Compliments! Ordered a high tea for 7 people for Mother's Day, fantastic! I haven't had a high tea that was so complete in a long time. And you had to take a serious nut allergy into account and you took care of this down to the last detail, done perfectly. Until the next one!

Enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the sun. We had high tea and it was delicious and well taken care of

Cozy cafe in the center. I can recommend the melt-in-your-mouth apple pie. At least chocolate cake gluten-free and vegan is also available. There are warm snacks and Pikku nibbles. We even got cider, even though it's not on the list. Friendly and warm service crowns the whole. I recommend stopping by. The price level is reasonable. The only small minus, at least in the afternoon, was the random cars passing by. As a small tip, the lemonades are local and handmade. Unreserved recommendations, then.

I had reserved a high tea together with a family member. We were neatly explained how everything worked. There was a choice of 10 different types of loose tea, then we had a choice of two different soups, namely: asparagus mustard soup and tomato soup. The high tea tray was filled with 2 different sandwiches, wraps, cheesecake, chocolate cake, macarons, coconut balls, chocolates, scones with clotted cream and strawberry sauce and small cheese rolls. Everything tasted delicious. I thought the location was nicely decorated, but I missed the warm, cozy living room atmosphere.

The warmest spring day ever recorded was celebrated on this terrace. This gave a negative fact a positive twist. Mackerel sandwich with delicious lemonade lemonade and a wrap with egg salad and a cream tea. Nice and gentle service. Price-quality ratio top!

Delicious food today. Fine, but would you want to eat there after seeing the kitchen? I don't think so. Unbelievable what a mess. How can they ensure food safety there? Think twice about eating there no matter how delicious it would be.

Had a nice sandwich. Banana bread was also delicious. Despite being busy, helped fairly quickly :-)

Delicious food for lunch. The various dishes were all excellent (compliments to the kitchen!). Drinks (coffee and smoothies) are also fine. Unfortunately the service was a bit poor. Don't look around and nails are more important than checking whether customers need anything or whether things can be cleared away. Ask for the bill, walk to the bar yourself and it seems as if everything has to be calculated by hand. They forgot to put the three coffees that we first ordered on the bill (we indicated this and we paid for the coffees).

There were games for the kids! Plus point. For the rest there is not much good to report. Four girls working in an almost empty shop. The girls were mostly chatting with each other. And then we still had to wait a long time for the coffee. It was messy and really dirty. There was no clarity about prices. I would really skip this place: there is plenty of other fun things to do on the square there.

Wonderfully relaxing high tea, no time limit. Delicious 8 different tea flavors, unlimited hot water and varied snacks. It was quiet in the middle of the week at the end of the Wednesday morning, at ease. Nice cozy furnishings, table specially set. Offer was sufficient, we didn't even finish everything, so we were able to enjoy it at home. Parking is free all day long either on Kanaalweg (5 minutes walk) or on Zomerdijk (3 minutes walk). I believe the center/square itself is car-free. You can also park in the Side Streets, but for a maximum of one and a half hours.

We went here because there was a children's corner. So we thought child friendly. In the back, among the rubbish in the dark, there was a cupboard with some toys. The funny thing is there was no children's menu. They couldn't come up with a solution either. So we ordered an egg salad sandwich, I said for a 4 year old, so a small sandwich with a little egg is really enough and a baby chino. She was given a large soup bowl with milk that she could not use. The egg salad was very dry and she couldn't get rid of it. They had left out all the extras, lettuce, bacon, etc. And of course we had to pay the full price when paying for an adult sandwich. Plain egg salad sandwich €8.25. The atmosphere was dark. Messy. Food mediocre. Just little things. Pine nuts not roasted. Pesto cream was not a cream. The cheese was not fresh. No dressing etc on the carpaccio. Bread was very tasty. Sorry to go home disappointed.

Delicious high tea with a choice of 7 delicious tea blends, sweet homemade pastries, delicious sweets and sandwiches. Highly recommended. Nice location directly on the Voorstraat.

The mackerel salad was delicious and freshly made, the croquettes also tasted great.

High tea done, special call due to dietary requirements. Upon arrival, we indicated again that they knew about it and it turned out fine. Unfortunately it didn't work out. Yet it was mixed up with another table, which meant that one of us had the wrong things, which we discovered halfway through. The waiter said that was fine after repeatedly asking in the kitchen. And it was served on a separate plate. In the end I went to the kitchen myself and it was still wrong. We won't be back. We sat outside, everything was simply put on the table, while there was a bird on the table upon arrival. No placemat, no everything on the raw wood. For toilets you have to walk through the kitchen, the kitchen is a mess and not hygienic.

