The food was delicious. Both the meat and the ravioli were delicious. The service was also very friendly and helpful.

Lovely Italian Resto with great spaghetti and fries and superb coffee with a shot of expresso, all for cheap. I enjoyed the quality of the food and service. Will eat there again before we leave.

The owner has zero respect for customers. The customer isn't king here; no, the customer doesn't exist.

We had dinner at this fabulous restaurant in the square. Mo was our server and was professional, attentive & very helpful. My husband ordered the tenderloin steak 🥩 baked potato & small green salad & I ordered the spaghetti creamy white chicken sauce & fresh bacon crumbles. Both tasted absolutely delicious!!! We were very impressed & delighted with our meals and cocktails ( leftovers to take back to our hotel. I highly recommend this restaurant… we will go back. Thank you 😊

Went for a late night dinner with my working group and my wife. It was late and they were getting ready to close, but they opened their doors for us and served us a wonderful meal of mixed grill and amazing side dishes until we were done. So nice of Sam and his staff! Will definitely return

Have never been to this venue but as a safety message I feel it’s important to state the security of a nearby venue (Escape) is EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE and you may be in danger just being around the area. The man pictured works at Escape and made many of our party feel extremely uncomfortable. If you see him in the area do be careful!

Great service and even better food!

We ate and drank here for two people last night for €100. After returning to the hotel, we both became seriously ill, feeling nauseous and experiencing severe stomach pains. When we checked out of the hotel this morning, we went straight home in agony. We contacted the manager about this. Conversation was impossible; they denied any responsibility and felt we should have gone to the hospital for proof. A big zero for this: do NOT go there.

Food was pricey for the portion served. The ribs were the smallest and skinniest so was the 2 chicken wings, I have ever seen. The corn was off too.

Very slow service, we waited 45min for bread with butter and over 1h for the actual food. Disgraceful. The food was not nice, place dirty...

We waited 45 minutes for a starter (a bread roll with herb butter and bruschetta), and then they forgot the bruschetta. After an hour, the ribeye (for sharing) arrived with bruschetta. And four plates. All four plates were dirty. I asked for new, clean ones, and they were still dirty. I took a bite of bruschetta, but it was on a piece of tough, stale baguette. Inedible. I paid for my drinks right away. The food was returned with the dirty plates. I paid for my drinks and didn't return.

Not recommended. We waited an hour and left without eating because they hadn't prepared anything yet, not even the children's pasta dish. Dirty plates were sent to another table, who also left without eating... a complete disgrace.

The service was great. The waiter was nice. However, the Wiener Schnitzel tasted like frozen food. Or rather, I think it was. And that was €21.50. The empanadas were good as an appetizer. The sauce was great, but it was also from a tube. The restrooms smell and are cramped. Sitting outside is quite pleasant. Not recommended.

We have ordered lasagna and received mix of minced meat with cheese and tomato pasta no even layer of pasta sheet. Very thin, so not worth your money.

We had a wonderful meal on the outdoor terrace. We had tenderloin and a mixed grill. Everything was perfect, and the staff was friendly.

A nice place for a beer and some snacks with colleagues. Gets quite busy, but for friends going out its ok. The food rating is only regarding bites for sharing. We did not try the main dishes.

Titus Parrilla is one of those restaurants that not only surprises you, but stays in your heart. A Spanish restaurant run with passion, care and attention to customer service that is truly rare to find, especially in the heart of Amsterdam. The owner speaks perfect Italian and has a genuine and warm welcome that makes you feel at home right away. Not only was he incredibly kind throughout the lunch, but he also offered us coffee at the end of the meal, a simple but meaningful gesture. The food? Excellent. I had a pasta with pesto, cherry tomatoes and an orange cheese - I don't know what kind it was, but the flavor was truly unique, inimitable. A dish that you remember. The glass of wine was abundant, served generously, not the classic "half a finger" that you find elsewhere. My partner ordered a double-layered hamburger, accompanied by a mountain of fries: generous portions, quality ingredients, everything taken care of down to the smallest details. Plus, the prices are surprisingly affordable for being in the center of Amsterdam. Really unbeatable value for money. If I could give one praise, it would be all for him: an owner like that, nowadays, is rare. One of those places that I recommend without hesitation to anyone passing through Amsterdam. I will definitely go back.

