This was really gross; I only got 1 chicken from a medium deal.

There was hair in my food, the bathroom smelled like horrible and was very messy. It took a very long time to get my food. Avoid this location at all costs.

Filthy KFC, had to clean the tables myself first. Dry, stale buns, unfriendly staff, one of the group threw up afterwards. Never again KFC Anthem. They should send the Food Inspection Service over, then this KFC can close.

Disguting place. Looks like they never clean up and the food is tasteless. Combine that with rude staff and nobody would ever want to come back.

Haven't been to KFC for about 10 years. Now here. Jesus Christ, the food is really bad. Where is that distinctive chicken flavor? Now it tasted like nothing. Thrown together thrown. You can eat here if you're completely wasted. Then it doesn't matter anyway. Never again.

The tap in the toilet is broken, so you cannot wash your hands. The food was good and fresh, but the building is outdated. And there is no table service, even though you can select items from the kiosk.

Today I was helped a lot, I had a problem because I wanted to pay in cash but I didn’t know that you couldn’t , and they were so nice in explaining it to me and I was helped to order from the cashier. And the food was delicioussss as always

Today I was at KFC. I was served by an African woman who was clearly having a bad day. The employee called out my order number twice in English, so softly that I couldn't hear her well. The second time, when I realized it was my order, I went to pick it up. The KFC employee then said that if I hadn't heard the order arrive the first time, she would cancel it. She only spoke English, and we are in the Netherlands, so maybe it is time to learn Dutch? Apparently, people like that African woman, who is angry because she has to serve customers, should be picking apples, pears, or bananas instead of serving customers!

Dont waste your time if you value time

I have been here twice. The first time, I had to wait 10 minutes even though there were not many people. In the women’s restroom, only one stall was working, and it was occupied for more than 10 minutes, so I had to use the men’s restroom. It was extremely dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. Yesterday was my second visit. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order — 20 minutes! People who ordered after me received their food earlier. When I pointed this out, the staff seemed annoyed rather than helpful. This time, the women’s restroom was in decent condition, fortunately. However, my boyfriend said the men’s restroom was terrible, and the sink was not working, so it was impossible to wash hands. Next time, I will choose a different place.

I placed a small order with two hamburgers and a portion of fries. The order was 16 minutes late. I don't think an order like that should take so long.

Very busy Burger King in the heart of Arnhem

Upstairs, you can sit comfortably and spaciously with a view of the shopping street.

The food was disgusting and I had to wait an hour; moreover, the staff was unfriendly and didn't speak a word of Dutch. Go there if you want to get angry and vomit.

It is very tasty and the service is good, especially the loaded fries are delicious.

You have to wait 45 minutes for your order here. In restaurants that aren't fast food, you get your food faster. It is also not clean at all and the toilets are a disaster. Avoid.

Why does this KFC still exist? When will the head office take all these comments seriously? The manager and staff are completely unfriendly, the manager is incredibly rude, and the service is absolutely terrible. I left the KFC and ate somewhere else.

Went to return 4 reusable cups for my deposit back on Nov 6 at 1:30pm. They said 2 out of the 4 they don't take back anymore; they did not give me my deposit. And then they accused me of stealing the other 2 because those cups shouldn't have left the store. The store manager proceeded to ignore me when I tried to explain that the KFC in Duiven charged for the reusable cups. This KFC does not follow company policy.

Definitely not anymore. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy this kind of food. It's gotten worse. You can't pay by card, so make sure you have cash if you want to eat.

The food was too cold. It took way too long for four tenders. The cheese hadn't melted on the cheeseburger; it was just as cold as Antarctica. Bloody expensive. Selfish people.

Sometimes you don't get what you ordered.

Nice place, but we visited few times already and thats true it’s dirty. Even today, a couple left their table and for 1 hour no one came to check to clean it. A shame! Unfortunately I’m not alone with this opinion :(

I'll be honest, I don't post reviews very often, but this disgusts me. I've been waiting for a drink for 15 minutes, that's it, and nothing is being done about it. I didn't even feel like asking for it anymore, so I just put the receipt on the cash register and walked away. That's 3.40 for me, unbelievable.

