Thai Restaurant Buriram in Wijk 10 Binnenstad

Ordered today; I had the 340 beef with red peppers and onions. I don't often write reviews, but we've been looking for a good Thai restaurant for a while. Friendly staff, nice restaurant (even though I ordered takeout). But most importantly, the meat was super tender, nicely seasoned. Definitely worth going back!

terrible experience, terrible service, please do not visit or order

A cozy, intimate restaurant in the center of Hoorn. We lucked out on a Saturday evening without a reservation. We started with prawn crackers and satay sauce, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We decided on the three-course menu. For the first course, we had a chicken satay skewer, a spring roll, and fish cakes with chili sauce. Delicious! For the second course, we had a soup; I chose the spicy one and my boyfriend a milder one. This was also very tasty. Plenty of umami flavor, with the sharpness of the chilies, the sourness of the lime juice and lemongrass, the saltiness of the fish sauce, and the sweetness of the coconut milk. For the main course, we had stir-fried vegetables, red curry with beef, and chicken in oyster sauce with white rice. Delicious! We were starting to get quite full by this point. And to finish, we had a fried banana with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and some fruit. My only complaint was that the banana wasn't warm. Friendly and fast service. The food arrived quickly. The flavors were authentic and fresh. Highly recommended!

Friends took me to this restaurant. It's cozy, but with a nice atmosphere. The waitresses are friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic and the portions were generous. We parked on Westerdijk, which is a three-minute walk. It's not free, though. There is free parking a little further down the road at the ABC parking lot.

It may not look like the latest interior trends from the outside or inside! But the food and the staff more than make up for that! Highly recommended!!

Best thai in town! Brings you back to thailand! Love and passion for thai hospitality and good food. Therefore patience! A lot of love is put into the food. You can taste that. That sometimes takes a bit of time. More than worth it!

Nice place that feels much bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside. We had a delicious meal and now there were 2 of us, but I think it would also be great fun to come here with a larger group and all order something different so that you can taste even more of each other. Definitely recommended

You can enjoy delicious food here. Unfortunately, an unpleasant experience with reservations today. Made our reservation this morning. Received confirmation around 4 p.m., great. We then received a call that our reservation had been canceled because another company was coming with more people. Very unfortunate and not very neat. You can also let the other party know that expanding is not possible. I wouldn't make that choice myself to solve it this way. But apart from that, we have always had a good meal here.

Food here was very tasty. Service was great. Quickly attended and very friendly. Food was not as spicy as I had hoped but I was told this was because it was mild due to the large group.

Ordered food tonight and 1 gluten-free dish was not included, but they solved this very well. Great service!

eten was net zo lekker als 2 jaar geleden en bediening beter ,,,erg vriendelijk ,,,maar ineens was restaurant vol en andere tafels kreeg voorgerechten en naar lange wacht wij onze hoofdgerecten ,Maar was erg goed !!!! een punt ,,,erg lawaaiig ,,,kan elkaar niet verstaan !!!!

Om te beginnen was er n jong meisje dat bediende. Er kon geen glimlach of n aardig woord vanaf de hele avond . Zo ongeïnteresseerd . Heel jammer !de saté was heerlijk , het hoofdgerecht kip met wat fruit was lekker , maar nauwelijks kip gezien .

My favorite restaurant in Hoorn, the only one that I have returned to multiple times. Friendly family style service, although some patience/understanding is expected of the customer. Really everything is quite good, my favorites include the beef in cilantro and the stir fried chicken noodles.

Nergens zo lekker Thais eten als hier. Regelmatig halen we hier rode en groene curry met gebakken rijst en dat is altijd top!

The Thai Restaurant Buriram not only impresses with its authentic ambience, but also with an exquisite selection of Thai delicacies. The dishes were perfectly seasoned, freshly prepared and of outstanding quality. I was particularly impressed by the variety of vegetarian options. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly, making my visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience. Overall, an absolute recommendation for lovers of authentic Asian cuisine. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Always a pleasure to eat here. It is a small but very cozy restaurant and the products?…..they are absolutely wonderful!!! Delicious authentic dishes and interesting flavors. Make sure you book in advance because otherwise there probably won't be a place for you at this more popular location.

This has been my favorite restaurant for years, but the deterioration has started with them. In addition to the high prices, there is a hair in your food twice...I won't eat there anymore. Shame...

Sehr lecker, aber man benötigt eine Vorspeise damit man wirklich satt ist . Sehr sehr lecker und man muss Plätze reservieren. Das lokal ist klein daher schnell belegt . Aber sehr zu empfehlen . Wir kennen viele thailändische Restaurants .

Heerlijk gegeten. Vriendelijke bediening. Gerechten met tahoe, de tahoe was lekker knapperig gebakken. Vooral het gerecht met gember was erg smakelijk!

Zoo heerlijk gewoon echt alles is lekker van de kaart!! Personeel is altijd ook heel vriendelijk vol lof over dit restaurant. Vind het 1 van de betere voor thais eten !!!

Eten was goed lekker menu gehad wat goed op elkaar was afgestemd. Als we in Hoorn zijn zullen we hier zeker terug gaan. Maar dat duurt nog even.

Soms kom je in ern restaurant die boven het gemiddelde uitsteekt en waar het klopt. Buriam is zo'n pareltje. Een niet te groot restaurant met authentiek eten en goede bediening. Heerlijk.

Waanzinnig lekker gegeten. Iedere hap was genieten. Heel aardig personeel. Als ik een restaurant in Hoorn zou moeten aanraden zou het Buriram zijn.

Wij liggen met onze boot in de Grashaven en hebben eten laten bezorgen door dit restaurant, we dachten lekker makkelijk maar hadden niet verwacht zo'n perfecte kwaliteit te krijgen. Het was een verrassing... zo vers, zo krokant, ook de groente en het vlees was vers en mals. Wij hebben zelf ook een restaurant gehad en zijn zeer kritisch. Dit kon niet beter, dit maakt je blij.... Amazing and tasty Thai food with a lot of different options, service depend of the waitresses, could be improved. Otherwise 10+ for food!

Lekker eten en zeker weten? Toch maar even reserveren. Klein maar fijn restaurant met vriendelijke bediening en een heerlijke keuken.

Lekker gegeten maar wel prijzig

Wij hebben hier echt heerlijk gegeten. We moesten wel erg lang wachten tussen de gangen, ik denk wel een klein uur. In ons geval vonden we het niet erg omdat we met vrienden genoeg te kletsen hadden. Maar ik kan me voorstellen dat dat erg vervelend kan zijn. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

Heerlijk Thais eten in een gezellig restaurant met vriendelijke bediening. Goed betaalbaar en een hoge kwaliteit. Een echte aanrader.

Heerlijk op locatie gegeten. Voorgerecht: Garnalen in deegblad, Partner; Garnalen soep, pittig. Hoofdgerecht: Eendenborst met groenten, cashewnoten en mango. Partner; Curry met garnalen. Geserveerd met een kruidige pandang-rijst. Voortreffelijk gegeten. Bediening, heel vriendelijk. Sfeer; Klein maar voor een Thai best gezellig 😉

Portions have become significant smaller and thus this is much more expensive than before.

Geweldig goed eten!! Bijzonder fijne, leuke en goede bediening. Voor herhaling vatbaar en een grote aanrader.
