One of the best in Amsterdam! The food is authentically Indian and tastes delicious. You can order anything and you are surely love it. I ordered Kala chana curry for the main course and it was amazing. Special mention to the staff here, mainly Monika and Sardar ji (sorry I forgot your name). They will make sure your experience is top notch. The restaurant is well connected and is at a great location! I have already been here a few times and will be my go to for all my Amsterdam visits. Highly recommended!

To start off, the waitress was so lovely to us and brightened up our day! The food was good, but it wasn't my favorite in terms of price-portion-taste ratio. I was certainly satisfied overall though, and I would come back again.

I had the Tandoori Chicken at Tulsi Indian Restaurant, and it was absolutely delicious! The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The masala was perfectly balanced and made every bite amazing. Everything we ordered was fresh and incredibly tasty. The food, service, and overall experience were excellent. We were a group of six and worked our way through the menu, from the starters to the main courses. Everyone tried a bit of everything, and we were all very happy. Everything tasted great, although the spicier dishes weren't to everyone's liking. :-) The service was very friendly, and everything arrived very quickly. I tried their excellent chicken biryani with yogurt sauce, and I also tried chicken butter and masala, and they were below expectations. I also tried their shrimp soup, which was simple but delicious and light.

The food is really good !!!. I ordered bhindi bhaji and bhartha and they were delicious . The restaurant is located very close to Amsterdam Central which make it a very convenient location to dine.

The meal was very good and the welcome was warm. We had two cocktails (not very strong), two appetizers, a vegetarian thali and a lamb thali, and two bottles of beer (note that the bottles are 66cl!) and we paid 143 euros. The staff were very friendly and explained everything to us.

Visited restaurant for dinner with my wife and my parents, so party of four 18:30 / 19:00 As on previous occasions, we were impressed by the speed of service, the efficiency of the kitchen staff, and the speed at which our delicious food was delivered. Portions are generous and tasty. The restaurant was busy, but there was still room for us. It is better the book ahead to avoid disappointment. Absolutely recommended!

Visiting Amsterdam and had to come back to Tulsi a second time. Food was scrumptious, service was impeccable, and overall atmosphere was lovely. We had butter chicken and chicken tikka masala. Ate every morsel and had no regrets. The garlic naan was some of the best I've had.

As usual, I went for the Indian taste and received it. Their malai kofta is my favourite😀

A very good restaurant with a menu offering a wide variety of dishes; there really is something for everyone. The atmosphere is warm and friendly (clean, with pleasant music at a good volume). The service is quick, and the dishes—at least the ones we ordered—were delicious. (Plus, the servers were very kind and attentive.) I highly recommend it!

Very delicious Indian food! We did their 40 euro special for two people, which came with an appetizer, entree and dessert. It was very good value for the money. We especially enjoyed the butter chicken, chicken tikka and the kulfi.

The service was very friendly. The food tasted good, but unfortunately, I got sick from my chicken dish. Luckily, my three companions weren't affected; they had a different dish, also with chicken. I thought the €6 salad was really overpriced when I saw what I got for it. A few slices of tomato, red onion, and cucumber. I don't think it's worth the price.

Okok food(a lot of options but not fresh food), okay-ish ambience(calm, not excitingor interesting), quick service(fast, not super friendly).

On Saturday evening around 7 p.m., the place is packed and noisy, but that doesn't bother me. Service is fast and efficient. The food tastes great, and the portions are generous. I enjoyed it, but it could have had a bit more flavor. Perhaps the curries have been adapted to Western tastes. Perhaps that's something they can adjust upon request? Unfortunately, I only realized that later.

I had it before and I loved it They say ok we fix order. And they brought out something spicy af with no other taste. I don’t waste food so I finish it. Next day I got sick, I suspected they put something in it. 3 times I came no problem vindaloo. Suddenly. AVOID. Be warned Here are things I have no problem eating - scotch bonnet sauce - sojubar gochujang go to hell - naga jolokia paste Unethical 🚩 reported to gemeente 🚩

TOURIST RESTAURANT => AVOID AT ALL COSTS The moment the papadums arrived, we knew what to expect. They were paper-thin, and the sauces weren't fresh and were absolutely disgusting. As for the rest of the meal, we ordered the Lamb Tikka Masala, where the lamb had already been cooked and, on top of that, was overcooked. Absolutely disgusting. We also ordered the Butter Chicken, which, to our great surprise, was awful because it was so sweet. At least with that one, the chicken had been cooked fresh. It was disgusting!

The manager was very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers. Had to walk out before even tasting their food.

We've rarely been to such a dirty place. But let's start from the beginning: a reservation for two was set for 9:00 PM. We arrived at 9:02 PM. No sign of service. At 9:10 PM, we went up to the bar and were given a dirty table at 9:12 PM. The service was quick, though. The menu was varied but overpriced. Then it all started: glasses, plates, and napkins were dirty. Some still had food residue. The starters were acceptable, the main course was rather subpar. Fortunately, the bill came quickly, but we were overcharged for drinks. An evening to forget. PLEASE DON'T COME!

Very bad experience . The taste is okay but the ambience is quite noisy as it’s very small place with a lot of people . They do not have any camera working in the restaurant so robbery is quite easy here . We lost our bag with all our essentials from the outside sitting area of the restaurant. The staff here do not cooperate and the area is also bit weird to go in night . Avoid this place if possible . I highly suggest choose any other restaurant as other restaurants have better safety options then this. Visiting this restaurant spoiled our whole trip .

We Ordered Paneer dish, chicken, harabhara Kabab, water cheese chili garlic nan and garlic nan everything was super bad except water and harabhara kabab. Please dont go there. Also their staff are utterly rude. We gave feedback after payment saying food was not good and their response was we don’t think saw that also with ignorance and rude tone..
