Beautiful location, delicious food!

I wanted to book for a Team Lunch for a group of around 18 people.No response even after regular followups . Not sure why they did not respond inspite of mentioning on call that they would respond by end of day.

We came without reservation after show. TOP SERVICE. Very attentive and helpful. The food was excellent (above expectations) we ordered different sharing plates and none of them disappointed us.

Celebrated a baby birthday. Nice, somewhat secluded room; the furniture was placed along the sides, providing plenty of crawling space for the little ones. Very attentive service with delicious snacks. Definitely worth it!

Lovely terrace, always full of sun. The steak here was delicious.

Food was ok - not amazing, not terrible. Would suggest another spot unless in a pinch since prices were amazing either.

Delicious tuna steak prepared differently, delicious. Green salad with spinach, sugar snaps, and Madame beans with sesame oil is enough for 2 people. Attentive waitress suggests adding 2 extra plates. Very pleasant welcome and service.

We were here last night. Great seating and a spacious, atmospheric restaurant. The service was prompt and friendly. Finally, and importantly, we had a wonderfully relaxed meal for a great price. Highly recommended for anyone looking to dine out in an easily accessible location. Parking is available nearby and Rai station is within walking distance.

Food is nice Atmosphere is cool But waiters should interest more with the customers. When we go there even if its empty we are always waiting basic services. Prices are high related the food Unfortunately Toilets are not separated for man / woman

We had dinner here in the evening with a group of 8 colleagues. Surprisingly tasty and lots of choice, with a varied menu featuring international dishes. We didn't have to wait long. I had a well-filled, flavorful poké bowl 🥗 and a spicy mango cocktail 🍹 Open and lively atmosphere, nicely decorated ✨. The terrace is also open when the weather is nice ☀️ The restaurant is located on Europaplein, right next to the RAI and within walking distance of the metro station, so it is easily accessible.

We had a delicious meal; we chose the 4-course menu. Very tasty, with three dishes to share for each course (the dishes were a bit too big for me). The staff is very friendly and the service is top-notch. Glasses were constantly refilled with water and wine. Highly recommended and affordable.

They always have a changing menu. I love the concept of tapas, where you can order lots of things and try everything. The service is always excellent!

We hosted a corporate event here and the team put on a fantastic party. The pita bread with the hummus was particularly good, fresh and really tasty. The fish taco was a little difficult to eat, but aside from that, everything was faultless.

Discovered the traveller two weeks ago when visiting Amsterdam for a show . Great location next to the Rai so ideal to park the car in the parking and walk a few minutes . Nice place and atmosphere, great service and nice waiters , especially the one speaking Spanish . Food was great and a lot of variety even if some dishes to spicy for me . Enjoyed the dim sum offer (Sundays) would definitely recommend if you are planning to attend a show or fair at the Rai and don’t want to go into Amsterdam

Shared dining is possible, but I find the starters a bit small and odd for that;) the taste is good and surprising.

Delicious, varied, and fun dishes, perfect for sharing. The staff is incredibly friendly, very helpful, cheerful, and full of humor. The crowd is also very friendly; we almost always end up chatting with the tables around us... all in all, a truly top-notch place in a top-notch location. We always enjoy going there and will continue to do so. Hats off!

very nice setup and great atmosphere. most of the dishes we ordered were great. including the first (tataki,salmon and burata) and main - Artichoke, rib eye flat iron. the tuna steak was not at the same level. very nice service.

We didn't have a reservation, but there was still a table available if we were finished within the hour. You'd expect to be served faster, but it took 40 minutes for our main course to arrive, and then it was time to leave. The meal was delicious, but with more time, we could have enjoyed a dessert. Unfortunately, we'd have been quicker.

We stumbled upon this place for the first time a while ago. We had delicious dishes and a wide selection of wines. Three weeks ago, we drove back from Utrecht. The staff was very friendly and helped us enormously with choosing the dishes. The dishes were truly top quality. Compliments to the kitchen. We'll definitely be back soon... Great restaurant with excellent food. We hadn't made a reservation, but the staff seated us at a lovely table and took excellent care of us. The food was outstanding. The appetizers weren't your average fare, but rather delicately prepared and beautifully presented. The wine was also very good. We went back a few days later because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you!

With good friends, we enjoyed the 3-course specialties menu at The Traveller. It was a truly wonderful and delicious experience; we had an exceptionally delicious meal. The atmosphere and service also left nothing to be desired! Next year, I'll be getting the Traveller gift certificate again as a Christmas gift from the RAI ;-).

