Upon delivery, the kapsalon was loose in the delivery bag. The delivery driver noticed this himself, quickly handed the bag to me, and wanted to drive away immediately. When I confronted him about it, he told me to just call the shop and asked: "What do you want me to do about it?" I told him he should call his own boss, because this wasn't my problem. I indicated that I wanted either my money back or a new kapsalon. That was a lot of trouble for the delivery driver, seeing him standing there like that. Eventually, the owner came to bring a new kapsalon. I told him that the delivery driver had already seen that the order was not right and tried to drive away anyway. His only reaction was: "Yeah, yeah, yeah... enjoy your meal." That came across as very indifferent. Unfortunately, the replacement kapsalon wasn't good either. The fries were partly raw, there was very little lettuce on them, and the lettuce looked old. Moreover, the bottom of the food was cold. Unfortunately, this is not the first time there have been problems with the food. It is very unfortunate that this keeps happening. And if you subsequently leave a review, the next time you get the remark on the receipt: "Hopefully a good review this time." That comes across as very unprofessional and gives the impression that criticism is not taken seriously. All in all, a very disappointing experience, in terms of both service and quality. I will not order from here again.

Ordered a delicious Turkish shawarma pizza with cheese and it was very tasty.

First, I was given the wrong order. I returned it and even asked if the durum falafel had garlic sauce on it, which was confirmed. At home, it turned out there was no garlic sauce on the durum. I called again and it was denied. Then I was told that it would be delivered. In the end, that was just a container of sauce instead of a new hot pizza. So, not good service.

My son is a very picky eater and only eats veal doner at Cennet Pizzeria. The Margarita pizza we order with it is just right in terms of sauce and cheese. They definitely deserve the 5-star rating in their category.

Ordered 2 Kapsalons and a döner kebab... fries were soggy... old, brown, wet, soggy lettuce.... inedible! The bun was stale and falling apart from misery! The pizza was tasty though. A waste of my 35 euros!

Truly, one of the best kapsalons in the Netherlands.

Got a döner sandwich and a kapsalon, but more than half of the sandwich was filled with lettuce and the kapsalon was almost only filled with fries and that for 22 euros, so I won't get it here again.

Unfortunately, I had to wait two hours for two kapsalons. I ordered through Cennet's own website. After calling, I found out where the food was. It turns out they only handle orders through Thuiszorgd (Home Delivery). Orders can be placed and paid for through their own website, but unfortunately, they're not being processed or made. If they're not using the website, just close it and make sure no more orders can be placed. Very disappointing.😪

The delivery was faster than the app indicated, very nice, but the food was not. The fries had been fried for so long that you couldn't pierce them with a fork and there was still sambal on them, even though we had indicated that we did not want this. So unfortunately I couldn't eat everything. Too bad about the money...

We recently had an order delivered with the company. The delivery time was fine. However, the rest was disappointing. It was hard to find out what was what, it was not clearly stated on the packaging. My sandwich was lukewarm and the garlic sauce I ordered was missing. Several colleagues received the wrong sauce. I know better locations for price-quality.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The kebab is a failure, the meat is reheated in a pan, not cooked through, the fries are tasteless, the sauce is worse than from the supermarket, very few vegetables, the price is very high in relation to the quality. I do not recommend !!

Worst Turkish pizza ready made not fresh!! Got 2 doner sandwiches, bread was not freshly heated in the microwave!! No gloves on I had to puke!!! GATVER never eat

Friendly and tasty, exactly what you can expect from a döner place without disappointing. Pre-ordering before you pick up is possible, but also ready in no time if you order upon arrival.

Ich war geschäftlich zum ersten Mal in dieser Umgebung, wollte mich für die nächste Reise verstärken. Nach Google war dieser pizzerei die nächste. Habe zwei Pizzen bestellt: Ich habe mir etwas Soße mit der Pizza gewünscht, allerdings wurde nur ganz wenig auf der Pizza. Die zweite Pizza war vegetarisch also Paprika Champignon Zwiebel und soweiter... Die Gemüse waren aber leider fast Roh mit sehr wenig mozzarella. Ein weiterer Punkt wie auf den Bilder zu sehen sdb vegetarische Pizza nur auf vier Stücken geschnitten und mit fast keine Saltz 🤔( Ich musste im Hotel später noch Salz fragen).

Tani i bardzo dobry kapsalon. Polecam!

Bij elke hap kom je een klein beetje klaar. Je voelt je 1 met de dönner goden en wilt door gaan en door gaan. Er zit geen stop meer aan. Als ik het meer dan 5 sterren kon geven had ik dat gedaan.
