Toko Rasu in Rokkeveen

I bought two portions of roti. Upon unpacking, it turned out to be only half full. It contained half a potato, some vegetables, and a few cubes of chicken breast. I called the store and told them I wasn't used to this. The employee said this was normal and that it would be fine. It's a shame, but I won't be going to Toko Rasu again after this experience.

Ridiculous delivery time! Placed an order online today at 16:49. Requested to put everything separately in containers with the rames dish. Immediately after placing the order the phone rang that more plastic surcharge had to be paid. An hour later still nothing delivered. Then the phone was answered and it was said that it was already on its way. Only 15 minutes later the email came that it was on its way. Fifteen minutes later still nothing, and that at 2km distance! The phone was no longer answered! Called several times. Only delivered at 18:29! 1 hour and 40 minutes is just ridiculous! The site indicates 25-50 min. Normally with takeaway the food is really enjoyable. The quality of the delivered roti was to cry about. Too bad and just never again!

This shopping center already has a bad reputation, and here comes another one! Way too expensive! I won't be ordering from here again! And the portions are way too small!

The best Asian shop in Zoetermeer. The food is high-quality and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back and would recommend everyone to visit.

Ordered but never received. Called after an hour and a half. The answer was: "We're not delivering tonight." So there you are, waiting for food you paid for with your friends.

Rasu has the tastiest rissoles and pastries in Zoetermeer. I just wish this location had a little more stock.

The atmosphere is cold and chilly. The staff doesn't even look at you when you enter; they're preparing food in fur-collared winter coats. The woman behind the counter and serving food had her long hair down. The man in the kitchen also had her hair down and wasn't wearing a hairnet or anything similar. The place smelled, was cold, and the food wasn't great either. Prices are reasonable, but for what you get, it's still a bit much.

Chicken liver sandwich is very tasty in terms of taste, but the bread is soft, the meat is dry and the sambal was also weak, a bad experience all around.

Delicious food for a good price. The only downside is that they are often not reachable by telephone.

What a super fat bara. If I were to squeeze out the fat I would have 1 cup full of oil, unfortunately the chicken for the filling was drier than dry. The Risolles were unfortunately more dough than substance. You only sell this if you prefer not to have any customers.

This was the worst bara I have ever eaten. Not even eaten. Really disgusting fat, you could squeeze out the bara and the chicken was bone dry. I know you don't get bara from an Indo, but this was so bad that I don't even want to try one of their Indian dishes.

Delicious food, nothing else can be said. They are quite fast with orders (depending on how busy they are). Everything is made in-house and therefore extra tasty! Highly recommended!

Catering arranged for 30 people on Christmas Day. Was a very big success! Food very tasty and more than enough. Top customer service and communication with staff. Definitely recommended.

The dining experience was unfortunately disappointing. The food was tasteless and seemed like it had been reheated for a long time. The portions were put together in a container causing the rice to swim in the oil. The price was unreasonably high compared to the quality of food provided. All in all, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others looking for a tasty and satisfying meal. We threw the food away.

Tried a lot already and it tastes great! The chicken fillet with cashew nuts is my favorite.

Food was fine, but pedis (hot) so my Dutch wife and daughter couldn't eat everything. When we got home it turned out that, among other things, the roti plates were missing, these were neatly delivered after a telephone call. For those who can have pedis food, the roti is fine. It will be difficult for those who can't have it. Other than that no complaints

Came on May 23, 2021 at 4:15 PM to get 2x portions of satay, but there was no satay sauce. It wasn't finished, just not made. Trying to get the full price paid after insisting that I didn't want to pay for something I didn't get, 1 euro was deducted. Bad thing.
