We had a fantastic meal with friends at this charming restaurant. The relaxed atmosphere was perfect, and we were treated to a tropical surprise menu. The accompanying wine pairing made it all complete. The food was delicious, and the generous portions were thoughtfully presented. I highly recommend Brugman in Bolsward.

Charming restaurant with very knowledgeable and friendly service. The menu is incredibly extensive which benefits the quality of the dishes. Their Portuguese red wine is highly recommended.

During a short stay in Sneek, we really wanted to "dine out." That's how we found Le Petit Bistro. With 14-16 seats, it's a small and intimate restaurant. It was an unforgettable evening. The hostess and chef are professional, attentive, and personal in their approach. You immediately feel at home. Our 5-course menu was exceptionally delicious and original. The wine pairing perfectly complemented the dishes. It was a kind gesture to suggest an alternative wine to go with the recommended wine. The wines were top-notch! The alcohol-free pairing that accompanied each course was a real surprise. We'd never experienced anything like it before. Highly recommended! In short: we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

Good atmosphere and service, the food is fantastic; excellent quality and prepared with love and you can taste it! Nice menu, price-quality ratio is excellent and it is always pleasant. Definitely recommended (also for a drink)!