We waited 35-40 minutes in the restaurant after ordering. They didn't apologize or offer anything extra. And when ordering, they didn't even ask what we wanted as a side dish—fries or corn or something? Did we want sauce too? They also didn't understand that we should order our soft drinks last so they're cold. After half an hour, we asked if they could refill our drinks.

It was delicious. The tables were tidy and the portion of chicken was nice and hot. If I'd known how much chicken was in the salad, I wouldn't have ordered a bucket of 5! Thanks, it was delicious.

Not a very large branch, but it does have an upstairs area where you can also sit and use the restrooms. Accessible upstairs via stairs. Friendly staff who speak English and will continue to do so even if you respond in Dutch. Order via the kiosks. The food is good and tasty. Takeout is also available.

Forgot your pants? Call them and ask if they saw any pants. Immediately say no before they even look.

Waiting half an hour for cold fries, a half-raw cheeseburger, and a squid game burger that I had to send back three times because it was the wrong one (one piece of meat while I ordered a stacker) means KFC is a thing of the past for me. All sorts of orders were given incorrectly, and although the fries went in the trash, I saw the burgers being dragged back to the kitchen, which strongly suggests they were simply given to another customer. I suspect the NVWA (Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) could have a good time here if they were to make a surprise raid.

Milkshake not to eat, chocolate milkshake is like drinking yusu chocolate spread. It also took 20 minutes to make. And there is an unsafe atmosphere.

Fries were barely lukewarm and quite limp. Zinger burger had a small piece of meat which I cannot accept for the price. This also happened in kfc nijmegen, in germany they do this much better! Also the cup was not clean. Instead of reporting this, since you will then get bad treatment, I share my experience. For this amount it is absurd and the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority will also receive a report including the photos. The tent itself is also far from tidy, flies and fruit flies that come on your food all the time and fly around. What a huge disappointment my recent order at the KFC in Arnhem was. I ordered the Korean Burger Menu and my fries simply weren’t delivered. That’s frustrating enough, but it got worse. The Korean Burger itself tasted like it had been waiting for hours; not fresh at all and just not tasty. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the chicken in the Chickenmix Deal for two was soaked in oil and had the same stale, old taste. It seemed like everything had been waiting for far too long and was only just served. The result? I felt sick after eating this meal. This is absolutely unacceptable for a fast food chain. I am absolutely not happy with this and will definitely avoid this branch in Arnhem in the future.

Really disappointed 😢 10eur for a burger and drink! Ridiculous better just go to the snackbar. KFC used to be THE SPOT that is definitely over.

Like the other person said, I never really complain about service staff in fast food, but what I experienced at this KFC branch today makes no sense. First of all, we had to wait an incredibly long time while it seemed like no one was working and everyone was just chatting among themselves. Then the food all got cold because they seemed to refuse to notice that they had actually already made everything. Then they forgot the fries and a chicken burger, which meant we had to cycle back to the branch. Then they handed it to us with a cynical smile and without an apology. I will never come back here and the branch manager should be ashamed.

I don't complain often but literally everything was mediocre, I had to wait an incredibly long time for my order because the staff was chatting among themselves, wrong cups, wrong fries, no napkins, no straws And the worst was the chicken, left in the fat for too long the crust was tough from the fat. I threw half of it away. And the sauce packets were already greasy before we touched the chicken, we couldn't open them. I won't come again.

This KFC, in Arnhem is in the middle of the city center. Is not nicely laid out. No nice atmosphere. And the fast food is ok.

Shared bucket for two ordered we get dirty limp chicken. Both the strips and the original pieces. Fries were cold and dry. As soon as I ask the staff if this is normal (which it is not) the lady behind the counter claims that this is normal. in addition, she talks about it with a sarcastic look with her colleagues and they are grinning. Toilet the water does not even work. Worst kfc ever!!! And people just get sick from the food because the food was not good!

