area of ​​the pedestrian zone and is an inexpensive alternative to the otherwise quite expensive locations. I would recommend and visit again at any time.

Het veel te weinige personeel komt zeer klantonvriendelijk over. Als je iemand te spreken krijgt is de behulpzaamheid oké. De wachttijd voor een maaltijd van 5 personen bedraagt ongeveer een half uur, wat slecht staat bij een fastfood restaurant. Als het eten dan komt is het voor het grootste gedeelte vrijwel koud. De kwaliteit van het eten is gemiddeld. Service beneden peil. Als je ergens gaat eten verwacht je toch minstens gratis naar de wc te kunnen. Helaas een gemiste kans, bovendien ruik je de (afgesloten) toiletten al van ver. Mijn ervaring is dat dit inmiddels de situatie is in de meeste fastfood ketens op dit moment in Nederland.
