First of all, the ladies were very busy on their phones. We didn't know the procedure had changed. Very unfriendly customer service. We received our food, and the employee forgot to fill the Fanta. We had to pay first! Yes, procedure! No more Fanta. Tables weren't cleaned, and everything looked awful. The Wiener schnitzel came in two pieces that didn't belong together. Too much salt on the fries. All in all, a very bad experience. I've been here before, but if this way of working continues, they won't see me again.

Today we had lunch for the first time at Kwalitaria in Presikhaaf, Arnhem. We ordered an Autumn chicken special. Unfortunately, they didn't have fresh orange juice. There was a PIN problem, which was clearly indicated. We were able to sit down, and the order was brought. It arrived quite quickly. The waitresses were friendly, attentive, and had a loud voice, even when they were talking among themselves. The meal looked attractive and unique, thanks in part to the pieces of onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, and the sauces that had already been poured over it. The chicken was crispy, and the fries were quite good. The bottom fries became less crispy due to the sauce, etc. Perhaps because I'm not a big eater, I could easily have made do with half the meal. A bit too salty for my taste (I normally eat low-salt), and I forgot to ask for low-salt. Salt is always easy to add at the table. Visited the toilet, it was quite a large space, but because there used to be an extra door between the toilet and the anteroom, the toilet area was a bit cramped with the sink, but everything worked (the flush button was a bit rickety) and there was soap.

Nothing new was offered, and no money was refunded. 3) everyone who came in and ordered after us had their order reserved at the table earlier. Don't know if the service was so bad just because we weren't white Dutch, or if it's just always that bad. According to the man behind us, you shouldn't eat anything there. Our table was already dirty with old sauce stains when we came in and the salt and pepper measures were stuck to my fingers... So dirty. Oh yes, it took a very long time for our food and drinks to even arrive, but the fries took a really long time. And it wasn't even Uber busy. The restaurant is so hygienic, the service is so poor and the food is terrible, I don't understand how this place is still open. Earn easy money again.

Zero stars is still too much. They keep saying "orders aren't coming in," but money is still being debited from your account. When you point this out and want a refund, it's suddenly impossible. They're a bunch of scammers.

While the price of the menu is reasonable, you will ultimately be surprised. If you estimate how many customers are 'fooled' in a day by different prices, it is downright antisocial. Especially if you only indicate 'that prices deviate from the booklet' when I (the customer) picks up the booklet with a surprised look on my face. -You are pushed to order at the table with a QR code, which seems impersonal. -There were A4 sheets with a marker on them that said “please pay in cash or preferably by card. I.v.m. shortage of change.” and “No soft serve ice cream.” A broken soft ice cream machine is sometimes possible, but not having change is simply the seller's responsibility. Terrible staff, not friendly at all, kept going and giving chances, they never improve, not better from the previous management (at least then the people were friendly) They don’t even have the special they advertise with a sign outside and instead of m&ms they gave me smarties on my ice cream and that little thing was actually my final straw with this place (+terrible service). Should literally just close their doors.

Even wat complimenten voor Floris. Ik eerst vriendelijk begroet en daarna gevraagd wat ik te drinken had gelust. Daarna ging hij heeft hij een heerlijke Bull burger voor mij klaar gemaakt. Tenslotte werdt ik vriendelijk uitgezwaaid. Wat een top kerel! Zijn vriend/vriendin zou erg gelukkig met hem zijn.

ik kom hier graag alleen vandaag deed een medewerkster met blond haar en rode punten erg raar tegen een vrouw (met baby) die slecht nederlands kon. vrouw kocht koffie maar mocht geen pakje suiker pakken. nedewerkster weigerde te antwoorden op mevrouw en zat steeds te fluisteren met collegas over dr. kwam erg vijandig over.

Wij gaan hier vaak lunchen met collegas. De kwaliteit is echt achteruit gegaan. Bediening weet niet goed wat die doet en 9/10keer is onze bestelling verkeerd doorgekomen (iets vergeten of anders geleverd). Als je dan ook nog het eten niet tegelijk krijgt (lees; half uur ertussen) en het aardig aan de prijs is valt dat toch tegen. Het eten kan heerlijk zijn maar verschilt per dag en per medewerker, erg jammer.

Behulpzaam personeel erg vriendelijk wij hebben koffie/thee gedronken met een stuk appeltaart en dat was goed.

