We booked a special offer at Restaurant Manjefiek well in advance through Social Deal and paid in full upfront. It was a substantial amount. Everything seemed well-organized, but the experience ultimately proved to be very disappointing. On the day of the reservation, one person called in sick. We explicitly stated that we would be arriving with two people instead of three. Out of politeness and decency, we contacted the restaurant so they could accommodate this. To our great surprise, we were then told that the entire evening service would be canceled and that the restaurant would remain closed because it was "unprofitable" with too few guests. Without our call, we would have been faced with a closed door. This demonstrates a glaring lack of communication and responsibility. Despite this turn of events, we decided to give the restaurant a second chance and made another reservation. We had to cancel this reservation well in advance due to illness. By then, however, our trust had completely vanished. We then tried to get our money back through Social Deal. Because refunds are only possible with the business owner's approval, we contacted the restaurant several times. Messages were read but never responded to. Ultimately, the full prepaid amount was never refunded. The end result: no dinner, no service, and a large sum completely lost. The money was simply kept, without receiving any compensation. An extremely unprofessional and customer-unfriendly experience that we would not recommend to anyone.

Lunch… started with cappuccino that was literally cup of slightly warm milk with some coffee. Continued with salad swimming is sauce. Never again… such waist potential.
