Had a delicious meal at the cozy (almost living room-like) Nancy's Haarlem with a group of 12 people. It was very nice that we could just eat à la carte and the dishes arrived quickly. Creative and varied menu, with sufficient vegetarian and vegan options. The service was smooth and friendly. The dishes tasted as good as they looked. Highly recommended. Restaurant is located in the middle of a residential area, free parking in the street or at the AH.

This is one of the best, if not THE best, restaurants in Haarlem. The food was amazing and creative, the staff were extremely helpful and the ambience was lovely. We will most definitely return!

Our first time at Nancy’s came with a bit of pressure in having our Wedding lunch there, but Irene and team were incredible - service from Irene was so sweet and attentive, the food went down a storm and everyone left very merry on a special day. Thank you for being part of it and exceeding expectations, certainly happy to have this as a local restaurant and looking forward to coming back many more times!

The vegetables contained so many peppers that the taste of the vegetables completely disappeared. My daughter had capacio with a long hair in it.

We had a great evening at Nancy’s. The food was really delicious and tasted very fresh and tasteful. We also liked the wine. The service was quick and attentive. I would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant.

Atmosphere and help from staff are excellent. This also applies to the kitchen. Due to the small space it quickly becomes a bit noisy. This can sometimes be annoying.

A cozy and romantic atmosphere coupled with amazingly attentive staff, and most importantly delicious food. We tried a variety of dishes, the duck with noodles in xo sauce, the grilled sardines and the bavette steak. Everything was extraordinary!

I know how to make delicious food here! Both the burrata and the bafette were very tasty and well prepared. The service is very fast at the table, which is nice, and sometimes we would have liked it if there was a little more peace and quiet, but it was also busy. It is beautifully decorated and my girlfriend's gluten allergy was taken into account. Thank you!

The food was varied and very delicious, very elaborate dishes with a lot of flavour. Friendly and very attentive service Very nice and charming place. The price is very correct, not only for the Netherlands, even in Spain it would be reasonable. It's the first time I've left a tip in the country!!! It catches me far from my home in Spain and it's a shame, because I would like to go often.

Very pleasant service, very nice and attentive waitresses and different but exquisite food. They gave us free water and bread and even a shot and a fortune cookie at the end of the meal. Overall a nice meal for a fair price.

Very cozy restaurant with delicious dishes and very friendly and attentive service. The menu includes various dishes, with meat, vegetarian and fish options. The dishes have good combinations of flavors and are good in quantity. We especially loved the starters and the bread served with them! The service was very attentive and was often at our table before we even knew that we wanted to order something. In addition, very reasonable prices mean that we will definitely eat at this restaurant more often!

Amazing restaurant, with very creative, high quality food. The starters were all good, but the labneh deserves special mention. The main courses were also all great. The Nasi Rames had the best tofu I ever had, and probably also the best tempeh. The place is not too big, with nice, warm atmosphere. The staff is very friendly.

Second time here and everything was beautiful. The boy serving us wore a very friendly smile. We were also moved to outside when there was vacancies so we could enjoy the amazing breeze. We were impressed for another time by the creativity in the fusion menu. You can tell it’s not just putting things together by trying to bring more brilliance to one another. We love the tartar and the mussels the most. The only thing, and it’s very minor, is that we were constantly checked by all the staff how was the food. It’s very kind and welcoming (like we were at someone’s home) for sure but maybe a couple times less would be better.

Usually I'm skeptical about this sort of Dutch place because sometimes they throw some arugula on top of an open face sandwich and charge you €14 for it. This is NOT that - fresh food well seasoned. And it's family owned! Edit after a year: we have continued coming here, including for birthdays and to celebrate our wedding. It's just as good as ever, the rotating menu keeps surprising, and the bottomless brunch is an insanely good deal. One thing I would change is that a few times we've come recently, there have been a couple steak dishes on the menu and no pasta dish (or the pasta was sold out), which is a shame as the menu is already fairly small and I don't like beef.

We had a chance find last week in Haarlem and really happy for it. We were welcomed warmly at Nancy's, the food was delicious, the service was great, guaranteed to go back for brunch :) the Korean fried chicken was the best.

In my opinion, the best restaurant in Haarlem, with a price-quality ratio that you rarely encounter in the Dutch catering industry. The dishes are so well made and thought out, there is love in everything, right down to the salad and garnish. And the service is also warm and nice. I always come away happy. Long live Nancy's!

After eating here more than 20 times, I’d say my review is long past due. Here goes: You will be hard pressed to find a better restaurant and eating experience in all of the Netherlands. It starts with the people - this is a family run restaurant and the service is second to none. They make you feel like an old friend the moment you walk in the door and put so much thought and care into every moment you’re there. The son and chef Sander will come out to speak with you about the special ingredients used in your dish, and the methods he used to prepare it. Speaking of Sander, he is a master. Every dish I have eaten there has been incredibly tasty and he continues to try new things and hone his craft. And there are delicious options for everyone no matter your dietary restrictions and preferences. This is a great place to come for coffee, dessert, brunch (amazing all-you-can-eat deal!), lunch, or dinner; on a date or with a group of friends. And the prices are extremely reasonable. I also love the cozy atmosphere, both inside and outside. If you haven’t been here then stop hesitating and try it! I can almost guarantee it will become one of your new favorite places in the Netherlands. And make sure you book a table in advance because they are getting busier by the day.

