It was delicious again. The spare ribs and the mocha cake were so good. The guy who served us was fantastic. We'd love to come back.

I would like to take this opportunity to ask that when making a reservation, the option be included to indicate a preference for a seat in the conservatory. In my opinion, it is fairer that whoever reserves first gets a seat there. Otherwise, it was wonderful. Mr. G. Kalishoek

Nice restaurant with a good, extensive menu. A bit noisy though.

You want to grab a nice lunch (for your wife's birthday, no less), only to be completely ignored by four ladies from the wait staff. We were sitting in full view and they had plenty of time to have an extensive chat with customers/friends, but we just left after waiting for about 20 minutes. In all that time, not a single glance was cast in our direction. If it had been busy, we might have understood, but this is simply ridiculous.

Nice location; we sat in the conservatory. A large terrace is available when the weather is nice. Wide selection of dishes for lunch, good quality, quite pricey, but where isn't that these days? In short, a great location for lunch.

We enjoyed lunch at Polderzicht. Everything was well taken care of. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. The location is wonderfully quiet. Parking is about a 5-minute walk away. Something could definitely be done about the road surface of the parking lot itself. Worth repeating.

The weather was nice, so we sat on the terrace, where there was a choice between shade and sun. They also had mist sprayers hanging. Friendly staff, good food, and dog-friendly since it is located in/near a park.

It was not a success; We were not allowed to push tables together for 6 people Lukewarm specialty beer was served (€7 per glass, though) The waitress forgot to pass on the order, causing us to wait 1.5 hours for the food Then you expect it to be served quickly once it is ready. Unfortunately, it arrived lukewarm. With 1 small bowl of fried potatoes and 1 portion of fries for the same 6 people. The table next to us, with 2 people, received the same. The location is very nice, but we will not be coming back here.

We had reserved a high tea for 3 people. Upon arrival, it turned out that high tea could not be served today. So, lunch it was. I ordered a sandwich with burrata. After 5 minutes, the waitress came by to let us know that there was no burrata left. A bit of a bummer again.... But the atmosphere and the quality of the food made up for a lot! Definitely worth repeating, and we'll save that high tea for another time.

We had a delicious meal, only the salmon was overcooked and became dry, which was a shame.

We had a lovely meal outside on the terrace. The food was fine, but we had to wait a very long time for it. Three quarters of an hour!! After asking when it would arrive, it came immediately. That was especially annoying because we were there with children who were hungry…….

Had a lovely meal on the terrace with friends: a fish club sandwich and goat salad, two croquettes with bread. They didn't forget our requests, such as no onion and extra mustard. Everything was fine, and the staff were lovely too. The toilet door isn't conveniently positioned; staff have to step out of the way to get around it. Imagine walking with a tray; perhaps a sliding door would be better? The toilets were spotlessly clean, which doesn't happen often. We will definitely be back!!

We ordered a bread board with spreads. Delicious fresh bread. Absolutely fine. The main course was served with baked potatoes and fries. Unfortunately, the fries were soggy and cold. This is the only downside. The location is very nice and cozy.

I went to Polderzicht for high tea with my sister. My sister is vegetarian and I am pregnant, and they took this into account to a great extent. It was incredibly lovely and all the snacks and drinks were delicious!

Kudos to the staff at Theehuys Polderzicht for the service, food, and hospitality at my birthday party. Everything was perfectly organized!

Friendly staff but inexperienced. On a beautiful Saturday, at 10:45, less than an hour after opening, the apple pie should of course never run out!! Later it turned out there was apple pie left after all; it arrived eventually, but without whipped cream, and the alternative orders arrived after that as well. The cappuccino was swapped for a "coffee verkeerd" (coffee with milk), that must have been in the name, because "verkeerd" means right...? It's a good thing it was still quite quiet. Anyway, nice location and they certainly did their best.

We had another delicious meal, but it is a shame that there is really very little gluten-free on the new menu!

Polderzicht is situated in a beautiful, quiet location. Not cheap, but the food, service, and atmosphere are great. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful restaurant! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and sat quietly inside in the conservatory. The main course (chicken satay and/or pork knuckle) was very filling, along with the fries and roasted potatoes, so we left it at that. We thought it was a nice detail that the name or initials appeared on everything, from the napkin and candy to the cutlery! The service was also very friendly!

It's always a treat to dine at Polderzicht restaurant. It was perfect again. The location, the atmosphere, the service, the food, the presentation of the dishes—in short, professional workmanship. We'd love to come back.

Great place. We were there for lunch. Had a delicious meal, fast and friendly service despite it being quite busy, and a beautiful terrace. Definitely worth a visit.

We have lunch here often. Dinner this time. For starters, we had soup of the day and fish soup; for the main course, cod and beef tenderloin with peppercorn sauce. We ordered medium, but it was actually well done. The taste was good. Served with fries and roasted potatoes. Plenty of food and tasty. For dessert, strawberry trifle and cappuccino. 2 glasses of Malbec and 1 glass of Pinot Griggio. The bill was €110.

