everything was bad ,on the receipt it says apply for a review and get 3 free wings after i submitted the review they refused to give me the wings very rude to me and a very dirty restaurant the toilet was also really dirty

We went to the KFC in Arnhem this afternoon; the floor and tables were all so filthy. We ordered a chicken salad, it took half an hour for it to arrive even though the food was ready, and in the end, we got cold food. I will never go to this branch again.

It is not very busy here, it can take a long time, but I find the food very tasty.

I had to wait 40 minutes to an hour for 3 burgers. The man in the kitchen preparing the burgers insisted on taking a break, even though the women behind the counter had said he had just had a break. The women behind the counter also asked if he would hurry up, at which point he threatened to quit and go home. Once I finally received the burgers after a long wait, they were not made properly, and there were 5 slices of cheese on my burger. 2 stars for the service because the women and other staff really took it seriously, but unfortunately, the man in the kitchen did not.

The food is good, but some employees and managers are not good at their manners and behavior; their approach is not good.

The food came after more than 40 mins and that only because we asked about our order and they responded saying they had forgotten about it and if we wanted a free drink for that. If people go to a fast food chain, they want a cheap and fast meal so that was ridiculous. Apart from that, the restaurant was full of trash everywhere, the bathrooms were disgusting and without any paper. Would never go back again.

After waiting 25 minutes for my chocolate milkshake, we were told that I had better order somewhere else if it is so busy. Not customer-friendly, and they certainly don't try to find solutions. We also had to wait another 35 minutes after that before we could receive our lukewarm food. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Waited an hour for 3 items, that's just not right! It's a fast food chain, so the food should arrive a bit faster! Then everything went wrong with the order and containers were only half-filled! First and last time! The staff was also very rude. The worst part of all is how dirty this branch is; they really need to do something about the hygiene.

The restaurant was unfortunately not clean. Neither the floor nor the tables were cleaned after each guest. For an extended period, it was clear that the staff was overwhelmed by the high volume of customers, and cleanliness was significantly neglected as a result. In the end, we took our food to go, but we found it difficult to eat it with a clear conscience, as we wondered whether the food preparation area was more hygienic than the dining area. The food tasted like any other KFC – no complaints there. However, the restaurant was extremely crowded, which clearly put the staff under pressure. Despite this, the orders were handled correctly, which I found remarkable given the circumstances. If more attention is paid to hygiene in the future, this KFC would be a good option if you're in the area.

The food was fine. The menu was a bit misleading because it showed corn, but we didn’t get any corn. Furthermore, the restaurant was very dirty inside.

We arrived; it was busy, but not extremely busy. The tables were very dirty, not a cloth had been wiped down, and the trash cans were overflowing. We waited 45 minutes for our food, which was reasonably good, but the long wait increased our hunger, so you basically just want to eat. There were 3 men in the kitchen and 1 lady at the counter. Meanwhile, we saw one person from the kitchen take a break? Even though they apparently couldn't handle it? Several people were irritated, and you could tell that patience was starting to run out. The toilets? Ugh, truly terrible.

The QR for free chicken does not work.

Well, I ordered a chicken salad with 2 Pepsi Zeros in cups, but I got cans of Pepsi Strawberry N Cream. There were a few gigantic pieces of chicken in it; they could have been made a bit smaller. I just had to dig for the fries, and on top of that, your food is cold. Not recommended.

My boyfriend and I were in the mood to try the Kipsalon. The Kipsalon was in the beautiful photo outside the KFC and it looked delicious. We went inside and saw a wave of people and a warm atmosphere. Things went wrong right away when one of the screens froze and stopped working, meaning we had to wait again. After ordering, we found a spot that wasn't dirty (the rest was dirty). Then my boyfriend went downstairs to wait for the food. It took about 30 minutes for one Kipsalon, and worst of all: there was a Kipsalon that just sat there for 10 minutes and wasn't served until my boyfriend complained about it. They also laid out 5-10 milkshakes in the heat and eventually gave them to people when their entire order was ready. Naturally, the milkshakes were already completely thawed and liquid, which also led to an argument between the staff and the customers. Thanks, KFC!

We waited for about an hour and the employees were just standing around chatting with each other. Something needs to be done about the staff at the counter; they only earn their money by talking.

