Delicious burgers and top-notch service! I picked up my order and everything was ready exactly on time. The staff was friendly and helped me quickly. The burgers were fresh, well-topped, and perfectly cooked. The fries were nice and crispy and still nice and warm when I got home. You can tell that attention is paid to the quality of the food. Everything was neatly packaged and the portions are generous. The value for money is also very good; you really get your money's worth. If you are looking for a good place to pick up a tasty burger, this is definitely highly recommended. I will certainly be back here more often!

Visiting Amsterdam & found this place delivered to our hotel. Not worth the hassle & delivered an hour late…yes, an hour. Called the restaurant to question where our order was & the person on the phone told me we weren’t the only people ordering from them. 😳 Not ok.

I ordered food here, it said 40 mins delivery time on Uber Eats. I’ve waited for two hours, called the restaurant several times going to voicemail, and still don’t know if our food is coming. We got the food, and extra chicken, that was nice!

I left this burger honestly disappointed, it was probably even worse than when I left the cinema yesterday from the movie Obsession. The whole concept didn't fit at all. The bun was overly sweet and the meat had a strange sausage texture, as if it were a semi-finished product. The strange cheese sauce didn't help the whole impression either; the establishment could have relied on its own, homemade recipe. The only thing I have to praise was the pickled onions. Unlike the classic pickle, it was a really pleasant change, but the burger itself, unfortunately, couldn't save it.

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery provided with them by uber eats.. waited for more than 2 hours for my food and nothing came, then decided to call... After trying more than 5 times they finally answered and said the food had been delivered to reception and they tried calling to tell me. None of this is true as i never received any calls or messages and also checked with reception! They never had a delivery and lied completely... so i lost 50€ on food and was treated rudely by the girl that answered! Very amgry with them for not taking responsibility

Very good burgers, we also ordered chicken tender, cauliflower pops and a fries on the side. Everything was super tasty, especially with the homemade mayonnaise(?). I ordered through Thuisbezorgd, which I like a lot better than Uber when it comes to food orders in the Netherlands. Uber seems to always make a mess out of it 😅

I tried the Don Burger and it was honestly amazing. The meat was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy and golden, not oily, and tasted great alongside the burger.

Its a cozy corner spot with really great burgers! They dont have many seats, so I typically order from their website to go. The Don and truffle burgers are our favorites and you should definitely try them!

Took more than 2 hours to arrive, and food came cold. Ordered on Uber Eats at 17:31 because there was a 2 for 1 deal and the delivery to my address said 15 mins (17:46). After checkout, it raised to 18:20-18:40. I rang the restaurant at 18:24 since there’s no delivery tracking, and they said my order would go out for delivery by one of the restaurant colleagues (not an Uber Eats courier) in 5 mins. It didn’t arrive, so I rang again at 19:10 and 19:17, but no answer either time. Food eventually arrived at 19:32, more than 2 hours after ordering. Paper bags were ripped and food was cold. Fries had gone soggy and needed to be reheated. No big deal, but annoying after waiting so long. The Philip chicken burger was ok. I ordered 6 burgers and 3 fries, so a large order, but no idea why it took so long. Especially considering it’s a 15 mins drive or 18 mins cycle to my apartment. It’s slightly snowing tonight, so I’m obviously sympathetic to delivery delays. But a 4x longer drive/cycle time and 50+ mins after the latest arrival time stated on Uber Eats (18:40) is a bit much, especially when delivery is €5. A shame, because it’s a decent deal. Could be better if they fix their delivery process. Personally won’t be trying again though.

Order carry out almost weekly from here- always good. popcorn chicken is fresh -very lekker, best we’ve found in the city. cauliflower bites with their special mayo dip is my favorite - highly recommend. Family loves their burgers. Portions are nice and big. Mooi lekker

I’ve tried most of the items on their menu, and I have to say, the burger really stands out! It’s juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Occasionally, it can be a bit on the salty side, but that hardly takes away from the overall experience. While the prices are slightly higher than average, the quality of the ingredients and the delicious taste more than make up for it. Every bite shows care in preparation, and it’s clear they focus on delivering a satisfying meal. Definitely worth trying if you’re craving a really good burger!

I ordered the Don Burger from Burger Maffia, and while it had potential, the execution wasn’t quite there. The burger itself was big and filling, but they went overboard with the mayonnaise, which made it a lot less enjoyable than it could have been. The fries were good: crispy, golden, and seasoned just right. Unfortunately, the massive amount of sauce on the burger overshadowed the good parts. Great fries and bacon, but go easy on the mayo next time.

The best burger place in my experienced opinion! I have tried food in many restaurants, both expensive and cheap, in different countries, but the way they make them here is a masterpiece, it is much better than McDonald's or Burger King, all the ingredients are as fresh as possible and most importantly natural. Regarding service and maintenance, I advise you to order through the website and not Uber because it will be cheaper and faster, use Uber only if you are too far from the restaurant. Previously, I did not know that you can order directly from the restaurant, but after the incident when my order was cancelled through Uber, I contacted the restaurant and they told me that you can order from them directly cheaper, I said that I was very hungry and they put a small dessert for me for free. Overall 10/10

EDIT: After being contacted by the restaurant owner, he explained that it was Uber Eats who cancelled the order due to lack of drivers, I'm changing the review as it was a nice gesture from the owner and yet another time that Uber Eats disappoints Original: Ordered delivery, waited 1.5 hours just for them to cancel. How ridiculous is this, not even a call or a message, just straight up cancelled the order after one and a half hour wait. Really disappointing. I can't attest to the quality of the food but if it's anything as the service, it's extremely poor

I had the Fat Tony smash burger and my girlfriend had the Don single burger. They were both fantastic, and we got free fries from the friendly guy behind the counter! Great place!!!

We attempted to order burgers here using Uber eats. We expected we could communicate through the Uber eats app but this didn’t happen, and our order ended up getting left in the street by their delivery person. We ended up having to go to the shop to get our order in person which was a relatively frustrating experience. The food was reasonably good in the end it was just an ordeal to get it.

Their burgers 100000/10! Their service 1000000/10! We wanted to order delivery with cash and called them and they sorted it out very quickly. Delivery was very quick, food was amazing, we ordered Phillip Chicken Man and Tommy Truffle. I don’t have words to describe how good it was. So good I forgot to take a picture, I inhaled it as soon as it came 😂🤍 I definetly recommend it and can say I will always order from them when I feel like eating delicious burgers !

Yesterday, I ordered three burgers, two of which were too spicy for us. You should indicate if the burgers are spicy.

They also have ‘Spareribs cartel’. Ribs were poor for the price :( not gonna order it again.

Clean up the mess your lads make on our street. Whole gang there daily can hear them chattering constantly. Not their fault...yours. sort it out. Complaints are coming from many in the neighbourhood.

I live close to them and regularly go for a burger (the don is definately the best burger in my opinion), today i was told they added spare ribs to the menu, a new item. So i tried. They were amazing, 100% tender falling of the bone, i had spicy and they were delicious with sweet and spicy coconut top. 9.5/10 Restaurant quality food and good portions

So intensely dirty. Ordered via Uber Eats, got a cold burger with cold fries, complained immediately! Both restaurant and Uber do nothing about it. This is apparently the norm for this restaurant. Then we won't order here anymore.

I order here quite often, especially the philip chicken man burger, really tasty. However in my last order I noticed a small red insect crawling in my burger, it looked like a small flea. I tried calling them, nobody picked up. Unfortunately this will be my last order with them.

Burgers are really tasty. You will also not receive the burgers you ordered during the promotion. The phone is also hung up without speaking to anyone. Shame.