Guys, you MUST try this restaurant! We found it by chance and reserved a table for the following evening that same evening. The food is SO INCREDIBLY GOOD! We've rarely eaten THIS well (and we eat out really often). The french toast was amazing!! It is beautifully presented, the restaurant and the ambience are very, very nice and the service is attentive and super friendly. We talked to the owner who is extremely friendly and we can really recommend the place to everyone and will definitely come again if we visit Amsterdam again.

We had received a voucher from friends that was too good and we were able to spend this voucher at Nancy's on the Florisstraat in Haarlem. The manageress then served us, a friendly, hospitable woman. We ordered what we ordered tasted good. And that the quality at Nancy's is good can be read in the numerous positive reviews. After payment, there was still a small amount of credit left. Now a few months later, since we were going to Florisstraat anyway, we decided to stop by Nancy's and spend it on a coffee with something tasty. The lady serving us was friendly and quickly created a spot for us. We told her that we still had one left and that we could spend it on a coffee. Next to us was a group of 4 people, the previously friendly manager greeted the four but ignored us, she did this twice. Not even a word could be said during checkout. The waitress did a very good job. My wife, with almost 50 years of catering experience, had to bite her lips not to say anything about this. So this is her true face, she said later. Then we go to lunch and Co where you always feel welcome, no matter what you spend.

Wat een fijn restaurant in Haarlem-Noord. Voor dit soort tentjes moest je eerst naar stad. Het is een familie bedrijfje wat gestart is in de corona tijd. Het groeide snel uit tot een populaire eetgelegenheid! De wijnen zijn goed, net als de cocktails(mocktails). En het eten is heerlijk en best redelijk betaalbaar. De sfeer is altijd gezellig en de service is super snel en goed!

My boyfriend and I definitely love here. We come every week or even twice a week when we are in town, and enjoy the lovely time there in the restaurant. We’ve almost tried the whole menu, and the ones we love the most are: Korean fried chicken taco Turkish poached eggs Calamari Burrata during summer time. We went to Nancy's with such a high expectation from all the great feedback from other clients, and I have to be honest, it wasn't just met but exceeded! Starting from the service, the staff was super welcoming and just greeted us after a few minutes we walked in. The buzz inside is "warm", it really feels like stepping in someone living room where some friends are having good time. The brunch and mimosa are truly bottomless and they are not afraid of asking if you want more even after getting a good amount of drinks and food. The food is super tasty. Nice size portions, lovely sauces and seasoning and different options from savoury to sweet. We can't wait to try the dinner menu soon and come back with some more friends for another cosy brunch.

Zeer goede service, uitermate smakelijke gerechten en een gezellige, huiselijke ruimte. De bediening komt precies vaak genoeg langs, niet te frequent maar ook niet te weinig en is heel behulpzaam en meedenkend. De oesters, zeebaars, labneh en zeevruchtenpasta waren van zeer hoge kwaliteit. Mijn enige kritiek is dat de fleslampen die buiten hangen, hoewel ze er leuk uitzien, makkelijk over/onder het hoofd gezien worden en men er tegen aan kan lopen. Dat doet best zeer!

A hidden gem in the city of Haarlem! Our group of six had a very lovely time at this family owned establishment. It was hard to choose which meals to order from the menu. But, what we received was very delicious and well worth the wait. Would definitely recommend Nancy’s to anyone who is looking for a good quality meal.

Very impressive dishes with lots of flavour ; well balanced ingredients & sauce, and creative. Ordered 3 starters and 3 main dishes, 2 bottles of wine with friends. Enjoyed all, especially starter; miso eggplant, and main; blue cheese risotto were amazing.

Lucky are the good burghers of a Haarlem suburb to have somewhere like Nancy’s on their doorstep. We were introduced to it one evening by the local couple we were staying with and were immediately captivated by its understated charm. It feels very much like a home from home with an ebullient maitre d’ making everyone feel welcome. The menu is an eclectic international melange. Think Korean chicken tacos, zucchini burrata and salmon roll as entrees followed by jackfruit curry, aubergine couscous with lamb skewers or truffle pasta as mains. The most popular of the dishes we chose were hake in a vegetable broth, sliced bavette steak with onions and a creamy beetroot and potato sauce, a Moroccan bean stew. Desserts were limited to a chocolate brownie or a bread and butter pudding but still a hard choice.

It was a lovely dinner with the only unpleasant moment that we were waiting for the main dish for quite a while, and by the time we finished it, our reservation time was over, so we could not order desserts. I understand that the next guests were going to come but we felt deprived of a smooth and logical ending of our dinner and it wasn't our fault. In fact, we even arrived 10 minutes earlier, so it was just a matter of the bad time management of the restaurant staff.
