Located in the first floor of Westfield Mall of The Netherlands, Tatsu is an all you can eat sushi and meats restaurant. You can order every 8-9 minutes for up to two hours. Most of the dishes were quite good. The quality is on the higher end of all you can eat type of restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have any allergies make sure to mention it in your reservation. We went on Tuesday around 4:45PM and the restaurant was already busy. You need a reservation or might miss out. I think prices are fair, portions are sized just right, with beef being a little big. The Deluxe menu offers extra salmon dishes and Dragon Roll, highly recommend!

We have been coming here 2 to 3 times a month for lunch or dinner since opening. We went for dinner again last week, and it started right away when we arrived at 8:30 and were told the kitchen closes at 10. So, no two hours, but paying full price for 1.5 hours. The sauce containers were broken. The hygiene of the chairs, tables, etc., is really substandard. Lots of stains and sticky stuff, etc. Given the short timeframe, we placed many orders. At least 20 percent never made it to our table. Yes, it was busy, but it isn't free here, and I expect value for money. As usual, I gave a 15 euro tip. That is the last time. Quality in hygiene, proper order management, and the right timeframe for the price must be in order. We would like to go back to where it started. We are giving it another chance, but it really needs to improve. Update Sept 2026. Lately, there has been a much wider selection and tasty food!! It is back among our favorites, provided we can sit quietly outside in front of the entrance. The restaurant inside urgently needs to close for a week for a complete makeover; the floors, benches, tables, and chairs are worn out. The toilets also need a complete renovation. It is always busy enough there, so there must be money available.

I had a 2-hour all-you-can-eat dinner here, from 18:00 to 20:00. The food was good and the service was fine too. Despite it being busy, the dishes arrived reasonably quickly and the service was friendly. My only real point of criticism is the price-quality ratio. For the price you pay, you expect more. The food is good, but in my opinion, not special enough to fully justify the price. Additionally, the drinks are really quite overpriced. Unfortunately, you see this at many all-you-can-eat restaurants, but it remains a downside, especially since the bill adds up quickly as a result. All in all, a good experience in terms of food and service, but I find the price on the high side for what you get in return. That is why I give it 3 stars.

We were here for lunch. I don't really understand what all the glowing reviews in the other comments are based on, because the food was genuinely worse than at other all-you-can-eat restaurants (where you obviously don't go for quality, but where you should still be able to eat well). We tried almost everything on the menu, and, apart from the sushi (which was okay), the majority of it just wasn't tasty. Way too much sweet, Chinese-Indonesian-style sauce on the prawns and the black pepper beef, for example. Mega dry chicken in the Japanese sesame chicken salad, and fried dishes (which clearly needed new oil!) drenched in mayo. And then having to pay extra per scoop of ice cream too :')..

I have eaten at Tatsu twice now and was very pleased both times. The food is good, the service is fast and friendly, and everything is taken care of neatly. Definitely recommended!

If you come with two people, you get the less nice spots and they are very close together. The food was very good, ordering was easy, it was brought quickly, and plates were cleared quickly too. The table was a bit too small for all the food though 😉

Today, we had a reservation at restaurant Tatsu at 6:00 PM. We traveled a long distance to enjoy a pleasant weekend with our family. Unfortunately, we had an accident in the parking lot on the way. As a result, we spent nearly 40 minutes sorting everything out and finding a solution. When we finally arrived at the restaurant, we politely explained the situation to the person at the front desk. Unfortunately, we received absolutely no understanding of our situation, and no solution was offered. There was no willingness to help at all, even though we clearly explained what had happened. It was already an incredibly unpleasant day because of the accident. We traveled a long distance specifically to have a good time with our family, but unfortunately, our day was ultimately completely ruined. The last thing we expected was to receive so little understanding and customer friendliness at the restaurant as well. I find it very unfortunate that customers are treated this way. You cannot plan for an accident. Especially in a situation like this, you expect a little understanding and humanity. A very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, no more Tatsu for us.

