Excellent ramen, they've finally found the "perfect noodle"! I especially liked the spicy miso, which was just the right amount of spice. The restaurant is part of a small international chain that can also be found in Barcelona, ​​Amsterdam, and Düsseldorf. The restaurant also offers side dishes (gyoza, karaage, etc.) and curries.

Fast service. Your meal is on the table within 10 minutes. Good value for money. Plenty of choice in ramen, but also in various rice dishes, both meat and vegetarian.

The food was very tasty, however, the policy regarding soy sauce was odd. You pay a reasonable price for the food, but you really only get a tiny bit of sauce with it, and if you ask for more, it isn't done with much charm. Fortunately, the food was really delicious.

The food was really delicious. There is plenty of choice in noodle dishes, and if you don't like noodles, there is also a choice of other types of dishes. Definitely worth a visit for the delicious food alone. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, despite the crowds. Good staff should be appreciated! The place itself is also very atmospherically decorated, and certainly contributes to the overall experience.

Great eatery around the corner from Wittedewith. As everywhere here, reservations are recommended, especially on busy evenings. It's pleasantly busy inside, and the service is fast. The food is fine, but there's so much good ramen to be had in Rotterdam these days that the bar is set high. If you're looking for something special, I'd go elsewhere; if you want a quick ramen bite before or after a night out, Takumi is a great choice.

Great food with very generous portions. Great for those with allergies, especially dairy allergy, as have a clear allergen chart and most dishes are dairy free. Staff were very friendly and quick. Decor is really well done and fun as well.

You can get better tonkatsu in other places in the city. It's a new takumi so maybe they're still fixing it up.. but the service was appalling. There were two working (one guy one girl), the guy was really friendly but the girl would take our food without asking if we were finished.

We arriveerden redelijk vroeg in de avond, rond 17.00 uur op een zondag. Het was rustig en we werden direct geholpen, nadat we zelf een tafeltje mochten uitkiezen. We hebben gekozen voor de Ramen Spicy Butatama en Gyo-Kara set. Dit werd snel voor ons bereid. Het eten was erg lekker en de bediening was ook erg aardig. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug!

L'accueil est souriant et il y a suffisamment de choix. La décoration est originale et de bon ton. Vous n'attendez pas trop de temps avant d'être servit et enfon cerise sur le gâteau c'est délicieux savoureux et copieux. Le meilleur repas de notre séjour. Unique bémol l'espace entre les table est infime et donc il n'y a pas d'intimité vous entendez les conversations des autres tables...

Wij waren alleen op het moment dat we aankwamen, wat vreemd is voor een goed aangeschreven eethuis die ramen serveren. Want dit blijft voor mij toch een lunchgerecht. Buiten het regelmatig aanschuiven van fietskoeriers, zien we slechts nog drie andere klanten passeren die hier komen eten. Uiteindelijk schrik voor niks, want ze serveren hier echt wel zeer heerlijke ramen voor een eerlijke prijs. Dit eethuis maakt deel uit van een keten van eethuizen verspreid over verschillende landen. Het verhaal achter het ontstaan kan je tijdens het wachten alvast erop nalezen. De inrichting is zoals veelal zeer traditioneel. Niks mis mee, want hou wel van deze minimalistische gezelligheid dat door het gebruik van hout steeds gezellig, maar functioneel blijft. De tonkotsu bouillon was niet vet, maar wel vol van smaak. De spicy miso versie werd goedkeurend door mijn partner vol smaak verorberd. Mijn versie met zwarte look was goed in evenwicht, waardoor als intens diep van smaak werd. Qua topping was er voldoende variatie, was het vlees ruim aanwezig en fijn gesneden zonder dat het droog was. Er waren voldoende noedels aanwezig, die juist gegaard waren. Ook de andere filialen mogen een bezoek verwachten als wij inde buurt zijn.