Ik weet niet of ik het een 3 sterren moet geven. Maar wat een slechte zaak zeg! De vrouwelijke personeel die aan de balie stondt vond ik niet echt vriendelijk. Dat je uitgeput bent en bijna tijd is om naar huis te gaan, Is niet mijn probleem. Ik blijf dan nog steeds een klant die vriendelijk geholpen wil worden en nog een leuk avondje wil hebben met mijn vriendin.

Wat een leuke meneer. Heeft een speciaal burger gemaakt wat zooooo lekker was. Ik zeg een 10/10 top eten uitstekend kwaliteit en echt een mooi mens die daar werkt.

Het viel ons een beetje tegen. Het zelf bestellen bij de kassa en 0,70 voor mayonaise. Volgens mij hoort dat er bij ,als je een menu hebt met frites. De smaak was goed.

Also eigentlich war es super die Pommes hat geschmeckt, bis ich nachdem essen Eis kaufen wollte und dann dort sah, wie ein Mitarbeiter die restliche pommes die schon fertig fritiert waren, mit seinen Händen( ohne Handschuhe) wieder in die Fritöse rein getahn hat, um dies einem anderen Kunden zu verkaufen.

Vroeger was dit een plek waar je super goed pizza's en pasta's kon eten met een Turkse twist. Dat is nu een Kwalitaria franchise in een nieuw gebouwtje met een standaard menu (broodjes, hamburgers, verschillende schotels met frites). Geen pizza en pasta meer. Bediening is heel heel traag, iedereen op het terras had daar last van, dus neem de tijd. Het eten is prima verzorgd en prijs/kwaliteit is redelijk.

Ik ben er twee weken geleden iets wezen eten en wat drinken en ben er naar binnen ge gaan en wat besteld en er waren 4tafels bij me jaar op een van die tafels stond een laptop en een koffiebeker en toen ik daar ging zitten zij er niemand wat van maar de eigenaar die zij dat ik daar niet mogd zitten maar dan had hij er een voetje met gereserveerd op moeten staan hij is niet erg vriendelijke tegen de mensen

Ondanks de enorme drukte heb ik veel respect voor het personeel dat zij allemaal kalm blijven en goed met elkaar samenwerken, dikke duim!

Voor de eerste keer hier gegeten. Wonen in de buurt en wilde er even uit. T was prima, en de bediening,...je merkt dat ze t beetje moeten leren, maar was prima. T eten uitstekend, beetje veel, maar prima. Komen beslist terug.uitstekende plek om er even lekker uit te zijn als je in de buurt woont en even hapje wilt eten.

Vriendelijke bediening en goed geholpen. Echter vond ik het niet kunnen dat de (vermoedelijke) eigenaar zijn serveerster afviel die enkel behulpzaam wilde zijn. Kritisch zijn op personeel is niet erg, maar niet waar klanten bij zijn!

Pff duurt mega mega lang; vriendelijke bediening maar wellicht meer mensen bij zetten?

Onsmakelijke ervaring. Op een bepaald moment kwam (ik denk de eigenaar) vanaf zijn tafeltje met zijn blikje energy drink achter de counter en ging voor een betalende klant een broodje kaas maken. Er hangt een dispenser met een ontsmettingsmiddel voor de handen. Maar die werd niet gebruikt. Er werden geen handschoentjes aangetrokken en met een grote ring aan de vingers werd het broodje bereid. Daarna nog een broodje kaas, door dezelfde persoon. Toen hij klaar was, goot hij nog even het laatste restje energy drink naar binnen. Dat zag er allemaal erg onsmakelijk uit. Volgens mij hebben ze nog nooit van de HCCP regels gehoord. In ieder geval worden die niet toegepast. Niet door de eigenaar. Lekkere koffie dat dan weer wel. Inmiddels is deze tent van eigenaar veranderd. Voorheen racete men met een bezorg auto over het (niet overdekte gedeelte) winkelcentrum. Inmiddels gebruikt de nieuwe eigenaar elektrische bezorg fietsen en racen de bezorgers over het winkelcentrum. Wekelijk onverantwoord en LEVENSGEVAARLIJK voor de bezoekers ter plaatse, die te voet over dit gedeelte van het winkelcentrum wandelen.