It is really great to sit here for lunch or dinner. Atmospherically decorated and good food. The only issue for us was the terribly loud, soulless music. After asking if it could be turned down, they did listen but did not comply. I really wonder if they think everyone likes that pounding music. Stay neutral on that point; it makes it a lot more pleasant. That is why I give it 2 stars for the atmosphere.

Went out for dinner for the first time. The service is friendly and service-oriented. The food was fine, although my farmer's schnitzel was very tender, it could have had a bit more flavor. As for the others at the table, they also had a delicious meal. The grande dessert is truly grande, pfffff. The location is a lovely spot, especially in nice weather.

I've eaten here several times. Lunch is delicious. It has always been rave reviews until tonight, unfortunately. The shrimp cocktail is described as shrimp, apple, and cocktail sauce. However, you get a small glass with (a lot of) lettuce and shrimp and apple on top. A shame. The tenderloin with mushroom sauce, cooked medium, was overcooked and served with peppercorn sauce. No one came to ask if everything was to our liking. Not even when clearing the table. No leniency in the form of an apology or a free tea/coffee. That usually makes a difference, but unfortunately, I went home feeling disappointed. Better luck next time! I'll just have lunch again then.

Food three stars. The quality and selection were fine, but the portions were much too large. Normally we like to have dessert after lunch, but nobody felt like it anymore.

The food is generally fine, but half an ounce of shrimp with 4 drops of cocktail sauce for €18.50 is a bit excessively expensive.😵‍💫

It was very busy, so understandably you had to wait a bit longer before being served. The interaction with the staff was very good, with nice humor in response to a silly question from one of us. The food was fine. The atmosphere was excellent. This was not the first time and certainly not the last time we will come there. Nice place too, with a view of a bit of nature.

Wonderful first encounter Friendly service Had shared dining with starters and then thoroughly enjoyed the dessert! The first time was definitely a success and the surroundings also invite you to go for a walk when the weather is nice. They certainly weren't on a tight schedule either! That makes the food taste even better.

A wonderful, beautiful, delicious, fresh, generous plate restaurant! We stayed for 3 days and it was truly fantastic!! Unfortunately, we don't live nearby, but we are happy to drive back and forth for this restaurant! Highly recommended!!! There was a tall, big waiter with dark hair; he was really very friendly! Exceptionally friendly and helpful. Certainly for his age, a true asset to this establishment! He deserves a big compliment from us 👍🏻

The lunch menu is super extensive, the dinner menu, on the other hand, has less choice. The food was fine, only the risotto was just plain white sticky rice without any taste.

We had a lovely evening with a group of 8 people! We started at 6 pm and finished at 10 pm. We thought that was fine and pleasant to linger at the table; if you're coming for a quick bite, you might not be as pleased. The food was fine, good quality, and nicely presented. We found the tomato bruschetta very salty, which we also mentioned to the wait staff. A small mistake was made with dessert, but that was quickly resolved. All in all, we had a delicious meal!

Cozy, atmospheric location with very friendly staff. Everything took a little longer because the terrace was packed due to the nice weather, but the staff remained friendly and smiling, which is very impressive. The service was impeccable and the food was tasty, with original items on the menu that were just a little different from other restaurants.

We had a delicious lunch at Polderzicht. We sat in the conservatory with a beautiful view. The lunch arrived quickly and was well-prepared. No small portions and more than enough for us. The staff was friendly and attentive. My granddaughter wanted to go to the playground. Unfortunately, the swing and seesaw were out of order. The parking lot was free and spacious. Reservations are recommended.

The food was really delicious! Tasty, fresh ingredients and fast, very friendly service! It is a bit cramped inside, which makes it a bit noisy and feels "busy". But that is the only thing I can think of as slightly negative.

Went for dinner for the first time last night. What a lovely place. I had been there for lunch before, but in the evening it was a different ambiance. What struck me immediately was the driven staff. Very friendly and helpful. Was the waitstaff busy for a moment? The bartender would skillfully step in. Did a member of the waitstaff drop something? They would come flying in from all sides, and it was quickly cleaned up. A well-oiled machine. We had the beef tenderloin tips and the sirloin steak, and they were perfect. Good portion sizes. The bread served beforehand, the charcuterie board, and the carpaccio were also of very high quality. Then there was the service. We were served by Evie, and she is truly a hospitality gem. You want someone like that as the face of your establishment. Friendly, quick, and clear – a hospitality tiger. Kudos to the waitstaff. They made it complete. In short, we had a super evening. Had a delicious meal and received excellent service. Highly recommended if you haven't been here yet. I will definitely be back. Update: ate there again last night. This time, thanks to the good weather, on the terrace. What a fun and spontaneous team they have working in service. It was mega busy, yet it ran like a well-oiled machine. Nice to see.
