Just had a delicious meal at Metzo. Thank you, Fauve, for your hospitality, knowledge, and expertise regarding allergies—that was reassuring. The Pulpo and Prawn appetizers with dressing and chili sauce added to the flavor experience. The Iberico with lentils and delicate bacon bits was a surprising and flavorful combination. The halibut on a bed of mashed potatoes was tender and delicious. In short, a wonderful meal in a relaxed atmosphere with attentive staff. Thank you for this wonderful evening!

I've never met anyone who didn't consider it a "very special culinary experience." It's quite vulgar: it costs a few cents, but you get what you pay for. A top-notch restaurant.

Lunch at PIP: delicious dishes but quite pricey, hence the 3 stars. €15 for avocado with one slice of bread isn't enough. It was quite busy on Saturday, so the acoustics weren't ideal. Good coffee.
