Terras aan het water op Seburch Workum in Wijk 02 Nijefurd

Yesterday, we had a 5-course surprise menu including wine pairing for four people. They were perfectly matched. In one word: exquisite!

Charming restaurant with very knowledgeable and friendly service. The menu is incredibly extensive, which enhances the quality of the dishes. Their Portuguese red wine is highly recommended.

The concept is really great, the stews are incredibly delicious! 👌🏻

This shop seems to be out of business. My reservation was canceled, and the website is down. I can no longer redeem the gift certificate I received for my birthday. I think the owners saw bankruptcy coming, but they sold the certificate anyway. It's a bit sad, though.

You can immediately tell that a family with a passion for their work is at the helm: The service is consistently attentive, warm, and simply top-notch. The ambiance offers a perfect blend of sophisticated and pleasantly nostalgic – a wonderful, welcoming atmosphere. The excellent food perfectly rounds off the overall experience. A thoroughly enjoyable evening; we'll definitely be back!