Placed an order yesterday and I can't even tell you if it tasted good or not because unfortunately it didn't get that far. The delivery guy was there quickly, but when he wanted to hand me the food, everything was wet from the cola that had fallen over. Cup empty, fries wet, chicken wet. No longer edible. The delivery guy, who didn't speak Dutch, was friendly and clearly nervous. He also said that he had indicated before he left that the soft drink was too loose. Called KFC Arnhem, 6 times but no one answers the phone. I understand that it is busy on Sunday at 6 p.m.. but letting the phone ring 6 times until the end and no one answers is outrageous. The delivery guy does his very best to help, but he doesn't have a number to reach anyone, except the head office in Amsterdam. Ok, we try that. No one answers there either. He has sent an app somewhere and is referred to the 020 number. Eventually, via a chat, we find out that the money will be refunded. That's nice but I didn't want my money back, I really wanted to eat. Delivery guy upset and I left my house myself, which I really didn't want, to get something to eat somewhere else. I think this is really bad service, and that no one can be reached is really scandalous??? No more KFC for me to deliver Then there is a response below with the request to contact me. When I decide to do that, there are a few more responses after that??? What's the point of that? So that people can see that you take the complaint seriously? Well people, that is certainly not the case.. it should SEEM that way. When you have sent the email, they ask for a screenshot of the review and that's it and no further. Ridiculous stuff, don't ask me anything!!!

Someone give the kfc shawty queen that works on Wednesday nights at the front desk a raise please, making her a manager is a great idea as well. The way she handles everything is outstanding. (She wears a cap and has makeup colors around her eyes) A big salute to her 👏

Our visit to the Arnhem branch was very bad, our order consisted of: 1 medium zinger menu, 1 fire burger 1 mayo. 1 medium advantage menu 1 mayo. Amount €. 22.03. This was so terribly bad, just not edible. Ate in the branch itself and it was already cold when we got it. The fire burger had no fire sauce on it, the zinger burger, YUCK, cold a drop of sauce and not suitable for consumption, a medium fries, so terribly little that it is unworthy of the name medium. The same goes for the advantage menu, just DISGUSTING. We chose to have it brought to the table, but 15 minutes later our number was called, and we could still pick it up ourselves, because the number system would not work. We are not used to this from your chain. If I may give you a tip; visit this terrible branch. It would be nice if you compensated the above amount by means of. a voucher to spend in a branch where some things are edible. Waited 35 minutes for my food, it was literally 1 simple burger with some fries, very mediocre, this last time I also waited at least 40 minutes and then did not receive half of my order. I won't be coming back here!!!!!!!

This KFC is always a hit and miss, there are a lot of fights there so be prepared for a long wait while the reactive staff start shouting at customers.

A quick meal on King's Day, so you know you will have to wait a long time and the restaurant will be a little busier and less well maintained. However, it is important that if you ask money for the toilet, that it is cleaned and that the basics (sink and toilet) work. Especially if the requested money has to be handed over to an employee sitting in front of the toilets. The young man suggested that it might be time to clean up. Unfortunately it was completely ignored. As indicated earlier, it is logical that everything will be more difficult on King's Day. The least that can be done is that if you receive feedback as a business, to take it seriously (also since there were enough staff to allow someone to only accept money).

We had a pretty disappointing experience. We didn’t receive any straws or paper towels, and the drink I ordered (iced tea) was replaced with a half-filled cup of Coke Zero. None of the coupons we brought worked, and when we asked for help, the staff simply told us they “just didn’t work today” without offering any solutions. On the bright side, the chicken was halfway decent, but overall, the experience left a lot to be desired.

Worthless, you order +/- 100 euros worth of food. If you are allowed to pay another euro for the toilet, it is not clean, the tap AND the toilet do not work.

Would give ZERO stars if I could >:( completely ruined my entire holiday leaving me and my charity partner cold, hungry and disappointed. Just refused to make the order, and refused to cancel it meaning I had to wait TWO hours to receive a refund. Shame on you, Colonel Sanders. Shame on YOU. Sure the staff are nice though, give them a pay rise and sack the manager.

