The worst burgers I have ever eaten in my life. Terrible bun, terrible meat, one thin slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf. Not recommended.

The food was just okay, the bun was cold, but maybe that was intentional. The wait was a bit of a disaster, 40+ minutes. Also, I paid extra for a jalapeno on my burger, and they forgot about it.

I was here last week. The food was generally tasty, but there was hair in it. When we reported this, we were told that it was “normal,” and no action was taken or apology offered. I found that truly unacceptable. As a customer, you expect at least an apology and some attention to hygiene. That is why I would not return here again, and certainly not pay for an experience where it is handled this way.

There was something wrong with my order, and a female employee with blonde-ish hair gave me extra products for free – top service!

Great burger and probably the best fries I‘ve ever had!

Been three times, closed 3 times before 8:00 PM while closing time is 9:00 PM, twice because everything is "sold out".

Mac & Cheese is amazing, very reminiscent of the m&c I got in the US. truffleburger goes super hard, but sometimes is a little on the lukewarm side.

Well, okay, a hype from America, thankfully the melted cheese doesn't taste very chemically. Philly cheesesteak isn't cooked hot enough, so you don't get much of a Maillard effect.

The burger was really tasty and fresh, cooked exactly the way I wanted. The fries were crispy and light, and the sauces added a nice flavor. Prices are reasonable for the quality and service. Overall, a great spot for burger lovers ، definitely worth a visit! 🍔👌

The music is a bit underwhelming. The burger is okay, not great, certainly not bad. The service is friendly.

I was very disappointed; the burger I had tasted like butter and had little other flavor. It also took a very long time to be ready. All in all, I'll just stick to McDonald's and Burger King.

I quickly picked up some fried chicken around 5 p.m. I didn't feel like Mickey D. and the competition, so I popped into Fat Phil's. I ordered quickly via a large screen, but the atmosphere was zero, but that's how it goes these days, and I'm an old fart. The guys behind the counter were friendly and clearly enjoyed their work. The one behind the griddle, in particular, was going wild: it was entertainment to watch, but fast and efficient. I only ordered fried chicken, which was a shame: I would have liked to have ordered a burger or something from these guys. The chicken was very tasty, though: hot, crispy, and cooked through. Not an overly generous portion, but good value for money. I live in a different part of the country, and I see there's a Fat Phil's branch near me. I'll definitely stop by.

This place is absolutely amazing one of the best burger restaurants I’ve ever been to!

Hardworking people who care about quality. Once you've eaten here, you'll never go to a large fast-food chain again. The only thing I can think of that could be improved is the high number of flies in the summer. It would be nice if the courtyard were fly-free. It's also worth checking if they serve halal meat.

My son loves this burger restaurant. Yummy burger especially their special burger with turkey bacon and chicken tenders. Strawberry milkshake is super highly recommended

The burgers, sublime. They are juicy and served at a good temperature. The service... well. Inside you actually walk straight into a computer screen, so large that no staff can actually be seen. The tables were not clean, had to ask if they had time to clean them. Atmosphere... hard to find, I think one can really gain a lot here with atmosphere and a more personal approach. Oh, and the fries, nah. Let that one go. As good as the citizens are...

Ordered dinner for two for takeout at Fat Phills. Easily ordered via the site, but no collection time is known. Called and they already had the order. Nice place with open kitchen. Friendly staff and good atmosphere inside. The burgers were excellent! Rarely have I eaten such a good burger. The Meaty Madness is an absolute must. Also ordered coleslaw and milkshakes, very tasty. The coleslaw was a somewhat small portion. All in all highly recommended and will definitely come again. A bit on the pricey side, around €45 for 2 people.

This place makes the Mcdonalds next door look like the chum bucket. The food was great, perhaps one of the best places I've been to in Arnhem. Not to mention the customer service was phenomenal. They're polite, catering, and even gave me some sauce free of charge after I forgot to order it. 11/10 recommend.

I had the normal hamburger, it was tasty but very expensive for what you got (8 euros for a sandwich with burger, tomato, lettuce, pickle and sauce) However, the atmosphere cannot be found there. There were a number of bright white LED spotlights at the front of the restaurant, which made it seem and was extremely dark at the back, because there was no light there. The music was quite loud and it was quite chilly inside. All in all, a fast food joint that is 'okay'. The burger was good but expensive.

Lives up to its name 'fat'. Very fat! And the fries were very limp and barely cooked. All in all, I think it is an expensive meal of mediocre quality, I will not recommend this food.

