Great service! We received excellent assistance with our new lounge set when we purchased it. Unfortunately, it was damaged during unpacking. We called, and they resolved the issue the same morning with a new set and a bouquet of flowers! Thanks again.

Great garden center! With better prices than Intratuin. I'm just shocked by the reviews about your trees and plants, like this one: They don't have organic flowers or plants. Only the herbs are organic! This means that everything you buy here, even plants with the "bee-friendly" logo, contains pesticides and does more harm than good to nature and its ecosystem. You see bees, bumblebees, butterflies, etc. everywhere on the flowers and shrubs, knowing they're eating all the greens from these plants and flowers, and thus dying! Drive a bit further to an organic grower or something similar and avoid this garden center - outdated. If they don't respond, they won't see me again! Is this true?

In principle a nice garden center. But now I have for the 2nd time that a plant from this garden center has insects (1x indoor plant 1x outdoor plant) which means that all my plants are covered. This means that I have to buy pesticides and it costs me a lot of work. But also that some plants were affected by the insects.

I always went there for the friendliness and service, and I was happy to pay extra for that, but that is declining rapidly, saying hello is no longer an option these days and if you buy a flower arrangement/gift or something like that, you can now clumsily wrap it yourself for that money, which usually doesn't look good.

Hey, unfortunately, I can no longer recommend shopping there to anyone. Why are animals treated like this? I can't understand why birds, rabbits & Co like are caged in a very confined space, sitting in their own faeces and then with curious people harassing the animals by knocking on the window or shaking the cage (see picture). How disrespectful is that towards these creatures? Regardless of the fact that this type of animal husbandry is absolutely moronic, there was the same problem in the aquarium department. Fish are generally a NO GO in the aquarium, just like birds, which fly freely and should not waste their lives in a cage that is far too small. But let's get back to the fish. The aquariums are totally dilapidated (see picture), too many fish, some so big that they only swim in one place, in aquariums that are too small. What a life! Then I see a fish swimming in the corner of one of the aquariums. But it no longer looks normal. It no longer has a tail fin. It has been bitten off by another fish. The fish that has bitten off the fin of the fish swimming in the corner is permanently suppressing this fish in the corner, which can no longer be saved. I suspect the fish didn't make it because of the lack of care and ultimately because of the oppression from the other fish (see picture). Without an aquarium, life could have been different for this creature, better. What does it actually look like when customers come to you and entrust you with the lives of their animals? Is there any kind of check on what the customer has at home and can offer the animal? Are these people even able to treat these animals "well"? Is your staff even trained for this? How do you reconcile this with your conscience? It doesn't seem to me that much importance is attached to this at the moment. And the animals pay with their lives. I normally love going to the Tuincentre because they have beautiful plants and decorations, but after seeing this, I will avoid this shop in future. Unless the day comes when you, as employees, make sure that such unnecessary things are abolished. Then I'll be happy to come back. Next time when you go to Tuincentre have a look to these creatures deep in their eyes. And after that tell me again that they‘re happy.

It is a beautiful garden center, nice stuff, products and nice, helpful staff. Lately the restaurant is no longer as cozy as it used to be. No nice cozy corners, it's dark. No real plants on the table. A bit cold Food is delicious! Children's book is a bit old. The toilets are horrible. Something needs to be done about it, it always stinks and is often very dirty. That wasn't the case in the past. Always scented sticks and a nice scent. The toilet was always clean.

Has the necessary things you would expect from a garden center. Goes well with the seasons, including Christmas and summer. Small restaurant for a drink, a pastry (foam is very tasty) or a sandwich. There is a small play corner for the little ones, where there are still opportunities for further development.

In recent weeks I have visited several garden centers. This was the least. Therefore 3 stars. The Christmas show is not going well. It is always a piece. There were beautiful accessories, beautiful plants: Real birds. But the nice flow was missing.

Today I was able to score some nice autumn gifts for a housewarming. Saw that the Christmas display is also worth seeing again. Good morning, reason to drop by soon for a sniff.

We, 5 ladies, had a very nice time at the Plantage today after an appointment that was not properly recorded. We had discussed a high tea, but this was recorded incorrectly, so the employees had a problem. They solved this wonderfully, and We were really pampered. Bravo people, and thank you very much for this great service.

Large garden center visited today for the first time in April. Wide choice of summer bloomers and container plants. After all the plants, flowers and a huge range of experience items, I didn't go for that. Also saw a coffee corner. Staff very friendly. I'll come back again.