We ate here yesterday, but unfortunately, it was not a good experience. It feels mainly like mass production, where attention to the guest is hard to find. We ordered à la carte beef teriyaki with rice, as well as sushi. The sushi and rice arrived first. The meat only arrived about 15 minutes later. By then, the rice was COLD. We reported this to a lady who indicated she would look into it. Subsequently, we did not see her again and received no feedback whatsoever. Afterwards, we were able to exchange the rice for a new portion, but that meant we had to wait again while the meat would get cold. That is obviously not the intention. The meat itself was also unfortunately (way too overcooked) and tasteless. The impression we got is that the focus here is mainly on settling the bill and much less on whether guests can eat comfortably, quietly, and enjoyably. Definitely not recommended for us, especially not with a large group or on the weekend. It is clearly geared towards large volumes and a fast turnover, and unfortunately, you notice that in the quality and service.

Ate at Tatsu on opening day. The food was delicious, the sushi portions were good, and the fried dishes were perfectly fried. The No Pornostar cocktail is highly recommended. Furthermore, the restaurant looks fine. Edit - Still really tasty Edit2 - 6 full rounds

The food was good but the workers was so mean not all of them only the two Chinese boys wear glases were super mean and they working without effort asif they were forced to work + i told them i was allergict to sesmi and they didnt care and brought all the food with sesimi

Had a delicious meal at Tatsu! The sushi was very tasty and there is a wide selection. Besides sushi, you can also order various meat, fish, and other dishes, so there is something for everyone. Additionally, the service was fast and the food was served quickly. The only downside is that it is a bit on the pricey side. All in all, definitely a nice place to have a full meal and try many different things!

Our favorite sushi restaurant when it comes to all-you-can-eat! The sushi tastes very good, there is a lot of choice, and the food usually arrives quickly. That does depend on how busy it is, though. In terms of price, it is also still somewhat affordable, especially considering the quality you get. It is often noisy and crowded there, though, so you can't enjoy a nice, quiet meal. But otherwise, definitely recommended!

Drove all the way there, had clearly indicated we wanted a quiet table for 2. Upon arrival, there were about 5 4-person tables free. I asked for a quiet table in the corner, but that wasn't possible because it was busy. It was really ridiculous; there were plenty of tables free. And now we are sitting comfortably, Bin Shabu Shabu. What an excellent place, as always. By the way, this has happened to you guys quite often. It's a shame, we won't be coming back.

To be completely honest, the food is amazing. Unfortunately, the staff is a different story. Since you order from a screen, customer service and human interaction already aren't much of a priority. So how hard can it get ... However, our experience with the staff today was genuinely disappointing. They were rude, acted as if they owned the place, and made us feel very unwelcome. We ordered à la carte for over €180, and then our kids were not allowed to take the leftovers home. It's absurd and, even illegal, as we paid for the food and service. What a disaster. So instead of taking it home, we guess it all goes to the next customer... This is the second time we've had this experience, so never again. It's a real shame because the food is excellent, but the staff completely ruins the overall experience.

Probably the worst restaurant in Den Haag. Service is mediocre. Atmosphere is not bad. Food is the really problem, everything taste the same just no flavor at all.

We visited the restaurant today. What can I say? The food was delicious, everything was served very quickly, but the menu wasn't very clear. The waiter asked us what menu we wanted. We clearly didn't choose the lunch menu, and he said "for several portions," but we didn't see what we wanted. Since the waiter spoke very little English, it was difficult to understand, but thankfully, everything was quick. Since neither the ventilation nor the air conditioning worked, it was very hot and stuffy. The wasabi was hot, the ginger was hot, and the yew itself was warm. Therefore, we didn't experience the taste of fresh, authentic dishes (like sushi).

This is the rudest restaurant I have ever been to. The food arrives late, and if you go for lunch at 3:00 PM, you have to pay for dinner already, even though dinner doesn't start until 4:00 PM. It is a complete disaster. Don't go there if you don't want to waste your money and make a fool of yourself.

