Had a lovely dinner with the family at the Eettheater, and to finish off, grabbed a coffee at Coffee Company at 7:45 PM. We wanted a brownie with it, but the red-haired lady behind the counter refused to get one because there was already a piece of plastic wrap over it (cleaned up). It seems like a small effort to just lift the foil and grab a brownie from underneath. Not customer-friendly.

Menu incomplete; a number of sandwiches have been removed from the menu. Wrong drink order served. I had ordered Orange Hojicha with fresh orange but received an iced matcha latte. An attempt was made to correct it, though. Eventually, I think it was a female manager who came to inform me that they didn't have fresh oranges and asked if I wanted to order something else. I ordered a fresh mint tea (what could possibly go wrong there, I thought, a nice safe choice). I did not receive fresh mint tea. The mint tea leaves were really brown! Furthermore, my friend had ordered a regular toasted sandwich. It was so hard, you could hammer a nail into the wall with it. When settling the bill, the mint tea was not listed, but the incorrectly noted iced matcha latte was. Also, the dream croissant and the regular matcha latte, which another friend had ordered, were not listed on the receipt. So we didn't have to pay for those. We only found out about this upon arriving home, when we checked the receipt. We are never coming back here!