A fantastic evening with delicious, uniquely flavorful food! Large portions perfect for sharing. A pleasant crowd. It's a great place to dine with a group.

Pathetic food. They have a small curated list of items from different parts of the world, but they are all tasteless- totally bland and without flavors. The salad had 70% leaves , the steak was too hard. They couldn't even make the Pani puri right. Don't recommend that place at all!

We were with a group of 13 colleagues and had a shared dinner menu that the restaurant had put together in advance. Communication beforehand was clear and smooth. I had shared our dietary wishes ahead of time, and the staff were very friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. The food was great, and overall we had a really good experience.

We visited your restaurant with a toddler and family. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken. When my daughter started throwing up, we asked for a to-go box so we could leave, but we were told there was none available. Instead, my salad was put into a paper bag, which made it impossible to take it properly. What made the situation worse was that the staff did not offer any help or even basic cleaning supplies when my daughter vomited. We had to clean everything ourselves using only napkins. As parents, we expect basic accommodation: at least a proper container for leftover food and minimal support or empathy when a child gets sick. The lack of assistance made the experience very stressful. I hope you reconsider your policies and approach to families.

Excellent restaurant next to the Amsterdam RAI

2nd time here and everything is great! Nice food and great atmosphere! We love the culinary fusion the traveller can offer. We’ll definatelly be back!

We received a very pleasant and friendly welcome. The hostess at the door (and later at the restrooms, wonderful soap!) made us feel at home. Our waiter, Jimme, truly pampered us. We had a delicious meal and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Food was okay. Cocktails were bad. I tried two and both tasted like soap. Service was below average.

My personal favorite for tasty casual food from all over the world. Sharing dishes is wonderful. The fries with rendang, guacamole, duck, and crisis chicken gyoza: all equally delicious!

Honestly I don’t get the hype. The service felt rushed and a bit cold. Food was fine, nothing special and definitely not worth the price. The whole vibe just felt off. No warmth, no attention to detail, and definitely no reason to come back. There are way better spots in Amsterdam where you actually feel welcome and get your money’s worth

The best restaurant in Amsterdam ♥️ I Loved the ambience, the food and the service. It was just beautiful. I enjoyed my food so much that I had a happiest face after completing my food. The chef was super kind to make a mocktail for me with raspberries. I was super impressed. They had the best presentation of the food they served and also the bun of our burger was amazing, super fresh!!! I wish they could open a branch in London 🫶♥️

Business lunch on one of the busiest days of the year: Provada. I myself (fortunately) was not a visitor to this real estate fair, but my guest was. When making a reservation, I was on the waiting list, but a phone call the evening before provided a solution: a table for two. I often go to the sister of The Traveller Zuid (The Travelleer Zuidoost), but I had also been next to the RAI a few times. Despite the crowds, both the owner/host and the hostess personally welcomed me and my guest (nice: recognition). Sparkling water and a glass of wine were on the table in no time and the menu is clear and excellent. I had (as always) the Chicken Ramen, recommended/delicious, and my guest the Caesar Salad (also excellent). I can only say that The Traveller Zuid (but also The Traveller Zuidoost) is (are) an excellent place for a business lunch with a touch of personal contact.

We live nearby and often go here when we want to have a casual meal on a terrace, at the RAI in this case. Always surprises me positively. Nice service, excellent service and food and wines perfectly match the setting. We had a good evening.

We ordered the 4 course menu around 5:45 PM, drinks and 1 bottle of water. The drinks were served quickly but the food was served very slowly. We had a concert at 8:00 PM and at 7:45 PM we had to leave hungry. Only received the first 2 courses of the menu. The bottle of water arrived about 1.5 hours after ordering. Everything was charged separately, no discount. Very unfortunate because the location and atmosphere were beautiful.

What a nice surprise! Traveler combines a warm, relaxed atmosphere with attentive service and really good food. The salmon fillet on bread was perfectly cooked and tasty, and the dish with brides, avocado and poached egg was exactly as you would hope: soft, fresh and filling without being heavy. The bitterballen were also a success — crispy on the outside, full of flavor on the inside. The service was friendly and smooth, without being pushy, and the interior felt neat but casual. In short: a wonderful lunch spot in Amsterdam where quality and atmosphere come together. Recommended!

Although it looks big, it is nothing less. Very fast and friendly service (rarely found like this anymore). The menu has a lot of good dishes and unfortunately I couldn't taste everything. Although it is located near the RAI, the facility has a good ambiance both inside and outside. Every dish we had was really good and sometimes better than at some specialty places.