The food is nothing special, the wait is VERY long. They don't turn on the air conditioning to save money. It's terribly stuffy... They don't bring half the order, and you have to constantly ask where the rest is. Overall, the service is 0.

Food: My number 1 all-can-eat sushi! Their premium sushi selection is also delicious, such as their Tatsu dragon roll. But even without their premium menu, their sushi is absolutely delectable. My favorite: seared sake nigiri, unagi, crispy mayo, sashimi salad, and Korean Fried Chicken Soy Garlic. Service: They are also reasonably fast with delivery, especially if you order the lunch menu. I like that you can also quickly order drinks, wasabi, and ginger via their app instead of having to wave my hand for it. Ambience: Luxurious, Japanese-inspired, and low-light setting. The wooden chests of drawers give off an antique and Spirited Away vibe. Their displayed swords, wood decor, and styling take me back to Demon Slayer Infinity Castle XD (or is it just me?). And especially the back room with the Chinese statue; truly beautiful!

Poor customer service and confusing rules ​I am a frequent customer here and often bring my friends, but our recent experience left a very bad taste in our mouth. Because we are not heavy eaters, we ordered à la carte so we could take our leftovers home. ​A female staff member correctly told us this was fine. However, a male colleague later stepped in and made us feel incredibly uncomfortable. He allowed us to take the food, but claimed he was only doing it because his colleague was "wrong" and made a mistake. ​He was completely backward. She was 100% right—when you order à la carte, you pay per dish, and you are absolutely allowed to take your food home. It was totally unfair of him to make us feel like we were doing something wrong, and it was wrong of him to blame his colleague when she was the only one who actually knew the correct policy. Management needs to train their staff so customers aren't made to feel guilty for taking home food they paid for.

Good price for lunch. But the sushi is very substandard, as if everything was made in the morning and is sitting there for a few hours waiting to be served.

The food was very tasty and the two of us certainly enjoyed it. The service was very fast and definitely fresh. Unfortunately, we both woke up with stomach upset and multiple trips to the bathroom. I felt it was a shame to end it like that, considering what we spent.

A pleasant Japanese restaurant with friendly and attentive service. The food was delicious, with plenty of choice in both fish and meat. The sushi tastes excellent and all the dishes are beautifully presented. It is not cheap, but with every bite you can taste that quality is not compromised. Highly recommended!

The best all-you-can-eat we have ever had. Fresh sushi with fresh, flavorful salmon. The rolls with beef and melted cheese inside were DELICIOUS. The rolls with beef and asparagus were also delightful. The fried chicken with red sauce was also delicious. Food was served quickly. All in all, we enjoyed it very much and will definitely be back.

Tatsu just replied to this. I've asked a FEW employees, at each of their different facilities(i've eaten there a lot). and EACH of them told me the same thing...they do NOT get the tips...of course, you, future customers, can decide...that the management is saying what they're saying in SPITE of what their employees told me? wow. they just lost me as a customer...between the 3, i've eaten there at least 20 times...i'm sure i can do with some other place, just like my absence won't hurt them...but i won't support this sort of business... if what the employees are telling the truth(and why wouldn't they?) it just shows what some businesses are willing to do... again...the food is decent, but... this place is ok, but... i'd like people to know...and this was told to me by an employee/ waiter at one of the Haarlem Tatsus...the tips do NOT go to the employees/waiters...that's it.

We went for lunch at this sushi restaurant today and I absolutely do not regret it. The sushi was super fresh and the duck was really delicious. The crusty shrimp couldn't have been better. We eat sushi quite often, but I have only had it this fresh and well-made at one other sushi restaurant. I would definitely go here if you don't want to be disappointed; here you know 100% for sure that you will get good and fresh sushi. It wasn't expensive either and the atmosphere was cozy. It's also nice that you can park for free in The Mall's parking lot.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here because food I ordered kept getting forgotten during my rounds. I specifically asked in the options if they could do something with the last dessert because we’ve been married for a year, but I just got a very dry ice cream and that was it. Very nice.