We ate in the restaurant which was wonderful. Grilled meat was great. There were six of us from Berlin. We also ate well and very cheaply in Holland and a beautiful corner in Amsterdam, very good service and met very nice people so it's wonderful. We really had a lovely time sitting there too

Espresso Martini for14,5€: You might excpect something special, but … it‘s not. Even worse: It’s not worth drinking in any point. The only special you will get is a very unfriendly treatment by the waiter. For sure i‘ll not recommend (or come back again.)

Restaurant to avoid, non-existent welcome from the owner, terrible food, neglected politeness, and exorbitant prices. The steak tasted like plastic, the boss asked us for our order shouting over the bar, he was absolutely not patient and the wait was relatively long. At that price we would have preferred a McDonald’s!!

Treated so rudely, wanted to have a drink (bad cheap wine) on the terrace and maybe a snack, we now had to eat or leave!! The man who serves there does not belong in the catering industry. Very inhospitable! On closer inspection after reading the reviews, we are glad we left and had a delicious meal at Bistro Berlage and the service and friendliness as it should be!

Terrible tent, the food was really terribly cold and undercooked, how can such a place still exist, and the worst thing is that when you enter you are told that you have to eat, you cannot have a drink first because then you are told not to eat, leaving is very unfriendly for me, never again

We loved the barbecue mix, the meats were tasty and cooked to our specifications. The side dishes were also delicious. I definitely recommend it.

Cheated with the bill. Added extra items that we did not check while paying. We trusted them, but they cheated tourists.

The coffee was watery and the ready-made pancake was cold, old and tasteless. For €7,50 a ready-made pancake taken straight from the fridge is unacceptable.

We were there for dinner. Burger with fries. The burger was missing sauce and everything was very dry and extremely hard. The fries were well done but not seasoned. It was also very overpriced. Preferably 0 stars.

We had dinner at Barilla and it was very disappointing, the chicken was not fully cooked and the steak with prawns were also not tasty, very tough and the prawns seemed undercooked. The fries that were served also came from Aldi. Not recommended.

Yesterday we visited Titus Parrillas in Amsterdam and sat for the first time this year in the sun. We were enjoying the tasteful food and had a small conversation with the lovely hostess Sabrine. Thank you for the hospitality and we look forward coming here again soon!

They say they are an Argentine restaurant but none of the waiters are Argentinian and none of them speak Spanish. They are scammers and rude. Terrible service and a scam. The first time I went it was great, my friend and I ordered a sangria and a tinto de Verano, two weeks later I went again and they didn't know how to make either of these two drinks and they treated me terribly. I asked for a mixed martini and they charged me for €10 for two martinis without notifying me in advance. I don't recommend anyone go. It is not an Argentine restaurant, it is a SCAM

My friend ordered a mixed Martini of white and red. Naturally, as a good scammers they are, they made us pay for 2 Martinis. Please more decency, as the argentinians would be ashamed of a restaurant like that!

We had to wait a long time for our drinks. We were asked 3 times what we had already ordered. Food was included along with drinks. The waiter knew nothing about the menu. After waiting an hour, still no food. The table that arrived after us had food before us. Definitely not recommended!

There were hairs in the glasses 3 times. Then we got a new glass of drink, but there was still hair in the drink. There were friendly staff. We were able to laugh at them. Plus point heaters and blankets on the terrace

The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, but the price did not match what they served to customers. Charging 32 euros for a piece of meat without any garnish. The meat tasted burnt and I asked for some barbecue to take away some of the taste. I never imagined they would charge me 3 euros for a tablespoon of barbecue sauce. I didn't like the experience

Get the chimmichurri sauce. It's perfect. It has a real zing, but it's not overpowering. Best I've had. The service was friendly and cheerful and the atmosphere around Rembrandt Square enhances the dining experience.

Food was absolutely delish. Had heaters on which was nice as it was a cold day, in summer. Only disappointing part is people are able to smoke at surrounding tables.

Among the many cafes and restaurants, we chose this one, and did not regret it! A man greeted us and seated us at a table. We are foreigners, but this turned out to be no problem! - the man kindly helped us place an order using his knowledge of several languages!! The dishes arrived quickly and we didn't have to wait long. I really liked “Pasta” in different variations - my family has different preferences and tastes, but everything was delicious for everyone! The toilet inside the establishment is clean and odorless. The food was relatively inexpensive, but very tasty! It was a cozy time in this restaurant! Thanks to the owners and staff!