Upon arrival we were not allowed to talk to the chefs, I just paid 20 euros for a little bit of beef with a lot of cheese (nuclear waste)

Very nice employees! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the ordering equipment is comparable to McDonald's! The food, on the other hand, is not! The food is exceptionally filling and you will be full after 1 burger! Recommended!

Had lunch at Fat Phil's today. When we entered there was already a blue haze, problem with the extraction? The music was really loud inside. It was just after opening time so there was plenty of room to sit, although this is a really small restaurant. We ordered via the column: a Hot Tamale burger, a cheeseburger, 6 mozzarella sticks, Cheesy Buffalo sandwich, Battered fried chicken wings, portion of chicken nuggets and 1x lemonade. €62, quite a lot. After waiting 5 minutes, the smoke detector suddenly went off. An employee opened the outside doors, which made it very cold inside. The food was fine, she forgot the cheeseburger, which we got later with free fries. So good service for this. Burger was really tasty, Buffalo sandwich too. Fries were nicely seasoned. Too bad the filling of the mozzarella sticks had run out, so they were hollow inside :) All in all, the food is tasty but quite expensive!

If you arrive at 8:00 PM (during opening hours), they say they are "completely sold out" while you see the unbaked fries and there are no other guests. This is the second time I have been “sent away” at 8:00 PM because the staff has probably finished. So I've never been able to try it.

Visited with 2 on October 27, 2024. Ordered a triple burger with fries (menu form), when I finally got my food the hamburger was already cold. The taste is good, but eating lukewarm burgers is not pleasant, especially when the price is already expensive. My friend ordered a portion of fries with cheddar and bacon, which she really liked, except for the temperature. We also ordered a milkshake, but the whipped cream was gone and I had to ask twice where the milkshake was because the first time it was completely forgotten. There is room for improvement in terms of service. Another downside is that there is NO toilet facility despite the price. Unfortunately, this was a one-time visit for us.

We waitong half hour for food, food was prepared and no one was told us about this.

I have the mac n cheese with fried chicken on top. Not gonna be biased toward waiting time (30 mins, pretty long for mac n cheese to me) because there is only 1 chef and the atmosphere was nice enough for me to wait. But the mac n cheese was a little bland to me, the cheese sauce seem a little too simple and the chicken is a little hard

Saw some movies on the internet and, like crazy, immediately started watching them. We were helped very kindly by the blonde young lady. Food was also ready very quickly. It was really delicious! Only the fries are a bit on the soft side, otherwise great! Definitely recommended for people who love cheese

We ate on site. For the price you pay, the burgers are on the small side. The burgers could have tasted better if they had used butter instead of margarine to toast the burger bun. The fries were limp, they could have been fried a little longer. Staff are friendly.

Great double cheeseburger! You taste meat, cheese, sauce and sometimes a pleasant sourness from the pickle. I left out the tomato myself. I'm not a fan of that. The sandwich could have had more body. I would have preferred a brioche bun. That would finish it. Considering the price category, well worth it!

Raw, lukewarm burger delivered. It's not surprising that it isn't warm if you don't fry it 🤷‍♂️ Nowhere does it indicate what kind of meat is in it, so I have no idea whether I'm eating a beef burger or raw pork.

You closed today at 5:00 PM, but at 4:30 PM people are already being turned away. Mr. with the tattooed arms, is your boss aware that you are turning away customers so early so you can quickly clean the kitchen, leave and go home? If that's the case, why not just close the front door? Or are you afraid that it will be discovered that you close earlier? Just deeply sad.

Echt goede burgers voor een ok prijs. Duizend maal beter dan de McDonald. Op locatie eten is echter in mijn opinie wel af te raden. Geen rustige zitplekken. Jedna z najlepszych burgerowni w całej Europie, w dodatku w bardzo rozsądnej cenie. Pierwszy raz spróbowałem rok temu, w tym roku po raz kolejny zawitałem w progi tej knajpy podczas pobytu w Arnhem i z czystym sumieniem stwierdzam że jakość w pełni zachowana na przestrzeni czasu. Trzeba tylko uważać na cholesterol :D potrójna wołowina przekładana serem i bekonem usatysfakcjonuje nawet największego głodomora. Definitywnie polecam.

Burger en de fries zijn aan behoorlijk aan de prijs, maar de burger was heerlijk; een boterige, zoete brioche met een overload aan vlees. geleverd. Zoete aardappelfrietjes - á €7 - waren koud. Desalniettemin was de smaak goed, maar voor €7 euro verwacht ik wel gewoon (lauw)warme frietjes.
