The Spot in Wageningen Universiteit

Student bar, quite a nice place. Unfortunately, we couldn't order anything anymore because we were there at 6:00 PM. Still a cozy place!

I recently attended an event held at The Spot inside Wageningen University, and it was an outstanding experience in every way! The venue was excellently prepared to host students and guests, with well-organized seating, comfortable lighting, and a clear sound system that greatly contributed to the event's success. The atmosphere was vibrant and full of energy, with students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds coming together, giving the event a truly international flair. The organization was highly professional—from welcoming attendees, to the event schedule, to the educational and entertaining segments that were clearly well thought out. What made the event even more special was the warm and friendly environment that The Spot provides. Designed specifically for students, it combines simplicity with comfort, making participants feel welcome and open to engaging and interacting. Whether you're attending a workshop, a cultural night, or a presentation, The Spot is the perfect venue within the university. I highly recommend attending events there—it’s a great blend of learning, entertainment, and community-building all in one place.

Almost all the food was sold out at 18:00 but the beer was nice.

I've been coming here every Monday for 7 years. Best time of my life.

Best place on earth, heaven is nothing compared to the Spot. When I die, I want my soul to reincarnate as a spot pizza. Every second spent in the Spot, is a second I don't have to think about my wife Susan, if you read this Susan, I'm taking the dog in the divorce.

Nice place to have foods and drinks. Many options here.

Nice beer, if you study at Wageningen it's great place to meet up with your fellow students

Terrible food, useless staff, and overpriced. Go to campus plaza instead.

Kind of student restaurant. Open Monday to Thursday with a limited range ready quickly. Only pay digitally. Reasonable meal with coffee under 10 euros. Many student audience, occasional event or reception for university, then usually other space open to the non-invited.

Best spot on campus - The Spot. Lunches are better than dinner. Staff is pretty, attractive and funny! You can taste that in the food too. Dinners aren't the same quality as lunches. When they make rice dishes, it can be a bit too dry rice. Love the music!

Ideal for having a coffee, working or meeting friends. Very busy around lunchtime.

The changing evening meal is tasty, pizza not so.

Nice place on the campus to have a drink and some food. Coffee and small snacks during the day and dinner at night. Has events (almost) ever Wednesday for students such as band nights, movie nights, pubquiz, which are promoted through their Facebook.

Nice place on Campus. Feels too much like a university building than a restaurant/cafe.