Ordered a medium steak, got a very red and raw meat. I then asked the staff to grill the meat a little more, but it was difficult to do so. Then I just ate the meat and later got sick from it. Not recommended.

Our visit to Titus Parrilla was a great experience. The friendly staff welcomed us with open arms and made me feel immediately at home in the cozy atmosphere of Amsterdam. On the terrace at Rembrandtplein you can enjoy the diversity of people who walk past. The meals were of good quantity and preparation, and the price-quality ratio was more than reasonable for the dishes we tasted. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the free drink I was offered after paying. It was a gesture that really showed how much the restaurant values ​​its guests. The only minor downside was that the baked potato, which my wife was so looking forward to, was unfortunately gone. But even without the potato, the meal was satisfying and flavorful. I look forward to visiting Titus Parrilla again and hopefully enjoying a baked potato with my next meal.

Food a bit expensive for what you get, but then Amsterdam is in a tourist area. Nice and pleasant employees and a beautiful view of Rembrandt Square.

Well... This was disappointing... Went twice. The food was marvellous on the first go and terrible on the second... When called up on this, no attention to the matter was done and I'm sure surprised that there are no official complaints book in the Netherlands (?). See complaint attached "My recent visit to this establishment left me with mixed feelings. I've had a fantastic dinning experience on Friday, but today felt short on expectations. The meat and vegetables were super dry and look like they were heated and not cooked at the order moment. The chicken had an excessive amount of spice to disguise the taste and for the vegetables and potatoes the fork couldn't even go inside. It is truly disappointing since I actually have the comparison with the same dish cooked in a different day. When this was brought to attention to the staff, nothing was done to address the matter and the bill was the same price although half the dish was left uneatable and the vegetables fully uneatable. Truly disappointing experience. I hope this is brought to attention in the future." Hopefully, this is fixed for future experiences... I'll not come back for sure.

Come in with 9 people at 6:15 PM and get a nice spot. Absolutely great. Good food and great service. Burgers made fresh. The chicken burger was well filled and the penne pollo with a good piece of juicy chicken.

Big portions and a friendly service! Food was brilliant and hearty, filled us up for a couple of hours. Lots of pasta dishes and the garlic bread was amazing. Waiter was kind and you could tell that he cared about his customers. Would recommend for midday lunch!

Very bad experience, we thought we would have a quick bite to eat here, but that was disappointing. We had to wait 1 hour for our food, it took a very long time. They forgot to report it to the kitchen. We then get our two dishes, the carbonara and the fish & chips. When we actually received this, the fish turned out to be still cold, a new dish was made, which meant we had to wait again for the food. We did receive a discount (after asking), but we will not eat here again.

The owner was absolutely rude, he gives you food that you have not ordered and charges you for it, I do not recommend going at all, food that you will not remember tomorrow along with an atmosphere of little desire to be there on duty, avoid at all costs.

I live in Amsterdam this is by far the worst restaurant in the whole city!!!! Avoid at all costs!! The food is terrible quality, they don’t care at all for allergies. I went with my sister who is gluten intolerant. When she ordered her meal, she told the waiter she wanted the gluten free option and let him know how serious her gluten intolerance was. He looked her up and down and said okay.. we were waiting 30 minutes for our drinks. Our meals came out and my sister knew from smelling and looking at the dish, that it wasn’t gluten free. She told the waiter that she didn’t think this meal was gluten free. He told her that he didn’t know, that he can”5 remember if he told the chef or not. This is when the manager walked by and asked what was going on. My sister informed him and he said “yous aren’t the only customers in this restaurant, we can’t expect them to do these special requirements just for us”. My sister told the man that she wasn’t eating the meal and that we were leaving. He told her that she had to pay for the meal before leaving and she said it’s not what she asked for and she physically couldn’t eat it. This is when the manager began screaming at us, demanding we had to pay for the meal and extra for the time we had “wasted” from him talking about this. My sister visually started getting upset and he screamed at us to get out. This was absolutely outrageous, I am shocked that a place like this is still open! Avoid at all costs!!!