I visited Tatsu for the first time tonight and was very curious, so expectations were high! The restaurant is beautifully and sleekly decorated. Despite the narrow layout, it feels visually spacious. We went for a deluxe menu twice (46.50) and a children's menu twice. The sushi was tasty, the dishes and selection were extensive and mostly halal (a plus for me). What disappointed me about this place was the following: - the deluxe menu is quite limited - you choose a deluxe menu, yet you still pay extra for mochi ice cream? - the sushi rolls and dishes were not necessarily of higher quality in terms of taste/experience than a Mojo, for example. All in all, a nice experience; good to have been once, but I think the sushi rolls from an average Mojo restaurant taste better in comparison. For a deluxe menu of 46.50 pp, I might have expected a little more.

I have been here 3 times now. The food is fine to very good, with the exception of a few dishes (corn with cheese and the pepper beef), but there is really little choice compared to other similar restaurants. The restaurant looks nice and spacious. But... One of the times we were there, we had reserved for 18:00. When we arrived at 17:30 to ask if we could sit earlier, they made a problem out of it because the restaurant was supposedly fully booked at 18:00, which shouldn't matter since we were one of those reservations. The last time we were there, we were allowed to choose our own table with a choice of 2 different tables. Then something went wrong, like the wrong table number was entered into the tablet or something, because the waiter couldn't find which table our drinks were supposed to go to. Then 3 different people came by to fix that; doesn't seem like a difficult task to me. And then half of all the rounds we had ordered didn't arrive, both the sushi and the grill dishes. But that shouldn't be due to the previous mistake, since some dishes did arrive. We also received incorrect dishes from other tables. It is all very unfortunate, but the fact that things didn't go quite right so often means we will go somewhere else next time.

It was an amazing experience. Beautiful design, spacy, excellent service, lovely staff, and food is just perfect. Better to book a table in advance as it is quite busy most of the time. When busy they might as asked for 2 hours max stay (though still flexible if table not needed)

Our experience at Tatsu Sushi Leidschendam was downright disappointing and actually unacceptable. We had made a reservation in advance and were able to prove it. Yet, we were told there was an error in their system and our reservation was simply not acknowledged. Despite having proof and even mentioning that we had come from far away, there was absolutely no willingness to cooperate or offer a solution — even though there were clearly still seats available. What made it even worse was that we were there with children. No understanding or helpfulness was shown whatsoever. The staff's attitude was cold and completely unwelcoming. This made us feel very uncomfortable and even ashamed in front of our children. For a place where a family easily pays around €200, you should expect at least respect, service, and customer friendliness. It felt more like we were worthless as customers. Very disappointing. This is not how you treat people, let alone families who make the special effort to come by.

We had another super delicious meal. The sauces, the meat, and the sushi were all top-notch. The service was also really fast; you don't have to wait long at all. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very attentive, which is always a plus. What we also find very convenient is ordering via a tablet. It works smoothly and keeps track of everything well; a nice and modern way of ordering. This was already our third time, and we will definitely be back. The only small downside: the tables can sometimes be a bit small, especially if you order a lot. However, empty plates are cleared away immediately, so that helps. Highly recommended!

I have rarely had such a bad experience in a restaurant as here. The food was simply inedible. The dishes arrived lukewarm and tasted as if they had been prepared hours in advance. The ingredients seemed anything but fresh, and the combinations made no sense at all. Additionally, the service was also far below par. The staff seemed uninterested and barely responded to our complaints. We had to wait a long time, both for the food and for the bill. For the price you pay here, you expect at least reasonable quality, but that was absolutely not the case. This restaurant is a huge disappointment to me, and I will certainly not be returning.

At this location, the staff does not appear to meet the desired professional standard. I advise you to take a more critical look at the composition of the team and, where necessary, hire different personnel. In its current form, it does not serve as a representative calling card for the location.