Toilet in serious need of replacing!

Had a wonderful birthday lunch. Wraps, bread with traditional croquette, bread with carpaccio, good coffee and tea and fresh juice. And everything affordable. Highly recommended. You can also make a reservation and sit outside when the weather is nice.

Very friendly service, but it was still quite messy, things were forgotten, but the atmosphere is very pleasant.

The food itself is fine, but not of high quality. It took no less than 3 young ladies to serve the few tables that were there, they were inexperienced. The atmosphere is OK if you support the restaurant's social philosophy. I find it less suitable for a romantic get-together.

I've been here before and always had a good time. The last time I was eating my sandwich and noticed that the cheese was moldy. I indicated this and wanted to pay. The sandwich would just be added. When I said something about this, half of the sandwich was deducted. It's a shame that I still had to pay half for something that just wasn't good.

Do you get moldy cheese on your bread!! Only saw it when I had finished a piece. Reported but still had to pay half!! That's bad

Cozy restaurant with a high wine this time, delicious snacks with various delicious wines, highly recommended!!

Enjoyed a delicious High Tea. Warm welcome and friendly staff. Good atmosphere.

Early in the morning the cushions were placed on the bench where I sat waiting for my appointment. Delicious coffee. A bit messy due to the start of the day, which is logical.

Was met wandelclub, serveerster deed zeer moeilijk over apart afrekenen. Na dreigement om dan op te stappen konden we dan toch binnen afrekenen.

Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie ambiance. Genoten van onze High tea. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Mooi monumentaal pand. Wij hebben er heerlijke koffie gedronken.

Koffie met appelpunt en slagroom in de koffiepauze met de fietsclub. Snelle en vriendelijke bediening. Koffie mag van mij een tandje sterker. Nu te slap voor het geld.

Top tent met goed eten en leuke bediening.

Veldig bra mat. Hyggelig betjening. Glutenfri alternative.

Leuke plaats om even een koffiestop te houden. Goede chocolademelk en heerlijke appeltaart.

Heerlijke hightea gehad. Het eten (snoepen) was zeker voldoende en divers (wij hebben de toren niet eens leeg gekregen!) Veel verschillende en lekkere theesoorten. Het café zelf is sfeervol en het personeel erg vriendelijk.

Cappuccino met gebak. Goed gemaakt en voor herhaling vatbaar.

Leuk ingericht,nog betaalbaar.Misschien iets te weinig personeel.Maar ze zijn wel vriendelijk.Dus ben er blij mee.

Heerlijk gegeten hier, fantostische tosties. En uitmuntende munthee. Maar oprecht, lekkerste muntthee die ik ooit heb geproefd.

Vanmiddag,tijdens Paardenmarkt, binnen geweest. Lang moeten wachten voor de bestelling werd opgenomen. Toen ging alles fout . Na lang wachten kregen we ons eten. Nog geen drank. Had Brandbier besteld. Kreeg glas van brand. En Hertog Jan. Niet besteld. Ze werken daar met briefjes. En die worden op de bar gegooid. Systeem van voor 2000. Moest buiten om ons eten op te halen,daar werd mee gelopen,omdat ze niet wisten voor welke tafel het was? Bij afrekenen het zelfde. Ik moest zelf zeggen ,wat ik had gebruikt. Kon de Bon niet vinden. Slechte service. Kom daar nooit meer. Wat een afgang is dit. Meer mensen klagen.2 sterren nog te veel.

Vegan bananenbrood was lekker, heel betaalbaar icm een americano. Het appelgebak zag er heerlijk uit, jammer dat die niet veganistisch was. Het interieur vond ik een beetje vreemd/niet helemaal kloppen. Personeel heel attent.

Sehr nettes Café, super Kuchen ,tolles Personal kommen gerne wieder.

De appeltaart is heerlijk, de verse jus ook, het duurzaamheidsaspect aanwezig. Echter...dat u uw gasten zo'n slecht toilet voorschotelt, vind ik triest. Daarbij loop je dan door een keuken waarvan ik denk of ik hier ooit terug wil komen !?

Heerlijke 'coffee to go' met een koekje in een handige kartonnen houder. Deze na gebruik weer ingeleverd.