Order was incomplete. Then you call KFC for a solution. Unfortunately, I was spoken to in an arrogant tone. We had to come and pick it up ourselves or contact home delivery. In other words, it wasn't their problem. Really too sad for words. You are not even spoken to in Dutch, only in broken English.

A depressing place to eat. The restaurant is not clean, even on a Tuesday evening. You have to wait quite a long time at the counter, no table service. The staff doesn't look motivated. The food is not always fresh. The two chicken tenders were waiting (too) long, but unfortunately they were no longer as crispy. Fries were also disappointing.

I ordered chicken wings. the wings had feathers. They were not fried and were raw inside. I reported it at the cash register, but no one wanted to investigate the problem. Of course the food ended up in the trash. I will never use KFC again. drama.

Terrible, absolutely terrible! The chicken was cold, old, and undercooked. The fries were overly salty and tasted awful. The soda was flat, and the restaurant itself was dirty. I would never eat here again!

Ordered via the order column. Waited 5 minutes for our food. Well, I ended up waiting 25 minutes. It was very busy, but whether that was due to the slow service or because so many people came at once, I don't know.

I think it's really REALLY bad, very customer unfriendly, it takes a very long time before you get your order, 10-20 minutes for 3 THINGS, fries were COLD, the chicken burger has 2 pieces of it very pathetic and they dare to ask 6 euros for this NOT WORTH it was very dirty inside, the ground was very gross, the service was poor and they don't wear gloves there, and the food was just COLD, would never go there again, really very gross and bad, hopefully I don't get food poisoning or diarrhea

It would be better for them to stop offering offers and increase the price so that fewer people come. Then they can first learn how a fast food chain works.

Got my food half an hour later. They forgot to include fries and made a fuss about it even though it was on the receipt. We also only wanted to give the mayonnaise (which we also paid for) after discussing it with the manager. Food was cold and dirty...

Edited: I deleted my angry review, That bad thing happened once, and I don't want to be the bad guy just for what they did for once with new employees, I used to go to the restaurant many times and it was okay and there were some good people, and I hope they fixed the problem as they promised.

It wasn't that busy but the order took 45 minutes! Also some “dishes” were forgotten for which we paid extra. The employees were very friendly and the toilet was cleaned often, but it smelled and there was no soap. The restaurant itself was not that clean.

Need something quick? Grabbing some fried chicken is always a decent option. It's usually pretty cheap, too. Plus, it's hot and fresh, right off the fryer.

Ordered food from this company. Arrived ice cold, missing ingredients, such as salt on the limp cold fries and all sauces (as usual with these American companies), what an absolute travesty.

If you order a large menu you get half a cup, and you pay extra for that. You ask the employee who waves his hands wide open and says "yes, I pressed the L button" haha, a more human approach is desperately needed at the KFC in Arnhem. Too bad they are so greedy. Fries were tasty, crispy and delicious. All in all, an icy place, without any compassion for fellow human beings

The food at this branch was adequate. We ordered two family menus. The chicken burgers were tasty, the fries and chicken pieces were ok. However, the waiting time is far too long, the restaurant is small, uncomfortable, not really cozy, and not clean either. Napkins and straws etc. were all gone, screens with numbers and screens for ordering were partly defective, staff is not very friendly or enthusiastic. This KFC is really too small for a medium-sized city like Arnhem! One should consider moving to a larger location. At least twice as large as it is now. Or perhaps open a second branch in or around the city center.

Below all dignity, we had take away food. Unfriendly, dirty Huge drama in the store, the colleague behind the counter thinks they are his friends... I work all over Europe... that gets a medal. For the worst KFC in Europe!!!

I went at 6:30 pm on a Monday and there weren't many people. More gossip on ig: Claudi_1802 😉 They attended to me quickly and very kindly. They didn't have the numbers to bring it to your table. At the kiosk you pay with an h card at the cash register only with cash. Trash a little full. Food acceptable taste and tasty potatoes. Very expensive sauce.