The food was fine, but I had a stomach ache for 2 days. This is awful. On top of that, the toilets are a mess too, men going to the women's restroom and vice versa. It makes you want to cry!! I would not recommend this place. I regret ever having been here.

The food was okay, but upon returning home, both my companions and I had terrible stomach aches and a restless, nauseous night, vomiting and frequent toilet visits. For 50 euros per person, we expected and hoped for a bit more... Unfortunately, this spoiled the evening.

Got food poisoning here... For a €50 all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, you expect the fish to taste like fish, not old rubber. Even the salmon was dry and tasteless, which is quite an achievement. The lamb chops were okay, though.

I've eaten here several times and always enjoyed the variety on the menu. I always go home feeling satisfied! It just seems to be getting more and more crowded; recently, it felt like we were dining out with the people next to us. :)

Beautiful restaurant in Westfield, free parking. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The food was also delicious. The grilled rack of lamb, grilled scallop, hamachi ponzu, and salmon ponzu are must-try! I 100% recommend the deluxe menu; it's definitely worth it.

Unpleasant, crowded, dirty, expensive.

I have been twice to Tatsu, and it is truly one of the best all you can eat Japanese restaurants I’ve tried. You can pay an extra to get special dishes, but I think its not worth it, as the “basic” menu is more than enough. Sushi tastes great, and the hot dishes are amazing too. Waiters are nice, and dishes are served quickly. They also have a wide selection of cocktails. I would definitely recommend.

No birthday celebrations here. For my birthday, it had been arranged that there would be a cake to surprise me. The cake was brought an hour in advance, and a staff member had even called my friend that day to confirm that the cake was to be served. When the cake was brought, it was confirmed again that it was a birthday boy (I knew nothing about this). Unfortunately, this nice surprise was completely ruined by a staff member. While we were having dessert, she came to our table with the cake (in the box, still in the bag) and put it on the table. She said: "There was a cake for this table..." and followed that up with "Would you like plates with it?" I don't know how this is normal, but all logic had apparently evaporated. I would like to mention that I had at least expected her to have taken the cake out of the bag and maybe out of the box. There was no need for any bells or whistles. This was done extremely clumsily. When I mentioned this after dinner, I was told that they don't do anything for birthdays, but that this should have been clearly stated. I don't believe that either, because why would they call my friend for confirmation and then accept the cake.

The restaurant was almost empty when I visited on a Monday evening. They offered me l bunch of small tables in the back of the hall to choose from. Probably because I was alone. I asked to pick a booth or a table next to the window, was denied. Even though the atmosphere is nice there, this already made me want to spend less time and money there. I ordered sashimi salad and a salmon roll. The fish in sashimi was really not fresh, especially the tuna. The fact that the salmon roll was pretty good, did not salvage my mood or opinion about this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed the all-you-can-eat menu! Everyone was very full, and we tried everything. There's plenty to choose from, so I recommend trying it for yourself if you haven't already. I couldn't get enough of the shrimp; I tried them all, and I tried them again on my last round because they were so delicious! The menu is extensive, so you can't go wrong and you'll want to try everything. If you have any questions, you can call a service representative, and they'll be happy to help. Unfortunately, I didn't get to photograph everything because the delicious food almost made me forget, but we'll definitely be back!

