The meat was very disgusting as if it was from last week and they put cheese on the vegetables and put them in the oven which was also disgusting. The kapsalon was really super disgusting. I regret getting it. It was the most disgusting kapsalon I have ever eaten. The chicken döner looked like it had been made a month ago. Besides, they were quick with making it, but I will never go there again.

I don't like leaving reviews, but this was just ridiculous. It initially arrived almost three hours late. I tried calling (five times), but they didn't answer and it went to voicemail. When it finally arrived three hours later, it was salty enough to make you want to drink at least a liter of water after eating. It was missing everything, and it was also nice and cold. Cold isn't a problem in itself, since we have an oven, but it was just adding insult to injury. The only positive thing was that the delivery person was friendly. Everything else was just unbearable.

Ordered from Chicos Place at 2:30 AM, expected delivery time approximately 1 hour. Still nothing received by 5:20 AM. No update, no message, Chicos Place was unreachable. Afterward, they claim the delivery driver came and called, even though there were no missed calls. Busyness is no excuse for this level of substandard service. If you can't handle orders at night, don't accept them. Making five people wait for nothing. Disgraceful.

Waited an hour and a half for an order, called six times, and no answer. The food was terrible. The price vs. the amount you get is truly bizarre. Soggy and wet, the doner sandwich apparently meant "doner with just tomato," and the service and food quality were appalling. Unbelievable.

It's just not edible... €50 is a shame because you can come and get it earlier

I ordered fries with a special kapsalon XL sauce and a wrap, they took an hour to deliver while it took 30 minutes, and all the sauce from the fries was in the bag, and the other order had fries that were old and soggy, everything was cold, and when you ask to be called by phone instead of ringing the doorbell because of a sleeping baby, they ring the doorbell and use the excuse: I forgot the receipt. Not recommended.

Order placed at 10:50 PM: Called at midnight because the order still hadn't arrived, and a yelling man answered, claiming it had been delivered. He then sent a photo of an apartment complex on the other side of Arnhem. Only through an Uber Eats worker did I get my money back. :( Don't order!

No sauce on the kapsalon; we got a separate container, but you have to pay for it. 15 euros for an utterly miserable kapsalon. The service was okayish, but the atmosphere was completely awful.

Ordered a hair salon today at 5:00 PM. Around 6:00 PM I started to have problems with my stomach and around 7:00 PM my intestines started pounding like "hello, I have to get out." 7:15 PM everything came out and the stomach cramps were gone.... the employee on the phone indicated that the meat was good in advance and they had had no further complaints 😂 otherwise he would have said that, they also... well, I could have better spent the 11 euros for one at the mac. Worthless, indicate on the website that the delivery time is 20 to 40 minutes and that the delivery person is at the door and then ring the doorbell an hour later. Total delivery time ended up being 1.5 hours and the food was tough and cold. If you call about it, you will be treated unfriendly with bad excuses.

Great service but the food is just sad absolutely tasteless .it is like They have never seen any kind of spices, even salt and pepper. Chicken is extremely overcook and dry. Rice is only 70% done. The hot wings is not bad. Rest of the food never go here.

got the chicken doner , meat was really nice a bit difficult to eat without it falling apart haha but who cares when you're hungry. i accidentally got a chunk of feta in my doner which was actually really tasty, i'd suggest having a feta add-on option because it works really well. the delivery was fast everything was warm and tasty.

Ordered food late in the evening. First I received a call that the delivery person was at the door. It later turned out that the wrong number had been called. The delivery person was already on his way. I called after half an hour. My food wasn't there yet (10 minutes walking, 6 by car and 3 by bike). The delivery person would be there in 5 minutes. Called after fifteen minutes and the voicemail: "It's Abdullah, you know what to do *beep*". Not really professional for a company. The delivery person finally arrived and I thanked him kindly. Once back inside, fry the entire bag of fat, fry the fries + sauce through the entire bag and lukewarm/cold (second time). I was called back and told that the delivery person had arrived in the meantime. I immediately said something about the fries, etc. That was "not their fault" and "it's cold outside" (apparently it's 20 degrees cold). The fries were also "really not that cold" but if you ask them to come by yourself to feel and taste them, they will believe it. Cold, limp, mealy fries. Their solution? They don't have that. Excuses are used and lies. Think twice before ordering here, I certainly won't do it again. Second time ordered, everyone deserves a second chance. Kapsalon XL with lamb and without cheese. First time delivery the food was cold and drinks were missing. It really couldn't have been cold because it just came out of the oven and it was the first on the route, but it was. Eventually they would bring the drinks and the food again. This time it was clear that there was less meat, vegetables and fries. This time too it had cooled down (now lukewarm instead of cold).

1 star is even too much to give. Food is not delivered properly I paid €60. You expect decent food. 1. Everything is cold 2. You can add a comment, but people will not accept to read it. 3. Special instructions are listed as sauces and salads separately because there is a reason for this due to allergies 4. Bread is all wet 5. One behind the counter who behaves connivingly because after this you don't feel like eating anymore, so we even tell you that you can take back some of the food because we didn't eat anything. 6. I was here in several times. I found here real turkish doner, rollups and even soups, which you could not find in Arnhem. The soups are really delicious and tasty. Owner of place, Eyyup abi is real friend.

Had dinner here last night, asked for a döner sandwich and got something that looked like a footlong from Subway, I live a 5-minute walk from them. Cold old tough meat they didn't even bother to warm it up properly 60% of this poor sandwich filled with veggies almost no meat. And to top it all off, they reported my review to Google and it was set to inactive, that's how this business operates, they can't even handle the truth, 0 stars is even too much for you, I'll go to kebab delight from now on and everyone who is decent If you want to eat, I recommend doing the same, everything costs expensive enough without also being ripped off for your dinner

Wij hadden er laatst gegeten en zo'n 4 jaar geleden en het was helaas niet meer hetzelfde en zo goed als 4 jaar geleden, ik denk een andere eigenaar en personeel. We konden geen pizza's etc bestellen, omdat degene die dat normaal gesproken maakt met vakantie was, dat was heel jammer. Het eten had beter op smaak gebracht mogen worden en in mijn menu hoorde Turkse rijst, maar ik kreeg geen Turkse rijst, was een heel ander soort rijst wat ook minder lekker was, dus dat vond ik ook heel jammer was er ook niet van te voren van op de hoogte gebracht. Vond het nu niet meer voor herhaling vatbaar

Verschillende keren hier besteld, zowel pizza's als kapsalon. Prima eten. Een enkele keer was er iets mis gegaan met de bestelling en was er een pizza te weinig bezorg. Dit werd erg snel en klantvriendelijk opgelost. Uitstekende service!

Het is echt rotzooi dat eten ik stink erna zo erg. Jammer dat dit de enige tent open is in de nacht. De kwaliteit van het vlees moet echt beter dit is gewoon echt niet gezond.

Altijd tevreden, augurk was op maar ik zal niet huilen <3
