The taste was okay, but not worth the price.

Excellent service, good drinks and Affordable.

You can sit here in peace and enjoy a great meal. There are seats at the bar, though a bit cramped. If you continue past the bar, you'll reach the dining area, which has plenty of seating.

Our favorite spot to chill and have a bite while waiting for flights. Never disappoints and is way better than hanging out in boring lounges that are miles away from the gates.

Poor service and very average food. Although we were the first customers in the area, we were served as the last ones. The burgers were at most average. Not recommended.

Good airport joint, despite looking like a tiny space from the outside, the dining area is huge. Decent burgers before taking the flight

Good quality food. On the corner at departure shopping center. Atmosphere good.. service good. The only minus I could find was that (because it was not bussy) the waitress kept pacing around our table hoping she could clean up.. not too bad but just enough to notice what gives the feeling you need to go (obviously not her intentions)

Best bar in the airport by far. The bartenders -Donnovan and Dillan - were so welcoming and friendly. Really made my 7 hour stopover a pleasure instead of a chore. Thank you both so much.

This is such a great place! Six stars! 🌟~ We sat at our seats for a ridiculously long time without ordering, and kept chatting at the counter. 😆 We went to the counter to order, but the staff told us to go back and wait. 😸🫶🏻 I'm really fed up with the wait.

This is hands down the best breakfast i have ever had in any airport. The eggs were creamy and well seasoned, the bacon was cooked just right, and the beans & toast complimented each other so well.

How delicious was the Rib Eye with butter and the Caesar salad with chicken that had a curry-like marinade, spectacular 🤤

Donavan is an outstanding bartender and was a pleasure to speak with. Highly recommend stopping here before your flight.

Very expensive for what it is but then again it is in an airport setting so prices are over inflated. Club sandwich my wife got looked amazing and she said it tasted really good, shame to say the chicken burger is got was slightly over cooked and dry. For 53 euros we would of expected better cooked food

Really enjoyed the banana pancakes with berries. Coffee was also very tasty. Waitress was friendly. Ambiance was nice with the soft music playing. Would definitely eat here again if provided the opportunity.

Good food table service restaurant at Schiphol at departure pier F. . . Good English breakfast, tasty omelettes. Good fresh burgers. And a delicious vegetarian burger made from goat cheese. Open kitchen with nice service. Highly recommended

Just spent 10 days in Europe and not one bad service experience. Just sat down for lunch and was ignored multiple times. The shaved head bartender the worst. Look at my reviews. I never leave a bad one. Not sure if he didnt like the language I spoke but I paid my bill and left I hope his managers read this

The Beef and chicken burgers were absolutely fantastic so tasty and good size of portion we loved onions rings with it , chef’s 👩‍🍳taking the job very serious 💯👍well worth the money you pay.

The best airport salad! Then took half an hour to bring out a half frozen brownie, I'm guessing it got whipped out the fridge when asked if they can refund so I can go!

For airport food, it definitely exceeded our expectations and our waitress Marika was super nice and attentive.

Go here if you think that a cold club sandwich with 3 slices of 1mm thin chicken is worth 20 euros.

International part of Schipol is poor for food choices. Very difficult to find descent restaurant. On that background this restaurant is great. However, i think dishes are overpriced and tiny portions. Nevertheless, if you want to eat something except fast food, this restaurant is the best choice

Try the Middle Eastern stuffed egg plant. Awesome taste along with the mixed salad.

My first stop when at the airport! Club sandwich better on my latest visit! Very comfortable areas and some delicious burgers and starters! Unfortunately disappointed with my club sandwich, hardly any fillings just basically 3 slices of bread. Definitely give it a miss.

On my trip to Ghana I had enough time to take in the atmosphere of the airport. In addition to the countless fast food shops, there were also a few restaurants. But the Lowlands spoke to me immediately and so I took a break there. The menu offers everything from sandwiches, salads to steaks and burgers. My order was taken by a very friendly waitress and the beer came to the table quickly. The food was also served quickly and tasted very good. An espresso rounded off my meal. Yes, it is expensive. But you are sitting at one of the largest airports in Europe. This atmosphere with the international guests and the anticipation of my trip to Ghana made me pay the bill with a smile. Great shop, very nice service and good food/drinks! I would love to come back!

Ok if you want burgers. Service a bit slow for an airport restaurant, luckily we had time.

The guy taking orders, once we asked if the meet is halal, he go mad and he said that’’ here we don’t make halal’!! And we started ordering even vegan he said: not available !! Afterwards we started ordering and in meantime we asked him to make check separately and again he said: no we take one order per table not per person !!!! So we all understand even the other clients that he wouldn’t us to stay…this man is the incarnation of RACISM. That all!!!

This was a lovely place and was great fast service. All the staff were very lovely and was friendly service :) also the food did not disappoint at all! 🙌

My favorite place for coffee or lunch is a Black Angus burger. It's a little away from the busiest part.

Terrible service. Clearly not enough staffs. After 30 min waiting, had to leave the restaurant to catch my flight…. Won’t go there next time.