Looking at Tatsu's price list, you'd expect a luxury all-you-can-eat restaurant. After all, the price is higher than the average AYCE. Nothing could be further from the truth. Tatsu is a boisterous experience focused on crowds and throughput, not on atmosphere or a relaxed guest experience. Our first impression upon arrival was pleasant. We received friendly service, and the staff member led us to the back of the restaurant. We walked past long rows of tables until we finally reached our seats. Before we had even taken off our coats, the concept was already being explained. When we finally landed, the staff member had already flown off, leaving us with a tablet and a few questions. The space is large, noisy, and noticeably warm. There was no real way to recover from the hustle and bustle upon arrival, as the timer had already started. You can order four dishes per person per round. In two hours, you'll end up with about 20 to 25 dishes, assuming you also want to have a pleasant evening. Although "pleasant" is relative here: it's difficult to actually hear each other. The tables are close together, and conversations from other tables are easier to follow than your own. The dishes themselves are comparable to those of other AYCE restaurants. The quality is okay. The sushi rice is a bit dry, but that's not unusual for Dutch sushi restaurants. What's noticeable is that many sushi rolls are generously topped with (spicy) mayonnaise. Mayonnaise is often used to add extra flavor, but at Tatsu, it's likely to compensate for a lack of it. After an hour and a half, a staff member announced that the last round had arrived. "Mass is cash," she reiterated. A two-hour reservation suddenly felt time-pressured. If you enjoy loud ambient noise, fast-paced dining, and sushi with plenty of mayonnaise, then Tatsu is definitely recommended. Those, like me, who prefer quality over quantity should probably skip this massive food hall.

The food at Tatsu was good, nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the service was truly terrible. Hardly anyone came by to help or check if everything was alright. We had to call out several times and try to get attention, but even then they wouldn't come. That ruined the whole experience. It's a shame, because with better service, this could be a great place.

We had reserved a table five weeks in advance and specifically requested a specific spot. To confirm, I even visited in person; they confirmed everything was fine. On the day itself, our table turned out to be occupied. When we pointed this out, the presumably manager or owner reacted unfriendlyly. The service was also subpar: we had to ask several times for the table to be cleared and cleaned, and they visibly rolled their eyes. One employee was friendly and understanding, which we appreciated. Nevertheless, the experience was disappointing, especially considering the positive reviews we had heard beforehand. Unfortunately, this will remain a one-time visit for us.

Despite a reservation made five weeks in advance for a birthday, it turned out upon arrival that our table had been assigned to someone else. When we pointed this out, the staff reacted aggressively and unprofessionally and refused to offer a suitable solution. After the meal, we requested multiple times that the table be cleared, without success, and were furthermore confronted with unfriendly non-verbal reactions. Only after the intervention of another staff member at the cash register was the matter handled correctly. We are very disappointed with the service, and this was the last time for our party.

Menus priced between 28-48 Euros are filling and delicious. Highly recommended.

The restaurant is quite spacious, both inside and out. As for the food, some dishes were good, while others left something to be desired. The portions are small, which is a good thing. Regarding the menu, they offer two options, with similar prices, only about €7-€8 apart. The deluxe menu includes some additional dishes, which come at an extra cost. On the other hand, we were surprised to see duck and lamb on the menu, which was a plus. We should also mention the low prices of the drinks, which surprised us. Overall, the quality and price are good, and it's highly recommended.

Definitely not worth the money. This food is more of a 'filler' level. The sushi is mediocre, especially the fish and rice. The fish is clearly not of the best quality. You also have to pay extra for a huge number of dishes, even for the edamame! Service is on the slow side. The ambiance is okay.

We ‘ve been in the restaurant multiple times. It’s amazing! Please mind that it’s very popular and you have to book in advance. That’s the only drawback if you like spontaneous dinning.

Food is cheap for the price. You can do better for 2/3th of the price

Stopped by at Tatsu for a spontaneous dinner with friends and we each took a Ramen bowl which we were very pleased with. The flavours of each bowl were quite alive, allowing me to enjoy the freshness of the various ingredients. I wouldn’t say it’s the best ramen I’ve had but it definitely passes the quality test. It’s worth stopping by and trying out if you’re ever in the area. The staff here is really nice, we had a great time chatting up with one of the waitresses who had a pretty long day at work. I always enjoy the vibes at any place when the staff has good energy you can feed off of. So, thanks to the staff for also making the experience more enjoyable and having the patience with our jokes and chatter!

The food was good. The service wasn't great. Half an hour before our time was up, we were being pushed to finish. Fifteen minutes before the end of our time, the same story again. A bit of a shame.