I ordered food for my child and had to wait 19 minutes for it to be ready. Despite the long wait, the food was cold, including the fries. Paying around €7 for cold food and such poor service was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place if you have other dining options available.🤨🙄

They had very little chicken and could not prepare the dishes we wanted. As a result, we had to make another choice. The employee tended towards unfriendliness when we asked questions, but later changed his mind and helped us well.

The staff doesn't speak Dutch, is very slow, and disappears into the back of the kitchen. Also, groups of people of foreign origin—Eritrean or something—keep coming down from the dilapidated floor. Weird atmosphere and very dirty. The staff themselves are patient and try to remain friendly, but the atmosphere among them is very bad. Eventually, after 30 minutes, I received my order incomplete and had to go back to the counter. Never experienced this at any fast-food chain. This was my last time at KFC Arnhem. Edit: The food was terrible for KFC quality; fries limp and tough, everything soggy and cold. Also, no extra chicken or anything for the long wait. KFC DON'T CARE ANYMORE

It took 25 minutes after ordering before we could pick up our food. Even though it was ready after just 5 minutes (1 wrap and a drink). So, no difficult order. The staff were friendly, but that is about the most positive thing that can be said. I will never go to this KFC again.

The food is delicious, nothing more to add. The sauce is packaged in a plastic bag; where are you supposed to put the sauce? Why are the loaded fries in a nice, good cardboard box while the regular fries are in a lifeless bag? Come up with a solution for this! Furthermore, the atmosphere among the colleagues is not friendly at all; they can't even manage a smile. And you can get better straws than paper ones. Regards.

The chicken wasn't fresh, and the fries weren't fresh either. Unfortunately, everything was old; it looked just like it had been fried again. I've been to KFC Duiven very often, and everything is delicious there; I'm not used to this at all. Absolutely worthless... I just threw it away.

It's finger lickin' good as usually. Today I had a small lunch... We've had the 50 years special bucket with mixed chicken pieces original & spicy. The Zinger burger I found a bit too spicy but overall the good quality food you would expect at KFC ❤

There was hair in my food, the bathroom smelled like horrible and was very messy. It took a very long time to get my food. Avoid this location at all costs.

Filthy KFC, had to clean the tables myself first. Dry, stale buns, unfriendly staff, one of the group threw up afterwards. Never again KFC Anthem. They should send the Food Inspection Service over, then this KFC can close.

Haven't been to KFC for about 10 years. Now here. Jesus Christ, the food is really bad. Where is that distinctive chicken flavor? Now it tasted like nothing. Thrown together thrown. You can eat here if you're completely wasted. Then it doesn't matter anyway. Never again.

The tap in the toilet is broken, so you cannot wash your hands. The food was good and fresh, but the building is outdated. And there is no table service, even though you can select items from the kiosk.

Today I was at KFC. I was served by an African woman who was clearly having a bad day. The employee called out my order number twice in English, so softly that I couldn't hear her well. The second time, when I realized it was my order, I went to pick it up. The KFC employee then said that if I hadn't heard the order arrive the first time, she would cancel it. She only spoke English, and we are in the Netherlands, so maybe it is time to learn Dutch? Apparently, people like that African woman, who is angry because she has to serve customers, should be picking apples, pears, or bananas instead of serving customers!

Today I was helped a lot, I had a problem because I wanted to pay in cash but I didn’t know that you couldn’t , and they were so nice in explaining it to me and I was helped to order from the cashier. And the food was delicioussss as always

Dont waste your time if you value time

I have been here twice. The first time, I had to wait 10 minutes even though there were not many people. In the women’s restroom, only one stall was working, and it was occupied for more than 10 minutes, so I had to use the men’s restroom. It was extremely dirty and had a very unpleasant smell. Yesterday was my second visit. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order — 20 minutes! People who ordered after me received their food earlier. When I pointed this out, the staff seemed annoyed rather than helpful. This time, the women’s restroom was in decent condition, fortunately. However, my boyfriend said the men’s restroom was terrible, and the sink was not working, so it was impossible to wash hands. Next time, I will choose a different place.

I placed a small order with two hamburgers and a portion of fries. The order was 16 minutes late. I don't think an order like that should take so long.

The food was disgusting and I had to wait an hour; moreover, the staff was unfriendly and didn't speak a word of Dutch. Go there if you want to get angry and vomit.

It is very tasty and the service is good, especially the loaded fries are delicious.