Overpriced food and especially beers

Calm and relaxed area for a nice beer and club sandwich.

Kom hier al jaren voor een biertje als ik op Schiphol ben. Altijd uitstekend. Nu besloten om ook wat te eten, hamburg was op zich prima, maar dat er extra kosten voor mayonaise en ketchup worden gerekend bij afrekenen is niet netjes. Zeker niet als de mayo dusdanig smerig is met een harde top laag erop, dat is echt niet ok. Drankje was altijd prima, maar met deze praktijken ga ik volgende keer wel ergens anders kijken.

The service here has become outstanding. I don't know the barman's name but he jovial, happy in his work and excellent at it. Update: Donavan!

Good food. Good beer. Friendly staff. I wasn’t impressed with the “premade sandwiches” in the general gate area eateries. At Lowlands the food was made to order and high quality! I spent 4 hours here waiting for a connection. I walked the entire area first, best spot IMO.

Very good breakfast for an airport. Good price too. Had the traditional English breakfast. Eggs were well cooked, bacon and sausage were flavorful. The bread was dense and was cold. Had a few bites of it and couldn't do more. Got a ham and cheese croissant to go, was okay. Would eat here again.

Great spot but, I come through every month for work, and I always see the demand is higher than the staff can supply at the bar. There are consistently people waiting and leaving for lack of being served. I have 4 hours layover every time, and I see this every time. The staff are super helpful, just need more.

Garbage waiter served with an attitude. He brought an "incorrect"drink to a friend I was dining with, then took it back, bringing him a smaller one... which he would've had to inevitably dump out unless he gave to another patron. Waiter also tried to make an excuse about why he couldn't break up the charge per table, stating something in regards to the meals on the planes. I can understand not being able to break up the table charge, but don't try to make up a lame excuse. Finally, the restaurant was not even close to capacity, so he had no real excuse to take a long period of time for service. Food was okay, fries were unseasoned (not even salt) but I can't really say anything against if that is normal. Burger was overly cooked, but again can't judge much if that's normal here.

Does the job if you're hungry whilst traveling, very slow though so look elsewhere if your flight is somewhat soon. When I split the bill with the other person I was eating with the staff charged us more than the combined total of the meal.

Unbelievable food, best restaurant in Schiphol. Yon was very friendly and fast, will visit again next time, Mexican Burrito and Avacado toast was the best we’ve had

The food was not good, the mushrooms were dry and unprofessionally prepared. One meal was lukewarm, really bad, but the service was very, very nice and tried hard.

Very accommodating service staff, tasty burger and a job well done by Stefano. He deserves to have a pay raise.

This is one of the best places at Schiphol airport to have dinner. They serve a wide selection of food including burgers, snacks, wine, beer and desserts. We had the loaded lowland burger and the steak. The burger was really good while the steak was excellent. At the price it is a bargain. Service was really good and so was the whole experience. That is why i give this restaurant my best recommendations.

Nice beer! Pricey but that was to be expected

Although I had lounge access I popped in here during a recent layover for two pints of Heineken and to watch some Serie A football. Didn't eat but the food looked good, beer a bit pricey but not unexpected. Overall a good place to stop and unwind for a bit if you've ever got time to kill at Schiphol.

I had some time before my flight so I had lunch at this restaurant. Ordered a beer and a hamburger. The beer was perfectly cold and delicious! Unfortunately, the burger patty was a little dry and dry. It was a comfortable restaurant with spacious seats and plenty of sunlight. You can have a relaxing time when it's empty.

Good burger and chips at the airport. Nice selection of beers and soft drinks. Big tables for larger groups as well as cosy seating for couples and families.

Super polite bartender and disgusting waiter in the restaurant. As soon as we entered, I asked if we could order food faster as we were in a hurry to catch a plane. We were told to take a seat. We sat down at the table where there was an outlet for charging the phone. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went and ordered drinks at the bar myself and returned to my table. After another 10-15 minutes of waiting, I went back to the waiter to find out when he would come to us. He told me again that I should sit at the table. But where we sat down, he does not serve. There is no information about this. And he didn't tell us. Although he walked for all these 20 minutes and saw us. He could have told us. And when I asked him how we should find out if there is a service at this table, he replied so you didn't ask. Forget about this place if you want to eat fast.

There was a mouse wandering around the kiosk, workers saw it and did nothing about it. Disgusting.

INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The rudest cashier I had ever met! I ordered two coffees, two croissants and a bottle of water (which didn’t have a price on the shelf) the total came to €28 so I asked the cashier if I could see the bill so I could know the price of the water. The old lady cashier shook her head, put her hands in the air and told me “pay, pay, then you get a receipt” I asked her again to show me the bill, which she did in an angry way muttering comments under her breath. I then told her in Dutch “I am allowed to ask that you know” to which she told me my Dutch was awful. (This lady also spoke with a heavy accent when speaking Dutch) I am Dutch and was born here, although have lived in England for the past 20 years so my accent is probably a little unusual. I was completely shocked and confused at her reaction to my simple request and felt really disappointed as the Netherlands is so multicultural and we should be supporting everyone who visits/lives here to learn the language and be respectful of the country. I came away very angry at how rude and disrespectful this woman was.