Visitamos este restaurante dos veces durante nuestra estancia en Amsterdam. Fue una sorpresa muy agradable. Ramen fue genial, al igual que Japón. Muchas buenas opciones. El sushi estaba bien. Tenemos el Toro y el Sake nigiri. No era tan fresco como esperaba, pero Ramen y Gyoza lo compensaron. Sin duda volvería a comer aquí de nuevo cuando regrese a Amsterdam.

It’s by far the best Ramen I've ever tasted. I can’t believe I’ve founded this place in the Netherlands 🇳🇱.. It is located in a beautiful and charming Market Hall in Rotterdam. It was very busy every time I visited the market. I waited in the queue about 30 mins but well worth it!! The place has a very good vibe. A great choice of Ramen staff and the staff are very friendly and helpful. As I mentioned in the title, it's by far the best Ramen I've ever tasted. Hopefully, I have a chance to visit them again! Highly recommended!

We felt very welcome even we arrived a bit late. They were very kind with us and we had a nice little diner. We already ordered several times food for delivery but it was the first time that we had eaten in the restaurant. Food is fresh, it taste very good. Gyoza are quite like I like. It taste Japan. Nice and small restaurant in the city center. The decor is very fun and just right for the Japan fan. Old billboards and a little anime about how the business came about. My vegetarian gjoza and ramen with pork belly and vegetables were fresh and tasty. The soup looked very good when it was brought. The service was friendly and attentive. Price-performance ratio is also right here.

Takumi is always good! Service is fast and this restaurant is quiet in the afternoon. Tables are arranged in such a way that you sit privately. Love coming here!

The food is really delicious, especially the Vegan Ramen with tofu, I drive from Dordrecht to Rotterdam specifically to buy these Takumi Ramen noodles from here.

I had the teriyaki chicken as a takeaway, but the wakame salad was missing. The rice was nice, the chicken was nicely grilled, but I thought it would be chicken breast, was other part. It should specify what chicken part it is. The miso soup that came with it was ok, I'm used to a more intense and salty soup, but it wasn't bad, just a bit weak on the flavour. Not the best, but still worth a try.

There's really nothing more to say about it.

Oehlala, what fantastic dishes! You can eat/drink both outside and inside. There are approximately 10 spots outside, inside there is more space and you can sit very comfortably (semi-closed). Recommended: homemade iced tea. Not (too) sweet 👌🏻.

Wondeful ramen wonderful service we were welcomed with a smile from Zhen who recommended the ramen and was tasty. Alyssa then asked us how was the food and started getting in a little chat with her which was wonderful and very interesting definitely recommend. Me and my friends will be back for sure.

I ordered a ramen in thuisbezord and wait ONE HOUR AND A HALF for they CANCELLED my ORDER. Now everything is closed. If you can’t help your clients you should close too. The girl in the cellphone told that she can’t do nothing to help me.

Service is good, staff are friendly and food is delicious. Just look at the presentation of the dishes and my mouth starts to water.

I loved Takumi all this while until today when I asked requested for a grilled tofu instead of fried tofu. To my surprise the kitchen didn’t have a grill for non meat options. I appreciate the honesty but it was disappointing to know that they couldn’t customize to dietary requirement.

Just off the hustle and bustle of Witte de Withstraat sits this unassuming restaurant. A warm summery day, we opted not to go for the house staple of ramen, but chose a selection of small dishes. Each dish was well prepared and very tasty. The food was fresh and done well. Hope to return soon.

Service is good. Noodle is good too but not amazing. Compared to the Japanese ramen I had in Asia, the meat would be much thicker and chunky but the meat here is thin by sliced though flavors are great. The texture is different.

I’ve been here several times in the past and it was quite good, but this time my soup was overly salty, the waitress (who may have been new and if that’s the case -it’s ok) would not make eye contact with me and wasn’t very friendly. I waited quite a while despite there only being 3 tables of people.. I just don’t really understand. 😅 Maybe it’s because they are now an overly established chain.