First off: VERY friendly service personell all around. What we ate for lunch: All Nigiri Nicely seasoned rice Fried ebi Hot, fresh, crispy Crispy chicken salad Cold chicken, not really crispy. Tasty dressing Grilled salmon Very nice Salmon mango fiesta Would be better with fresh mango strips in the roll instead of the avocado or shallot Chicken curry maki Very dense. Not a favourite Korean fried chicken sweet and spicy Only spicy. I love spicy food but this was not at all what I expected. Mango mochi Very, VERY tasty, but just above freezing. Waiting a few minutes solved that. Yello custard bun Incredibly pillowy soft bun with a hint of sweetness in the dough and the nicest custard on the inside. I wish I had space for more than 1 in my tummy 🥲

Every dish has its own taste, so not everything should just be garlic 👍🏼

The food is good, the staff is friendly, and parking is free. If you love sushi, it's definitely recommended.

The evening started well. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was good... until one point. After sitting there for an hour and a half, we were practically dismissed. Pushy questions like, "Are you going to order something or are you finished?" I didn't think this was appropriate, as we had a reservation for two hours. After they came by several times, I asked if there was a problem, because what's going on? Apparently, we had to make way for the new customers who had made reservations. There were still several tables available, and our two-hour reservation wasn't over yet... Afterward, I briefly mentioned at the cash register that we didn't like that. Instead of engaging in a constructive and customer-friendly conversation with us, the employee became defensive and blamed us for not following the house rules. Good food isn't everything; service largely determines whether customers return or not. That's a stupid way to do things...

It's good that they take pregnancy into account

The food is delicious. But if you're looking for a cozy table for two and don't want to peek at your neighbor's plate, this isn't the place for you.

We took the all you can eat, normally they give 2 hour just because it was Sunday we got 1.30 hour , but still worth every penny, little bit crowded , but in everything aside the food was delicious 🤤 , really going again , fully enjoyed and recommended ❤️

Hello, my girlfriend and I decided to go all-you-can-eat today. Well, here's the story of the day: We walked into a nearly empty restaurant and chose a seat. Then an angry old Chinese man came up to us and told us we had to ask if we could sit down first. Okay, Your Majesty. Very strange, because it was actually empty? But anyway, without a sigh or a murmur, we got up and begged to eat too? After all, we're just paying. Once we were shown to a bad spot in the back of a smelly corner, 2 cm away from a restroom, we could finally order. The sushi was cold and disgusting. Endame had no salt. Malaysian chicken tasted like bacteria. The only tasty food was the lamb skewer (though it really lacked salt, and they didn't even have any salt on the table). P.S. The martini was delicious, by the way. That old Chinese waiter was REALLY rude and mean. I pointed out to him that I didn't find him very friendly, and suddenly he said, "Okay, I wasn't, but okay?" Excuse me? I didn't do anything. Oh yeah, I also got hit on the back of the head with a tray. Anyway, Absolutely not recommended. If there's ever another pandemic, it'll probably be because of this unsanitary restaurant. Bye

Don't go between 14 and 16, they have a weird policy where they don't serve customers even if the restaurant is open (not sure how legal this is). We got there, and we got told that the team needed also to take a break between the lunch and dinner service, understandable, but they could simply fix their schedules especially on a Sunday, in a mall restaurant. Just avoid it go somewhere else where if the restaurant is open, they serve food.

Definitely recommended at The Mall of the Netherlands! At Tatsu, we enjoyed delicious, fresh sushi and other Asian specialties. Everything tasted fantastic, was beautifully presented, and halal. What made the experience even better was the friendly and attentive service. A top spot for a successful lunch or dinner!

Probably the worst Sushi I ever had. You’re better off eating frozen pizza. Service is on par with KFC.

Very good for what it offers. The food is very good and of good quality, we have been going for a while now and we have tried almosteverything. There are also vegan options. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It's an all you can eat restaurant so very good for us who have kids that like sushi a lot! Sometimes some dishes come at the table late, but they always come in the end. Two hours are more than enough for us to finish. Favourite dishes the spicy tuna roll and the flamed salmon nigiri, but everything is very tasty!