Unbelievable club sandwich. I am a club-sandwich fiend! A very hard item to find outside the US. At best, usually a foreign club sandwich is a cheap knock-off that falls far short of even a mediocre US club. Oh no my friend, not so here. The club sandwich at the Lowland pub was far and away the best club I have ever had!!! Now, it requires consumption with a knife and fork, not your usual "hold in the hands" type of sandwich, but it is well worth it. I am honestly looking forward to my next trip through Schiphol as I can't wait for my next one! And our server, Mearke???? (so sorry for not noting her actual name) was fantastic.

Great Mexican style breakfast. Will definitely have that again when I transit through again, slightly lower score for service, she was on her own and very busy so had to chase her to order and pay.

Busy and pricey but relaxing spot in very busy airport

We were here fairly early in the morning so it was quite empty and plenty of choice of seating. Staff were friendly and happy to help and accommodate at all times, was also happy to recommend dishes to us. Breakfast was delicious, a bit expensive for what you get but being in an airport it’s understandable. I chose scrambled eggs (which came a bit soggy), not specifically to my taste but still enjoyed it. Plenty of choice and options and the fresh juice is lovely! Would recommend for somewhere to eat if you’re in Schipol.

On an extended layover, I had lunch here. Solid - albeit not very traditional - pokebowl, and a large serving size. Generous pour of wine. But the service was neither friendly nor efficient. Most customers had to hunt down the waiter or go to the bar to get anything done. And the waiter was also almost non-verbal as a server, no warmth whatsoever. Add to that the fairly high cost and I'd say average no better.

It was a fantastic experience, very good food and service, my veggie salad looked so great that I missed to make a photo 😂 strongly recommended. My big appreciation to the team, you wouldn’t expect this level of service in the airport, I will definitely come back again 👌

The chicken burger won’t disappoint! Fresh and delicious

Had a chicken waffle and it was amazing. Got the crunchy side on top of the waffle and sweet from the syrup is perfectly balance. One of the few restaurants that have a warm food in Schipol.

What a great restaurant. Bad service, wrong prices, and then it's our fault. The manager is not there, we pay the full price? T is that the review was rejected here if I make bad comments, but this. Shut down that trade. Oh yes, and 8 euros for a 30cl beer.. 🥲

Decent quality and price for an Airport.

What a fantastic breakfast!!! Were looking for a nice sit down restaurant at AMS and this was perfect. The avocado toast was the best we’ve ever had, and we order it often. The Mexican omelet was also delicious, as werw the granola with fruit, yogurt and honey. Hats off to Adam the chef and to Meryl who provided us excellent service.

We served excellent local unfiltered beer. The price is 11 euros

The burgers were okay, but a bit more expensive. Okay for waiting for the next flight, but I don't need to eat there more often. The mayonnaise looked like someone had put it in the bowl hours before.

Served a chilled, extra chilled Heineken from the tap with a pint glass from the fridge. Only a Heineken I had in AMS. And it was worth it.

The service and food were more than excellent! We were greeted with a friendly smile, and our visit continued with exceptional service. The food was delicious and portions were hearty. Well worth a visit!!!

Amazing service. Jannie was so helpful as I have coeliac disease I struggle to find food but jannie took time to talk me through the menu and I had a beautiful omelette which was 100% safe and gluten free. Thank you

I had a fantastic rib eye steak here along with a fresh salad and a glass of Merlot. Really liked this place…nice atmosphere, great food, good stuff.

Initial bartender who took my order was pleasant and polite. My order came out wrong (no white toast). I didn’t say they got the order wrong, I said “may I have some white toast?” The server then got mad. Raised his voice and said, “you ordered wheat!” I did not order wheat, but I didn’t care if they wanted to charge me more, so I just said again I’d like some white toast. The cook then comes out to tell me that I didn’t order white toast and that I ordered wheat. Again, I ordered white toast. Moment later, the cook comes back with cold, untoasted, white bread on a plate. I accept it and move on. I open the butter packet for my bread, and it is 100% liquid melted butter that exploded all over me. No attention was given to me by the staff until after I had started to walk out to the restroom to try and clean up. When I return, the server blames me for spilling the butter on myself. Said I should have known it was liquid since the food was hot (the food was not hot, barely warmed from the eggs/bacon/toast). I am now travelling internationally with grease stains on my polo and pants.

The breakfast bowl was good enough that I ordered a second round and the staff were all really lovely, marieke was all smiles and great at her work.

The bartender Donovan was great. His charismatic personality and banter made the experience to a great memory.

Last chance for dutch food before you leave. Service when I went wasn't great, and it's an airport, so nothing exceptional there, but for that last chocomel and uitsmijter before you leave it's good food.

Ordered a ginger, carrot and mango juice that was off. It had a made on date of 11.07.24 and a use by date of 13.07.24 on 13.07.24. When I told the old man serving to get a fresher juice, he said he had made it today and that it was too healthy for me. Rude service, lying staff and bad drink.