You have to wait 45 minutes for your order here. In restaurants that aren't fast food, you get your food faster. It is also not clean at all and the toilets are a disaster. Avoid.

Went to return 4 reusable cups for my deposit back on Nov 6 at 1:30pm. They said 2 out of the 4 they don't take back anymore; they did not give me my deposit. And then they accused me of stealing the other 2 because those cups shouldn't have left the store. The store manager proceeded to ignore me when I tried to explain that the KFC in Duiven charged for the reusable cups. This KFC does not follow company policy.

Definitely not anymore. Unfortunately, I don't enjoy this kind of food. It's gotten worse. You can't pay by card, so make sure you have cash if you want to eat.

The food was too cold. It took way too long for four tenders. The cheese hadn't melted on the cheeseburger; it was just as cold as Antarctica. Bloody expensive. Selfish people.

Nice place, but we visited few times already and thats true it’s dirty. Even today, a couple left their table and for 1 hour no one came to check to clean it. A shame! Unfortunately I’m not alone with this opinion :(

I'll be honest, I don't post reviews very often, but this disgusts me. I've been waiting for a drink for 15 minutes, that's it, and nothing is being done about it. I didn't even feel like asking for it anymore, so I just put the receipt on the cash register and walked away. That's 3.40 for me, unbelievable.

We waited 35-40 minutes in the restaurant after ordering. They didn't apologize or offer anything extra. And when ordering, they didn't even ask what we wanted as a side dish—fries or corn or something? Did we want sauce too? They also didn't understand that we should order our soft drinks last so they're cold. After half an hour, we asked if they could refill our drinks.

Not a very large branch, but it does have an upstairs area where you can also sit and use the restrooms. Accessible upstairs via stairs. Friendly staff who speak English and will continue to do so even if you respond in Dutch. Order via the kiosks. The food is good and tasty. Takeout is also available.

Forgot your pants? Call them and ask if they saw any pants. Immediately say no before they even look.

Waiting half an hour for cold fries, a half-raw cheeseburger, and a squid game burger that I had to send back three times because it was the wrong one (one piece of meat while I ordered a stacker) means KFC is a thing of the past for me. All sorts of orders were given incorrectly, and although the fries went in the trash, I saw the burgers being dragged back to the kitchen, which strongly suggests they were simply given to another customer. I suspect the NVWA (Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) could have a good time here if they were to make a surprise raid.

Milkshake not to eat, chocolate milkshake is like drinking yusu chocolate spread. It also took 20 minutes to make. And there is an unsafe atmosphere.

Fries were barely lukewarm and quite limp. Zinger burger had a small piece of meat which I cannot accept for the price. This also happened in kfc nijmegen, in germany they do this much better! Also the cup was not clean. Instead of reporting this, since you will then get bad treatment, I share my experience. For this amount it is absurd and the Dutch Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority will also receive a report including the photos. The tent itself is also far from tidy, flies and fruit flies that come on your food all the time and fly around. Yes also when you have to pick up your food, and here too there were flies on the food and seems to be very normal here. KFC Netherlands is really a definitive big dirty NO from now on! What a huge disappointment my recent order at the KFC in Arnhem was. I ordered the Korean Burger Menu and my fries simply weren’t delivered. That’s frustrating enough, but it got worse. The Korean Burger itself tasted like it had been waiting for hours; not fresh at all and just not tasty. As if that wasn’t bad enough, the chicken in the Chickenmix Deal for two was soaked in oil and had the same stale, old taste. It seemed like everything had been waiting for far too long and was only just served. The result? I felt sick after eating this meal. This is absolutely unacceptable for a fast food chain. I am absolutely not happy with this and will definitely avoid this branch in Arnhem in the future.

Really disappointed 😢 10eur for a burger and drink! Ridiculous better just go to the snackbar. KFC used to be THE SPOT that is definitely over.

Like the other person said, I never really complain about service staff in fast food, but what I experienced at this KFC branch today makes no sense. First of all, we had to wait an incredibly long time while it seemed like no one was working and everyone was just chatting among themselves. Then the food all got cold because they seemed to refuse to notice that they had actually already made everything. Then they forgot the fries and a chicken burger, which meant we had to cycle back to the branch. Then they handed it to us with a cynical smile and without an apology. I will never come back here and the branch manager should be ashamed.
