Delicious food, good service and it looks neat

We ordered online, the food never arrived. They said it was delivered, but that was a lie. We contacted Lieferando, and they told us the same thing. I've never experienced such incompetent service or been lied to so blatantly. That was our final reason to never travel to Groningen again.

I ordered ice cream here because the Plus was already closed. I bought the Strawberry Cheesecake for €7.50. The ice cream was covered in crystals. Probably partially thawed and refrozen. When I returned the next day with the ice cream, I was met with a disinterested reception. My story wasn't believed. A refund wasn't an option. One of the employees didn't want to do anything about it. The other referred me to the head office and said a voucher was too much hassle. Besides the crystals, the ice cream tasted bland and wasn't even close to Ben & Jerry's. That's possible, but don't charge €7.50 for it. The service will keep me from returning.

Burritos had no taste. Could use more spices!

Not really the opportunity to eat on site. When I was there, there was no Dutch speaking or very poor Dutch speaking staff

Honestly we felt like loaded Fried we ordered this and then 1 with chicken for me and a beef for my wife. I have never had such bad, you could not find the chicken and the beef it was just fries with a bit of lettuce and onion and pepper and I think they still have some chicken or beef left that they put in. Then your head office calls determines the portions. Taco Mundo would be ashamed of me.

Absolutely shocking. They put pineapple in tacos. This is a crime against Mexicans.

I regularly order from Taco Mundo, almost always the same thing, burrito and quesadillas. I thought they were incredibly tasty.

Come here often for a meal or a tasty snack, highly recommended!

I ordered during peak hours, and the order arrived in about half an hour. I especially recommend the borritos! The food was delicious :) The only downside is that the app crashes regularly. This meant I had to order later than planned.

The delivery was very fast and good service. The food was a little cold, and the veggie chicken quesadillas were not good. The other food was tasty. A little expensive tho.

Here you can really enjoy delicious food, especially the burritos, which are highly recommended 😉

My boyfriend and I ordered grilled chicken tacos at Ubereats. what a disappointment. Technically they were vegetable tacos. They only put pieces of chicken and then a lot of lettuce and corn. I won't buy there anymore. I do not recommend it. I Notice that more people had problems similar to this.

Wouldn't advise to go eat at the place, but it sure has some decent food to order. We did take it from the place ourselves and were welcomed very properly by the girl that took our order!

Had a delicious meal here, good service, friendly staff, food was good quality

Had a nice dinner here yesterday with my friend. Although it is more of a place to order or pick up, food was well organized there. Food was freshly prepared and very tasty. Taco the cat was also present (of course not necessary but super cute) No public toilet, but after asking I was allowed to wash my hands at the sink in the kitchen. Overall great and not expensive!

Had heerlijke loaded fries gegeten, lekker warm en snel bezorgd! De twee nieuwe eigenaren maken een goede start!

Het eten was lekker snel bezorgd. Het had goede smaak en kwaliteit!

Heerlijk gegeten, met liefde bereid. Twee jonge, enthousiaste jongemannen die de tent runnen. Alles netjes en schoon, frisse uitstraling. Ga zo door!

Eten was niet warm, eerder lauw en er ontbraken dingen van de bestelling. Verder was het bestel proces een ramp, onder andere door problemen met kortingscodes en de website. Medewerkers probeerden te helpen ondanks de slechte site maar duurde nog steeds over een uur (incl. 3x heen en weer bellen) voordat ik het eten kon ophalen.

Arrived here around 5. Got some suggestions from the staff, then waited around 20 minutes for the food. It was amazing food and the staff was nice :)

Normaal is het voedsel goed, echter 2 weken geleden besteld en anderhalf uur moeten wachten. De timer op de site telt gewoon een half uur af, in de mail stond al 20 minuten later.. daarop gewacht en toen het 10 minuten na die tijd er nog niet was hebben we gebeld. Kregen een meid aan de lijn die zei dat het druk was, maar dat het onderweg was. Na anderhalf uur nogmaals gebeld, zelfde meid aan de lijn, nog geen antwoorden. Ondertussen ging de bel en stond er inderdaad een jongen voor de deur, dit vond de meid aan de telefoon allemaal een goede afloop en die hing vrolijk op. Voedsel uitgepakt: VERKEERD! Gemaild ipv weer met diezelfde persoon aan de telefoon te komen en daar hebben we dus NOOIT iets van terug gehoord. Ik had de review uitgesteld om te zien of daar nog iets van kwam, maar op deze manier zijn wij niet van plan om daar weer te gaan bestellen.

Burrito was veel te scherp, heb 2 hapjes genomen en hem weggeflikkerd. Quesadilla was wel ok, niet geweldig.

Was lekker, maar we moesten wel lang wachten.

De eerste keer dat mijn familie en ik Taco Mundo probeerden. Echt zo lekker! Aardbeien cheesecake ijsje is heerlijk! 😋 De keuken en bezorger waren erg snel. 👍

Was wat verkeerd gegaan met de bestelling, werd direct opgelost gratis wat dingen bij gekregen top service
