Toscana Axel in Kern Axel

We regularly get food from Toscana, today they had a delicious mixed grill, with excellent spare ribs!

I have to be honest, it was great at first, but it has become less so, especially if you have it delivered to your home.

Hou je van koude kroketten en frikandellen? Slappe friet? Broodjes waar de schimmel af word gesneden en dan nog geserveerd.broodje gezond misschien die gemaakt word met geraspte kaas en een zielig plakje komkommer. Vroeger aten we hier minstens 1 keer in de week. Weet niet wat ze nu aan het aanrommelen zijn maar bespaar je geld en je darmen en ga ergens anders dineren. Mij zijn ze kwijt als vaste klant.

Vroeger waren we hier best tevreden. Weet niet wat ze sindsdien uitvoeren daar, maar precies niet veel goeds. Gisteren ruim anderhalf uur moeten wachten op wat fastfood omdat het druk was, is tot daar aan toe. Dan vervolgens was mijn kapsalon met wat leek op aardappelpuree waar de friet moest zijn. Heb deze gelukkig niet verder opgegeten zoals mijn vrouw met slappe frieten waar ze ziek van werd. Zou deze mensen nog geen eten laten klaarmaken voor een gevangenis, want dat zou een schending van mensenrechten zijn. Bah zeg. Voor ons nooit meer.

I usually order from Toscana; I used to think the food was absolutely delicious. I usually ordered every two weeks on a Friday. Back then, the service was truly excellent! I even got it within 10 minutes once. Back then, the wait was a maximum of 20 minutes. But lately, the quality has really deteriorated. For this reason, I don't order anymore. The food has simply gotten really bad. Last time, I didn't get a roll with my meal. The chicken doner was inedible; I just threw it away. The fries were lukewarm and soft. They looked like they had been fried a week earlier and quickly microwaved. The service remains good, and the delivery drivers are always friendly. But unfortunately, that doesn't change the taste of the food. The wait time has also gotten worse, but I don't mind that at all. Last time, it was 35-40 minutes. But that can happen when it's busy...it's a shame it's so bad now. I won't be ordering from here again for a while; maybe I'll try again in a few months.

It's the only place in the area that has any decent doner, so we've ordered from there quite a few times. But my god, almost every order wrong quantity, wrong products and what a bloody service when you try to file a complaint and get it resolved!!! Will never order from here again. Ridiculous

Honestly what a bad company, I live in Axel and this is unfortunately one of the better döner tents in the area. And I say unfortunately because really what a bad company. You place an order and then it is still the question whether you will receive your entire order and if you then call that your order is incorrect they try to talk their way out of it. I have given them a chance several times and now after the 6th time I am completely done with it. I say "bad" company because if I use another word for this the review will not be allowed.

These people make you wait for an order that doesn't come... not to be trusted

Ordered yesterday, it was special because of our income, we ordered Turkish pizza, with chicken shawarma, originally it was lamb (I think) but I don't want to eat lamb or babies, the cost should have been around 20, 22 euros, it arrives, (the delivery person with something completely different and asked 37 euros, we also said we wanted to pay by card, but didn't have it with us. I didn't want to pay 37 euros, I hadn't counted on that at all, and told (my daughter) that he should take it with him again) then he offered it for 30 euros, so I did it, so as not to make it very annoying! Well it was a weak pizza with only cheese and chicken, I didn't think it had much taste, AND THIS WAS MY LAST TIME, JUST A WAY OF MONEY!!!🤑 If I'm going to order one, you'll be so disappointed 🤔😡

worst restaurant ever, I ordered home delivery and after three hours the order had not yet arrived. I called the restaurant, they were very rude, they told me we are the owner, you can't go back to home delivery anything because we are busy and he hangs up on me!!!!! They need to learn how to respect their customers. Please do not order from this restaurant

I'm local, but I've traveled around for quite a while. While traveling or working as an expat, you always end up finding these little gems of restaurants in cities or towns that you would oftentimes overlook otherwise. This place is like that. A little hidden gem with great food, good service and that typical expat/backpacker vibe.

Fries and doner were okay. Only the price for one mini bag of fries (€4.50) is really over the top. In addition, the fries also taste like gingerbread spices... Too bad because they were fresh fries

Ordered from Toscana for the first time today via Thuisbezorgd. First I was told clearly at the door that I had better not order from Thuisbezorgd anymore, but via the website. Then I started with my ordered chicken kapsalon, but it only had the taste of burnt fries. The bottom of the container was also burnt. Less than half an hour later I already have a stomach ache. I will never order here again

Did not receive a feedback form from Thuisbezorgd. So just here then. Ordered on September 15 and delivered much sooner than reported. So very fast. Since then I have been in bed for more than a week due to food poisoning, the likes of which I have never experienced before. Also previously ordered alone. But then I threw it away because I thought it smelled strange and it didn't look fresh. Unfortunately, I now let hunger guide me. This was the last time. What was strange was that the order arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. Hygiene is therefore far below par. Actually never write negative reviews. But now I've been home for 9 days and I have enormous pain in my intestines. So angry. Hope you take advantage of it. Deliver fresh and make sure things don't happen in a hurry.

On April 24, 2021 we ordered online a kapsalon kebab and a sparibs turbo spicy menu and this was super tasty. Everything was easy to order Nice price Arrived exactly at the stated time And it was still super warm when it was delivered So all in all top top top

A co-driver/delivery person of one of your vans had a rather short fuse at the petrol pump along the E40 between Ghent and Antwerp and felt it necessary to scold the petrol station attendant, unfortunately bad advertising in this way, because Dutch people still come to Belgium. sometimes see and hear something. Too bad and unnecessary.

Delivery to Tuinenburg campsite was neat and on time. Pizza and lasagna were delicious. Recommended for camping on a lazy day.

Ordered at 11:00 PM on a Saturday, badly burnt spare ribs, a kapsalon with only meat, fries and sauce (not even salad). Only the calzone was at least okay. Especially the last time.

It says on the site delivery in Terneuzen 4 euros delivery costs, but then you order and then no, you can't, you have to place a large order then you shouldn't put it on your website e i k e l......

Bad service. But that makes sense at 1am. The food was delicious.
